You're searching the castle for a mysterious room you have heard of called The Room of Requirement. You have searched every nick and cranny of the castle but still no room. You climb the stairs to the seventh floor and come across a stange tapestry showing Barnabas the Barmy trying to teach trolls to dance the ballet. You laugh at the silly tapestry until you side almost burst. Then you remember hearing the Room is located opposite such a tapestry. You turn around expecting to see a door, but find a blank wall instead. You start walking back and forth three times concentrating hard on what it is you need. Suddenly a door appears. You open it and discover you have found the Room of Requirement...

Kita smiled and nodded as she listened to Philip talking. What he said made a lot of sense, which wasn't surprising seeing as he was a Ravenclaw. ~~Right?~~ Unlike Kita, who just ends up blurting out the most randomest things known to wizardkind.

Things weren't bad? No, they weren't... unless you counted all the mess the polyjuice business had caused. Wait... what?! "I've been skipping around this castle for the past year," she said, "How in the name of merlin did you miss that?!"

And... that explained it. So he had just closed off from everyone had he? On his own... Now that was sad. No one should be on their own. Least of all one of her friends. Nu-uh! "That's not a very nice way to go through Hogwarts," she started, "So Philip, from now, you hang around with me. That is, if you don't mind." Philip sighed and nodded. ''I know..'' He said quietly. ''It's not the best way to go through my time at Hogwarts, I know I should be enjoying it more with some friends, but the thing is.. I just don't have any.'' He admitted, obviously wracking his brain for anyone he could consider an actual friend rather than a simple acquaintance - Except Kita of course.

He eyed Kita up and down slowly. 'She hasn't changed much', he thought. By now he was wondering how come he didn't recognize her right away. The way she moved, the way she dressed, the way she talked it was all so like her, so distinctive. It scared him a little bit. Had he really been isolating himself from the rest of the world so much? He needed to get out and talk to people, that's what he needed to do. And perhaps hanging out with Kita a lot was the first step towards that goal.

''Oh, Sure!'' He smiled. ''Well, Kita, I was just down here because I met this 1st-year back in the Common Room and she told me there was supposed to be a surprise party for someone named Rachel here..'' He paused and looked inside the room of requirement with little difficulty seeing as they were pretty much standing in the doorway. ''Looks like we were a little late for the surprise.'' He sighed.

Kita smiled at Philip. It's a good thing he realised this. Albeit it was a bit late but better late than never, right? Plus he could make a ton of friends in a year and a bit. Heck, he could become the most popular kid in school in the space of that time. As long as he didn't forget Kita, she would be happy.

"Well, i'm going to make sure you have more friends. So much so that you'll become the most popular kid in school," Maybe she shouldn't make promises she couldn't keep? "'Course, that means a girlfriend will be thrown in there as well." A smirk spread across the sixteen year old's face.

Wait... there's a party? So Kita was stranding here talking to Philip when there's a PARTY going on?! No, friends are more important! But that didn't stop the brunette from peeking into the room. There it was, the Room of Requirement, all decorated for a party. "Oh Philip! Look at you getting invited to parties already!" she teased, "But... what were you doing sneaking in if you were actually invited to come along?" Late for the surprise? Did that mean late for the party as well? "But... we can still go in right? If you want to..." Please, please, PLEASE!

Philip smiled happily, blushing deeply when the prospect of a Girlfriend was added to the conversation. He'd had a girlfriend or two in the past, but neither of them had been anything serious.

He looked back into the Room of Requirement. ''I was just.. I'm a shy guy, Kita, you know that.'' He whispered. ''I didn't really want to make that big of an entrance, you know?'' He sighed, looking at the door.

''I suppose we could go in, I mean, it's not as if she didn't invite the whole Common Room, not even a quarter of them have showed up, so I can't imagine how two of us would hurt the party.'' He reasoned, smiling at Kita warmly.

Kita smiled, secretly glad that he wasn't going to keep any secrets from her. Wait... He couldn't wait to hear what she's been up to? Seriously? Kita? The girl who skips everywhere and eats ~~too much~~ chocolate? "I can't wait to hear what you've been up to, sneaking around on your own and everything," she laughed, "And i'm not too sure about the million friends." Trust him to think she was popular when she wasn't. And it seems as if the two were in a poke duel. Kita, being Kita, refused to lose so she poked him back.

A giggle escaped the sixteen year old at the formality. "Why aren't you a gentleman?" she said, courtesying before walking into the room all lady like.

Kita looked around the room and gasped. Balloons, banners, round tables, it was all decorated for a party. It seemed like a pretty cosy room what with all the chairs everywhere. And it was all so pretty! Everything was perfect for the little reunion-

"BEANBAGS!" she squealed, rushing over to two that were situated in between a mini fridge. She collapsed onto one of them, giggling uncontrollably.
