"Miss Kiwi and Miss Pineapple! With names like that we'll rule the world!" Whit could imagine them ruling the world. It would be the best thing ever! One of these days Miss Kiwi and Miss Pineapple would rule the world. "Lifetime supply of fruit." she said out loud with a huge smile on her face. Fruit was good right? All fruit? "That's exactly what I'll do." Or at least that's what she planned on doing. There were very high chances that by the time the wedding it will have slipped her mind. Then she heard Lima's next comment. Whit had to restrain herself from jumping into her lap. "Yaaaay! I-get-a-hottie!" she said in a sing-song voice.

With the news of her getting a hottie and ruling the world with Miss Pineapple,Whit did as demanded and started off with the cabbage patch. It was what she was best at. "You have to dance to Lima!" She pulled her out of her seat and made her dance to the imaginary music in their heads.

My Lovely. Astrid tried to pretend she didn't hear his pet name for her but surely enough her blushing gave her away. It seemed some things you just never grew out of.

"I swear Nico, he's more precious every time I see him. Which by the way, is not nearly enough. You and Kayla can't keep him all to yourself forever, you know." She said. Not to mention how nice it would be to see Nico more often. No matter how much had changed throughout the years, some people Nico you just never forget.

Astrid walked over to him, wrapped both arms around his neck and squeezed him tight. "It's been too long, if you ask me." She said before quickly letting him go. "Save me a dance later?"
At the mention of Aiden's name, Astrid turned her head back towards Maddox. "He tried Maddox, he really did but you know how it is. With any luck, he'll meet us in time for the reception." She looked up at him again as the weepy-eyed feeling threaten to take over and took a deep breath. "Okay its time for you to get on out there and for me to find a seat." Standing up on her toes, Astrid reached up and kissed Maddox firmly on his cheek. "I love you Mads." And with tears in her eyes, Astrid turned to go.

She still paced and said, "oh, I know you will, but.." she paused for a moment before continuing. "See, he doesn't know this, but I'm still bothered about what happened with the break up. I mean, I forgave him and all,of course..." She sighed then continued, "but I'm still afraid that one day something like that might happen again and I'll lose him. And this time I won't get him back. And I was fearing that today might be that day." She stopped right in front of Penny. "But you have to promise never to say anything about that to him, Penny. Please. It would kill him because we all know how stupid he feels for his share in what happened." She knew that she was being a bit melodramatic, but she couldn't help it. Even though she was generally a lot more secure in their relationship, the nerves of the day were making her feel a panic about this. She tried to control it, but she couldn't.

"MWAHAHA!!" she said in her most villainous voice. "People will tremble in fear in front of us and we will get all the fruit we can eat. And German chocolate." You can never forget the German chocolate. "So like what kind of hottie do you want? I mean.. hair colour? Eyes? That kinda thing?" She raised her brow and prepared to make a mental list in her head.

She laughed as Whit started doing the cabbage patch. She clapped and cheered. Then she was suddenly pulled out of her seat. She laughed and started to do a dance of her own. She was doing the funky chicken.

Penny watched at Lima paced and listened to her talk. Listening to Lima talk Penny realized what Lima's true fear of today was. When Lima stopped in front of Penny and asked her never to say anything she answered, "I won't. I promise. But do me a favor? Get that silly thought out of your head. It will drive you crazy." She knew how this was going to make Lima nuts if she thought about before the ceremony.

She laughed bitterly at that comment. "Believe me, I've been trying. And I know how silly I am being. But I can't help it. This is why I need this done quickly; I need to prove myself wrong." She started pacing again, mad at herself. She wished she wasn't so emotional and insecure.

Elizabeth laughed at Kayla's question, knowing the other girl wasn't entirely meaning what she was saying. It was a fond insult. She may not have children, but she could tell. "I guess so," she said, before smiling. "That's always a good thing. It's better when they like their relatives." As opposed to not. Which could make things awkward.

