Penny had waved back when Kita had come into the common room.... and now Alyssa seemed to have gotten her second wind..because she was bragging Penny along after her - not sure where they were going , but delighted all the same for the upswing in Alyssa's mood...

"Hey Kita, like the decorations?", then Penny looked around and pointed "You have Salima to thank for those..she already had them hanging when I got here", she finished with a huge grin on her face and handing Kita a butterbeer...

"Slainte", she said as she clinked her bottle with Alyssa's and Kita's bottles..

Amethyst slowly walked into the Common room. She gasped softly, seeing the gorgeous yellow and black decorations. The game was amazing! She enjoyed her first quidditch game. And to er luck, Hufflepuff won! But, she wasn't as excited as she wanted to be. But, Of course, that was because she missed someone: Justin.

Seeing all of her friends, she smiled softly and waved at them and slowly walked up to them. "Congratulations, Guys! What a game!" She wondered who the next match would be up against. She smiled softly thinking about it. Would Justin be in that game? Alyssa, Trish, Kita? She hoped so.

Penny saw another firstie come into the common room and waved over to her.."Hey Ame, come join us.... the party is only starting", she said with a giggle..

Even though Penny was quite tired, she knew it would be hopeless to try and sleep through the noise and celebrations of her house-mates...So she resigned herself to being awake at least for another hour - thank goodness tomorrow was Sunday, she would rest then !!!

"Ame hello! What do you want to drink? Hey where in the bloody hell has Justin been? I haven't seen him any where."

Jesifur walked into the common room still cold from outside. Taking off her cloak and mittens, she walked over to the fireplace and stood warming herself.

"Great match guys! Congrats on winning, so awesome!" She said to the quidditch players.

Amethyst smiled shyly and slowly went over to the cooler, but didn't know what drink to get. Hmmm, something new, she thought. "Amazing job out there, Bud. I am glad to see the Puffs advancing!" One step closer to the Quidditch Cup! Man, that would be sweet.
Hmmm. Maybe I will get something new to drink. "Give me your favorite drink in that cooler." When Justin's name was brought up, her heart sunk. She was wondering the same exact thing. She hadn't seen him at all recently. "I've no idea as to where Justin is...quite Frankly, I'm worried.." She looked down softly.

Minerva handed Ame a Coke. Hearing that Ame didn't know where he was either upset Minerva. "That is not good. I feel like it's been a few days since I have talked to him. I hope he is ok." Minerva turned.. "Hey Alyssa have you seen or heard from Justin lately?"

Amethyst looked at the drink and opened the can. Coke, hmm? Cool looking can..She took a sip and her worry eased slightly, but she was still concerned. Hearing that Minerva hadn't talked to him recently didn't help it, either. But she had hoped Alyssa had.

Wave!

... She was being waved at? HUH?! Oh right. That was the weird boy. What was his name?

"Hi Aaron!" Kita squealed, waving back at the boy. He'd get a hug later. She smiled at his comment. "Glad you have so much faith in the team!" They needed their supporters. Absolutely! They would have been NOTHING without-

Wait...

IT WAS HIS HAT/MASK THINGY SHE HEARD! At the match! She heard it! "Nice, er, what is that?" she said, nodding up at the thing that was making noises.



Wait... Captain? Did the girl just call her a CAPTAIN?!

Kita smiled at the girl. Maybe she was confused? "I'm only the sub captain," she explained, hoping she wasn't hurting the girl's feelings, "Thanks for the support! We wouldn't have done it without all you Hufflepuffs cheering us on!" And with that, she bent down and gave the girl a hug.



Her name. Yelled.

WHAAAAAAAAAAAT?!

Kita's head snapped up and she looked at the yelling girl. ALYSSA! Her lovely Beater! Who was dragging Penny along as well! Now, all they needed was Nessie and then the WHOLE TEAM would be there! Partying. True Hufflepuff style.

But... something seemed wrong. Not with Kita, but with Alyssa. Something just... wasn't right. Didn't the girl take a beating? "How you feeling?" she asked, slightly concerned for her young friend. The girl had done brilliantly today. First match with no practices and she managed to pull it through.



... PENNY WAS BEING DRAGGED OVER! YIPPEE FOR THAT!

Kita grinned as Penny came closer as well. The girl played really well today. Her up against three chaser and the keeper! Boy, that took COURAGE! "Hi!" she chirped, "I love them! They're so pretty!" ... 'Cause that's all that mattered to her.

Wait... Salima? Who's Salima? Mental note: Thank the Salima girl later! Right now, she had to concentrate on her players and whether they were hurt. And whether the Ravenclaws had-

BUTTERBEER!

Grinning, she took the glass and chinked it with the others. "To a splendid victory, despite the cold conditions and the lack of players! To Hufflepuff!"

