Outside the Potion Mistress' Office door is a long, cold, dark corridor, lit by only a few magical torches. There is no seating, no cushions, no benches. It serves the purpose Professor Lafay expects. Uncomfortability. Less Children bothering her.
Geraldine was already full from all the food she ate at the feast, so she decided to stroll around the castle. She first went to the Slytherin common room but found no one there,so she decided to explore other parts of the Dungeon. Geraldine suddenly found herself along a dark and cold corridor...she found the corridor oddly soothing and relaxing, this made her sleepy. She didnt want to sleep there, she doesnt want to make a bad impression.
Geraldine suddenly stopped walking when she saw a door...This must be the Head of the House's office, Geraldine thought of just going back to the feast, but she had some questions in mind to ask the head of house...Geraldine gathered her courage and walked nearer the door...with a deep sigh she knocked on the door.

Sierra took slow, hesitant steps down the corridor as she headed in the direction of Professor Lafay's office. This used to be a place she enjoyed coming to, and any other time, she'd have hurried straight here. Now, though, she seemed to be in trouble for reasons she didn't even intend to be in trouble for in the first place. This was her first time being told to report directly to a professor's office, and...well, she guessed there was a first time for everything.
It was immediately after the feast, so her hair was still plagued with the spit and gum Tori had put there. Eww. She just wanted to cut it out. Or charm it out, even. Whatever worked. It was humiliating enough to get into trouble in the Great Hall, and then she had to have spit and gum in her hair, too. She came up just in time to see the girl ahead of her knock on the door, so Sierra didn't knock either. She gave the girl a quick nod of acknowledgment then moved against one of the walls.

Geraldine stood there frozen in front of the door after she knocked. She might have lost her wits and wanted to walk back to the common room. As she was about to turn around, she heard footsteps behind her. Geraldine looked and saw that it was a fellow Slytherin though she looked older than her. Geraldine also noticed that she had something on her hair, is that gum? Geraldine thought, ewww!.. thats probably hard to remove, well it would be easy with magic anyway.
Geraldine saw the girl nodding towards her, acknowledging her but Geraldine was too distracted by the stuff on the other girl's hair. Geraldine probably stared at the girls hair for a long time, and suddenly realized that it was rude,so she lowered her gaze to the floor.
The next day after the feast, the office of Professor Lafay was of course the first stop of João Neves, for the woman was his head of house and it was obvious she was a woman to deserve the utmost respect. He didn't have much trouble finding the room, although he hadn't even seen out 24 hours in the castle. It was just the charm of the woman that pulled him here... hehe. A little bit of flattery never hurt.
Knocking on the door with three short knocks, he stood a few steps back and waited for her to accept him in.
Wist approached the Corrider. It did look spooky, but spooky in a cool way. Wist decided that Lafay must be fascinating to live here. And she was head of Slytherin!
Wist was wearing her black jacket buttoned to her throat as usual. Her strawlike orange hair was as neat as Wist could make it.
Wist saw several other students already waiting, and as she slumped againts the wall to wait, she smiled briefly at them.
Isabelle walked cheerfully down to the potions room. She noticed that the lab door was locked and sighed. She really wanted to work on her bone regrowing potion. Two years ago at Beauxbatons she had done it and wished to do it again. With a sigh she joined the rest of the people waiting outside of the Professors office.
Geraldine was already tired from waiting, maybe the professor is busy, and Geraldine didnt want to bother the professor with her silly questions, she'll know the answers herself in due time.
This time Geraldine was positive about leaving the corridor, she turned and saw a couple of students behind her. They looked older than Geraldine was, maybe except for that other girl with the coat, they maybe about the same age. With a last look at the door Geraldine made her way back to the slytherin common room.

Hecate stood in a shadow at the back of the corridor. She watched as one of the students tried to get into the lab. The girl walked to her office door and waited in line.
The potions mistress walked towards her office, her wand in hand, and as she passed the lab, she unlocked the door.

"The lab is now open, you may enter. Don't make a mess and don't waste my ingredients." She said coldly. "And if you need to ask something else, come inside and ask it."

She watched as the first girl at her door changed her mind and began to leave. She stood in front of her, blocking her way. "You are new here, so I'll explain. When you come to my door to see me, you need to be patient. I don't just stand around waiting for students to come to my door to speak to me. If I am not here, you will need to wait. If you leave, it means you didn't have anything important in the first place, and were going to waste my precious time anyway. So. You have the option, get in, or," and she moved out of the way, "Leave."
She then opened her own door, and walked in, leaving the door wide open.

Just as Geraldine was about to leave, the professor arrived, she looked cold and gloomy, looking at the professor sent shivers down Geraldine's back.
Geraldine turned pale when the professor spoke to her. Maybe it wasnt a good idea coming here in the first place,Geraldine thought. The professor's words still rung in her ear,she was having a hard time deciding whether she'd leave or not, anyway the door was wide open. But,what would Geraldine ask her? Her fingers now shaking, are her questions really that important? Maybe she'll just annoy the professor and get scolded further....in the end cowardice got the better of her, and she slowly, with her head bowed down, her blonde hair almost covering her face,Geraldine slowly went back to the common room.

Sierra was still standing quietly against the wall when the sudden sound of Lafay's voice drew her attention to the office door. She pushed herself quickly off the wall and just watched as her Head of House began speaking to the students in line.
You? So Sierra was just a 'you' now? Not only that, she was called into the office with the entire lot of people at the door. She wouldn't normally mind, but she gum and spit in her hair, and she imagined the conversation that was about to follow was going to be an embarrassing one for her.
She looked Lafay in the eyes for a very split second and then nodded slowly. A few seconds later, she edged herself past the group waiting and then walked into the office.
She raised her brow to the new boy. "You can come in as well."
What, was it too odd around here to pay a visit to the professsors that she seemed to be surprised? Or had Marcelo arrived at a wrong time that she was raising an eyebrow? Well, in any case, she still invited him inside, and that was a plus, right? Smiling at her politely, he walked in the office. Well, at least he could always say that he was new and that he didn't know the professors shouldn't be disturbed unless it was urgent.

