Lori watched Jaeke's father and mother enter. She raised her eyebrow to the very noticable resemblance the two had. She then raised both her eyebrows in seer confusion at what jaeke just did. Sure, she treated her own parents with due respect, but this was just too much.

She then heard the lady asking them to follow her, and she stepped beside her friends with her arms crossed and face smug. She listened to what they said and nodded in agreement with them, most especially to Seth. She then was about to retort when the woman spoke, but she cut her own sentence short.

She then realized why. She snapped her head to the direction of the noise...to where Jaeke and his father went to. She gulped as to what was happening, then almost screamed when she heard breaking glass and saw Jaeke rush out, shouting curses and foul words. She wheeled around immeadiately, her eyes following Jaeke.

Her arms fell to her sides, and she quickly turned to her heels, wanting to run after him, but then remembered their 'war'. She ceased to walk and look back at the others. She shrugged and sighed, wishing she could just go after him without any problems.

Seth scowled at Kira before turning and running out of the house after Jaeke. He stopped once he was outside and listening for any sound of where his best mate was.

"Jaeke? Answer me. I swear if he's done something..." Seth left the threat there, worrying Jaeke would be angry at him for threatening his dad but also cause he didn't know what he would do. But it would be something, something painful.

Roslyn whirled around when she heard trhe sound of smashing glass. As soon as she did, Jaeke flew straight past. She glared at Kira and ran after Jaeke with Seth. She didn't know if he wanted her there but they were all in this together, and even though they may have had arguments, the way his father treated him was appalling, and no one should be treated like that. It was even worse than her family.

"Jaeke are you alright? What happened?" She asked quietly, hoping it would help to calm everyone.

Teresa froze when she heard glass breaking. She let her arms fall to the sides and saw Jaeke leaving the room.
Without thinking even once her feet started running after him, quicker than she thought was possible. When she arrived near him she saw Roslyn and Seth. It seemed to her that it was better to be only one person talking to Jaeke and perhaps it should be better to be Seth. But her heart didn't let her go, she had to stay even if that meant getting hurt. She walked slowly to him and placed her hand on his shoulder like she had done a few times before. 'Jaeke' She called softly. This time she didn't ask a thing. She knew that he wouldn't react really well whatever she said or did.

Kamilah stepped out of the shadows and greeted Kira like an old friend.
"Hello Kira. Havent seen you in a long time. I've missed your company." Anyone close to them would notice the strained smiles, the absolute sarcasm dripping in Kamilah's voice. How she hated the woman. And her husband. She left the others to deal with Jaeke. Fools, they had no idea who they were dealing with, the rules that were in place, that could not be broken. Except maybe Seth, though he was clearly from a lower status, he at least had access to this, their world, he knew how it worked, knew Jaeke. Almost as well as she did.
"Glad to see that hospitality in in Mosca household remains as good as it ever was." She walked towards the room where Jaeke had had the argument with his father, but stopped on the threshold and turned back to Kira.
"Tell Keiga my father still asks for him." her voice was laced with venom. She would dearly have loved to have gone into the room and told him herself, but he was an intimidating man, and she was terrified of him. Instead, she stared evenly at Kira. She was weak willed, Kamilah knew this, had played it against her her whole life.
"I'm going out to fetch Jaeke. I'll be back in, in a few moments. Tell Keiga, I'm sorry, Mr Mosca we would dearly love to speak to him. If he wont speak to Jaeke, then he will speak to me." Kamilah turned for the door.
"Tell him I know. I know everything, and if he wants to keep my father from knowing, he had better listen." with that she walked out. She had no idea what she was going to say to him. And she had no idea about anything that may have aspired between him and her father, she was clueless about the whole affair. But she did know that something had happened, something that had caused a major rift between their families, and if she could use that as leverage to get out of him whatever it was Jaeke needed, then so be it.
She couldn't talk to him on her own though, she was petrified of him. She would need someone with her, someone else who knew the Moscas, how they operated. She spied Seth and the others in the garden seemingly talking to a bush. She walked up behind him.
"Seth, where's Jaeke? I need to talk to him, and I may need a favour." she whispered urgently, praying that Seth had forgotten about her earlier disdain at his social status.

