It was the middle of the year, in the newly opened and magical international school, and a group of picked students were offered the chance - the chance of a lifetime, mind I add - to go to Egypt to study for a semester. The students agree to the "study abroad" and were immediately packed and whisked away to Egypt.
They arrived in the newly renovated town - a town that was built on the ancient city of Hamunpatra, or, as you may know it, the city of the Dead. The students are psyched to get started exploring the tombs, and they instantly get to work.
However, during a sandstorm, a tomb was uncovered. The Tomb of Anubis. People thought Anubis was a god, but in fact, they didn’t know he actually walked on the earth, once, many thousands of years before.
The group of students eagerly enter the tomb, excited that they found what they thought was a tomb that never existed, they set to work, exploring the many rooms of the maze of the tomb.
They soon find, however, a book of hieroglyphics, which fortunately, one of the students could translate. What did the student translate? Why, "The Book of the Dead".
The students go back to the inn they were staying at, talking about what happened that day, vowing they wouldn’t tell anyone what they found unless they were certain it was the God’s tomb. They all agreed happily, then continued their conversation.
But for the next few days, odd things were happening. The students find out that they can’t use magic anymore, and horrible things kept happening to the locals. In a desperate attempt to find out what was happening, one of the students did some research, and came up with a theory. The Ten Plagues of Egypt were happening all over again, and there was another ancient book that was connected with "The Book of the Dead" called, "The Book of the Living," They find out that the Book of the Dead gives the dead life, while the Book of the Living takes life away.
Now, the students must figure how to stop the Ten Plagues and the killings, and figure out how to get their hands on the Book of the Living, to try and save all of Egypt.

As Roslyn was dragged inside by Jaeke, Teresa got up and sat next to the girl. 'Are you alright?' She asked worriedly grabbing Roslyn's hand. She looked at Jaeke. 'Thanks' She said truthfully before she looked at the girl again waiting for an answer. Then, she heard Jaeke talking about lice and shivered a little. She only had it once or twice and she was very young when she did. She looked at him again and then did the same Lori did still with her hand on Roslyn's.

Roslyn had felt the wind blow through the hall, and when everyone started to panic, she tried to make her way out of the ballroom, but she tripped over her dress and fell to the floor. As she scrambled to stand, she felt a shooting pain in the back of her head, and she collapsed to the floor once more, she groaned and fell unconcious.
Next thing she knew, she was being dragged out by Jaeke and Tess holding her hand. She sat up straight and rubbed her head.
"Yeah, I'm fine, just a bump. Now, what's this about lice?" She asked looking at Jaeke.

Jaeke blinked, before staring at their hair. "I'm not sure," he replied, a bit hesitantly. Truth be told, he never had lice, and even if he did, his nanny would take care of it. "..I remember.. my nanny telling me that if I got lice, then take a bath. Or something," Jaeke said, rambling on. "But.. I know that.. lice goes from head to head. Tomatos?" Jaeke got up, as he paced the room, swaying a bit still. "Go take baths," he ordered the girls finally. "Then come back down. My father won't stay here, I'm sure. We need to find it. I don't know where.." he trailed off, before going over to the door and opening it a bit. There was still a bit of screeching in the distance. Jaeke sighed, before turning back. "We'll all camp out in here. I'll get blankets and pillows."
He opened the door wider, placing a foot out, before tilting his head and looking at Teresa. "..You wanted to talk?" He asked, gesturing for her to follow him. He was also waiting to show the other girls where they could go to bathe.

Teresa smiled when she heard Roslyn and let her hand go. Then she got up and helped the girl getting up too. She looked at Jaeke and listened to him without saying a word.
When he mentioned talking she gulped silently. 'I... Not now Jaeke. I'll talk to you later' She told him. She wasn't in the mood to say what she had to say nor do what she wanted to do. 'Alone' She added. 'Now, where are the bathrooms?' She asked trying to control her feelings.

"Right, I get knocked out, now he tells me to get into a tub of water - I could drown ya know!" Roslyn ranted to no one in particular. She pulled her way up using the couch, and dusted off her dress. as she saw Jaeke heading towards the door and noticed him turning round, Roslyn smiled sickly sweet, showing to anyone looking at her that she did not mean it at all. She heard Tess talk and she agreed with her about the bathroom.

"You drowning would be one less person for me to kill," Jaeke shot back, before adding, "Besides. I'm sure if you drowned, no one would care." He stopped, before walking out the door. He paused, when he heard what Roslyn said, then looked back and narrowed his eyes. "If you would shut up and listen to me, I was going to bring you there."
He turned back around and walked up a few flight of stairs - the back stairs. He came to a long hallway, before he opened the door at the end and left it open. "Here. These are for the guests. Theres a few tubs in there and showers, so multiple people can use it at once. Come back downstairs once your done.. unless you want me to wait here," he finished raising an eyebrow.

Lori didn't need telling twice. She quickly got up and out towards the bathroom, fearing lice infestation. Oh, how she hated it! She rushed to the showers before anyone else had and thought about drowning herself in shampoo. Luckily, the shampoo felt all minty-like and fresh that she felt lice-free already.
She sighed as she rinsed off her hair, and stepped out of the shower afterwards with a towel wrapped around her hair and body. She then searched her bag for her clothes and put on denim shorts and a sleeveless blouse.
She then rushed past Tess and Rsolyn and said, "Bathroom's over there, Tess, and Rsolyn, you needn't worry about bathtubs. It's a shower" She then winked and slumped on a chair, exhausted of that day's events.

