H I S T O R Y

Pre-Hogwarts
Hugo was born at home in London. He lived there untill he was about 5, when he moved to Edinburgh to attend Muggle School there because his father thought it was important he had muggle knowledge before he headed off to Hogwarts. He had a horrible time in Muggle School. He was bullied and the subjects were boring and too easy. He was jealous of his brother, who was in Ravenclaw and his sister who was about to go off to Hogwarts. When he was 7, he tried to get on the Hogwarts Express but failed. After that he realized that it was no use to long for Hogwarts and decided to put his frustration in studying and reading. He was in his room all day reading books about the magical world and learning new languages. On his eleventh birthday, he finally received his letter.

First Year
Although meeting his first two friends even before stepping foot on the Hogwarts Express, Hugo felt lonely and isolated from the rest. He didn't feel like he had a lot of friends. Hugo wasn't very good at earning much points for his house, and was socially very awkward. That changed when he met Feenella Schwarzberg at his first flying lesson. He instantly had a crush on her. He started meeting some more friends and suddenly found himself in an awkward situation where two girls liked him, and the girl he liked started dating a bloke named Edmond. Their relationship had turned a bit awkward, and it took Hugo a while to feel comfortable again. Near the end of the year, he met his now best friends Kurumi through the wonders of a cookie and Eino in the common room, practising a spell they had learned in Care of Magical Creatures.

Second Year
Second year arrived and that meant Hugo got to buy his own broom! He brought a shiny Firebolt 600 to school, though he never got to use it. The train ride to Hogwarts where he had met his friend Selina was a lot of fun and Hugo was ready to do good. He had a great summer with Fee, though she had been a little bit depressed because her boyfriend Edmond had left for Durmstrang. He had joined Eino's club the Y.W.H.O. too. After a while into the year he started dating Fee. He started to show interest in ukulele playing and wandlore. In February, his sister and a guy named Thanatos McFinnigan decided to get married. Hugo didn't even know him.

Rowena is a blue-spotted black kitten who fell into an unknown potion when she was very young - the side effects other than her abnormal colouring is also unknown Rowena can also talk, and uses this talent inappropriately a lot.

Physical Description: Jez has waist-length black hair that is completely untameable, and violet eyes. She is quite tall and slim, but can be a bit klutzy at times. When she smiles her eyes light up, but when she's angry they look to have sparks in them.

Background - Jez is the 6th of 7 children, and was born to Maurice and Cassandra Black. She dislikes her family with ferocity, except for her 18-year-old brother Keegan and her nine-year-old brother Than. She and her siblings are continually playing pranks on each other. She is a pureblood, but dislikes people who are prejudiced against Muggles and Muggle-borns. Unfortunately her parents and most of her family fall in this category. She believes wizards can learn a lot from Muggles, because they are very resourceful.

Personality: Jez is very bookish and adores reading and learning, making the Sorting Hat's choice to put her in Ravenclaw quite easy! She is independent and determined, but can be withdrawn around new people. Be warned - she's not afraid to speak or jinx her mind to people to annoy her! She's already learnt heaps of spells before she's even gotten into the classroom. Jez is really interested in wandlore, and wants to be a wandmaker when she leaves Hogwarts. She has a hot head, and can blow up into a fury quite quickly if provoked. She likes books, learning, Chocolate Frogs, and doing things that will hopefully probably get her siblings into trouble.

»Personality«

Evelyn is a very independent person with a curious nature, though she does hang with a few certain people. She isn't the innocent, sweet, loving girl she was during the beginning of her 1st year anymore, though she has gotten good at acting the innocent part over the years and summers. She is very much a perfectionist and hates when things don't go her way, meaning she also has a short temper, however, she does have an open mind and listens to others and their opinions whether she keeps them in mind or not. Evelyn loves to play pranks (which is mostly interpreted by others as picking on/bullying) on people and likes to push them to their limits, seeing where her boundaries are with them. There really is only once chance to be her friend, first impressions being everything, and if it starts or ends badly, she will make sure it stays that way.

»History«

Evelyn was born on one of the hottest days of the summer in 2058 to ex-Hogwarts Slytherin purebloods (or so they say) Leona and Demetri Flores. She was much loved when she was younger by her parents, and even though they pushed her to her limits to be the very best she could be, sometimes coming off as being rather harsh, one could tell from a mile away that she was the light in their lives. However, as she and her curiosity grew, things changed.

