Maxwell let out another burp and sank slowly to the ground. He thought about the other memories that he was using and they all had one thing in common, he was with Josephine every time. so this time he focused on a few memories at once. First when he'd first met her in Ollivander's, then the train ride to Hogwarts, then he thought about when he'd worked up the courage to finally kiss her and tell her how he felt. Maxwell opened his eyes he was five...five and a half feet and rising...six feet now, seven...soon he was a full ten feet in the air and stopped. Maxwell knew he had a very strong happy memory but didn't know it was this strong. He let out a large belch and slowly sank back down and awaited further instruction.

Then, Raven tried another unforgetable memory. She remembered about the first abroad holiday with Dad, Mum, Adler and Avian. They went to Bali Island in Indonesia by aeroplane. That was her first experience holiday in muggle way. Then she levitated again.

Nessie grabbed a handful of plates and untincils and balanced them within her hand. She walked over to one of the set tables and meticuliously set them up carefully lining them up with the utincils.

Alyssa looked at her little bottle and realized that she only had at least a couple of drops of potion left in her bottle, just enough for one more sip. So Alyssa thought really hard about a happy memory, because she knew that this was her last chance. Then she remembered one recent incident that had made her very happy, not for just a moment, but for a couple of days after that. It was the day that she was asked to play on her House's Quidditch team. Alyssa had missed Quidditch tryouts and so hadn't been selected for the first team. She remembered that she had felt miserable for days because she believed that she had let down her family, all who had played, or were currently playing for their House Team. But after almost half of their House team had fallen ill with a 'bug', Kita, the Quidditch Captain had approached her and asked whether she would be willing to play. Alyssa remembered feeling so happy that she had been given a second chance.

"Yes! I'll choose this memory for my last attempt." Before taking her last sip from the potion in her little bottle, Alyssa grabbed another bottle of soda pop. She was confident that this time she would definitely need help getting back to the ground.

Taking a deep breath, Alyssa placed the potion bottle to her mouth and drank every last drop down. Then she closed her eyes and concentrated on that happy moment not so long ago. Alyssa felt a warm sensation all through her body. She suddenly felt light as a feather. Alyssa looked down and saw that she was slowly levitating. So Alyssa continued to concentrate on that specific moment in time. She relived every moment of the game playing as Beater. She remembered that although her team had been outnumbered by the other team, they still played on ferociously. She remembered the moment that her Seeker and Captain, Kita caught the snitch. She remembered how much they danced and hugged each other on the pitch and how the team was surprised when they returned to the Common Room and found that everybody had decorated the place to celebrate their victory. She remembered how students,whom she didn't even know, had come up to congratulate her and to tell her that she played great. Alyssa couldn't help laughing out loud.

She opened her eyes to make sure that no one had heard her laughing and to her surprise she was found that she was floating by some of the younger students. "It's working! It's working!"Alyssa thought to herself feeling really happy that her memories this time were the right ones and that they were happy enough for the potion to work. She continued to float feeling elated with her success at levitating and waved at everyone as she floated by them. She was so happy that she felt like yelling out for joy, but knew that she had to control her enthusiasm. Then Alyssa realized something had changed. Without her even knowing it, she was now floating above the younger students heads and was even almost at head level with some of the shorter older students. She hoped that she would float all the way up to the ceiling, but when she continued to hover at the same level, she knew that she had reached her maximum height for levitating. "It must be because I'm feeling really happy right now, and that's why I'm still floating up here,"Alyssa thought to herself.

She floated for awhile until she passed the table where all the food had been placed. The House Elf had definitely worked really hard to prepare this because the party feast was amazing. Looking at the food, Alyssa started to feel hungry. So with much reluctance, she gulped down her bottle of soda pop and burped and burped. "Excuse me, Excuse me," Alyssa said after every burp. She then felt herself slowly sink back to the ground.

"It was great while it lasted,"Alyssa sighed to herself. "I do hope that the Professor will let us try this exercise again," Alyssa thought to herself as she quickly ran over to the table and filled her plate with food. "Levitating does make one hungry,"Alyssa smiled to herself feeling very happy with herself.

