 As you enter the room, you find that the room is bathed in a soft red light, as the Professor has draped sheets of red silk over the windows, so the sunlight is stained a soft red. It gives the office a warm glow, and when you look about, you realise that cupboards seem to circle the rooms walls. Towards one end of the office, the cupboards are all closed, and these are filled with spare cages. Pushed up against them, are bean bags of every colour for you to sit on, and a coffee table in the middle of them, with a plate of cookies on for you to help yourself too if you want a chat with her. The other end of the room, there is her desk, and the cupboards seem to be full of papers and strangely, feathers. On her desk, there is nothing much, but some rolls of parchment, a quill and ink, and two chairs either side. A picture is also on the desk, of what must be her twin sister, and her niece. Body-less Bob is also on her desk, snoozing at the moment, and you can't help but be a little thankful for that. A pile of cages are placed up against the cupboards, and a closed door. Behind this you have no doubt this is where the Professor keeps all her animals. Her room seems to be strangely clean, for a Care of Magical Creatures Professor, but as a snake curls up on her desk, and an owl lands on top of one of the bean bags, you're reminded of her position. Professor Maline looks up at you as you come in with a warm smile, and gestures for you to join her on the bean bags. | |

Not wanting to cause trouble, Kat did as she was told and sat on one of the beanbags in the office and waited for the other two to tell Professor Maline what she wanted to hear. In her mind, she was trying to figure out what had happened to cause Ringo's apearance besides the fact of his grandparents handing him over to the Lestranges.

Trent knocked on the door and opened it. He did not look happy at all. He was carrying a unicorn, a dead one. "I thought he might have been here. Sorry for intruding Professor but I received an owl telling me that there was a dead unicorn near the borders of the forest and I was told that someone was staining my grass with blood. I put two and two together. After questioning where the vial creature was they pointed me here."
He dropped the unicorn on the floor, "I am sure you share disgust with me that this young man has killed such an innocent creature. Not only is it illegal by law, he also went into the forbidden forest which is... forbidden believe it or not!" He raised his voice staring viciously at the boy. What a cruel little brat.

Kat was about to reply when the groundskeeper came in with the dead unicorn and was shocked into silence for the moment. Talking adeep breath, she thought about what she needed to say for although she was only in second year, her love of reading had given her some idea of what might be going on to Ringo. Finding the courage, Kat turned from the animal to Professor maline and asked, "Is it possible he's under the Imperious?"

As Trent walked in, Ophelia didn't register the fact he was carrying a dead unicorn over his shoulders. She blinked a couple of times then shrieked. Her heart felt like it had been ripped out and Anna, from her perch on the desk hissed visciously.
"Oh no, your intrusion is just what is needed it seems Mr Hirty," She said once she had gathered herself together, and then took to getting him a chair, "Make yourself comfortable Mr Hirty," Ophelia invited, keeping her gaze upon Ringo.
As Kat asked her a question, she shook her head, "no, he's part houself, he'd be partially bound by duty. But he'd be able to say no." She answered. Ophelia was furious.