While her parents were busy with work, and the house elves occupied with making dinner, young Evelyn was left alone in the mansion to wander about, bored as ever. Stumbling across a small and particularly hidden room, filled with new/old books, papers, random notes and crumpled parchments stacked high, it did not occur to her that perhaps these were to be left alone. The young girl loved studying and learning new things, to make her parents proud of course, and these were just another way to benefit herself. On the other hand, the information that everything held was not to be read; especially by young and innocent people such as Evelyn who could be influenced by even the slightest change in the wind. The room was to be destroyed years ago, but each generation of her family (from her father's side) had withheld from doing so, even adding a few things themselves, and eventually it was forgotten. At least that's what seemed to have happened. The books, parchments, and crumpled paper balls were all handwritten by her family members from her father's side, holding information about certain people, languages, plants, creatures, class notes from the schools they went to, a wide variety of spells, maps, and even questioning topics such as certain foods and drinks.

Yet they all had their purpose and place on the pages, and their main purpose was to harm. Dark arts weren't an unfamiliar topic for her family, yet it was forbidden to speak of such things. They had a reputation to uphold, and such practices were not to be shown in the open for all to see. However, young and innocent Evelyn had no clue what she had gotten herself into. She just wanted to please her family and make them proud. Reading almost everything there, even if most of the things she couldn't quite understand or piece together, was almost like a poison itself. Her attitude started to change, becoming more rebellious and obsessive. Her parents obviously noticed the change and since they themselves couldn't 'fix' her over time, they left Bibby to take care of her. Bibby, being one of the two house elves they owned, was really the only friend she'd ever known, yet with him still being as busy as he was (cleaning, cooking, and whatever other chores he had to do), Evelyn found herself feeling rather alone.

Locking herself in her room, she spent days by herself, studying the normal textbooks that she was expected to memorize and eventually, she started to read out loud, to at least hear someone's voice. A surprise was revealed quite soon that they were going to be expecting another addition to their family; something that didn't quite suit well with her since she loved to be the center of attention. Once her little brother, Felix, was born, she never felt as alone as she did then.

Since reading to herself wasn't enough anymore, speaking her thoughts out loud started to make her feel a bit better. Yet long conversations with herself probably weren't the best for a young girl, and she found it a hard habit to quite after awhile. Even if it were herself talking back in her mind, it seemed like this new 'person' had a mind of its own. Conversations weren't the only problem a little later down the road, as eventually, she started to convince herself to do things she didn't want to do, including going back to visiting that room every night. Feeling unloved from her parents though, this new 'voice' seemed like the only option to feel somewhat wanted anymore.

While this other 'person' has disappeared over the years, whenever Evelyn is alone, all the unwanted thoughts and memories will swarm back into her mind, and her past plagues her dreams at night, resulting in dark bags under her eyes.

The death of her Uncle (whom she was rather close with) and house elf Bibby has left her emotionally distraught. But being who she is, a proud and independent girl, she hides those emotions and just deals with the nightmares alone, not wanting others to see that she has a weakness.

{Recent Past History} Evelyn was finally disowned from her family and unfortunately, kicked out of her home in the middle of her third year. Being the good friend that she is, Rae had offered her a place to live when she found out, and during the summer of 2072, they had been fixing up the house that they'll both be living in.

{Past Summer} Evelyn finally went off with a few 'friends' for the summer, making it rather hard to contact her since letters were forbidden for the moment. A few revelations made their way into the open, and not the good kind either; things she will more than likely not speak of. The Slytherin, for now, is left feeling rather confused and out of place for the time being. The three newly born kittens waiting at home may have cheered her up some though.

Background: Mia was born in the Amazon but actually grew up in a commune in Australia. Her father Sebastian is a Pureblood but when his first wife died he decided to give up magic and go live with muggles. That's where he met Ruby whose free spirited ways captured his heart and they got married. Two years later Mia was born.

Or so she thought that’s how the story went. In actual fact Sebastian’s first wife Josephine was Mia’s mother but she died while giving birth to her. Not wanting his late wife’s parents to pass on their pureblood ideals onto his daughter, Sebastian took her away and hid her in the commune and that’s how he met his second wife.

The commune consists of about fifty people and they are a very close knit community living off the land and selling their wares to the town folk once a month. Mia was home schooled by her father before he decided that she needed a proper education. And so she arrived at Hogwarts at the beginning of her fourth year.

