Zaira made her way through the First Years who lined up according to alphabet with their surnames. Since she was a Farina, that would mean she would be somewhere near the middle. She inserted between two girls who seemed very nervous. But she herself didn't feel that scared.
Actually, she was dying to be Sorted to get it over with. Zaira wanted to head over to which ever House she would be Sorted into and eat. She was starving.
Finally, it was her turn and she beamed. She picked up the Sorting Hat confidently, sat on the stool and placed it on top of her head. She stared absentmindedly at the Entrance Hall, not noticing everyone who had all their eyes on her. Suddenly, the Sorting Hat burst out, "RAVENCLAW!"
She took off the Hat carefully and placed it on the stool for the next person to use, who looked like she was about to vomit. Strolling to her House, Zaira smiled, took out her book, found an empty and began reading her book. She wasn't the type to talk much or interact. Reading satisfied her.
Fee walked around and decided to take a look at the ravenclaw table.Maybe some of her friends were there ooor s´she would get to know some new people. Both ways would be cool.Making her way to the eagles the blonde smiled because it was where her boyfriend usually was to find.It was weird how he always put a smile on her face even in her thoughts.
Sitting down on a free seat she poured herself a glass of pumpkin juice.Oh glitter, she could never get enough of that. The blonde looooved pumpkin juice. As she let her eyes wander around the girl couldnt see a familiar face.Ohhh saaaad.
ohh one more to reply. ^_^ sorry about the late reply

"My favourite professor left this year, and I don't know who the person is who replaced her," he said and looked over to the Transfiguration chair which was empty.
Jeanne nodded to Hugo. Talking about Beauxbatons made her feel uneasy but it didn't matter to her now that she's back at Hogwarts. "No, i don't" Jeanne shook her head when Hugo asked if she knew a girl names Danielle. She barely knew anyone the whole time she was there. The school made her feel insecure for some reason. While at Beauxbatons she only focused more on studying to get rid of the loneliness. "you heard right." she laughed about the cake part. "they're quite particular with diet." Diet-shmiet. "French people eat so little." she laughed softly reminiscing her meal days at Beauxbatons. They also had a lot of food but it barely gets eaten since everyone was 'watching their weight' or something. What was that about?
Jeanne looked at the staff table when Hugo started to talk about the professors. She doesn't know them or is quite familiar with them. "i've heard about that story from Treyen." true. Treyen did tell her about the missing professors when they met at Diagon Alley. Well, no one knew how the professors just suddenly disappeared but it really is a suspicious crime.

Jeanne looked at the girl Slytherin girl that sat in the Ravenclaw table. Jeanne had a mannerism of staring at people. She doesn't know why but she just do that all the time. The blonde girl looks very pretty and adorable especially with her Slytherin uniform. She's very lovely.
Was she in the same as her or is she younger or is she older? Jeanne wanted to ask but was too shy.
"It's nice to meet you!" Emmy said enthusiastically. "Yea, I'm a first year too."

"Which classes are you both most excited for?" Olivia questioned, making sure she gave both of her new friends equal attention. "I'm most excited for Transfiguration. Charms is probably the most useful, but Transfiguration just seems like the most fun!" Olivia looked around at others eating before spotting her empty plate and blushing slightly. Oops. She'd been so excited to meet people that she'd forgotten to eat.
"Oh, and did you two notice the ship?" She couldn't see that they wouldn't have. The first years had been rowed right past it after all. "My parents never mentioned anything about that. Neither did my older brother Barney. He's graduated already. It looks kind of creepy, doesn't it?"
"Oh, yeah, this is Ellie." Nod, he gesturing towards the redhead next to him. And Dallin? Yeah, no thanks.
Actually, after that hug, he wished that the World Cup would happen every year, and that each year he could get Ellie a signed picture. It was all for the hug, no?
Like, the last time with the kiss?
Certainly.
And now that he wasn't standing on the bench, he could properly reply to the girl, no?
"Sorry, umm, he's Tiberius...he...was away from Hogwarts for a while," well, he WAS apologizing for ignoring her the little time he focused entirely on Tiberius. Because now he knew that ignoring Ellie was a very bad idea. Surely, she understood it this time, right?
And...GRIN. "So, you liked your present?" just to be suuuuuuure, he had to ask. "I didn't know what you would like, so, I figured this was pretty good," he said, gesturing towards the picture. Not to mention that he'd had the time of his life sneaking in some tents to get the picture signed. Again, thank you, Aaron.
SPOILER!!: Tiberius :D