Seth turned to Kamilah, he hadn't forgotten the way she treated him earlier but he knew he had to put that aside for a while, while they made sure Jaeke was ok.

"He's around somewhere. He sped out here and knowing him he hid somewhere, that's what he always used to do. And if you want to talk to him then get in line, I'm his best mate now and it's not like you two have had that good a friendship these past few years." He told her with a scowl, if he couldn't comment directly about his lower status then he'd mention the fact that her and Jaeke were no longer best mates. Even though the way things were going Seth was worried that they soon would be and he would be pushed out, because of his lower status.

"Anyway..favour from who?" He asked, narrowing his eyes at her.

Jaeke knocked Teresa's arm off his shoulder, as he got up. His face was set in a hard mask, as he narrowed his eyes even more, barely hearing the door slam. His hands were behind his back, not bringing them out - although they were bloody - before shaking his head. "I do NOT hide," he snapped at Seth, staring up at the huge mansion.

He didn't say anything at all, only trying to wipe his hands behind his back. "They're having a party tonight," he finally said, flicking his gaze to the sky, as the sky got darker. "The plagues.. " He trailed off, then looked thoughtful.

"It's a costume party. Everyone in masks. We'll have to crash it.. we need to stay in doors. No doubt the plagues are coming."

He stopped, then turned to Kamilah, staring dully at her. "What?"

"Costume time." Seth said with a smirk after recovering from Jaeke snapping at him..maybe he was right after all about losing Jaeke to Kamilah.

"I've always longed for the chance to be someone I'm not!" He joked. "Costumes are good. Masks are good." He said with a nod, he'd always been dressing up as superheroes and things as a kid. He had a vivid imagination then and he still did now.

"I'm guessing you know someone to go to get costumes at such short notice?" He asked Jaeke.

Teresa wasn't shocked with Jaeke's reaction. Actually she was waiting for him to do something like that. She took her hand of and just looked at him. She felt like telling him 'So now you believe in the plagues, huh?' but she didn't. She shrugged. 'Whatever' She mumbled and looked down. She saw the way Jaeke was hiding his hands and raised an eyebrow. 'What happened to your hands?' She asked looking at him again.

Samantha blew out a long breath as Jaeke snapped at the Tess and Seth. He really needed to take anger management classes or something. A costume party, though. Now that should be interesting. She then realized that since she began this trip, she had never been part of such petty acts, and now they were planning to crash a party...but if it was the only way to fight the plagues then she was all for it. She nodded as Seth spoke, wondering the same thing.

Jaeke stared at Teresa, then brought his hands out. They were clean - to say the least. They were dirty, yes, but no sign of blood was there. Of course, that's maybe because Jaeke wiped them off. "What are you talking about, Teresa? They're fine," he said, rolling his eyes.

He stopped, when he heard Seth, then slowly nodded his head. "Yes.. as a matter of fact I do. Although she really doesn't give things out to lower-class people. So, as of now, you lot are wealthy friends from different countries, coming to visit." Jaeke narrowed his eyes, then suddenly reached out and pulled Teresa close to him. "And you, little Teresa, are my loveable younger cousin whom I adore. At least, thats what I told her.."

He trailed off, then tilted his head, still holding onto Teresa. "Kamilah. She knows you. Sam.. you are an old friend from nursery school. As of David. Seth.. I think she may know you, but I'm not entirely sure. Just act rich, alright?"

Teresa's eyes were wide open when Jaeke pulled her closer. Does he want to drive me mad or something? she thought. She gulped silently and bit her lip inside her mouth trying to calm down, which didn't work much since her heart was beating quite faster than usual. She pulled away a little but didn't get away completly, after all she didn't want to at all or did she? Why a cousin though? Why not an old friend like the others? she asked herself. She knew it was going to be hard to get the answer but she was going to have it either way. 'Fine' She said.

Samantha's eyes widened a bit in surprise as Jaeke pulled Teresa to him. What in the world? She nodded, biting her lip as he delegated new roles to each of them. Yeah, sure just act rich. That means I've just got to act like Jaeke and they won't suspect a thing she thought saracastically. She peered at Teresa curious as to what she thought of this sudden turn of events.