And while she enjoys attending Hogwarts and learning magic, Mia realises that it’s actually not her thing. She finds magic a mild convenience but prefers to do things the muggle way. She is extremely handy with her hands and she is most proficient in arts and crafts especially sculpting.

+General appearance: I'm tiny, so most clothes from stores tend not to fit me very well unless I buy things about three sizes smaller than what I actually am - so, I make my own clothes. I do buy some things as well, though. I usually wear bright things, and my favourite item of clothing is a pair of hot pink jeans that I made last year. I hardly ever wear girly things, so you'll more often that not see me in jeans and a pair of Converse rather than a skirt or dress. I like to personalize all the clothes I wear - even my school uniform. There's badges and stuff on my robes, I made the skirt myself and rather than school shoes I wear black combat boots. Yup.

ABOUT ME/HISTORY

Well, my history isn't really that interesting, because there's not a lot of. My story is kinda like a work in progress, y'know? But still, I'll put down what little I've got for y'all.

I was born in the teeny-tiny town of Bowling Green, Virginia. My parents - both British - decided to move out there after my father was offered a job working with the American Ministry. Both Pureblood Slytherins, I was raised to hate Muggles and Muggleborns - and yet they sent me to a Muggle school, which I don't get - but I can't really say that I agree with them on that point. They are people too and they deserve to be treated with respect... just don't tell mom and daddy I said that, or I'll thump you. Honest, I will.

When I was younger - and still now, I guess - I pretty much had whatever I wanted. Neither of my parents are around much; mom because she's got a group of friends who go out and do grown-up things that I'm not allowed to join in with, and daddy because his job is 'very demanding', apparently. So I was pretty much raised by the family House Elves, Pokey and Mitzy. I always try to be nice to them, because they're nice to me. I don't think it's fair that people treat House Elves so badly.

When I was five, my parents decided to send me to a Muggle 'primary school', for reasons unbeknownst to me. Either way, it was called Hanover Academy, and I loved it. I made a few really good friends who I intend to write to once a week from Hogwarts.

When I turned eleven and I got my Hogwarts, my parents considered sending me to the American Institute of Magic instead - after all, it is in the same country. After some deliberation, they decided that they wanted me to go to the same school as they went to, so I was sent packing. During the Christmas and Easter holidays I'm going to be staying with my Aunt Lucy and Uncle Ben, who live in Diagon Alley, and then I'll be going home to Bowling Green in the summer. I'm not all that pleased about the whole living-with-my-aunt thing, because she's a bit batty. My uncle's nice, though, so it shouldn't be too bad. And my cousins are awesome.

My mom used to work in the Ministry, as a Personal Assistant to the Minister, and neither of them will tell me what my daddy does. I think it's important, though.

About Conan:

Conan was born on the 5th December 2061, at 3 minutes past midnight. Since then he has barely left his parents side. He was born at the Anaheim Regional Medical Centre, close to where they lived at the time. His father and mother met while he was working as a ride operator on Big Thunder Mountain at the Disneyland Resort, she was on an International Programme with the site. They married a few years later, and out popped Conan. His father worked his way up the ranks at The Walt Disney Company. Starting at the bottom as an attractions host, as an 18 year old. He somehow managed to become President of the Walt Disney World resort. He has held that position now for 5 years. So Conan has spent the last 5 years in Florida. He went to school like every other normal child. That was until the summer of his 12th year. He received a letter in the post. It wasn't like his ordinary mail. Nope it was made out of funny paper. He showed his mother and father and they were rather confused. Neither had heard of a place called Hogwarts. And it was in the UK. Trudy hadn't been home since Conan was 5.

They hadn't even known he had magical powers. Just that odd things kept happening while he was around. They had to say yes, it was a great opportunity for Conan.

Conan had spent most of his life following his father around. Especially on days when he went to visit the parks. Those were the best ones. He got along well with the engineers in the park, and they taught him things about the rides. One day Conan hopes to design rollercoasters. Hopefully as an Imagineer. The 4th generation of Taylors to work for the company.

He is rather friendly and loves talking to people. Well his father had taught him that. He was always friendly to the staff. Since happy workers make happy guests. So now Conan is friendly to everyone he meets. He does know not to go off with strangers though.

After Hogwarts he hopes to go to MIT to become a mechanical engineer. So much for continuing on in the Wizarding World.

