Job Description: The Potion Accident Response Team, are responsible for first point-of-contact response to accidental spills and are tasked with returning a contaminated area to a safe, useable environment. They are required to use utmost caution, and keep curious witches and wizards out of harm’s way until their job is complete. They should liaise with Obliviator Headquarters as required in order to avoid a statute breach. The Accident Response Team works with members of DERP when spills occur in outdoor and wilderness locations, and may be required to liaise with DMLE employees where a crime has been committed. As an on-call, urgent response officer, these employees must be prepared to respond to call outs at all hours of the day or night in order to secure a site for further assessment. 6 OWL subjects are required including Potions, Herbology and Charms.

Personality: Zhenya, dubbed Honorary Hufflepuff by friends, is friendly, outgoing, and enjoys getting to know and help people. She’s an organised, hard worker, who thoroughly enjoys her free time. Zhenya enjoys being outdoors, gardening, and hiking, as well as anything related to potions, reading and writing.
History: Zhenya was born in Russia and spent the first few years of her life there, being raised by her grandparents. Her grandfather had been Potionsmaster at the Soviet School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, though he was retired by the time Zhenya was born. He spent the last few years of his life raising her, with his wife, and teaching Zhenya the basics of potions and herbology, as well as educating her on other wizarding topics.
When her grandparents died, expectedly but nonetheless upsetting, Zhenya was moved back to England to be with her family. Her mother, a muggle primary school teacher, tried to take Zhenya to school with her to teach her before going to Hogwarts. This did not last very long, and Zhenya was tutored at home by her father.
At age eleven, Zhenya was delighted to begin her magical education at Hogwarts, where she was sorted into Slytherin.
After graduating from Hogwarts, Zhenya was accepted in an intensive Advanced Potions Course Summer Intensive programme. She studied full time for 3 months, participating in the electives of Healing Herbs, Healing Runes, and Planting, caring for and harvesting plants.