Jaeke suddenly stared down at Teresa, his eyes lighting up. Of course.. that was it. Teresa must have a crush on me! Jaeke thought to himself, a grin suddenly appearing. My, my, this was going to be fun..

He trailed off, then stared at Sam. "What's wrong? Cat got your tongue?" He asked, as bit sarcastically, before suddenly wrapping his arms around Teresa, pulling her to his bare chest. It would've looked strange, if Jaeke didn't suddenly call out, "Oh. I'm just showing my.. cousin and friends around!" to a gardener who was walking by.

He loosened up around Teresa, then leaned down and whispered, "C'mon, Teresa. You have to act like you totally adore me. Like a little cousin looking up to a big cousin. Catch my drift?" He grinned, then let go, looking around. "Is everyone ready? "

"Yes let's go get rich-looking things because we're rich." Seth joked as he spoke in a posh voice and strutted around with his head held high. He started laughing and turned back to the others with a smirk on his face.

"This better not take long, I don't think I can hold up the rich thing for long." He said with a shrug, he just couldn't help it. He was himself and had never seen the point of pretending to be someone else. People would accept him for who he was or they wouldn't, he didn't want fake friends anyway.

Seeing her friends run over to Jaeke, Lori decided to follow. She walked slowly towards them, arms still crossed. She stood behind Sam, seeing Jaeke's position, and hearing his idea. She smiled at this, as she really liked it. "Not bad, Jaeke," she muttered with a genuine smile, more to herself and Sam than to Jaeke himself.

She was then as wide-eyed as Teresa when Jaeke held her. She then smiled. So, Jaeke had now know Teresa's crush on him? Good for Jaeke, not so good for Teresa.

She then saw Seth and tried to stiffle laughter. He simply looked so cute! She unfolded her arms gently and asked in a friendly manner, "What exactly is your plan to crash it?" She wasn't exactly a part-crasher, but more likely the life of the party when she held her own.

Teresa shivered. How could she handle that kind of closeness to Jaeke like that? 'I warn you now that I don't know how to lie' She said truthfully. Actually almost every time she lied she started laughing or her face expression would show that it wasn't the truth she was telling. She sighed. 'Let's go then...' She muttered and closed her eyes. You're Jaeke's cousin. You're Jaeke's cousin she told herself mentally hundreds and hundreds of times. You're being part of a play... that's all...

Roslyn just stood there as Jaeke spoke of the costume party. He had given everyone else stories on how he knew them but not her. She just assumed that he missed her out.

"Erm...everyone seems to have some sort of story, but I don't. Any reason?" She asked him curiously.

Kamilah nodded at Jaeke's plan. It would be hard getting this lot to act rich, realisticly, but it seemed to be the only plan they had. She glanced over at Seth as he spoke, and couldn't help but laugh. Was that his idea of how her and Jaeke lived? Was that how everyone viewed them? Suddenly, Kamilah felt just a little regret, it was only a little, and it was fleeting, but she fetl it nonetheless, and it confused her. She had the perfect life. She didn't want for anything, did she? She was Kamilah Auset, and if they were going where she thought theywere, these people were going to have to up their acts, a lot. This woman would not be fooled by anything. she would have to show them how,and she knew they would resent her for it.
"Ok, Seth, as amusing as your impression is, its not uite right. You need to act like Jaeke on a bad day. You are amazing, rich, powerful, all knowing, great looking..." she stopped herself sddenly, almost blushing, "according to you that is." she supplied quickly, hoping no one would notice. She then turned her attention to the girls.
"First things first, you all need to get some nier clothes on, I'm sure you don't have any labels, but..." she took a deep breath, "you can borow something of mine if needs be. You will all have to do something with your hair, no offence Teresa, but I wouldn't be caught dead with my hair like that, and it does nothing for you. You're all going to have to act better, richer, superior, more like...me."
She passed her critical eye over the group, in her element. This is what she did best, but time was against them, they needed to be quick.
"Actually, maybe its better you don't talk at all, let Jaeke, Seth and I take care of it. All you have to do is look pretty. Roslyn, you can be my PA. If we're all so rich, it would look weird if we didn't have some servants. I nver go shopping without mine" she finished slightly more imperiously than she'd intended.