Looking up at Treyen, he marveled at how when he'd left, Treyen was a first year, and now, he was a prefect. Things had continued on at Hogwarts without him, and he'd never really given that much thought.
"It just didn't seem.. I don't know. Mum really wanted me to start over while I was at Beauxbatons."
But he'd made her change her mind.
Tiberius smiled and chuckled a little when she corrected herself. "Tibi's fine if that's the first thing that pops out. Tiberius, too." He paused, debating whether to continue. "People at Beauxbatons called me Tibs, if that's better for you."
And then, scratching the back of his neck, he moved on to the substance of her statement. "It's really good to be back. Weird. Different. But good."
Oh, yes, Ellie was ALL smiles now. She no longer missed home because she LOVED school. Loved it. School had GOOD people and she had missed it all terribly.
"Treyen," she said definitively, "I LOVE it. Beyond words." End of story. Only, now she didn't know what to do with it. She was just holding it in the most careful way possible. If she put it in her bag, it could get smushed or wrinkled or scratched or all of the above. If she put it on the table, well, the table might not be SPOTLESS to begin with, but it could also get spilled on and wrinkled and stuff. If she put it one her NOW clean plate, that was just it; it was clean NOW, but Merlin knew when Tate would make his speech and suddenly it would be BURIED under food. No. Ellie wasn't taking any of those kind of chances, so she glanced up once more at the Staff Table. She needed help.
The fourth year nodded when Treyen introduced her. Finally. Maybe she won't be SO confused anymore.
She decided she liked this Tiberius on one reason. He didn't offer up his hand. She liked that. At least one kid was up to pace with her and her not liking the formalities of it. It was just...formal. Meh. Besides, her hands were now busy with the AUTOGRAPHED picture of epicness. "It's good to meet you too," she said, looking up at him. "Do you want to...sit," she asked, gesturing by means of a head jerk to the space next to her. Remarkably it was free, even after Treyen had forced her to scoot aside when forcing his way between herself and Dallin. Mainly, she was tired of looking up...and felt short. Something she was definitely not used to beside Treyen. And she didn't feel like standing.
Ooooh he went to Beauxbatons? Not...always, apparently, but still, that was pretty cool. That's where Mina went while she was away. That must be THE place to be if you're not HERE. Otherwise, it was Hogwarts ALL the way.
Tibs. Heh. Interesting nickname.
But, yeah, sit? Please?

Smiling shyly, Ivory pushed her palms against the table about to get up herself to shake his hand, or hug him, or something- when Treyen beat her to it. Hugged him well enough for all of them.
Exhaling a breath of air that sent her bangs flying, she settled for turning sideways so that she faced both Dallin and the Tibi! meet and greet all at once. With a grin, the Ravenclaw prefect listened to what he had to say and couldn't resist piping up. "Aw, we weren't mad." A little upset at having lost such an outstanding Ravenclaw and quidditch player but never mad. That word was reserved for when muggle commercials lasted too long, or when on a hot day you were the unlucky person who wore black. That was when Ivory got mad at least. "But it's great to have you back Tibi-" She stopped herself short there. Perhaps, he didn't want to be called that anymore. "Tiberius." she corrected with a one dimpled smile even though with all honesty it sounded a bit odd to pronounce his full name in a social setting. Kind of felt like she was getting to lecture him, which she so totally was not.

Sophie had been sitting quite still at the Gryffindor table for a long time. Feeling the need to stretch her legs since Headmaster Tate wasn't by the looks of it giving his speech anytime soon the lioness prefect wandered over to the Ravencalw table to talk to Ivy. She was fond of her Ravenclaw co-prefect and hoped to get to know her better. Spotting Ivy's familar brown haired head amongst the seated Ravenclaw's Sophie walked over calling out "H! Ivy! How is the feast going over here? Any trouble?"
Sliding into a vacant seat next to Ivy she let her co-prefect do her work. She needed a respite from the intense Gryffindor Table knowing that the first years were in Patroclus very capable hands. If something went awry Sophie could always race back over and help out. Pulling her brown back with a red ribbon she put the conversation with Evan out of her mind. Now was a time to be merry and enjoy the feast not grumble over things she couldn't control.
Bonnie María Campbell walked down the table, dusting down her uniform and found a place a bit away from anyone. She didn't want to bother talking to anyone - she just wanted to eat - but there was a few people she wouldn't have minded talking to. She ladled some soup into a dish and ate (...or drank?) it.
She looked around quickly after sipping her pumpkin juice (after 7 years she still couldn't decide whether or not she liked it!) to see if she could see anyone she knew. Nope. WAIT! Was that-? No, it couldn't be him. For Merlin's sake he moved! But it sure looked like him... "Sebastian?" she said, a little loud. Whoops.
Catching a movement out of the corner of his eye, Tiberius turned and spied Mina waving. Smiling, he waved his hand in return. So, she was back, too. He'd been hoping that was the case. At least someone he'd recognize and not have to play three years of catch-up with.
Turning back to the group, Tiberius put his hand in his pocket again. Looking at the girl, he glanced back up at Treyen at the introduction. "Hi," he responded. "It's good to meet you."
Looking up at Treyen, he marveled at how when he'd left, Treyen was a first year, and now, he was a prefect. Things had continued on at Hogwarts without him, and he'd never really given that much thought.