Kita is a happy, bubbly sort of person who generally keeps a smile on her face. She hasn’t been known to be a moody or depressed person but she has been known to let her emotions run wild with her. This is why she can often be found skipping from one place to another. Unless that place happens to be the dungeons in which case she would just walk through as quickly as possible. There have been times when she has let her past bring her mood down but, after a quick reflection on all the things she should be happy about, she tends to go back to her usual bubbly nature.

Kita also tends to lean towards her girly girl side… A LOT! From skipping around in heels to squealing as if there’s no tomorrow, Kita loves letting her girly side out loose for everyone to see. Although, there is a non girly side to her: the side that loves Quidditch and doesn’t mind breaking a nail in Herbology. You can get fake ones, right?

But the most important, or well known, aspect of Kita’s personality is her craziness. Sometimes it can land her in awkward or embarrassing situations but, being the type of person to not let anything faze her, she just shrugs it off. She can often be found doing weird things out in the grounds, like sunbathing near the Whomping Willow, or eating a buffet in the Great Hall. Her craziness has caused the girl to be slightly outgoing which is the reason why she tends to make friends easily. That and the fact that she loves meeting new people. She loves being around people and just being there for others.

The part of her personality that landed Kita in Hufflepuff is her sweetness, kindness and her loyalty to others. She may not stick up for people she's too scared to stand up for herself, let alone others but one thing she does best is stick by people. She tends to make friends pretty easily, whether it's by consoling someone who's upset or bumping into them.

However, Kita is a somewhat forgetful and clumsy person. The only good thing that came out of the whole polyjuiced-potions final was the fact that the hair colour was coming through for her personality. That and the fact that she found out that she should stay as far away from cooking as humanly possible. She’s the type of person to get scared very easily. Especially when it comes to big scary animals who are likely to bite her.

The twins were tutored for the first twelve years of their life under the finest private educator wizard gold could buy. Certain family members have remarked that Tori bears a striking resemblance in behavior to her cousin Anastasia. Interestingly enough, Victoria has only met Annie once, when she was but a baby. Now that she has had the summer to spend reuniting with the British branch of her family, however, Tori has become starstruck by her fashionable cousin and aspires to be the next big Bunz.

Although Tori shares the Bunbury talent for Herbology, Potions, and Care of Magical Creatures, the thirteen year-old is still her own person. For one thing, she will always have a piece of Drooble’s Best Blowing Gum either in her mouth or in her bag at all times. She hates chocolate and her favorite color is pink. She is also exceptionally fond of reading and history in particular. Tori has never flown on a broom, however, and has also never encountered a house-elf, having grown up with human servants instead.

Pre- Hogwarts

Caroline Scott is the youngest daughter of Michael and Stephaine Scott. She grew up in as a pureblood, being part of the Malfoy family. Draco Malfoy is her great grandfather. She grew up in Kent, where the Scott's had always lived. She had a pretty normal life, her mother was very strict on there behavior and pureblood traditions. While her father a healer, was more leanet allowing them to learn about muggles. She was a daddy's girl. She immeditately wanted to become a healer like her father. She knew it from a ver young age. Caroline become interested in horseback riding after her father had bought her sister a horse. Her father soon bought her a horse too. and another, and another. She loves reading books by muggle authors. Her mother stayed at home taking care of the house and her children, or letting the house elves do it for her. Even at a young age, Caroline was a very curious and easlily amused girl. By the time both her brother and sister were gone off to Hogwarts, she was ready to go, the days were boring and Caroline spend most of her days out in the muggle part of London, visiting muesums or going to the muggle libraries. Or spending as much time with the muggle neighbors, until her mum would catch her and make her go into the house. She was closest to her brother Casey, which is why was a bit of a tom girl. She played quidditch with him alot, when he was at home Casey also played Ruby and Football, two things that Caroline could care less about. Starr and Caroline were always more than just sisters they were best friends, but when Starr started at Hogwarts and made her own friends. The two sisters started acting like more like sisters. When Caroline got her Hogwarts letter. She was more than ready to get away from her mother. But a few days before Caroline was supposed to leave for Hogwarts, her father was shot in a armed robbery in a muggle part of London. He was there getting her muggle books to take to schoo. It was the hardest thing that Caroline had to go threw. Her mother hated for it, and blamed her for many years to come.

At Hogwarts

Caroline arrived to Hogwarts just after her fathers funeral. The first three years of Hogwarts she stayed right with Casey and Starr and all of there friends. She was like everyone's little sister. Her Second year was Casey's last term. After Casey gradutated, she still clinged to Starr and her friends. Until they too left and gradutated. So Caroline now in her fifth year was left pretty much alone. But she soon started making friends. The night after the freast Caroline met Kaite Star and Selena Zabini-Riddle. Katie became Caroline's Partner in Crime. Selena and Caroline both had a sweet tooth a very big sweet tooth.

