Nate swallowed his food harder than he usually would've when Faina asked this question. "Won't freak out? Ok, well, I guess I'm just too impulsive at times. I could have told Pam no. But now Pam is heartbroken, it's my fault, and everyone is annoyed at me because of it," he said. Then he went back to his plate, finding it easier to eat now. Wow, I'm really hungry! He thought as he sped up eating.

Faina smiled. She began to softly sing one of her favorite songs. It was fairly old and wasn't even popular when it first came out but she still loved it. She stroked Nate's back as she sang, a trick her grandfather used to use to get her to calm down when she was a child.

ooc: The song Faina is singing is called Savannah by Relient K. Youtube it, it's beautiful. Its basically supposed to be sung by a guy to a girl but oh well!
