Background: Luke is by birth the child of Alexandra Chevalier Dubois and Rowan Prince. He is legally the child of Alexandra Chevalier Dubois and Edward Franco Dubois. Early in his life Luke learned that not everyone was good and that sometimes evil resided in one's own family. His mother and stepfather were really self-absorbed people. At the age of 5 he was taking care of his newborn twin siblings, feeding them, diaper changes, general caregiving. He went through a rough time in his childhood, his stepfather is a very voilent man and he was really violent to all three of the kids.

He grew up wanting to make sure that no one who did wrong got away with it. At school he joined whatever groups he could that would help him in his aim toward justice. He joined the school patrol at Drumstrang and was a prefect and head Boy. In college he was in the ROTC and made the rank of Cadet Captain. {PERSONALITY}

Brad has always been shy in his own way, speaking up when he's passionate about something. He is extreamly loyal to those he loves and will do anything for them, expecially for Katherine. His loyalty and love for things such as books have become most of his life, he does nothing more then look out for people, look after Katherine etc.

{HISTORY}

Brad grew up fast in his childhood from a young age he has learned to fend for himself and although he had loving parents he felt he needed to do everything himself. Therefore he was quiet subborn as a child. A the age of eleven he attended Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry becoming a proud Ravenclaw and soon making friends.

Although he was determind in what he did he still had a great love for books and learning making his quite a quiet member of his group of friends, to back up his shyness he was aways loyal and willing to help his friends in some way making him respected in his own light. Brad attended Hogwarts for all of eleven years and obtaining his OWL's and NEWT's by the end of it, making him and his family proud.

When Brad turned fifteen his parents thought it best to split and as to this day he has lived with his mother - his father having dissapeared off the face of the earth after the divorce - and when he was ten his mother gave brith to his younger sister; Katherine (15). Brad and Katherine have a strong relationship and Brad tries to see his sister as much as possible while she is at Hogwarts herself - currently in her fifth year. When Brad turned twenty - Katherine; ten, their mother sadly died and having no further parents Brad took it into himself to look after his younger sister and bring her up. {The spirit I embody...}

Spirited and kind, Erin tries and tries, and then tries a little bit more. She refuses to give up and she refuses to be wrong. But don't let you put that off, genuinley she is a lovely kind person, she's just very focussed and very determined. With her family, she's loyal and lovely, to the point of annoying and is always helping out with children at family events, she loves children and she loves learning and deep down longs to be a teacher and a mummy. Thats what she's going to do, in the end she will. She loves to nurture young spirits and tries to volunteer at libarary's and nursery's. Outside of chidren which she goes gaga at however, she's free, fun and passionate, a constant partier she never stops, she just keeps going and tries to be cool and collected though fails miserabley.

Don't ask her to crack a joke though. Her comic timing is terrible. Though thankfully she has a knack of falling over in increasingly comic ways, just to keep people amused

{The past, the present, the future}

Born in native France, Erin grew up in a fairly normal bog standard home, not excedingly rich, nor extremley poor, just nice and snug in the middle, safe from bailifs, but not turning up to snazzy society parties. A fairly ordinary life, with parents who stayed together and worked normal times, with an elder sister who prodded her and was mean. The typical 2.5 family, except no dog. She and her sister are alergic to them, particualry the hairy ones. They had a cat, but she still had to keep her distance from hairballs. Her father worked as a senior figure in a buisness and her mother a university lecturer at the prestegious En Parie Le Poir Wizarding University, lecturing on History of Magic. Erin was always pretty sure that she would go to Beuxbaxtons, so she wasn't surprised when the eagle arrived at her door when she was 10.

Arriving at Beuxbaxtons, she was sorted into Ombreline, the house of inteligence and logic, and unlike her sister, who was sorted into Pemobline, the house of the sly and sophisticated, and also one of the most popular students in the school, Erin stayed in the background, slightly terrified of the large mass of people who went over to her to see if she was like her sister. The answer? No. Erin was much more quiet and it bored them, and sent them away. So her grouping of friends was fairly small and fairly select, but she liked it that way. An intelligent girl, Erin never struggled in the exams and whilst she didn't enjoy them, they were pretty easy and she breezed through them. Passing her NEWTs with flying colours, Erin made the mature decision to not only go to university, but go to university in a foreign country.