... Yes, that's right, she was in a speech making mood.



GRINNNN!

Okay, fine, she didn't KNOW this person... but she was being NICE! And she was saying 'congrats'! That was definitely something to grin about! Yes yes. THE GIRL WAS GOING TO GET A GRIN! AND A HUG!

"Thanks!" she said, the grin still plastered on her face, "It wouldn't have been the same without our supporters!" So she got up, walked over to the girl and gave her a BIG HUG! Hufflepuff style.



MEEP! Another new person who was waking up to her, Penny and Alyssa to congratulate them! Boy, she could get used to this!

Kita's grin came back at the sight of the girl and the words she said. "Thank you!" she said, getting up to hug the little girl, "Thanks for all the support!" She let go of the girl and smiled at her. ... She definitely didn't know her. Meh!

Amethyst blushed deeply as she hugged Kita back. Sure, they hadn't met properly, but it was nice to feel the Hufflepuff love! "Well, we, Puff know how to support!" She giggled. Win or Lose. She'll be going to the next Match. No Doubt about it.

Despite being completely tired and slightly mad that her hair had gotten wet, kita let out a huge squeal. This was wonderful! Everyone was happy. And she liked to think that she had a hand in it! All the quidditch players did!

She made her way across the room with a grin on her face. Whoever had decorated the place was obviously great at decorating! The yellow and black decorations that adorned the room seemed to make it... More homey. In a way. And it made her smile.

Kita looked down at the people around her. Most of them were people who were younger than her. Heck, like that mattered! She smiled and waved over at penny, her fellow team player. And she was talking to alyssa! Another team player who'd get a wave. So they had gotten here before her!

The sound of a... Something made her switch her attention to find the source of the sound. Her brown eyes rested on... A hat? Or a mask? Or... What in the name of merlin was that?! Meh, whatever. She didn't care about that. It was pretty! And it made cute hufflepuff cheering noises. That's all that mattered.

... Wait... Did someone say that they were going to the finals? O_o but... They had only won one match! They needed another win before going to the finals!

... She wasn't going to tell the girl that. No. Let her think that they were going to go to the finals. Why? 'cause they were going to get there! Kita was going to make sure of it!

The sound of a girl shouting made kita turn away from the finals girl. And she let out another giggle. No wonder she loved hufflepuffs so much. They somehow managed to find the happiness even in the saddest of times! That and the fact that they were totally awesome!

And now there was singing! Meep! Kita sank down and leaned back on one of the armchairs. She looked up at the girl who was singing, a huge grin on her face. Some people were so talented!

Adanna bounced over to the older girl, butterbeer in one hand, a box of Dots from Muggle Studies in the other. "Congratulations!" she squeaked up to the girl. "Great job, really!"
She didn't really know this girl, but she recognized her as the one who'd sealed Hufflepuff's victory. She looked much older than Adanna was, but she couldn't tell exactly. Seventh year? Sixth? Adanna couldn't recall a name, but no matter. She reached back and stuck her box of candy in the hood of her robe and held her hand out to the girl in greeting. Of course, you're normally supposed to greet a person before you talk to them, but the little eleven-year-old had never really had a good knowledge for manners.

"Oh Lordy, Who gave Aaron a Dr. Pepper?," Alyssa yelled out to everyone in the Common Room. She then tried to reach over and grab the Dr. Pepper out of his hands, laughing as she missed the first time. "Hey Aaron, I'm the beater, I'll beat that Dr. Pepper out of your hands if I have to".

"Salut!!!!"Alyssa clinked her bottle with both Penny's and Kita's. "It was a great game guys. Thanks for allowing me to play. WE WON!!!", Alyssa couldn't help screaming, jumping up and down with excitement, trying not to cringe when she felt that sharp pain in her knee again. "I must have really done a number on it when I fell off the broom during the game."Alyssa thought to herself, trying not to put too much weight on her leg.

"To be honest, I was expecting him to play today, so was really surprised when he didn't show up. Honestly, I haven't seen him for a few days now, but maybe he's busy with homework," Alyssa said trying not to show concern on her face but trying to assure Amethyst at the same time.

Wait, what?

Treyen eyed her, curiously, as his eyebrows got together in a small frown, "Professor Hadley?" Like, their Head of House? "What exactly did you do?" Yeah, now it was a very good time to find out about what happened, right after she mentioned Hadley and not when she spoke of trouble the first time around.

He smiled when she did. Cassie really liked James, didn't she? Which was something slightly related to what he was about to ask her, actually. But...somewhere where there's lots of sun and beach? His best bet was Romania. There was barely sun in there. Much less one decent beach. Not when his uncle lived, anyway. "Send him my best, then." Nod.

