Joćo chuckled at his mispronunciation of his name again. So far only she was allowed to mispronounce it that horribly, but she made it sound too cute to even correct. Or, at least until he got bored. He got bored of any girl, eventually. His eyes twinkled and he didn't even care her sneeze on his jumper.
His good humour was short lived.
He frowned, inclining his head to the side as he tried to come up with an answer. She was angry, sure enough. And she was also annoyed. Pretty annoyed, in fact. Oh, gosh. If that Adam boy had got into her head, he was DEAD, I'm tellin' ya.
"Louisa!" he exclaimed as if to calm her down, reaching out to touch her cheek. "I can never forget this pretty face." It was always in the depths, albeit sometimes quite deep, of his mind. "I was only busy. I've sent you a note explaining the situation. I... thought it was OK." No?
He was frowning. Gooooooood, she liked that he was smart enough to see her fake smiles from real ones. That was somehow ro- ACHU! -romantic. When he touched her cheek, and despite the rather higher temperature of her body at the moment, she felt it burn. She missed that. And she loved it, after a stressful week of fights and 'breakdowns', she could use some love.
Unfortunately, she had to sneeze one big fat stupid one and turn her head away from his hand.
"Yes, I thought it was okay, too." She wiped her nose with her handkerchief - that was her best mate for two days now. "But it's been two weeks! I never thought I'd say it but I hate that you have OWLs." Pooooout. "They seem more imp- ACHU - important than me." No they were not but a bit of exaggerating to fill that empty gap in her chest wouldn't hurt.

Why...? Louisa shrugged innocently, "She took the liberity to slap Dallin and throw a pie at him for me." She met his eyes then, rather defiantly, "After I've moved on and told her I really didn't care about him anymore. She just ignored me and went at him. I had to teach her a lesson." Another sip from the lemonade. Louisa wasn't going to mention in details that she defended Dallin with her all strength and jump at Enya and aaalmost hex her had Dallin not carried her off the girl. Joao might misunderstand.
To add insult to injury, her dear boyfriend interpreted the Adam's news...correctly. Louisa almost choked on her lemonade as Joao talked, "No!" So sharply, and shifted to face him. Hopefully she wouldn't sneeze into his face. "That's not what I meant! He's my friend, a close one too and you know it, we've taken a hate potion and a big fight caused us to stay away for a week and then.. he just came back with a girl and a whole new attitude. It bugs me." Breeeeeath.
Did that sound good?
The stolen possession, which was a love-potion, seemed insignificant now. She didn't want the last person that seemed to care enough for her to go mad again over Adam and Dallin issues! "No. She used evanesco on it. I don't think it'll work." She replied quickly.
Aurora watched Kennedy's hand as it moved a counter, letting her hair fall into a curtain, at the side of her face, hiding her flushed cheeks. "Er, what's the actual point of this game?" she asked him. She glanced up as he cleared his throat, her hair falling back to reveal the pink glow of her blush on her usually pale skin.
"Oh, he er... he works with my dad and they do a lot of stuff with dark magic and things. Like - they aren't dark wizards or anything." she added hastily. "At least, I don't think so. But I'm not allowed to know what they do... anyway, he - Kryspin, my brother - had been out alone for ages and when he came back he couldn't speak or breath properly or anything and he was in St Mungo's and they had no idea what was wrong and they tried everything and they thought he might not get better but they managed to stabilise him long enough for him to come home but he was still ill and... yeah. And now they've figured out what happened. And he's okay." she said. She realised she was rambling just to avoid talking about... well.
There was no use pretending it didn't happen - she knew from experience that it didn't work with stuff like that. She looked right at him, making eye contact. "I err... sorry about that. It wasn't fair, really... I was just a little over-excited and I didn't think and... well, you're cute and I was happy and... I got carried away." There. She might be being a drama queen and blowing it out of proportion like usual... but she had said how she felt and now she was feeling much less awkward about it. "I um... won't do it again." she said, blinking and looking back at the board.
Was she...? Nah, Aurora couldn't possibly be blushing...could she? "I, um, to leave your opponent without any disks?" Like in Chess. They had to take out each other's pieces. Or, was she meaning what the point was in playing? "If it bores you, we can stop it's okay." Yeah, he was much too distracted and Checkers wasn't all that fun to him.
Kennedy listened carefully. It almost sounded like his godfather's business that he wasn't allowed to know about according to his cousin Bianca. It was a family thing she said. "That's great. How old is he?" he asked.
The fourteen year old almost had an anxiety attack, but managed to mask it. She thought he was cute? B-But, how? His hair was always out of place, he wore glasses and...that was pretty much it. "I-I-I...I-It's ok-kay...I-I mean you were happy and stuff like that happen." They did, right? "What matters is that you're happy." He meant that and he didn't mind the kiss. Not all. That thought made his cheeks blaze.

