After Ginny finishes her final year at Hogwarts, she's stunned to learn that Harry, who's been out of school a year, is engaged. Not wanting to return to the Burrow, which will be full of wedding planning and activity, Ginny escapes to Diagon Alley for a bit of independent living. The twins kindly take Ginny in and offer her a job, and she drags Neville and Luna along as flatmates. Who knows what will happen now that they are living independently?

This is a VERY loose storyline so far, but we want to have the chance to explore these characters as rising adults. I have all of the main characters filled at this point. If you are interested, go ahead and post your character idea. To be honest, I'd prefer HP characters (but not necesarily HRH) rather than made-ups... although a quality made-up is always welcome. If I don't feel your character will add to the story, I probably won't say yes. Also, we're quite serious about RPing, so if you aren't on at night EST, CST, or you will only post very sporadically, don't bother. This is advanced RPing, so YES, your posts need to be longer and more detailed and we DO care about your spelling and grammar.

"So, you have your eyes on a non-crazy girl?" Hermione smiled, glad to hear that at least Fred didn't like Guin in that way. She did as Fred did and laid down on her stomach on the grass. "You know, I recall doing this before," She said, turning her head to grin at Fred, even though there was a pretty big chance he wouldn't remember.

"You like... me?" George groaned and hit the wall with his fist. "I think I'm messing everything up. And you don't even like him at all?" He watched her face. "No, of course not..." Her face was flushed from her anger, and her eyes were bright. She was kind of beautiful. "Are you scared and confused now?"

Ginny watched Snape's back recede from the room. "Well... he really needs to wrk on being a morning person if he insists on visiting so early." She sipped from the cup and sighed as the warmth perked her right up.

"Yes...I have my eyes on a beautiful girl, that is smart and fun, but not spastic crazy." Fred found himself staring over at Hermione, and was actually considering just blurting it out that it was her.

"You do? I think I sort of remember that. I do remember Ethel though...you remember Ethel, Mione? She was cute....like you." Fred said reaching out and puting a few blades of grass on the tip of her nose.

Hermione blushed and smiled when Fred touched her nose with the grass. She thought that maybe Fred thought of her as a little sister and nothing more... she hoped not, but couldn't help but thinking it. "Of course I rememeber Ethel! I wonder how she's doing..." She grinned, watching Fred, happy that he remembered that day.

"No, I'm not scared, but you are definitely confussing me George." Guin told him shaking her head. "I tell you I like you and you go on about your brother! It's like you have a sick twisted fantasy of me and your brother, which is never going to happen." She added seriously as he looked at her. "He really likes Hermione and you need to stop this and tell me how you feel!" Guin demanded as she stomped her foot. She may have been acting like a child but George was annoying her now.

Ginny shrugged. "A pet? Another Death Eater? An imaginary friend? With Snape, I can't imagine any addition to his social circle that doesn't seem totally out of place." Ginny wasn't trying to be cruel, although she knew the words sounded like it.

"Hmmm... I have no idea but, I must admit, I am quite curious now. I can't imagine Tara being a woman but... Wait a second," Tonks pressed her fingers to her temples and tried to think back to one of the meetings. "Sitara... Could it be Professor Sinistra?"

"Ethel, is probably off in Cancun having one of those Muggle Margarita's. Or maybe she's where ever Luna and Alicia are, keeping them company..with Muggle Margaritas." Fred suddenly started itching all over and a cool breeze reminded him that he...he was shirtless. He was shirtless and laying with Hermione at that. But, they were closer now it seemed than ever so Fred swallowed up all his pride. He sat up and crossed his legs and reached for Hermione's hands, pulling her up to sit too. "Hermione, we're friends, right?"Hermione, nodded...."And...well, how about this. I'll tell you who it is I like, if you tell me who you have your eyes on. It's not George is it, Mione?"

"How do I feel?" George nearly shouted and stomped his foot back at her. "I don't know how I feel. I'm confused now too." He stopped raging and moved closer to Guin. "All I know is..." He put his hand on her cheek and rubbed his thumb along her cheekbone before leaning in and touching her nose to hers. "All I know is I want to kiss you again."

Hermione shook her head no, "No, no, no... it's NOT George... although..." She didn't exactly know how to say that it was Fred that she fancied and felt quite nervous, considreing this whole situation. Fred was shirtless... "I'll agree to your deal, as long as you go first..."

Guin looked up into Georges eyes as he stood in front of her. His hand felt so warm on her cheek..."What if I told you I wouldn't want anything else more then that right now?" Guin told him as she wrinkled her nose on his as she moved in closer so that their lips almost touched when she spoke again. "Tell me to not persue this between us and I won't George...or else I'm just gonna kiss you..." And without thinking she shut her eyes and kissed him first this time.

Ginny stared at Tonks. Maybe her brain was more tired, but that kind of made sense, except... "But Professor Sinistra is quite pretty. In a delicate sort of way. What would she and Snape have in common?"

"No idea," Tonks shrugged. "But, the more important question is, why would Snape be wanting to get her alone..."