The Hufflepuff Prefect actually chuckled at the mention of those two subjects. He wouldn't ask Arithmancy to someone other than Kurumi and Professor Hadley herself...and Ancient Runes...he never took that class, so, Cassie was lucky. "Actually, no, it's...kind of personal." Kind of was the key part of it. And soon after he said that...he decided on asking the question once and for all, "When...no. How did you...no, wait, it was when...When did you figure out you wanted to be James' girlfriend? Like...," he so, completely, fell onto his seat, "...I don't even know what I want to ask," he suddenly said, adding a sigh as well, "How's that different from dating, though? And how dating is any different to hanging out if you've been friends for a long time?" ACTUALLY, it seemed Treyen had plenty of questions, not just one, it also seemed that Ellie had messed up with the definitions on his mind. His eyes were on the fire again.

"Guys!'' Jory exclaimed rushing up to his House team ''You were all so great! Awesome job I'm sure no one expected a win from Hufflepuff today!'' His voice was still hoarse after all the cheering he did from the Stands.

"Hey Jory, thanks for coming out to support the team,"Alyssa yelled over to her Snowbuilding partner, trying to be heard over the music and the other students celebrating."Aren't these ladies awesome? Nessie was great too. She'll be back here celebrating with us, once the nurse has got her mended. Kita, Penny and Nessie were totally awesome."Alyssa couldn't help repeating herself, because the trio WERE awesome. She reached out and hugged both Kita and Penny again. "I'm just grateful that they asked me to play, because I thoroughly enjoyed myself, even though I made a huge bunch of mistakes " Alyssa said rolling her eyes as she recalled the yellow card she received plus the number of times she misaimed the bludger.

Violet nodded, still feeling rather, hyper at her cat. 'Galaxy has an AFRO! WOOOOOO!' Violet cheered on her kitten, who was staring at them as if they were mad.

'Done! We shall have another party for Galaxy's afro!' Violet grinned, proceeding to do some other mad party move.

Salima woke up in the same place she sat last night and picked up the book off of her lap.
'better go get some breakfast' she mutterd to herself she waled up to wards the girls dormitory and came down 20 minuets later looking refreshed as she made her way out of the common room.

What did she do? Nothing..but that was the problem. She should have done something but hadn't gotten around to actually doing it. Meh thank God that ended how it did." We ah...threw a seventh year party by the pool and waterfall but I hadn't gotten around to getting permission from Mr.Stryker. Vindy wasn't pleased. Then Lafay and Professor Hadley showed up and now...we have to meet him in the owlery today." She frowned at the thought of what vile thing he could have them do..she hoped it wasn't cleaning owl poo.

She smiled at Treyen. She was sure James would love to hear from him."Will do Trey Trey." She winked at him. He did love his nickname didn't he?

Her eyebrow raised a little as Treyen said that the question was personal. But then he didn't need to tell her that. His body language told her that it was definitely something he was a bit embarrassed to talk about. She finally leaned back in her seat when Treyen had got it all out and fixed him with a thoughtful look." For starters, good on you for knowing that there is a difference. A lot of people don't know there is." Her and James had been unofficial for a few months before they decided that they were going to be exclusive." Dating is like the trial period. It's the stage where you hang out and you spend time with the person to see if you two mesh well with each other and if the person makes you feel like you wanted always have them around you. IF, you're feeling like you want to spend all the time you have with this person and they bring a smile to your face every time you see them,then you know.." At least that's how he had been for her. Though she was sure James had other reasons too. He wanted to know she wasn't like every other girl that he hadn't dated."Hanging out as a couple is so much different from hanging out as just friends Treyen...the thoughts are different, the conversation is sometimes,the hugs, the touch the look..all on a another level." She eyed him."You don't kiss all your girl friends do you?"

Janice went back to the Common Room after she spent 2 days in the Hospital Wing. Her temperature is lowing down, and she felt much better than yesterday. Although her stomach is filled with butterflies, she needs to do something before she set off to her bunk.

"Guys, I'm sorry I missed the Match. Since 2 days ago I was--" something cut her off at the middle of her sentence. Everybody was holding cans of coke and bottles of Butterbeer in their hands.

"We won?" she asked to a no particular person.

"Yes we did!! What do you want to drink?"

That, was fast.

"Uhh, just water.." Janice hadn't been up to Coke and Butterbeer lately, much less when she's ill.

"Ok" Minerva got her out a water. "Are you feeling ok?"

"Yes, just a little bit tired.." she answered, taking a little sip of water.
"Thanks.."

Salima came back up and checked her watch 16:05...what to do now

Amethyst nodded and turn slightly. "Well, I'm going to go to the Owlrey...I need to talk to Onyx.." She sighed softly. It had been a while since her last talk to Onyx. She waved the others good bye and headed out.