Arriving in England, Erin started studying in the History of Greek Magic, and passed ultimatley with a 2.1. She found she loved the university life, she loved the partying elements, the studying elements, the overall social life you gained from it, and did really miss it when she graduated. Finally, stepping out of the world of university, and not having nearly enough money to do her 'round-the-world trip she'd been planning for years, threw herself into work, getting a part time job in a bar near her rented flat. Then the bar closed, and after her endless struggles to get a job, did a short stint in secretarial college. And discoved she hated it. She then went, desperatley to the ministry, begging for an interview. She got it. And she got a job.

His father was a History of Magic professor at the Sydney School of Wizarding Arts and his mother, interestingly enough, was a Muggle school teacher. Wesley grew up just outside of Sydney Harbor until the age of 10, when his Scottish father received a position at the Ministry of Magic archives and the family moved to Scotland.

Fortunately for Wesley, the Ferguson family moved just in time for him to attend Hogwarts. He was sorted into Gryffindor House for a good reason; during his seven year stint at Hogwarts, Wesley set the school record for Most Detentions Ever Received by One Student with no fewer than 99 different detentions. Other than holding this record, Wesley was a standout student in Flying, Defense Against the Dark Arts, Muggle Studies, and History of Magic. He scraped passing scores on his OWLs and NEWTs in Herbology, Care of Magical Creatures, and Potions as well. As a Beater on the Gryffindor Quidditch Team, Wes also helped his house take the Quidditch Cup his last two years in school.

After Graduation

Upon graduation from Hogwarts, Wesley headed back to Australia to earn dual degrees in both Practical Defensive Magic and Contemporary Wizarding History. He came back to England at the request of his father, who had secured him a position as a Hit Wizard with Magical Law Enforcement.

Wes quickly impressed his superiors during Hit Wizard training and was permitted to go undercover in just his second year with MLE. It was during this time that he first became close friends with fellow undercover agent Evander Bole. Both men were seemingly attracted to the darker side of the job, with Wesley falling deeper into the crime world than even Van.

But the seedy dark side of the criminal world wasn’t the only thing he fell for. Wes fell hard, head-over-heels for the sister of the mob boss he was supposed to bring in. When his assignment was over, Wesley and his love, Sylvia, ran away to Abania. There, both laid low and fell deeper in love for several years. They even married in 2060 at the top of a mountain in Napal.

Unfortunately for Wes and Sylvia, wedded bliss only lasted for a few months before the Aurors finally caught up to them. Sylvia was killed in the ensuing fight, and Wes took out his grief upon the men sent to capture him. He fled to the deep forests of Eastern Europe and lived a wild life for several years. One night, while asleep in his tent in the forest, Wesley was attacked by a pack of roving werewolves. He nearly died due to injuries sustained in the attack and when he recovered, he, too, was inflicted with lycanthropy. Now a bitter, twisted, and scarred man, Wesley vowed to get revenge on the pack responsible for his infliction. He became a werewolf hunter and had killed off the entire pack within six months of his attack. Once this was accomplished, Wes also took up vampire hunting and bounty hunting. He returned to Britain only at the request of his ailing parents.

Present Day

Wes was luckily able to get in contact with his old friend, Evander Bole, who gave him a position back in his old department. Still haunted by the ghosts of his past, Wesley reluctantly took the job to offset the cost of his parents’ medical bills.

Not long after returning to the MoM, Wesley started to see one of his coworkers, Auror Isobel Montague, more and more outside of work. The more time he spent with Izzy, the less Wes wanted to be alone. She broke up with her long-time boyfriend, then Magical Transportation Head Armen Recard, and Wes started dating her officially. A year after they started going steady, Wes proposed to Izzy in Diagon Alley and in December of that same year (2077) the two wed in a magical ceremony with all of their closest work and personal friends.

Shortly after being married, Izzy was promoted to Department of Mysteries Head and discovered she was pregnant. Almost exactly on their first anniversary, Izzy gave birth to two twin boys, Scott and Logan. It was the happiest day of Wesley's life.