Part of the anger Teresa had felt before came back when Jaeke talked again. She put her arm around Roslyn protectively, just like if she was her mother and looked at him coldly. How could she feel attracted to such a... a beast! 'There's no need in listening to stupid people, Ros' She told her friend softly loud enough for Jaeke to hear.
And then like if she had said nothing she followed him. 'It would be better if you left actually. We won't get lost in the way back down' She said coldly. She didn't look at the bathroom and she didn't enter it either waiting for him to leave.

Roslyn scowled at Jaeke and begrudingly follwed him up the stairs. She was impressed with the guest bathrooms and wondered what the private bathrooms would be like. Hearing Jaeke's comment, she turned to him.
"Well, as much as I would love for that to happen, I don't think all of the other girls who "want you" would be that impressed." She replied sarcastically, before turning back to the shower stalls and turning it on.

ooc: and now... dum dum dum dum.... what will Teresa do?  That was it! Teresa couldn't take it any longer. Jaeke had gone too far and she was not going to be quiet like before nor control her anger. Not this time. The little sweet Tess was gone in that moment and it wouldn't be back for long... very long. She walked to him, rather fastly and grabbed him by the collar. She had seen another door on that room before. She dragged him to the door, opened it and went inside the room with him. Then she let him go and closed the door. When she faced him again, she just raised her hand and slapped him harder than before. And finally, her stupid feelings came over and out of nothing she glued her lips on his.

Jaeke opened his eyes wide as he was smacked in the face - again! "What is it with you and smack-" he managed to get out, before Teresa kissed him. Teresa. Her. What-? Jaeke was going to push her away and ask her if she was on mushrooms or something, but didn't. Instead, he kissed back, with a bit more force. It was about time she kissed him.
After a few moments, he broke away, turning away, so his cheek was the only thing exposed. He didn't know why, but he felt guilty. Even if his mother was dead - since she was part of the whole Kamilah and him getting married - he still felt.. ah. nevermind.
He didn't want to get Teresa upset about Kamilah, so he stared at her, his face expressionless. "Why'd you smack me?" He asked, narrowing his eyes. "I already get abused enough. I don't need someone else to literally hit on me, too," he said, his voice a bit loud. Even if he did kiss back - he really did hate being smacked around. Since he was talking a bit loud, there was no doubt that everyone else in the hallway could hear him, too.

"What the..." Roslyn said confused, hearing Jaeke talking a bit too loud. Giggling to herself, she was pleased that Tess had smacked him.
"Well, I hope you don't mind, but, I'm having a shower." She told the others in the room. She walked over to the shower and got in. After a few moments, she cam back out, still having to wear her ball gown as she didn't have any sare clothes. Her hair was wet and thrown up in a messy bun.
"Anything happen in there?" She asked, indicating the cupboard.

She then cleared her throat, nudged Sam and said, "What do you think's going on?" though there was a hint of 'this is so obvious' tone in her voice. She then glanced over at Seth and shook her head. He was a harder fish to fry than she would have expected. Even harder than Jaeke.

Seth walked over to the girls. All of this had been too much for him, it was all a bit mad. He wondered what Jaeke was going to do about Teresa.
"Hope those guys aren't too long doing whatever it is they're doing in there. We've still got a long way to go before we're safe." He commented with a half smile, maybe Tess was the girl to put his best mate in his place. He needed someone to sort him out. He hoped it would be her, she was nice and good for Jaeke.

ooc: why am I blushing like mad? *blushes* My cat had babieees!!!!  They're sooo beautiful!! Teresa's breathing was a bit quicker than usual. She was feeling so bad but at the same time so good! It was so different from the earlier experiences she had. And then, Jaeke's tone of voice was different from before... even though it was loud, was it possible that he felt differently? She truely hoped so... It was going to be hard finding the words to say. 'Because you're treating us like if we were - if we were garbage or something' She said trying to keep her voice down which she wasn't succeding at her best...

Jaeke softened his look, just a bit, before shaking his head. "It's not my fault!" he said, defensively. "The way I was brought up, that's to blame. You can't expect me to suddenly be nice to.. to.. lower-" he stopped suddenly, not wanting to say the rest. Lower-class, was what he was going to say. Commoners, peasants, were another way of putting it.
He shook his head, before staring at her, right in the eyes. "Truth be told, you lot weren't exactly nice to me, either. From the beginning. What was I supposed to do? Take orders from someone lower than me?" There. He said it. Not exactly meaning it, however.
He sighed, running a hand through his hair, before tilting his head. He lowered his voice, so it wasn't exactly loud enough for everyone else to hear outside, before saying, "..I knew it. You liked me all along, didn't you?"

'I just don't get it!' Teresa said blewing up and shaking her head. 'Why can't we just - just try and live next to eachother without any problems? Why can't we just learn how to be nice and such? I mean, if we want to get out of this alive we'll have to be different' She said before he mentioned her feelings. When he did, she stopped talking immediatly and looked to the floor. How would she say this? 'First of all, no. I hate you and yet I -' She shook her head and sighed. She was not going to end that sentence. You hate him and yet you love him she thought to herself. Her eyes stopped on the walls. She couldn't look at his eyes any longer. She knew she was making a mistake and yet she did it.

Jaeke stared at Teresa, before stepping closer. "..Don't get what? You hate me but what, Teresa?" He tilted his head, before leaning his head down, so it was near her ear. "You hate me but you.. love me, isn't that right?" he whispered, before lifting his head and brushing his lips across her's.
He pulled back a bit, before looking towards the door. "..Am I right, Teresa? Tell me the truth," he said, flicking his gaze back to her.