She shrugged one shoulder as Kayla talked about her book's subject, especially after the strap of her dress started to slip again. Annoying thing. Maybe she shouldn't move around so much right now, until she could do something about it. "I guess. I had to write about something, and I got inspired. And yep. He plays chaser for a team back home in California. Has since I was like fourteen." It was interesting to her that people kept expressing interest in that. She was starting to think she hadn't really thought enough about Jonathan and his career choice. Or hers, even. They just had gone off to achieve their goals, not really thinking about how lucky they were. "Thanks, I guess," she said, a bit distracted by her thoughts.

But then she heard a wail, and glanced down at Kayla's little boy, grinning as he tried tugging on his mother to get her to move. "No problem. We don't want a scene or anything, do we? And it was definitely good seeing you." She figured the reception was really going to be the place for talking to people, especially since the ceremony was probably going to start soon. Maybe.

Jake Upstead was disgustingly late. Sure, he had been allowed to come, but that hadn't stopped his dad from stopping him leaving when he refused to wear the stupid clothes that had been laid out. They weren't the right material and Jake did NOT like them. So they had argued, and Jake had been grounded.

But he had a window in his bedroom... and that was the problem solved.

So, now he was here. Sure, it had cost some money getting a muggle taxi to a nearby area, and he was a tad exhausted, but he was here at least. He didn't want to be here. But he didn't want to be at home even more, what with Dale's incessant whining and the smell of Ryan's cookies (THAT JAKE WAS NOT ALLOWED TO EAT!!!!!) anything was beter.

Looking around, Jake realised he hadn't seen a whole bunch of people who were here in ages. Like, since he was a first year. And Jake was no first year now. He was about to be a fifth year. Ooh yeah.

Approaching the tent, Jake managed to slip inside and find a seat (on the appropriate side) near the back. He felt bitter, being here and watching this, and he was sure his face showed it.

Marraige. Puh-lease.

"Yeah..." Vanessa nodded, smiling. She was kind of looking forward to this now, even if it scared her a little. But it would be fun right. "Me too." She nodded, with a smile. Miles would be a very good father, because he was so kind and loveable. She just hoped that he would be happy.

Penny sighed and rolled her eyes. She watched at Lima started to pace again. 'Come on Maddox.' she thought to herself. Watching her two best friends drive themselves crazy was frazzling her nerves. "Lima, trust me, he is down there. He is waiting for everyone to take their seats. When that is done he is going to let me know." she told her. What else was there to tell her.

She finally smiled again. "You're right. If he was going to change his mind about this he would have earlier today." She headed back to the chair and took a seat.

Sitting up, she turned to him fully, arching an eyebrow, "Are you telling me that your sister, my friend.... doesnt know, about.. us?" she asked, blinking once, twice, three times.

This was not good. Bad very very bad. "Why didn't you tell her Nikola?" she asked, rubbing her forehead lightly, the bangles on her wrist clinking together, "I mean, yeah we've only been dating for a few weeks, but you know Willow, she's going to think that there's some kind of reason why you didn't tell her. She's going to think that we've been hiding it from her."

Of course, Evolette hadn't exactly told anyone about Nikola either. Hugo and Miles were busy with their girlfriends, and Terry, well, she barely spoke to him anymore. In fact it had been a few months since their last contact. He was off somewhere. Merlin knows where, really, and she had been trying to NOT think about him.

Therefore, if those three didn't know, no one did. It really wasn't that big of a deal on her side, but on his side, it was not looking good.

"You should probably tell her, before she finds out on her own, and gets angry." she added softly, patting his arm with her free hand. "Maybe we should do it together?" she offered, wondering if they were both there, maybe it wouldn't be so bad.....

Or maybe not.

This whole conversation about soulmates was really, really scary. One because they ere in a wedding, and two because he discussing it with a girl whom he had only been dating for less than a month. Worst part was that he couldn't even complain - it wasn't like she had started it.