Personality: Chandler is NOTHING like his family. Literally, there is no person in his family that he is most likely out of all of them. Except maybe his uncle Louis. He tries to be caring a lot because he believes that everyone should have someone there for them to made feel special enough to talk about their problems to someone. He acts like a normal boy who doesn't have a big house nor servants, but he does. If you met him for the first time rich wouldn’t be the first thought that popped into your head. Though sometimes he does show that he is someone who has a lot of money but given from the fact that he comes from a very classy family he isn't always casual and sometimes doesn't look like he knows what fun is. He does like to have fun at times...just when his father isn't around. Since Chandler was little he had a habit of blushing a lot at little things, like maybe compliments or being embarrassed but as he is getting a bit older he isn't blushing as much as he used to except he still does and sometimes really bad. He also has always had a issue with personal space but during his new experiences in his fourth year he learnt to overcome them both. Chandler can get ticked off pretty easily and can be quite stubborn. A LOT. He is also recently dealing with random appearances of depression and is trying to not get very depressed because when he does, it isn’t pretty but thankfully he isn't a naturally depression person, he's fairly outgoing and..usually immature.

History: Since both of his parents are muggles, Dallin went to muggle Elementary School until he was ten years old, when he got his acceptance letter to Merlin’s American Academy of Magic. He went to school there for 4 years before deciding to go to Hogwarts. He repeated his fourth year at Hogwarts.
Personality: Dallin, having only sisters growing up and no guys to talk to (he and his dad didn’t spend much time together), spent most of his time alone. He's more outgoing and confident now, and when he gets talking, he’s a chatter box. He loves making new friends, especially if they’re girls. He’s a total flirt. He has a girlfriend, and therefore doesn’t flirt with other girls. But he still likes making new friends, of course!
He’s not the typical Ravenclaw. He hates to study, and he doesn’t like a lot of classes. He suspects the reason for him being a Ravvie is because he is a good student, when he puts his mind to it. He also loves to read, but that’s something he usually keeps to himself. He has a bit of an ego, which he blames on his sisters and their friends always telling him how ‘cute’ he is. He’s really into sports, too, although he might not be the best at them.
He also has ADHD – Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder. He doesn’t like to sit still, and at times can have a bit of a short attentions span. But normally, you couldn’t tell that about him. He does tend to have a bit of a temper, but he’s good at counting to ten and taking deep breaths.

my life story so far.

Will was born to his Swedish mother and German father early one spring morning. Ever since he came into this world he was rather spoiled. It's not like the family was limited to money you know? With how successful his dad was, they moved into a private mansion in Birmingham. The house was built far back in the woods on a clearing so they didn't have to worry about limiting their magic use. Being cut off from many children his age, besides the ones that were brought to the parties his parent's threw, made him more of a self-centered brat. Unfortunately for his parent's the self-centeredness didn't go away as he got older, but some of his brattiness did. He and his older sister would spend the afternoons playing dress up in the attic while they were still kid's. They came up with crazy plays and went on adventures around the grounds of their mansion. Will still has quite the imagination thanks to those days.

He was and still is not very close with his younger brother's. Most words he says to them are demanding them to get him something, or yelling at them to stay out of his room. He doesn't feel that regretful about not being close to both of them either. When the time came for him to learn magic, his parent's though it best for him to be homeschooled. It wasn't that bad in his opinion. At least he could still order the house elves to get him stuff. He learned magic in luxury. Willie definitely is rather clueless when it comes to muggle stuff. Besides their music of course.

Since his dad is such a big fan of music, he's grown up with it since before he can remember. There's literally a whole room of their house filled with muggle and magical bands/artists. He rarely see's his dad because of how crazy hectic his schedule is. That's the one part of his life he honestly feels disappointed about. When he tries to ask his dad if he wants to doing something together it's always "Sorry son, maybe some other time". Therefore, for some unknown reason in his mind, he rebels any kind of music his dad writes. Along with playing musical instruments. He'd probably only be another client if he showed he actually could play the piano. He'll only listen to muggle music, no wizarding.

