Samantha stared at him as he ignored her warning. Listening to him speak the words, she tried to piece together the message. Not knowing much Egyptian, she had no clue as to what he just read. As she opened her mouth to scold him, a particularly strong burst of wind blew sand into her mouth. Sputtering, she glared at him. "Don't say I didn't warn you." she retorted and followed him back to the group, still muttering under her breath.

ooc: wow i'm confused. just pretend Alina's been there the whole time and we'll call it even, K?

bic: Alina, who had TOTALLY been paying attention to everything and included in everybody's conversations and everyone thinks she's simply wonderful, had been fuming having to listen to all these girls argue with Jaeke. She wanted to scream out "Just shut up and let the man talk without interrupting him!", but unfortunately she somehow always seemed to miss her chance. Everybody seemed to be beating up on him, and it WASN'T because she liked him that she felt this way. More that she was sick and tired of everyone else. "Right. If we stay out here any longer we'll get stuck in another sandstorm. We'll analyze the data once we get back." She remarked, following Jaeke out of the pyramid.

ooc: *sits with Elz* I'm confuzzled, too. You guys are FAST!

Lori grumbled to herself althroughout the trip in the pyramid. She decided to stay silent as it was sort of a way to restrain herself from attacking Jaeke. She glanced at Alina and looked at her with narrowed eyes before turning away. So this girl liked Jaeke?

She shrugged and decided that everyone had different tastes when it came to 'liking' someone. She rolled her eyes at her statement and said, "It's good if we still have the camp intact. Who know's if its been blown away by some unexpected sandstorm."

She was being sarcastic, and she knew they knew it based on the tone of her voice. She folded her arms and followed the group out. She wasn't usually this grumpy, but upon her encounter with Jaeke ever since the plane, she kne she'd never again be cheery until this trip was over.

Teresa walked to Samantha not aware of her discussion with Jaeke. 'Are we going back then?' she asked her. She wanted to lay down for a while, she was quite tired. After all, they had travelled by plane and then went inside a pyramid without resting even five minutes. She usually didn't get tired easily but that day, she was.

Roslyn She was rummaging in her bag for a hairband when she heard some weird language. She looked up and saw Jaeke reading from a book. Probably something he brought with him. She shrugged. She walked over to the group adjusting her back, again.

"I hope so. I think I have jet lag or something because I don't usually get this tired." She replied to Tess, stifling a yawn.

Ryan watched as Jaeke threw the stone triggering the trap. "Well hark at Indiana Jones..." he said. He then heard him say something about him being a pharoah. ''Pharoah? Yeah, we all know that's merda" He hoped no one else spoke Italian, as he had just uttered a rather nasty word. ''And raising the dead, that's messed up. You still gonna be sayin it's rubbish when you're head's been torn off and spat down by a rabid zombie, huh punk?''

Kamilah glared at Jaeke. She had remained in a sullen silence the entire time, to angry and incensed to speak.
She threw her eyes up to heaven as once agian everyone started arguing about what they should do, to stay where they were or go back to camp. For once, she found herself agreeing with Jaeke, but she guessed not for the same reasons.
"We should go back to camp. We do not want to be caught here in the dead of night." She adressed the group.
She approached Jaeke, a smile fixed on her face, her eyes giving away her contemptment.
"What do you think you are doing calling aloud those hieroglyphics, Pharoh? You are more stupid than I thought, you idiotic little egomaniac. If anything should happen to me, it will be on your head." she hissed and strode away. She had only gone a few feet when she turned back to him, her voice now raised.
"You don't even have to that book, and you know it!"

Samantha watched Kamilah in interest. Despite her attitude, Samantha was glad that Kamilah agreed with her. Personally, Samantha thought that Jaeke was spending too much time in the hot Egyptian sun or else he had let his title go to head and thought he was invincible.

Shaking her head, she turned to Teresa. "Yeah, I think we're going back to camp." She then turned her face so that it could only be seen by Teresa. "We'll talk later." she mouthed and then glanced back toward Kamilah and Jaeke.

Seth nodded in agreement with the girls.

"Come on Jaeke, this place will still be here tomorrow. And anyway if we discover everything on the first day we'll exhaust our bodies as well as our places to look." He commented to his mate, trying to make him see reason.

Teresa nodded at Samantha. She looked at Kamilah and sighed. Now her work to bring Jaeke's good side was going to be quite harder than she thought. 'Can we go then?' she asked to no-one in particular. All she wanted was somewhere to sleep a nice couple of hours. Actually in that moment she could even fall asleep right there.