Way to go, Kovac. "Okay, if you say so," he mused under his breath as a reply, looking at her with the corner of his eye, trying to see if it really didn't matter or if she'd only said that simply because his answer had displeased her. Well, apparently it was okay. Good.

Nikola had been staring straight ahead, watching people mingle and talk and laugh and enjoy themselves, when with his peripheral vision, he caught Evolette's tone and how she'd turned to look at him.

Granted, this was not the first time a female had used THAT tone on him while wearing that exact look on their faces, but it never failed to made him anxious. Because he was fully aware of what women were capable of. Gulping and running one hand through his shaggy dark hair nervously, Nikola took a deep breath before starting to explain himself - or rather, he was going to try to come up with a reasonable explation. "Well," he began, sounding as nervous as he looked, "You see, she doesn't live with us anymore," Us being his father and himself, "So I very rarely see her," That wasn't true, but he kept going, "Which means that I haven't really gotten around to tell her. You know, she's pretty busy with her life. Quidditch, having her own place and all that. . . " Yeah, that was sort of true. Not that that had ever stopped him from telling Willow anything, but that was beside the point. "Besides, that's not particularly important. The rest of my family know." Sort of. "And who cares what she thinks anyway?"

Seriously, telling Willow wasn't that important, was it? Sure he was her brother, and sure Evolette was one of her best friends. . .

. . . He was in trouble.

"How will she find out, though?" He wondered, looking thoughtful. "I mean, is not like she spies on you or me, so there's no virtual way she could find out." Hmmm. Unless Branimir let his big mouth act at its own accord during one of the Sundays morning breakfasts, which, let's face it, happened half of the time.

He would have to talk to him as soon as he got home.

Penny smiled at Lima. "You are so right there, sister." she said with a laugh. Penny smile go wider when Lima sat down. "So my dear, what tropics is Mr. Slick taking to?" she asked.

She shrugged at that question. "I dunno yet. He said it's a surprise. He just said it was somewhere in the tropics." She giggled. She was so excited for her vacation.

Taking a deep breath, Evolette sat back against her seat again. "It's really not that big of a deal." she said to him, trying to think of how they could spin this. "Quite honestly, you're doing better than I am. At least your family knows. Mine has no idea."

It wasn't in Evolette's nature to tell people things. She liked to keep to herself most of the time. Plus, she knew that as soon as her Father heard the word "boyfriend" he was going to evaluate every single detail of Nikola's life, and send him packing if he didn't measure up to the very long list of perfect son in law qualities that he'd set.

It made her shudder just to think about that.

"I probably won't ever introduce my parents to anyone I date until after our first wedding anniversary." she added, "And Merlin knows that won't be happening any time soon."

This conversation was starting to remind her of how much she hated going to weddings. Why was she here again? Maddox was sure lucky to have a friend like her, and he owed her BIG TIME.

Tucking her hair behind her ear, Evolette paused. "I still can't help but feel like this might blow up in our faces though." she regarded him carefully, trying to see if he was worried about his sister's reaction. "It has almost been a month, and I don't want her to get upset."

Her mouth was shut, but her brain was still going a million miles an hour. WHEN was this stupid ceremony going to start? She was probably going to blow her whole "relationship" with Nikola if she had to sit here and wait much longer.

Maybe she should have dragged Hugo along with her, and let Nikola off the hook. Hindsight.

But if there was one thing she could count on, it was that she was probably over reacting about this whole thing. For all she knew, Willow could care less if she was dating Nikola, or that it took them both a month to tell her.

That meant it was up to him to decide what to do.

"Well Nikola." she turned her blue eyes back on him, "Do you think we should tell her, or do you think we should just let it be?"

Penny shook her head. Mr. Surprise. "Leave it to Maddox. You will have to let me know or I can just make him tell me." she said with a smirk. She was hoping it was a good place. Lima deserved the best.

"You would make him tell you? How?" Mads never told her things when he wasn't ready too. And at this point, she was so used to it, she didn't bother trying to get him to talk when he didn't want to. So how could Penny manage to get it out of him?