'What? My hair is fine as it is, thank you!' Teresa said a bit angrily putting her hands on her hips. 'If it is quite dirty it's because we have been in the middle of sand, in case you haven't noticed Kamilah. Besides, you never saw my hair without a pony tail so don't start on me' She said. She had always said she was quite ugly even though her friends, some of her family friends and her own family back at home said she wasn't but she never believed in them except for a few seconds. All she liked were her eyes and hair so thinking of changing her hair look was quite of a crime towards herself.

Kamilah narrowed her eyes, glaring at Teresa. How dare she speak to he like that! She stalked over to her, looked her up ad down menacingly.
"You weren't brought up the way I was, Teresa, and while it may be perfectly all right for you at home to be going around looking the way you do, while you may even be considered pretty back home, here, in these circles, ou look like the little rich girl everyone forgot." She sneered. No one questioned her authority, not in these matters. How pathetic she was to assume everything was on a personal level, everything was superficial, in her world at least. It was all she knew. And know it well she did. She had a sudden dislike for the girl, though she couldn't figure out why. She seemed weak, self concsious. She would be eaten alive. Kamilah suddenly became aware of the group surounding her. She knew she was being harsh, but it was the only way.
"I never said your hair wasn't nice, and I wasn't referring to it being dirty, everyone is dirty. What I was referring to if you'd bother to pay attention is that you shouldn't wear it that way. No rich girls in Cairo wear their hair that way, no one important anyway. Only servants wear their hair tied back. But if you want to take the role of servat be my guest, wont stand in your way, it would be more fitting to your station anyway."
She turned away and wen to pick up her bag. Suddenly she was faced with a view of her mansion through the trees. The sight of it arrested her for a moment, and she turned back.
"If you want to pretend to be a part of the Mosca family, you have to listen to me, do what I say. Like it or not this is my world, and I know it inside out. Go wash your hair, leave it down and come back to me. Then I'll talk to you."

Teresa hated to admit it but Kamilah was right. 'I am not going to change my hair in any way. And it's only pulled back so I don't have it as dirty as it would get if I didn't put it that way' She hissed. It's better for you not to make me really mad or else you'll be sorry she thought like if she was talking to that girl. Who did she think she was to talk to her like that? If the other girls were always saying that Jaeke was "impossible" than what would that girl who thought that was better than everyone else be?

Samantha arched an eyebrow as Kamilah gave out advice. She then slightly smiled as Teresa snapped at Kamilah. It was good to know that Tess wasn’t going to let Kamilah push her around. As she watched she realized that things were starting to get a little out of control. She placed one hand on Teresa’s shoulder and murmured softlly. “Tess, leave it please. If we can’t agree on anything, we…won’t ever get anything done.”

She then turned to Kamilah. “Kamilah, I appreciate the advice, but do you think that you could stop mentioning ‘our stations’? It’s getting rather tiring to hear how you think that you and Jaeke are better than us” And it’s not like she has any business doing so. We’re all human beings. Some are just lucky and are born into a family of the rich and famous.

Teresa took a deep breath to control herself and looked away. If she kept looking at Kamilah, she'd certainly blow up and start snapping at the girl even more. She hated when people thought she was weak when she wasn't. But what is weakness after all? she asked herself. To me, weakness is when a person is scared to admit the way she or he feels. That's what weakness is all about and not where someone was born or stuff like that. Who does she think she is anyway? Not more than a spoiled girl that's for sure! She suddenly remembered what Jaeke told her when she said he was spoiled and immediatly took that thought away. A thing she had learned was to never think that someone is, acts or does certain things without knowing the person in question inside-out.

Roslyn arched an eyebrow at Kamilah.

"Your PA? So, no dressing up for me then. Shame, I was looking forward to it." She replied sarcastically. She didn't like the idea about having to be Kamilah's servant, but if it was the only way for all of them to be in the party, then so be it.

"What will I be like then?" She asked Kamilah, crossing her arms. Roslyn did not like the way Kamilah was laying into Teresa, but was impressed with Tess standing up for herself.