"Tess, I think we should just head back. The rest can catch up if they want. What do you think?" Roslyn replied, failing miserably to hide the fact that she was exhausted.

'Dunno if we should' Teresa replied bitting her lip. She wanted to say yes but Jaeke wouldn't let them go that easily.

Jaeke stared at David, narrowing his eyes. With a flash, Jaeke raised his fist and punched David - right on the side of his cheek. With his fist still raised, and the other clenched, Jaeke glowered at him, before spitting on the ground near David - a very RUDE gesture, might I add. "I'm going to say it's rubbish until you've been impaled by a sharp spike, punk," he spat at David, before grabbing his bag and walking past Kamilah, only to stop and stare at her.

"You ugly little tramp," he mocked her, in a growl. "I think I'm reading these heiroglyphics to get us all killed, wanton," he shot back, then walked father ahead, not saying if he was serious or not. Probably more on the serious side, since, you know, he's a bit crazy.

After going a little ways ahead of the group, Jaeke finally spied camp, although it looked hazy and even father away. Except, the Egyptains were scurrying around, the tents were turned over, and everything was covered with sand. Jaeke groaned out loud, cursing under his breath, as he made way for the camp.

"Well Sam, Seth and Kamilah all agree. Jaeke may want to try and keep us out here all night. If we can get the others to come as well, he would just have to side with us." Roslyn almost pleaded with Tess. Everyone was tired and needed sleep.

Samantha swore under her breath as Jaeke punched David. That's it, he's officially crazy! she thought as she glanced at Teresa and Roslyn. Before she could say anything, Jaeke began quickly walking back toward the camp. Turning to Teresa and Roslyn she said. "This is getting ridiculous." she growled as she watched Jaeke getting further ahead of them.

She then hurried to David. "You all right?" she asked concernedly, her eyes squinting against the sun.

Teresa almost screamed when she saw what Jaeke had done to David. That was it, he was officially out of his mind. She ran to David. 'Oh God! Are you alright?' she asked worriedly. She looked at Jaeke and shot him a dirty look. Her brown eyes had a couple of tears on them. She wasn't going to let all that stay like that. She looked back at David. Why bother about idiots when innocent people need help?

Even Seth was shocked at what Jaeke had done. Tempremental idiot, he thought as he headed out of the pyramid and after Jaeke.

"You guys, come on. I know Jaeke is being an idiot but we've got to stay together and didn't you want to go back to camp anyway." He told them.

'Have you seen what he did? David is hurt!' Teresa said trying to hold back the tears. If Jaeke had done that to David, then anyone else could be the next victim and if that happened they were going to end up completly about to die.

Roslyn gasped. She hadn't seen Jaeke punch David, she had her back to them. She rushed over with Tess and Sam.

"Are you okay?" She asked crouching besides David.

Samantha glared at Seth. "We'll go back once we know that David is okay. And if you know that Jaeke is an idiot, then why don't you talk to him and get him to stop being such an idiot?" she snapped, her eyes flashing angrily. "For all of our sakes!" she turned to Teresa, putting a comforting hand on her shoulder. "It's okay, Tess."

"Fine then stay here, I hope you all know your way back!" Seth exclaimed. Why couldn't they see that it would be easier and saver to treat David back at camp. At the moment all he cared about was the fact that his best mate had run off on his own, he may know his way around but that didn't make it save for him. Seth was to Jaeke what the Maji were to the Pharoah's in Ancient Egypt, Seth felt a duty to protect him. He turned on his heel and ran in the direction of the camp.

Teresa shook her head. 'I'm going to have a word with that guy' She declared more to herself than to anyone else. She looked to nothing in particular and walked behind Seth. She knew it would be hard to go back to the camp but she wanted to take the risk. Jaeke could beat her up but she was going to tell him something he would not forget.

Samantha sighed resignedly and turned, carefully watching David as they made their way back to camp. She bit her lip as she saw Teresa's expression and feverently hoped that she wouldn't do anything rash. But if she did, Samantha would be right there next to her.

Roslyn followed after Sam and David towards the camp. She had wanted to head back, but not like this.

"You alright there David?" She asked as she caught up with the pair.

Samantha glanced up as Roslyn caught up with her and David. "Oh, sorry, didn't mean to move so fast." she smiled. "We haven't had a chance to really talk. Too busy trying to keep the Pharoh in line." she said bitterly.