Will doesn't care for the outdoors much. He doesn't like getting dirty for no reason and the dirt ruins his shoes. His shoes are like children to him. Girl's would be jealous of how many shoes he has if they walked into his closest. Quidditch he'll make an exception to. It's his favorite sport and he played on an unofficial team once as a beater. He's a talented chess player too. His uncle taught him how to play. As he's gotten older, he's come to appreciate the parties his parent's throw more. Leading girl's on and breaking their heart is one of the things he's best at. He's not serious about a relationship so it's all good fun. Lately he's started to feel deprived from the world so he enrolled in Hogwarts for his last year.

What he plans on doing after school is still a mystery.

Will considers himself a king. It's his duty to throw out requests to people and their job to assist him. He feels like he has the liberty to speak his mind on whatever subject, even if it doesn't have to do with him. To him, anything can be his with money or bribing. Group work isn't really isn't thing and he has issues with being a team player. Most problems that arise he feels like he can deal with by himself. He doesn't need any help folks. Apologizing is his least favorite thing to do in this world and more than half of the time you can bet he doesn't mean it. Sorry. Not really. It's a surprise to the world when he does truly mean it. Don't blame him for things he didn't do or else you're officially going to be shunned. Somewhere in that chest of his, he does have heart. Not many people have seen the kind, sweet, caring Will. Will doesn't lie, he bends the truth. He's not a bully. Maybe a jerk, but not a bully. If there's really a person out there that can bring out the best in him, then Merlin bless them. Personality

Tomboy. One of the many words to describe Brookie, but of course not the only. For as long as she could remember, she’s loved sports. She’s loved pretty much any kind, whether it involves kicking hitting, bumping, throwing or anything really. The only sport she has yet to try is quidditch. But that’s not exactly her fault. Her father thinks it’s too dangerous of a sport for his little Brookie. But she doesn’t care. First chance she gets, she’s picking up a broom.

Despite being a tomboy, Brooklyn has been known to have her girly moments. She can definitely blend in well with other girls when she wants to. She tends to dress rather fashionably when she doesn’t have a game, or when she’s inside or even when she goes out shopping with her mother or father. And sometimes, against her mothers warnings, she plays in her dresses, and nicest clothes. What happens to them? They get ruined. But she doesn’t care. It’s not her fault she attracts stains and dirt like a light attracts moths. Not only can she dress like them, but she’s known to have little outbursts, and rambles whenever she’s had too much sugar.

She’s not much of a flirter because she feels like boys will only distract her from her game and Brooklyn does not like losing. She strives to win every game or sport she plays even though she doesn’t always. And when she loses, she can be a bit of a sore loser, which probably doesn’t make other people enjoy playing with her.

History

On May 9th of 2060, Brooklyn was born to Rianne and Maxim Petrov. As a child she was showered with gifts and presents and basically whatever the young girl’s heart desired. She was a happy baby, most often found playing with anything she could get her little hands on. Soon after the girl was born, a baby sister came into the picture by the name of Minnie. Close friends from the start, the two girls were just about best friends despite how different they were from each other. Brooke tended to be more of a tomboy while her younger sister tended to be more girly and a bit more of a princess than her sister.

As she grew, she began begging for more boyish toys and her parents of course gave in, but were a bit more reluctant about each purchase. But they shrugged it off, feeling that it wasn’t all that important and that their little tomboy was only going through a phase and would eventually become the young lady they hoped they would receive. Were they that lucky? Of course not. Little Brookie is only lady like in appearance thanks to her mother but she’s quite far from that rich girl, snotty personality that you’d probably imagine at first glance.

A few years later, when Brooklyn turned six, tragedy stuck. At least in her eyes it was a tragedy. She was with her parents and Minnie at a local muggle amusement park for the day when her parents bought her soft pretzel. Being young and naïve, she decided to share her pretzel with the animals around. Most of them being the local birds and the ones in aviary. She munched along, dropping little pieces in front of her for the birds, watching them as the swarmed and fought for the little pieces they were allowed. Soon, the birds became anxious and daring. The larger ones, flying above little Brooke in the enclosed room would swoop down, running their claws through her hair, hoping she’d drop more. They grew more daring even as they’d swoop down and strike her little arms with their claws and beaks, leaving little marks, and often opening a wound. Quickly they all started swarming her at the same time. The young girl dropped the pretzel and shrieked for her father, running towards him as the pecked at her some more, trying to find more food. From then on, she was scarred for life. Refusing to go to the zoo, the circus and anywhere where she knew birds would be in large numbers and in enclosed spaces.

