Feeling a tear run down her cheek Marie felt happier than she had ever felt before. She had been really nervous about telling him how she felt but now that she told him, and she knew that he loved her too, she was glad she finally found the courage to tell him. "I've wanted to tell you for a while now. I was just... afraid." Those three words scared the heck out of her, but after her chat with Mia she knew she was never going to be really happy until she told him.

And now she knew what Mia was talking about. She felt like a huge weight had been lifted off her. She was so happy now she felt like she might float away if he let go of her now.

This day could end now and she would go to sleep with a smile in her face. Right after she got done telling her friends in the dorm room about her amazing day.

''Defently'' whispered Luna ''That would be great'' she smiled she thought it was a great idea fun!

" Bye, everyone, enjoy the party" William told the girls.

*Putting his arms around her Matty pulled her into a hug and kissed the top of her head.*
"I know... After what happened with Finn... I didn't want to push you into anything. I waited to say how I felt until you were ready yourself..."
*Leaning down and giving her a soft kiss every time he whispered to her.*
"I love you... I love you Marie..."
*The last one he looked up and yelled it out to the world. He was not ashamed and wanted the world to know that he was deeply and completely in love with Marie Salazar.*

Marie rested her head on his chest as she hugged him back. "Thanks for waiting. It means a lot that you didn't push me into something I wasn't ready for." Not that she had really been pushed into it before, but now that she thought back on it, she really wasn't ready then.

Hearing him shout out that he loved her brought an even bigger smile to her face, as if that were even possible. "You have no idea how happy it makes me feel to hear you say that." Or maybe he did know. Either way, she wanted to make sure he knew that it made her feel like the luckiest girl in the world. Moving her arms from around his waist to around his neck she gave him another little kiss. "Mmm, I do love you. Happy Valentine's Day Matty."

Catching the candles flickering out of the corner of her eye she looked over towards the table. It looked so nice the way it was set up. However, the couch near the fire looked really comfy too. Since it was Matty planning this whole night she was going to let him decide what they were doing next. "Shall we eat now or do you want to sit in front of the fire and snuggle?" Or did he have sometihng else planned for them? This was the room of requirement after all, one never could tell what was going to happen there until it actually happened.

She didn't care what it was they did just as long as they did it together.

*Giving her a kiss back Matty couldn't take the smile off of his face. He had sort of floated off into his own little world with Marie and had not noticed the room until now. Right, the dinner and all he had planned.*
"Well you can pick, we can sit, eat a lovely meal that I did not cook so it must be good. Or... we could dance under the fake but very real looking stars?"
*Matty didn't care if he was taking a bad tooth out of a dragon, as long as he was with Marie he was the happiest person in the world.*

Aww, he was letting her pick what they were going to do. "How about we eat first, then dance, then snuggle." Snuggling with Matty in front of the fire would be a perfect ending to a perfect day. And she didn't care that the stars were fake. All that mattered was that they were together and having a good time.

*With a nod and a warm smile he hooked his arm with her's and lead the way to the table. Pulling out her chair he helped her sit down, once she sat down he pushed her in and then moved to sitting down on the other side.*
"I wasn't sure what you would like, seafood or chicken?"
*For awhile Matty had been in the mood for any kind of seafood but he would have whatever she wanted.*

Marie felt like she was in heaven right now. Matty was being such a gentleman and so sweet to her. Once she was seated she took a drink of her water while she waited for him to sit down. Hmm, what was she in the mood to eat? "How about seafood. We can have chicken everyday in the great hall." She had just had chicken yesterday, she didn't really want it again today.

*Matty nodded in full agreement. Pulling out his wand he tapped both of the plates and it filled with shrimp, crab, and lobster.*
"I thought it might be funny to have fun with our food."
*Her parents and his aunt and uncle weren't there to tell them off. They could be messy if they wanted to.*
"You have no idea how hard it is to eat crab at a family dinner and not make a mess at all..."

Marie's mouth started to water as soon as she seen the food on her plate. Merlin she was hungry now. Everything looked and smelled amazing. "You mean have fun... like this?" Picking up a shrimp she popped it in her mouth, bit the tail off, then dropped it on her plate. And she didn't even bother using a fork. Fingers were just fine with her.

Okay, so that wasn't the funnest thing to do but just wait until she got to the lobster and crab. The mess would begin then.

"Oh, I know how hard it is. No matter how many times I try, I can never get the stupid things cracked right." She somehow always managed to smash the meat before she got it out.