Jordan had practised a sticking charm a few times before, so he was glad to have an excuse to actually use it. He grabbed bundles of streamers which he levitated and stuck to the walls and ceiling, before grabbing some baloons which he sent whizzing about the classroom. But he couldn't leave out a silly hat which he jammed onto his head.

With a loud burp and a string of giggles, MJ landed back on her feet. She was sad that it was all over, but there was still the party ;and whatever was in the potion involving happiness was obviously still working. Burping and giggling, she settled for watching her friends floating around the room.

William likess all his siblings. He just remebered how cool it was to see his mom and dad have their last child. The boy was named after his father. The new babies name is Joe Jon Montcenaggio Jr aka J.J. Starr Jr. We all call him " Jr." William saw the little boy and it looked just like his father. This made his mom Katalin happy. All the family is happy. This is another happy thought for Willaim. He levitated himself with the potion he drank and he looked over the class.

Jordan next took out a tablecloth and some napkins which he laid on one of the tables which hadn't been prepared yet. He then levitated some plates and cups to the table which he arranged neatly, before grabbing some cutlery which he plonked down with the rest of it.

Kita smiled at Ariana as the girl levitated some more streamers up. She was really good wasn't she? Albeit it was only the Levitating charm but it was still pretty good. And the girl was what? First year? Second year? Heck, it's not like she was that good at casting spells when she was that young.

"Well done, you're doing really well," she said, giving the girl an encouraging smile as she continued casting the Sticking charm at various intervals. Who knows, if she was doing this on her own, some sort of catastrophe may have happened by now.

Jordan had rushed through the decorating stages so that he could get down to the levitating. He hurried over to the box of bottles filled with pale blue liquid and took a bottle, which he downed immediately. He then focussed on his memory, the one where his mum came back for him.
He felt his body warm slightly and he felt himself rise slightly up into the air. WooHoo! he was flying! No... wait, he'd stopped. He looked down to see that he'd only rose about a foot up in the air, he summoned up a burp to fall back to the floor. He needed a stronger memory, but what?

"Oh," Sierra said, mentally agreeing with the Claw about duplicating the streamers. It did seem faster and more effective. She wished she'd have thought of the idea herself, but in all honestly, she wasn't quite sure she knew the charm. Geminio, she thought it was. "You're right, but I guess with my streamers and your balloons, we've got enough decorations floating around." She looked at the moving plate and raised her own wand toward the second box. "Locomotor plate," she said, performing the same spell she'd just seen the Claw do. "Locomotor plate," she said again, moving another in place, as well.

When the table they'd been working on looked to be set, Sierra turned her focus to the third box, the one containing the potion. "Well, I guess there's only one more thing to," she said, gesturing toward the third box. She walked toward it and peered inside, taking note of the pale blue liquid. She scooped up a bottle and studied it for a few moments before uncorking it and bringing it to her mouth. After a moment's hesitation, she took a tiny sip of it.

"Great job!" Victoria commented on the girl's fabulous work. "First time?" Victoria asked, curious to know Kourtney's secret way to a great charms work.

Victoria looked to where Kourtney was pointing at. Ooh...the people over there looks like they are having fun. Few people are actually floating in mid air. "Sure." Victoria agreed as she checked to see that the table they were at was secuirily set up. And it was.

Time for the third box!

Victoria walked after Kourtney to get the bottle of pale blue potion. "Thanks." She took one from Kourtney's hand and returned a thankful smile. Victoria had barely lift up the bottle when Kourtney had risen a few feet from the ground, then higher, higher, and higher. Whoa. That is one merry girl.

"It must be a great memory." said Victoria, now watching her Lioness friend dance in the air. Haha...it was so cool. If only Victoria could think of a good memory...

Taking a long deep breath, Victoria opened the bottle and drank one large gulp. She felt warm liquid flowing down her throat. Wait! Victoria had almost forgotten about her memory. What was it again?

Oh yeah. Hogwarts...

Violet had been moving slowly through the air, basking in the happiness of the potion and her mother's letter and...really, nothing at all in particular and wasn't sure how long she had been there--time seemed to have stopped, or at least slowed down a great deal. But suddenly the thought occurred to her that she might be missing something in the class below, and also that she might look a bit silly up there. Hmm, probably the potion was starting to wear off! She decided to try to come down on her own, worried that she might suddenly crash-land if she waited until the potion had worn off completely. She tried to burp, but nothing happened (drat, she had never been able to burp on command very easily). She tried again--nothing. Panicking a bit, she gulped several mouthfuls of air and finally emitted a loud "Burp!!", and then she found herself slowly drifting downward toward the floor.