That was one of the many reasons why she wasn’t keen on going to Hogwarts for her first four years. She was too afraid of being in an enclosed space with owls flying around above. Well that, and owls were huge, SCARY birds. She hates talking about her fear because she thinks it's stupid to be afraid of birds, even though she can't help it. But now, with a kitty for protection, she’s ready to start Hogwarts and keep FAAAAR away from those birds.

Salander's early magical education was spent bouncing around four schools over the span of three years in the United States before his mother intervened, having him move to the UK to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry for his 4th year. Steadily improving in his academics he successfully return to Hogwarts in the succeeding terms, then was given the honor of serving as the school's Head Boy during his 7th year.

Personality profile:
In his early teens and certainly during his first few months at Hogwarts Salander was known to be impudent, impatient, and irascible. This was due largely with his troubles in his early Wizarding education Stateside but most damaging was the prejudice he suffered from his Muggle father, who he once considered his childhood hero. But the years of separation from the man who raised him and the time spent with fellow students and mentors of Hogwarts has allowed Salander to grow out of his personality maladjustment, becoming more good-natured with his peers, a little less paranoid with authority figures (specially now in the light of his new duties) and generally adopted a more easygoing outlook to life.

Clothing Style: Gwen is quite feminine when it comes to her clothing. Often feeling at home in floral dresses and cute skirts, her clothes reflect the style that her mother used to wear in her youth. She's not really into fashion, she prefers to feel comfortable rather than fashionable but yet still looks suitable in her clothing, they compliment her background and personality well.

With hair extending down to her waist, Gwen's redeming feature is always well kept. It's often curled in ringlets, not looking out of place with various flowers scattered within its cascading lengths, but it wouldn't look odd long and straight or simply wavy. History

Gwen was born to her Welsh father Rhys Brocklehurst, a Wizard that had attended Hogwarts and her Irish mother who liked to call herself Rainbow. A year and a half before she was born, and 2 years after her older Half brothers had first gone to Hogwarts, Rhys had lost the job he had been doing for half a decade, a career that he absolutely adored. Completely devastated over loosing his job and after breaking up with his original wife of 6 years, Rhys decided to move away from his home County in search of something else. He was offered a job similar to his old one in Limerick, Ireland but it would mean he'd have to start from the bottom and work his way up to the position he held in Wales. Most of his savings had unfortunately been sent off to his first wife in their messy divorce and with his earnings being very low, Rhys was forced to find a home that was going incredibly cheap. This was when he found a shared premises, or a Hippy commune as it was correctly known as, very near to his work so he could walk to and from.

Gwen's mother Rainbow has and will always be a hippy. Her relationships have always been slightly complicated, her first husband left her after finding out about an afair between her and an army captain. Despite the heartbreak she has been through, Rainbow still maintains her beliefs and bought her sons up in the commune.
It wasn't long after moving in to the commune that Rhys started a relationship and fell in love with Rainbow (That was what she liked to be called anyway) a woman with two magical children whom had already gone off to Hogwarts for their schooling. Although he was wary of her peace loving mannerisms at first, in fact he found her slighly weird and eccentric when he first met her, Rhys grew to love her personality and even started to believe in spreading the love himself. A year later and a baby was born. Gwenyth.
Four years after Gwen was born, Rainbow fell pregnant yet again, this time with twins. Adding another two additions to the household made things hectic as Gwen was left the only girl in a bunch of noisy boys.

Being bought up in the commune meant that childcare was distributed between all the adults in the home and that anything that belonged to you also belonged to everyone else. Gwen quite enjoyed it, as a baby she didn't get to see her oldest brothers that often as they were always at school and when they got the opportunity, moved out straight away. She loved being able to interact with the other children, which meant that she was very people orientated, also learning the values that her mother believed in. Her father however didn't want her to loose her Welsh roots, therefore choosing the name Gwenyth and teaching her the native language. She generally didn't get out much, mainly because all the friends she had were staying in the same house as her, which meant that she isn't the most World wisely of people.

She was 12 when she first started showing any magical ability, managing to levitate a book she'd gained off of her oldest brother Jude and bring it towards her. At first she stared in shock, only realising that her father had seen all a few minutes later. He was pleased. His daughter was exactly like him. That summer she received her Hogwarts letter and although she's apprehensive, she is quite looking forward to following in her big brothers footsteps.