Well look who just walked in. The very person Marie had been hoping to see all morning.... Carter. And as usual he was totally oblivious to what was going on there. "We are NOT in any way getting along here."
Pfft! Marilyn had the nerve to call her miserable? "You have no room to talk you pathetic excuse for a human." And the girl just drank some more of the spiked orange juice. Just great, did that mean she was going to get even nastier with her? Like that could even happen.
Of course Carter was going to ask where Destiny was. Could they ever have a conversation that didn't involve that girl? It's like Carter was obsessed with her. "The last I seen her she was still sleeping."
Seeing that Carter was looking towards the door and Marilyn was staring at a wall, Marie quickly poured another glass of orange juice. She then slipped her hand in her pocket, uncorked the second phial that was in there and in a flash dumped its contents into the glass of juice. She then slipped the phial back into her pocket.
Turning back to Carter she smiled. "Here, have some orange juice. Maybe she'll be along soon." Just as soon as someone pried her out of her bed that is.
Marie knew that once he swallowed that juice he was going to be hating her just as much as Marilyn hated her. However, she felt it was going to all be worth it in the end... when Marilyn heard with her own ears just how much Carter cared about her. Her being Marie... NOT Marilyn.

She then slipped her hand in her pocket, uncorked the second phial that was in there and in a flash dumped its contents into the glass of juice. She then slipped the phial back into her pocket.
Turning back to Carter she smiled. "Here, have some orange juice. Maybe she'll be along soon." Just as soon as someone pried her out of her bed that is.
Marie knew that once he swallowed that juice he was going to be hating her just as much as Marilyn hated her. However, she felt it was going to all be worth it in the end... when Marilyn heard with her own ears just how much Carter cared about her. Her being Marie... NOT Marilyn.

Carter perused the table's contents as the girls bantered. He knew better than attempt to stop them. Marie was impossibly stubborn... and Marilyn was worse.
After loading a plate down with some essessential breakfast items, he was about to start on his food and juice when he suddenly stopped.

However, that was short-lived. Carter let out a sigh of relief and took a bite of his eggs. The next statement he heard nearly caused him to spit it back out though.
FINALLY! Someone else agreed with him on the Hufflepuff issue!
He blinked twice. All thoughts of food abandoned (which, took a lot to do). Now this conversation had gone too far.
If Marie had bothered to even care about what was going on in his life at the moment she'd know that that was completely uncalled for.
He took a few gulps of the orange juice to calm his mind before he did something rash.
And because the thought of food may have entered his mind again.
"Do you two really need to be having the same arguement over and over again?" he asked stabbing the eggs on his plate. "Especially about me? I am not the only thing going on at Hogwarts!"
He moodily munched on some more eggs before taking downing the rest of the juice.
"And they serve horrible juice over here." he added. It needed to be said.

Alyssa took a deep breath and approached the Slytherin table. She didn't see Sierra any where but hoped that someone may know where she was last seen. Alyssa figured that she wouldn't wait until she saw Sierra at the Greenhouse next Sunday. She owed Sierra an apology and wanted to get it out of the way before then.
"Ahem...Uh...I'm so sorry to interrupt everyone's meal. I was just looking for Sierra and I was hoping that I would catch her here, but I don't see her. I was wondering whether anyone has seen her? I would really like to speak with her. If you can point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it,"Alyssa spoke to the Slytherin students and Gryffindor Quidditch Captain that was also sitting at their table.

He's my friend, a close one too and you know it, we've taken a hate potion and a big fight caused us to stay away for a week and then.. he just came back with a girl and a whole new attitude.