When she finally felt the floor beneath her feet, she straightened up, smoothed down her robes, patted down her hair, looked quickly around to see if anyone was laughing at her, and then headed off toward the tables of food--she thought that after all that work, she deserved a snack.

Jordan felt slightly light-headed after his first attempt at levitation, so he sat down and bit into a chocolate he'd pinched from a table. He searched through his mind for the perfect memory, he thought of the first time he'd successfully use his metamorph abilities. That was such a big milestone for him and just thinking about it made him feel proud and happy.
He stood up defiantly, drinking from his bottle once more. Thinking about it, Jordan felt his body jerk upwards slightly before stopping abruptly. He was barely an inch off of the floor! He propelled himself around the classroom for a bit before giving out a loud burp to land again. He needed one memory but why couldn't he find one that worked?

Kourtney grinned at Victoria as she complimented her. "Yeah. I just concentrated really, really hard and hoped for the best. It seems to work fairly well."

The girl nodded in receipt of the older girl's thanks for the bottle, simply saying. "You're welcome."

She watched as Victoria sipped the potion, and wondered if she could get high enough so that they could air dance together. That would be wicked cool. "You can do it, Victoria!"

Kourt then forced her thoughts back to her memory, thinking about how she and her mother had run off of stage after the dance, and how excited she had been. They had danced together before, but never in front of a crowd. It was such an amazing moment! The thoughts added more happiness fuel, and she floated a little higher (only about three feet from the ground) all while imitating some of the moves from the dance they had shared. She felt weightless, as though she could float forever and ever.

"Thanks." Victoria smiled at the little Lioness's encouragement. "I hope so too."

Victoria really hoped that his memory works, 'cause this is the only strong memory she can think of right now. She closed her eyes tightly and tried to think of the time when she was sorted into Slytherin, when she had thought she may not have belonged to any of the Hogwarts houses, when she had thought she would die of embarassment if the hat would say absolutely nothing at all. After no more than five seconds, the hat had shouted Slytherin.

Waiting...waiting...and still waiting...nothing happened.

Looks like it's not strong enough for the Patronus Charm.

Victoria looked around the room and saw most people floating in mid air, but not her, not Victoria. Because her memory wasn't good enough. And this made Victoria feel a bit sad, of course it's not going to work now!

Then, a sudden light struck Victoria's mind. Maybe the time when all her family gathered up to celebrate Christmas that one evening, everyone was laughing, smiling and having fun. Especially Victoria, who was only nine at the time. The food was delicious, the music was sweet. It's got to work.

Victoria closed her eyes and started to imagine. Then, she took a gulp of the pale blue potion one more time...

An idea popped into Jordans head, he cared about his friends the most. He thought about them, all of them. He stood up, determination etched on his face whilst he took yet another swig of his potion, emptying the bottle. He took a deep breath, closed his eyes and thought to himself.
It wasn't necessarily a memory, but it was strong and made him happy. Through the dark of the closed eyes he saw their faces: Faina, Mickey, Cael, Jayden, Nate, Maxwell, Josephine all of them. There! He'd done it! It was incredible as he soared up in the air, hovering above the others. He left it a while before he decided to come back to earth, he then waited for the next instructions.

Kourtney watched as Victoria tried the potion. Oh dear. Nothing appeared to be happening. Just try again she encouraged silently.

Oh, how she wished she could stay in this state. It was amazing to feel like she had no worries in the world. But all good things had to come to an end, and at least she knew that her memory was a strong one, at least in the comforts of the classroom. She lingered in the air for a few more moments before burping twice.

Slowly, she descended towards the floor. It was all too soon that her toes touched down. She still felt rather cheerful, and felt like laughing, though she figured this was more than likely due to the lingering after-effects of the potion. She wondered briefly if she could keep the bottle. It would be fantastic to practice further memories with it, just in case her initial memory wasn't strong enough to actually produce a Patronus in the future. After all, a happier memory may come along.