Gwen spent her Primary years, from the age of 4, being educated by the adults in the commune rather than attending a primary school. She was taught the same subjects as muggles did, especially as she had not shown any magical talents at that time. Her best subjects were English and Art, proving to be both intelligent and artistic, although she tends to be better on the theoretical sides, but she seemed to have a talent with maths as well. Her worst was history, preferring to look into the future rather than the past.
Due to the fact she was quite a late developer, only discovering her magical talents just half a year before she received her Hogwarts letter, Gwen has been taught very little about the magical world, especially as she lived with a lot of Muggles. Though she does know the basics, having private lessons and conversations with her older brothers and with her father.

Personality

Gwen's personality is difficult to explain. She is quite shy, adopting a slight stutter when she meets new people and often stumbling on her words. However, she is quite the peoples person, her social skills are definitely up to scratch. Once she gets to know you she's incredibly warm and friendly, taken from her mothers morals. But she has got a mean streak, something that the sorting hat has picked up. Underneath her innocent and seemingly shy exterior lies a rebellious child. Growing up in a house with a lot of brothers and a handful of other children, Gwen has learned that the only way to get attention is to do something big and brash. She took to being naughty behind peoples backs, even in front of the other childrens faces, but being the innocent looking perfect girl never seemed to get the blame. Her underlying personality is the result of trying to break free from the perfect world of the commune. Although life was fairly carefree and laid back, it did get quite boring, especially for an almost teenager. Most of the time, especially when you are someone she gets along with, Gwen's personality reflects her childhood but there are always those kind of people that get on her bad side. She is easily persuadable though, often as a result of being the only female out of a load of brothers. Her cheek and quick tongue also an outcome of her singled outness within her family community.

Samara is fairly quiet if she doesn't know you but her friends will tell you she's funny and very witty. She's often seen as sarcastic but she could care less. Some would say she was sorted into Slytherin because she only cares about herself but those close to her will tell you she really doesn't care much about anything. Background:
Samara Choi was born in Seoul, South Korea where she lived the first eight years of her life. Her father is a very skilled wizard that works with dragons and it was through this that she first encountered them and acquired her scar at the age of three. This was also the first time she showed signs of magic.

Her family moved to her mother's native home of London when she was eight after both of her parents were relocated there for work. She watched sadly as her older brother got accepted to Durmstrang and wondered when her turn would come. Two years later, she received her invitation to Hogwarts and was never happier.

Almost frighteningly like a boy. Flat at every angle, with even a boyish face and personality to boot. Standing at 4'8" the child is a bit vertically challenged but that will all change, one day she will be miles above all of you! Just wait and see! her eyes are a mixture of grey and blue with an absorbing curiosity. Eris' face is also always sporting a shameless toothy grin. Pale skin and rather skinny look, the girl's lean arm strength is completely disproportional to the rest of her. Finally she has dark black hair that crops right beneath her chin.

ABOUT ME

Eris is quite the happy child, and she refuses to let anyone rain on her parade. A devote tomboy, she likes to think herself more responsible than she actually is since she is the oldest in her family. To date, the lovely little witch has never let down a dare and probably never will.

HISTORY
Eris Ashwin was born on the night of June 25th 1963 in London, England; to a Romanian house wife and a British Model/Ministry Worker. A completely healthy and relatively happy little girl through her infant years doted upon by her moderately wealthy parents. Her first instance of magic was at merely 1 1/2 when from her crib she had wanted her milk so bad her cries knocked it off the shelf in her room and it rolled towards the crib. Sure she didn't get the bottle, but it was the start of a beautiful friendship between her and magic.
In 1965 she received her first toybroom. It was love at first sight as her father taught her the rules of quidditch. Eris would play chaser with her father as they tossed a quaffle back and forth.
In 1967 Vidar Ashwin was born, Eris taking the full responsibility of a good big sister and doting on him probably more than her parents.
In 1968 Vidar is given a toy broom that he doesn't care for, but as a protective big sister, 5 year old Eris would play "protect the baby" from the "bludgers" with a stick. Thus her love with playing beater started.
In 1970-1973 a three year old Vidar has gained the ability to talk and since their parents are busy, enlists his sister to amuse him by doing the stupid things he asks. 7 year old Eris gets bit by a snake, thrown out of a church, and many yellings among many things throughout this era in her life.

In 1974 Eris is sent her Hogwarts letter, it does not come as a surprise to the family, but she is stoked none the less. At Hogwarts, Eris is sorted into Slytherin and is quite happy.