''Bye Willam thanks for coming'' Luna smiled then she handed him a party bag it had some honeydulk's sweets butterbeer some cake and hat sheild everybody got the same

''Everybody it's time to cut the cake'' said Luna smiling ''Desert order away'' said Luna

*Matty laughed as she popped the shrimp into her mouth.*
"Yep just like that."
*Seeing her having some trouble Matty moved over to her side and showed her a trick.*
"Every bit of armor has a weak spot... feel along the crab and..."
*Only using a bit of pressure Matty snapped a claw and a big size of meat came out. He did a few more for her making sure she saw the "trick".*
"My uncle and I went camping and got to spend time on a crab boat. My uncles odd like that, he doesn't just go on vacation he picks an adventure."

"Wait a minute, did I hear the words "cake and cut'? Willaim asked Luna. " I need to stay for the cake" Willaim told Luna. " This is a really nice goodybag' William said to Luna. " I just figured all you girls were going oiut right now, so I thought I should have left the party" Willaim explained to Luna. " I promise to leave after the cake' William smiled.

Marie was trying her hardest to get the meat out of that stinkin' crab leg but was having zero luck with it. Oh well, she would just crush it like she always did. The meat would still taste the same, just not look as appetizing. And it would be fun making a mess.

Or, she could do it the way Matty was showing her and be less messy about it.

Feeling for the week spot like he showed her she found that it wasn't as hard as she had been making it. "Okay, so it's easier than I've been making it out to be." But it wasn't at fun. "I still like doing it this way though..." Crushing it she dug out the mangled meat and put it in his mouth. Grabbing a napkin she wiped his chin for him then gave him a little kiss."See, it still tastes the same." Just a little messier.

He spent time on a crab boat... with all those crabs... that stink. "Did you actually help catch them or did you just watch?" She herself would prefer just watching... and then eating them later.

''Yes'' said Luna ''I better do it now'' Luna cut the cake and put it onto to plates and past them around

Ness didn't even know where she was walking anymore. She just let her feet do whatever they wanted to. She kept on trying to keep the tears away, but she knew whether she liked it or not that they were coming. Even Puffles (her pgmy puff),which was on her shoulder, realised something was wrong as he kept on licking her in the face.

She then spotted the room of Requirement (well the painting, which she knew led to the door as she had been inside before.) She walked across it three times thinking. She needed a place where she could just let all of her emotions out. She should have thought that she needed a happy room, but she thought that it rather be better she'd get everything out.

She walked in the room to see a comfy couch, a huge box of tissues, chocolates, a boxing bag, and a note pad. She took a seat on the couch then just burst into tears. Shejust kept on crying and cryingletting it all out. She had already finished half the box of tissues, and had eaten half of the chocolate, but she still couldn't stop. All the tears that had been stored in her, were just pouring out. She then thought of writing out the what had been happening, but she felt it would just make hr cry more, and she thought she was crying enough for now.

Damien had been wandering the castle for some time. Not really thinking about going anywhere. He just wanted a walk. And lately he hadn't been able to take the cold outside on the grounds. At least this way he could get the exercise without freeing to death.

He rounded a corner and saw a familar head of hear walking away from him. He called out to Ness, but she must have not heard him because she kept walking. Faster as if she had a purpose. That she needed to be somewhere.

Damien called out to her again, but this time she disappeared behind the tapestry that hid the Room of Requirement. Before the door sealed shut, he stuck his foot out to catch it and walked in.

He found a rather comfortable room, with ... was that a punching bag? Hearing the sniffling coming from the couch Damien approached Ness rather carefully. Maybe she wouldn't want anyone to find her. But she was so young ... maybe she needed someone.

"Ness ..." he whispered to her. "Hey, what's going on?"

Ness looked her face messy and wet, to see Damien, the sixth year boy she had met the other day. She wondered how he found her seeing as she was in the room of requirement after all.

Ness wasn't too sure if she was ready to talk, even if she should let it out, she didn't really know Damien and he might think she's wierd for it. "Well..um." was all she could really say, seeing as she was crying so hard but then she managed to say in her tears."Its..noth..ing..real..ly..ju..st..some....
.thing..in my..eyes!' even Nessie didn't belive her own lie this time something in her eyes seriously couldshe get anymore stupid.

Mayeb she should just tell him she thought. Well everyone did always say sometimes speaking to a stranger is the best thing, but Ness wasn't sure if she was really ready to talk to anyone, especially not when she looked like such a mess.

Damien frowned and walked around the other side of the couch and sat down next to Ness. Seeing that the box of tissues she needed was gone, Damien withdrew his wand and conjured up a new box right in her lap. Now ... he'd never really seen too many people cry, let alone try and comfort them. It was something all too new. It was clear something was bothering Ness, and maybe she just needed a bit of encouragement to talk to him about it.