History

Caitlyn was born on December 24, 2053 to Elizabeth Samuels and Anthony Bergeron. Her father was absent at her birth much like every other important event in her life. During her time at Hogwarts:
Blake devoured magic like she couldn't get enough. To her it was her ticket away from the orphanage she had grown up in and she didn't intend to go back. She was studious student, a teachers pet almost. The majority of her life was spent in the library. When she didn't have her head buried in a book she was playing wizard chess or gobstones. Careers: After graduating from Hogwarts, Blake went to Cambridge University of Witches and Wizards with financial help from her adoptive family. Personal History:
Blake was born in a hospital somewhere. Well that is what the court papers say. She showed up at the Sherwood Home for Girls with her birth certificate and a giraff rattle clutched in her little hands. No one saw who dropped her off or anything. The name at the end of her bed was Baby Blake till she was 9. It was the beginning of the worst eleven years of her life. The home was in disrepair and in bad need of money. The few employees were overworked and underpaid, and their patience didn't extend to the children. Breakfast was a cold porridge and a slice of bread. Lunch and dinner was whatever they could find and put into a soup. When she was scrubbing the floors she was in trouble for talking back. So she spent many a lonely night locked in a broom closet for acting out. She learned how to go hungry for days on end. Which did nothing to temper her foul mood. She didn't have many friends as the other children didn't want to get into trouble as well. She looked forward to the day she was 18 and could leave the home. It was such a burning desire in the pit of her stomach. It was a rare sunny day in the English countryside when she got into trouble for trying to horde food. She was banished to do the yard work. So it when raking the leaves from the front garden and a owl dropped a letter on top of her head.

Blake left the Sherwood Home for Girls behind and stepped into Hogwarts and into her new life. She was swiftly sorted into Hufflepuff. Blake dived into Hogwarts with both feet and never looked back. Her first night spent in a real bed by herself was the best night of her life. During her first flying lesson she crash landed into Diego Madden. That was the beginning of a life long friendship between the two. They were inseparable. In her 3rd year the Madden family adopted Blake. She finally had a last name and a home. The family took her in and made her truly part of the family.

History

Dean was born to muggle blacksmith, John Benson and pure-blood witch, Elinor Benson (nee Grison) in rural Perth and Kinross in Scotland. He attended muggle school prior Hogwarts. Thus, he understands muggle education as well as magical education. However, he stopped going to school when he was seven, when his magic started to surface. Since then, Dean helped his father with metalworks. An unfortunate incident happened a few days before he departed for Hogwarts. While working, John tripped over while handling a hot sharp metal. The sharp metal pierced through the man’s chest and Dean stood still in shock. Elinor wasn’t around that time, and Dean could do nothing besides cradling his dying father.

At Hogwarts, Dean was sorted into Ravenclaw house. He was an academically excellent student as well as well mannered. Being keen at duelling, he joined the Duelling Club in his third year. It was when he met Slytherin’s ace, Victor, who just transferred to Hogwarts from Japan. The two immediately became friends and later on, best friends. Dean trusted Victor completely and thus, blinded by what his friend was becoming. The same day as they graduate, Victor was announced as an “Undesirable No. 1” for murdering an old couple. Dean realised that the couple was Victor’s own parents. Therefore, he went to search for him. Dean came across Victor and insisted to hand him over to the Ministry. However, Victor showed no intention to surrender and they engaged in a duel which led to Dean’s defeat. Victor disapperated to Hungary soon afterwards and Dean was hospitalised for a week in St. Mungo’s.

After he gained his consciousness, Dean chose to proceed his study at British Wizarding Law Institute for two years. Then, he went to work for Scotland Yard for another two years before applying for a job at the Department of Magical Law Enforcement under the Ministry of Magic.

Roxanne loves to flirt! She will flirt with any guy at least once (except for when she knows he's taken). Background:
Background: Roxanne was born into a very wealthy wizarding family. The ironic thing was that the Carter family had made their money off of a chain of stores popular with muggles (her grandfather had founded Wall-Market, an alternative to the even more popular Walmart). So, she spent her days going on play dates with the children of her father's muggle business associates. Which meant that Roxanne grew up around muggle objects and culture, as well as magical.