Once she was fully on her feet, she skipped over to the table that held chocolate and sodas. She needed a little something to make this sudden hunger disappear.

The Puff prefect admired the streamers she's put up along with all the other decoration work that had been done by the students. Not for long though, she had more decorating to do. Turning to the second box, she levitated out a table cloth and went to an undecorated table. Preferring to lay out the cloth with her hands, she carefully smoothed it over the table, making sure it was even and pretty under the colorful sunlight.

The plates and utensils and party plates went on the table next, taking a bit longer than fixing up the table cloth did. She didn't know where the professor wanted them, and left to her own devices she wasn't too sure either. Spread across the table? Staked at the end? In the end she went for the latter, believe that their would be a epic feast of sweats for this party.

Now, where was that third box?

Oh a party, how exciting! Kimalia slowly lowered her hand that was previously holding her chin and began sitting up straighter whilst hearing the instructions. "Wingardium Leviosa", without further ado, she began setting the streamers from the box up near the ceiling wall before muttering a sticking charm to them. She had no idea what this one contraption was in the same box, but she recognized the oversized discs that had to be holding music on them.. Maybe it plays music out of the cd's?

"Nice to meet you, Keefer," Kennedy said, trying to hide his amusement. He wondered if he would react the same way when he took the potion. "I did, it was cool!" It really was. Kennedy enjoyed anything that involved flying, but this type of flying involved happy memories, so it would be something that will take him some time to sort out.

He took the potion cup in his hands and chugged in one gulp, now he only needed some happy memories to test out and see if they were enough to make him levitate.

Eino didn't object to the idea of a party, although he was interested in knowing what they celebrating. Nonetheless, he was going to participate. He approached the first and immediately took notice of all the different party decorations. He picked up a silly hat and inspected it. It was indeed very silly but it didn't look like the type of ornament one would put on one's head. He shrugged and put the hat on his head anyway. Maybe it was going to help him think of happy memories. Next, he took some of the balloons, in different colors and used the Inflatus Jinx to fill them with oxygen. He wasn't sure if it would work, but to his surprise it did, so he continued to use it on more balloons. Sadly, they weren't floating or hovering, so when Eino spread them all through the classroom he used the Hover Charm, which worked wonders. There, now it all looked pretty and balloon-y.

Minerva decided to try her memory again just to make sure it wasn't a false thing that happened before. Minerva took more of the potion. She thought of the memory again and she was floating in the air again. She was glad it worked, but she wanted down as quickly as possible so she burped her way down.

Blowing up one more balloon with her wand as Sierra spoke, Stella just nodded. Both in response to the younger girl's reaction to her suggestion and then the follow-up suggestion that there were enough decorations. She hadn't missed that the other girl had picked up on her spellcasting regarding the plates, either. It was definitely quicker. "I kind of agree. There definitely seems to be enough decorations already," she replied, sticking her last balloon to the edge of the table not far from the others. Just to give it a place as she didn't want to just stand around holding it for the rest of the lesson.

She'd glanced at the last box moments before Sierra had acknowledged it, but realized something else before she responded to that suggestion. "I'm sorry, I forgot to answer your other question earlier," she said with a little laugh. "I'm Stella, and you're right. It seems the only other thing left to do is test our happy memories." She still hadn't quite settled on if she was going to try the newer memory or see if her old one still was potent enough, but perhaps she could test both. She had to retrieve a vial first, so she walked over to the box not long after Sierra had and picked one up. Examining the pale blue potion inside, she wondered what exactly was inside it. That's where it would have helped if she was better at Potions, but she figured Professor Schirmer wouldn't hurt them. At least, she didn't think so, and looking around the room it didn't look like anyone was poisoned. Floating around, yes, but nothing worse, so she took the stopper out of her vial. Here goes, she thought, before focusing on her old happy memory as she drank a small portion. Now to wait and see if she floated.

Wow, Kimalia watched as a boy in Ravenclaw keep the balloons hovered. Frowning, Kimalia looked at some of the CD's in her hand.. hey.. Kimalia then spoke, "Hey um, can you show me how to do that hover charm?" Kimalia held the CD's in her hand out. "I was thinking of having these Large CD's hang in the air too." Oh Kimalia, your manners, "Oh, I'm Kimalia by the way." She held her other free hand out to shake his.