Tonks shook her head at the sudden images which flooded her mind. She discounted them immediately and giggled. "He must be muttering about something else entirely. I think I've been spending too much time going over reports and need to get back in the field soon; I'm starting to see things that aren't really there now."

Fred was so relieved that it wasn't George....he couldn't sway a girl from his own twin brother, so this was making things much easier already. He sighed and said, "Well, ok. But...you have to promise not to laugh or ....laugh. No laughing. Ok?"Fred asked, feeling his stomach start to knot up. Hermione agreed to the no laughing, and Fred took a deep breath.

"Well, I've been spending a lot of time with this girl..and she never ceases to make me smile. And she's so smart...more than smart, she's brillant. And, her charm and curls and big brown eyes, and kind heart have won me over. Sound like anyone you know?" Fred asked feeling more nervous than he felt in his last Quidditch match against Slytherin his 6th year. He propped his elbow up on his knee, and waited, almost holding his breath for her answer.

Hermione's stomach flipped. It certainly sounded like it was her that Fred was talking about... "Yes... yes, that does..." Hermione said, feeling heat in her face and knowing she was blushing. Trying to use the same tactic on Fred as he had on her, she said, "And mine is someone who is always getting into trouble for the silliest things... has a very vibrant hair color and personality, and somehow ends up losing articles of clothing often," Hermione said, her eyes flashing to Fred's bare chest.

George was willing to bet that Guin would push him away, but he'd have lost that bet. He might have been able to walk away from Guin if she'd hesitated at all and keep up his plans for Fred's future happiness. But the feel of her lips against his lit a fire in George and made it impossible for him to let her go. George's hand framed her face and his other arm snaked around her to pull Guin up against him. He kissed her thoroughly and finally pulled away a few inches and looked at her through his eyelashes. "Don't run away," his voice was husky.

Ginny made a face and glared at Tonks. "I'm trying to enjoy a cup of tea, Tonks. Could you be anymore disturbing?" She laughed and added, "Is there any particular reason you look like me today?"

"Does that mean you like me?" Guin teased looking at him stare at her before she kissed him again. He was nothing like she had imagined before, and it was a totally different experience. Of course Guin hadn't dated many men, basically none but two, but George was so...she didn't know how to explain it. Guin couldn't help but stay locking lips with him and staying in his warm embrace. She brought her hand up a bit and muffled his hair as she looked at him.

It was as if a light bulb had flashed on in Fred's dimwit head. She had been right in front of his nose the whole time...and they had even talked about it before now. His mouth was open and he had totally forgotten what breathing was for no telling how long. Fred blinked at Hermione, then made a noise that was supposed to be a word and pointed to his own bare chest. He lost clothes all the time...and his other hand unconsciously went to his fiery red head..he had vibrant hair...he was always getting into trouble...and it wasn't George...it had to be....

Graduating from stupid, non-understandable noises, Fred found his voice and said, "Me? Really? You like me? But, here I was thinking I'd have to fight off some guy to win you over...and I don't want to fight myself..and I'm rambling because I don't have any idea whatsoever on what do now. This is crazy!" And Fred, out of pure jubilation, reached for Hermione and wrapped his arms around her tight.

"Like you?" George caught her against him and swung her around before setting her down and kissing her on the tip of her nose. "I can't express what it is I feel, but 'like' seems rather pathetic." George dropped his arms and stepped back from her, his hand sliding down her arm to hold her hand. "I don't have any idea what we're doing. Usually, I'm okay with that..."

Guin blushed and smiled as she held back onto his hand. "Well as long as we both have no idea I guess thats ok." She told him as she tried to pull him out of the room. "How about some breakfast?! I haven't eaten anything yet...see!" Guin added as he stomach suddenly made a gurggling noise and she laughed.

George nodded and helped Guin into the kitchen. "What do you want for breakfast?" He turned to the cupboards and started rummaging. "How about we sneak out of here today and go shopping at the Muggle shops? I can't stand to be here and watch my little sister make googly eyes at Harry Potter, Fred make big mistakes, and know that Alicia's body is upstairs waiting for her parents." He sighed and turned around with a loaf of bread. "Want to go?"

"Sure, why not." Guin said as she went over to him and found the bread. "I'll have some toast, want some?!" She asked as Guin toasted the bread and buttered them. "I actually need to go to Gringotts, I need to talk to the 'head troll' about some of the work I was doing in Egypt if we could." She told him with a small as she helped herself to some tea. "I know we shouldn't be anywhere in the wizarding world but I really need to go and would appreciate it if you accompanied me."

"Well, I needed a laugh after that last task and imagining Mr. Grumpy Pants in the company of that petite, beautiful, woman is just the ticket," Tonks smiled. "Now, as for why I look like you..."

She reached a hand up to her hair and smiled. "George thought it might be nice if I went Weasley. He said I'd blend in a bit better," she laughed but, frowned when he walked in with Guin and the two began talking about sneaking out.

"Weren't you at least going to inform me where you were going this time," she said, her normally jubilant voice holding a hint of sarcasm and malice.