When Roxanne was two, her brother Sam was born. Contrary to what usually happens, she wasn't jealous of him or the attention he got. There was more than enough attention to go around. Instead, she took on the role of protector. Anyone who had anything bad to say about her brother, withered under her gaze.

When she was five, Roxanne started attending the local muggle grade school. She flourished there and was always bringing home straight A report cards. She made friends easily, and was extremely popular.

When Roxanne was eleven, she received her Hogwarts letter. For her first two years there, she continued her streak of good grades and in general being a good girl. Then in her third year, the hormones struck. She began flirting with any and every boy in her year and up. Her grades surprisingly suffered very little, but some of her friendships with the girls in her year did. That came to a head her seventh year, when she flirted with her best friend's boyfriend. To be fair, she hadn't known the two were dating, as they were keeping it a secret, but that didn't matter to Roxanne's friend. Her friend tried to begin a duel right then and there, but Roxanne walked away. Her friend sent a cutting curse after her that resulted in the scar on Roxanne's shoulder (that's now partly covered by a tattoo).

After Roxanne graduated from Hogwarts, she was accepted to Salem Witches' University in Salem, Massachusetts. During her freshman and sophomore years, she was kind of a wild child. One memorable moment was when she was a part of a protest against rising tuition rates at the university. The students were asked to leave, but Roxanne was one of several who refused. The students were arrested and charged with civil disobedience. It was after this incident that her parents decided that enough was enough. They pushed her into choosing Magical Politics as her major with an option for a double major, thinking that if she understood the process, she'd respect it more. Luckily, Roxanne loved her majors (having chose Environmental Studies and Protection as the other) and graduated with a pretty high ranking in her class.

In the fall of 2061, at the tender age of twenty-one and after spending a few months in New York City, Roxanne moved to Washington D.C. to start work at the American Ministry of Magic's headquarters. She worked as a receptionist in the Minister's Office for a year, before she caught the eye of the, at the time, Consultant to the Senior Undersecretary. The Consultant insisted that she join the ranks of the Assistant Consultants, which she did. After three years, the Consultant decided to leave for greener pastures at the Italian Ministry and Roxanne was offered the job. Because of her flirtatious personality and the fact that there were people that had been in the office longer, there was a bit of controversy at Roxanne's appointment. But she stuck to her guns and proved everyone wrong. She spent a highly successful ten years in the position, earning everyone's respect.

Towards the end of the spring of 2075, Roxanne was in a serious relationship with a man named Brian Johnson, whom she loved very much. They had been together for three years when he finally asked for her hand in marriage. The ring had only been on her finger for three hours when she found out that he'd only proposed because he was feeling guilty for cheating on her. Needless to say, Roxanne ended the engagement right then and there. She decided it would do her some good to get out of America for awhile, and applied for a transfer to the British Ministry. She got the transfer, but there was a twist. She'd now be working in the Department of Magical Law Enforcement as their newest Ministry Legislator.

When Roxanne first started her job at the British Ministry, she found that her coworkers were strangely secretive. After a fair amount of investigation, she found out the cause. An organization called the Cult of Walpurgis had taken over the Ministry and no one knew who they could trust. Luckily, the department's boss (Evander Bole) had a plan, and when the time came to put that plan in action, Roxanne joined (most of) the rest of the department in the coup. They were successful and the Cult was removed.

Roxanne's second year with the British Ministry was largely drama free, at least at the beginning. But when April came along, the stuff started hitting the fan in her personal life. It all started when, after a few failed flirtations and a rather unsuccessful matchmaker induced date, she began to feel a little lonely. Her ex- fiance came to town on business and looked her up. They secretly rekindled their romance after he swore he would never cheat on her again. Then in mid-May, the news came of Roxanne's father's death. This devastated the entire family, as they had always been rather close knit, but no one took it harder than her brother Sam. Sam demanded that both his daughter (who was in Hogwarts) and Roxanne move back to the States immediately so they could be a proper family again (he was convinced that the way the family was separated contributed to their father's heart attack). He got his wish with his daughter (after all, what could she do), but Roxanne refused, only going back long enough for the funeral. Afterwards, she was still distressed, which led to some very bad decision making. In June, she married Brian Johnson, the ex- fiance that had led to her escape to England in the first place.