Penny gave Lima her rebel smile. "I am not going to tell you. That is my secret." she told her. She had her ways. But if Mads did not tell her that is fine. She will find out later, after they left from Mya.

Via entered the tent and found a lot of guests. Wait.... Glancing around, she felt embarrassed. She never knew almost all of them. She gulped as her eyes scanned the place. Everybody's busy chatting. She had no one to talk to.

Heading over to an empty seat, Via was relieved. She just wished no one had the seat first. She was sure there are enough chairs for everyone else.

She fake glared at Penny and said, "I think I know what you would do. You would tell him that you need to know so that you can keep in contact with him." That would be the best way to try getting it from him. "Though Mya might tell you if you asked her instead." She was pretty sure that he had told his mother, but she wasn't positive.

"Really. He's two. I have plenty of time to help Kayla see things my way. Flying carpets might be an option though." One that Nicholai had thought about, he figured if Michael got too crazy about the muggle car thing, he'd spring a carpet on him. Bribery.

"I'm glad you like them." Nicholai didn't bother to agree about him having great taste. Was there any doubt? And he and Mads had similar taste in many things.

"Mmm. You aren't drinking tonight." Nicholai shook his head slowly, "Wouldn't want you to say something stupid to earn a place sleeping on the couch on your first night as man and wife and all. Though it would be a very Hufflepuff thing to do."




"I don't expect to." Michael was a Toussaint after all, he'd certainly better get used to being claimed by people. Nicholai gently brushed her arms with her hands when she hugged him, smiling at her as he did so. "Of course I'll save you a dance. Actually, you're the first one who's asked me." He stepped away from her and looked over at Maddox.

"Last chance." He pulled a little vial out of his pocket and held it up.

Emiliano listened to Piper speak about families and how young some can get married at. It kinda scared him a little that face, that soon, he wasn't going to be able to escape...but wait. He wasn't going to escape. That same night, Emiliano would show Piper the ring and propose to her. He hoped everything worked out quite well....

"...it just depends on the families, the enviroment you grow in. But since mum and dad don't live with us anymore, Diana and I have a life of our own if that's a way to call it to the fact that I barely get to see her around the house." He said with a long sigh. Em missed his sister and talking to her.

Tristian raised his eyebrow at his sister. Did she really just say that? He doubted that he would not see any neices are nephews. Lima wanted children, there was no hiding that fact. Either or not? Psssssh. If Lima wanted children, she was going to get them. Poor Mads. It will be hard having little kids running around the house. "MmmHmm," he finally said. "I just know I'm going to have neices and nephews soon."

"Oooooo,I don't know," Reese answered. "I can't wait until all this is over, then we can go to the little party afterwards. I just love parties." She smiled at Whitney. "So, anyways, how have you been? Anything interesting happened that I don't know about?" Yes, subject change. Gotta love it.

She raised her brow at him. "Oh, really? And what makes you say that? You a psychic, Tristian? Have you been hiding that from me?" She smirked at him. Did he know that she wanted kids? Well, it didn't really matter if he did, 'cause her and Mads might never have any.

Penny looked at Lima. "Would not do that to him. Keep in contact. Sheesh. I would not do that to you two." she told her. She was just going to ask just case something happened and she needed to let him know. "You know, that is if he told her." she thought aloud.

"Oh,yesssss. I'm a psychic, Lima," Tristian said sarcastically. "You know, most girls want to have kids. So, I figured you wanted one." Well, at least, some of those girls he went on dates with wanted girls. All the girls he has gone on dates with always talked about how they wanted babies. He never
understood what was up with that.

Finally taking his attention off Lima, Tristian noticed Penny for the first time. Ohmygosh. The mega hot Penny was in this same room as him. Moving back a little bit, Tristian accidently knocked over a vase sitting on a nearby table and it fell over and crashed onto the ground, causing glass to go everyone. He looked down at the mess he just made and looked up at Penny, his heart beating against his chest. Maybe he should just get out of here now.