So, the Potions Laboratory is here... This subject is really awesome... And at least my great-grandfather was a Potions Master before, I hope I inherited some of his wits in this subject because I find it very fascinating... Oh, what's the professor's name again? Hmm...Oh, right Hecate Lafay...She's the head of our house as I remember... I really need to start memorizing names..

Finally making his way down to the dungeons, Josh had a quick look of around only to see...well...duh...nothing had changed here apparently. The lack of light and the place being not the most welcoming one were still kind of annoying him yet of course the boy had the capability of bearing it. His girlfriend lived down here afterward which reminded him.....*ahem*. That was an incomplete plan...yet.
Preparing himself to ignore any unfriendly Slytherin snake that might try to make rude remarks or simply glare at him for he had an actual reason to come all way down from the seventh floor to here, thid dark place. Still holding the flower in one hand, the Gryffindor directly made his way into the slightly darker corridor he had visited a couple of times before. Maybe not the whole dungeons but he knew this part and the parts he had served detentions before well. So without any hesitation or pause, the eighteen year old boy made his way to Lafay's ofice and knocked on the door.

If she wasn't already annoyed and tired from having to walk up all those stairs, only to walk all the way down them again to end up in the spot where she previously stared, Evelyn may have just caught up to Josh. Maybe. He just kept turning those corners before she could call out to him, and there was no way she was going to break a sweat in her uniform by running. Nope.
Finally though, in the cool and damp corridors of the dungeons, Evelyn began to wonder just where he was going. Perhaps looking to meet her? Yet the familiar area where Lafay's office was had that happy thought squished from her brain immediately. Why was he always coming down here to see her Head of House? Merlin, more than half the time he was down here was because of Lafay.
WHY!? "Josh." We see you- OOPS! Quickly turning around, she maneuvered the rolled up banner under her arm before she plucked the Head Girl badge off of her uniform and held it in her closed hand before facing her boyfriend again. Yea. NOW we see you!

Knocking on the door once, Josh took a step back from trying to fight the urge to knock on it again and again till the Potions Mistress would open the door but not only that would be plain rude but also it would probably cause the woman go all RAWR on him, so no knocking several times. Still...it would have been interesting to see the woman go all RAWR yet he was not going to be rude to her no matter what. He, indeed, did respect the woman pretty much.
So, stopping himself, he was about to walk backwards to the dark and cold wall opposite the office door just to lean against it while he waited for her to let him him as he usually did when he heard that voice call his name...which made him froze completely for an instant as if he had been hit by a full body bind curse.
Evelyn!
Of course he could not help looking towards the direction where the voice that made him feel and think of...lots of...good stuff, despite the fact that it was all very risky to do so right now. Yet then, weirdly, for some reason he could not see, the Slytherin girl looked as if she was distracted by something turning around and...all. Josh did not bother about it much though as it was the perfect opportunity for him to hide the flower inside one of the pockets of his robes.
Apparently, she did not want her to see it and...misunderstood his whole intention. He would never betray his beloved girlfriend even if it would cost his life. The thing with Lafay was...a different issue of feelings and thoughts but since he had no idea how he could explain properly without sounding stupid, the boy just preferred to keep it out of her knowledge.
''Rose!'' then he exclaimed with a warm smile once everything was safe. ''Have i mentioned you how beautiful you looked today?''

Taking a few steps towards him, she smiled as she looked from him, to the door, and back to him again. "No..." she mused. "You haven't." Though he could repeat it again if he wanted to. She wouldn't mind.
Hehe.
Yet before she could ask what he was doing here, Lafay had appeared and ordered them all inside. Wait, what? Her too? Evelyn wasn't here to see...her...though. Opening her mouth to say so, she cluched the banner she held and just, kept silent. What would be worse? Wasting the Professor's time with pointless talk of how she was just following Josh? Or wasting the Professor's time with a random question she could surely think of from right now, to when it was time for her to speak up?
... Whatever the case, her legs wouldn't listen and they MADE her walk into her Head of House's office. Darn legs!

He had not? Well...of course, since he had just seen her, had not he? For some weird reason he had been unable to find her around places he usually did the previous terms or maybe he just had not spent long enough time looking for her for he was all stuck in the common room trying to teach some people manners.
Hmmm...
Approaching her, he smiled and took her hands ''You look very beautiful today...as usual.'' She was always beautiful yet today she looked different in someway that he wanted to express however the boy did not know which words he could use to describe that attractive difference so he just had to go with this.
Then Lafay appeared in a sudden making him hold the Slytherin girl's hands more tightly instead of dropping them. Eh. They were going inside now...were not they? Okay. Evelyn was already doing it anyway so the Gryffindor followed her.

Merlin, help me get through this. She briefly wondered what would happen. It hadn't been too bad. It could have went much worse, really. No points taken, no game suspension...That was all she'd hoped would NOT happen.
Detention wouldn't be so bad...The blonde hoped. She hoped HARD.

On her way up to the castle, the Slytherin girl kept very quiet and kept her gaze to the floor in front of her, arms crossed, and focused on making sure she wasn't tempted to look around anywhere else besides the ground. This was a complete disaster.
She should've made sure that the others had gotten the correct permission. She should've asked, but if someone had a party, one just assumed didn't they?!
Approaching the door to Lafay's office next to Marilyn, Evelyn finally lifted her gaze up just a bit to stare at the doorway to their final moments in life. Ugh...