He heard that talking about feelings is a good way to get over things. Or at least gives you a chance to talk if anything.

"Ness," he said gently, tilting his head to meet her eyes. "You and I both know it's something more than that. It's okay, I want you to talk to me about it. I bet it will make you feel better .."

Ness watched in tears as Damien took a seat next to her,she was pretty shocked to be honest as last time she cried in front of a boy he really freaked out and kinda tried to make somone else deal with her. She was just about to get another tissue from the boxwhich then seemed to be empty,but before she could try fgure a way of getting another Tissue Damien conjuired one for her."Thanks!"she managed to say before she took a tissue to wipe her face.

"Alright..but..I dont..know..if...you'll want..to know..me..after..wards..!" said Ness trying to warn him that she could end up really embarresing herself. She then started to think where to start there were so many reasons why she was so upset and she doubted any of them could be fixed. "Well... um.... theres... a.. few... reas...ons!" she said prepearing him then waiting for his approval,while she was deciding which one to talk about first.

Damien put his arm around the top of the couch. Not getting too close, he didn't want to intrude on Ness' personal space. "Why would I not want to know you afterwards?" he asked, concerned. "You're a good girl, Ness and it's not fun to be this upset. Trust me, you're going to feel much better once you talk to someone about it."

He nodded slowly as she began her explanation. "Take your time," he said quietly. "You can start with any reason. Talk about it one at a time, or talk about them all at once. It's okay, I'm here to listen."

Ness noticed Damien put his arm at the top of the couch and was really gratefull he didn't put it around her that would have just been very akward.
"Because... you'll ...think ...I'm... a ...freak!" she said truthfully.

"Okay.... well... im.. gon..na.. start.. with... the.. hard..est... one." she said still crying, which made it harder for her to talk quickly."Okay.. so.... my...muggle..best...friend.." she started prepearing herself now as she knew she;d cry even harder as she was going to say this."died" there she had said it, but now she was crying like a gigantic waterfall. Slowly but surely she carried on."in...a....car....accident....be..fore..I..start.. ed..here..and....the..
..last..time..we..saw...each..oth..er..we..were..f igh..ing...and its...all...my..fault" said Ness crying harder then she had ever cried before in her life she took nother tissue then blew her nose, then with another one wiped her face and started prepearing herself for the other reasons.

Caroline walked all the way from the grounds to the seventh floor to the room of requirement. It was late when she had arrived back at the school. Not really wanting to be back in her dorm or common room, where people would ask where she was and why she was gone, and what had happen while she was gone and if she was okay. She just wasn't ready to answer those questions, yet not to people that had no clue why she was gone, or what had happened. She only wanted to talk to three people. But not yet she just wanted to get some sleep.

She walked by the bit of wall where the door of the room of requirement three times. Opening up the door and sliding in, and turned and closed the door behind her. The room looked like one of those five star hotel rooms. There was a bed that looked super comfy and very warm and welcoming. There was a loveseat, and a desk in the room as well. She sat her bags and Snowballs cage down and let her out. She walked over to the desk and dipped the quill into the ink bottle and wrote on the parachment pad and folded it up. Writing on another page, she folded that one up.

She called snowball over to her. "Get this to Carter and this one to Sarah." She walked back over to her bag and pulled out a owl treat and give it to snowball. Following the white owl to the window she pulled the window open and let the owl fly out.

Caroline crossed her arms and watched as the owl flew out of sight, around the castle. She shut the window and stumbled over to the bed. pulling the covers back she crawled in and curled up pulling the covers tight around her. Her eyes slowly closed, but after a few minutes they shot back open. She couldn't sleep, but she was tired, very tired. She started thinking about what had happen earlier that day. She closed her eyes again, this time to stop the tears from falling. It didn't work. She couldn't even explain all the hurt she felt right now, there so much emtions going on at once. Pulling the covers tigher to her she cried herself to sleep.

Carter awoke in the morning to the sound of an owl tapping at his window. Recognizing it as Caroline's owl he bolted over excitedly to the window. He hadn't had an update in the past few days and was excited for any news.

He quickly scanned the letter. She was back? She was back! He tossed on some shoes and raced out of the dormitory, down the stairs, out of the common room and straight down the hall.

After entering the Room of Requirement he finally took a second to catch his breath. Why was it so dark in here? Had Caroline spent the night up here?

"Caroline?" he called into the darkness.
