Amethyst slowly walked into the common room. She looked around a bit and headed straight to the fireplace. She had just finished her book for the 34th time, and had nothing to do. She would often look into the fire for inspiration, but this time, oddly, found none what-so-ever.

"Hey Amethyst we are over here." Minerva waved Ame over and got up and moved into a chair so Ame could sit next to Justin.

" Well well, I was starting to worry about ya, Love. Come have a seat." Justin said as he patted the spot next to him on the couch.


" Thanks, Min. "

" Anyone want another soda or anything. I was thinking about going to the kitchen and asking for some sandwiches. Any requests? "

"No problem Justin anything for you." Minerva said as she ate another chip.

Justin was really happy. He had his two favourite girls with him. " So, What's on the agenda for you two today ? " he asked.

"Oh I don't know yet. Homework for sure, but then maybe hitting the transfiguration practice room. I swear it's becoming my new home. Plus I might go up to the library for a few books."

" I haven't figured out what to do yet. I was thinking of asking Ame to go down to the waterfall with me for a walk. Ya know a little quiet stroll. "

"Oh that sounds fun." Minerva said noticing the two wanting some alone time. "Well I better get to my books talk to you two later!" Minerva got up and headed out the door.

" See ya, Minerva! " Justin called out to her.

Amethyst turned, to see Minerva and Justin. She smiled and got up, walking over to the two. She took her place, sitting next to the spot Justin had patted. "Hello, you two!"

Amethyst nodded to Minerva, agreeing. She had TONS of homework. And, the library sounded pretty fun. "Well, homework, as well, for sure. you?"

She blushed smiling. She loved that waterfall, and visited it often. "I'd love to go!"

Daisy walked sleepily into the common room, rather muddy from the flying she had been doing. Shoving her broomstick into a corner, she flopped into on of the seats which was empty. Several magazines and newspapers lay abandoned on the floor, and, checking they didn't belong to anyone around her, she picked one up. Opening a bottle of Dr Pepper, the amazing stuff, she took a swig and pulled out a quill, intending to do the puzzles and quizzes.

But Dr Pepper took control.

Several minutes later, a rather giggly Daisy drew a moustache on yet another picture, causing the people in them to glare at her or disappear behind the frame. Only Dr Pepper did this to Daisy, it made her so hyper, yet she loved it, and loved being hyper, so, being the person she was, she wrote to her parents and ask for some. To her excitement, several days later, 3 owls arrived carrying as many Dr Pepper bottles as they could carry, all for Daisy.

Amethyst smiled, taking his arm as she giggling softly at him. "You are such a gentleman, Justin."

" That because my mum made sure she raised me that way. She was always quite strict. But there was a reason for it. She didn't want me growing up like alot of other wizarding families raise their kids. She taught me always to be respectful. Especially to girls. " he said as he took her hand and kissed it. Then he placed her hand back in the crook of his arm and led her out of the coomonroom.

She smiled giggling as she blushed softly. This was going to be the best year ever! And she knew it. Wonderful friends, an awesome boy friend, what more could she ask for, aside from a family?

"I agree with Justin about Harvey. Don't take his affections too likely. But don't worry, I'll watch your 'six' too. If it starts getting out of hand, Professor Hadley may need to be told. Anyway, I'll go up with you, Min. I'm getting tired myself but if you need any help with homework let me know. I'm only a room away".

"See ya, Justin and Ames. Catch you lot later."

" hey , Alyssa. How's your day been. Ame is gonna be back any minute. " I ordered some sandwiches from the kitchen before I came in. You're welcome to have some if you like. " Justin said with a smile.

Ame smiled wide as she skipped her way into the common room. Her day was perfect. Nothing could ruin it. Nothing. She skipped over to Alyssa and Justin, waving to them both. "How are you, my fellow, Puffs?"

" Hey, Beautiful. ' justin said as he smiled broadly at Amethyst. " I'm better now that you're here. " he said as he motion for her to have a seat. " Would you like a sandwich? "

She blushed deeply at his greeting. Beautiful? Nah. She giggled as she walked over to sit next to him. "A sandwich sounds wonderful!" She nodded softly.

justin walked over to th table , " What kind do you want? There's tuna, turkey, chicken salad...? " justin trailed off as he turned around to see her reaction to the options. " Ame, I just wanted to say.... I 'm just so happy I met you. " he confided in the most sincere manner.

"Ooo!" Once he said turkey she nearly ran for the sandwich but his next set of words stopped her. She smiled and hugged him softly. "I'm glad I met you too! If it weren't for you, I wouldn't have met a more sweet, kind, and caring guy! And I wouldn't have found my sister..." She smiled softly at him.

" And if not for you I 'd still be alone. With noone to share moments like this with. " He said as he smiled back down at her . then he took a big bite of his favourite kind of sandwich.. Turkey.

Amethyst smiled at him and also took a bite from a turkey sandwich. It was the best turkey sandwich she had ever eaten in her entire life. And she was sharing it with Justin, just how she liked it.