The marriage didn't last long at all though, since three weeks later she caught him cheating- again. Roxanne was so angry that she locked him out of the house and tossed his stuff out on the lawn. The very next day, she went to her lawyer's office and filed for divorce. The process didn't take long (as she filed for a quickie divorce) and by summer she was again Roxanne Carter. Later that summer, her romantic life took a turn for the better. While out for a walk in the park, a cute little furry cat approached her, soon followed by his owner. This cat owner's name was Konrad Scherfig and after a short conversation, the two went for some coffee. This was the start their relationship. But this wasn't the only big change in her life. She was soon promoted to the position of Ministry Prosecutor, a title she held until 2080, when she was promoted to Wizarding Director of Prosecution. She held that position until very recently, when she was offered the job of a department head, which she enthusiastically took.

Detailed Character Bio:

Marcus is a no-nonsense kind of man, somewhat gruff, but easy to get along with and very kind. He lived a weary and dangerous life as a potion ingredients harvester with his wife, but felt the need to 'retire' in a sense. He feels that he's too old to be chasing down demiguises and the like anymore.

He lives in Huttchins House, just south of Wales with his wife, Amelia, and adopted son, Caelius. The Huttchins adopted Cael when their good friends, the Ashdowns, died in a tragic accident in the Department of Mysteries leaving him an orphan at five. They tried to win his affection over the years, but Caelius was too scarred by the event to ever completely open up to them. Marcus remains somewhat bitter about Caelius' lack of affection, but loves the boy just the same.

Marcus is very professional and expects the same courtesy from his colleagues. He enjoys mentoring others and using his vast knowledge of potions and their ingredients/properties to further his Department's reputation.

Brief History-
Emiliano was born to Enrique and Maria Saenz in Mexico, being able to spend his first two years there and enjoying a nice farm life until the family decided to take on flight to promote international commerce of Mexico to the world. Ever since then, Em spent time from one place to another, preferring to be homeschooled. He finished basic schooling in no time, letting him join his parents in trip by the time they arrived to London, when he turned 11. By then, he knew about his magical abilities, so he began to search for schools that'd allow him in for training. Durmstrang accepted him, there being his home for his first three years of magical schooling. When he turned 14, he entered Hogwarts, until he graduated by 2070.

After then, he moved to Manhattan, three whole years being a student to Human Resouces and Business Law career, working part time as a waiter/singer at a jazz club. Then, Emiliano came back to London to finish his last year as a practician at the family Textile business. He worked for them for one year, then after being offered a job at the Bellaire's Resort in Jamaica, he went to work there, again for another year, knowing that he had done a good job. Once back in London, he worked for a few months at the family business again, although then in charge of the hiring of models or new manufacturers. He took another job at another fashion shoppe having the same charge, although taken more personally, since he was to save money for some future plans of his. Once he decided to go back to the family business, his mom offered him being in charge of another chain of clothing shoppe and fashion agency, along with Reese Fritzera as his associate and best friend. It really took him as a surprise to apply for the Ministry of Magic, and even more surprise to be hired at the Minister's Office.


Personality.
Emiliano is a passionate man; he won't ever let you leave without a smile across your face, nor be unsatisfied about his work. No wonder he was called a Workaholic when he worked at the Bellaire's Resort Hotel. When around family and friends, he's always a teaser, though always meaning the best. Sometimes, it may be taken too far, like when he talks to Annie, his cousin but it always ends up in a good conversation and agreements. In 2072, Lights split her congealing coffee on Ethan Lennox, and after ten minutes of talking to him, she asked him out, and a few months later, married. Their twins Ezekiel and Bellissa were born at the end of that year. Lights is extremely happy in her little family, but attempts to make it bigger ended with miscarriage. Lights is determined to keep trying, however.