His voice echoed in her ears for a moment. Mum really wanted me to start over while I was at Beauxbatons. Start over...That's what her mother had wanted as well after...that year. Eyes darkening for a split second at the rush of unwelcome memories, she shook her head slightly, the better to push them far, far, away.
Her smile picked up again as she tuned back into what he was saying. "Tibs, it is then." Compromise see. It made life better.
Overhearing Ellie inviting him to sit down, Ivory nodded along her bangs once again falling in her eyes. "Yeah, come on sit with us. We can all catch up."

Glancing up at the sound of her name, Ivory felt her smile widen in delight. "Hey Sophie!" Using her hips to scoot closer to Dallin to make more room between the first years and herself, she gave her fellow prefect a one armed hug as she sat down. Because hugs were for friends and that's what she considered Sophie. "It's going well, I think. No trouble," Yet. There'd been a few mischievous first years she was keeping an eye on due to their ambiguous conversation that might or might not involve a ridiculous prank or food fight, but aside from that everything seemed to be going swimmingly. "How's everything over at the Gryff table?"
"I can't wait to become a Weasley and I am excited about marrying Jason" she told her cousin and then said to Jason's niece "I can't wait to be Mrs Victoria Weasley!"

If it happened it would be something worth writing home about. There were a few Gryffindors she knew that still had the power to change that like Josh who had been a notorious detention visitor during the last school term. And there were the new first years who had proven themselves to be a bit of a handful already on the train. Sophie pulled a loose brown strand back behind her left ear. "It's going good. We've had a stomach ache and a few homesick first years but otherwise nothing big that we can't handle." Remembering Patroclus welcome roar she added with a small grimace "Patroclus i think scared them a bit since he gave them a welcome roar when they sat down. It was so loud that my ears started ringing. You must've heard it over here too?"
"Uh, sure..." *giggle* "But usually we don't live on them. Just fly for a few hours. I'll show you a picture if you want."
Serena grinned widely. She loved anything and everything to do with Muggles. She laid back in her chair, completely full. "I'll be glad when the feast is over and I can go to bed" She informed Emmy. "D'you know what lesson you have first?"

Sebastian Giordano, a newly 7th Year Gryffindor, sat there at the Gryffindor House Table; munching on some food as usual. He took another bite as he thought about the people he would see here from last year. The same people whom he had told that he was moving. He frowned a bit and swallowed his food, debating on how he would explain himself to those people. Especially the one girl whose name was- "Bonnie." The brunette whispered as he heard that familiar voice call out his name. He quickly took a sip of his pumpkin juice, looking over to see the blondie and stood up, walking over to the Ravenclaw House Table.
As Seb walked over he flicked off a piece of chicken that had seemed to stick to his uniform and gave Bonnie a heartwarming smile; hoping that she wouldn't be mad at him. "Well hello there, Miss Campbell." He said with a wink, walking over and giving the Crazed!Girl a hug. Oh how he missed this girl.

She wasn't actually angry but she was only a bit annoyed. Bonnie was more shocked, confused and absoulutly exstatic. Bonnie grinned and pushed away the empty bowl of soup and grabbed a chicken drumstick and started eating. She dropped some chips on her plate and dug into her meal. "So, any news?"

Mmm. He ignored Rufus. YEAH MONKEY THATS WHAT YOU GET.
He caught that slip and that wasn't the only thing he caught. Without commenting, Jim reached out a little finger and stroked the visible bruising on her face.
Later.
"You and Ivan were?" He grinned. Not as if he were implying anything, just that... he was relieved, clearly relieved. "Well you know I'm in."
"Ivan has the monkey!fear." Jim commented to the table as a whole.
Hehe.
Lexi looked at him all pitiful like when he touched her face... tears sprung up and she looked away for a moment to collect herself. Clearing her throat and scrubbing a hand across her face she looked back at him and smiled that everything is okay, but not really, but we'll talk later smile. Yeah THAT one.
Rolling her eyes she said, "Yes and he and I were since he was the one I told about the house to begin with. I think we can have some epic parties there. I may even more there... you know, during holidays until I graduate and all. I can't live in that flat with Dylan anymore... or in Oxfordshire." She gave a little SHUDDER at the thought of remaining with Dylan... or in Oxfordshire. It was like TORTURE.
"I can't understand WHY he has monkey fear... Rufus is the sweetest thing in the whole world. He gives me little monkey hugs and kisses and sleeps in my bed at night. Sweetest. Thing. Ever." FACT!

To the day, Preston hadn't met a single Ravenclaw. He was determined as he moved his way over from the Hufflepuff table to the Ravenclaw table and took a seat. "Hey!" Preston smiled, flashing his goofy grin at everyone around him. "M-M-My n-n-name is P-P-Preston." He introduced himself with another a grin.

Reason: spelling errors.
"Ivan has the monkey!fear." Jim commented to the table as a whole.
Hehe.
He allowed himself to imagine unleashing a whole bunch of them in the dorm in the middle of the night just to see how Ivan dealt with it. It'd be like... chaotic.
Dung would be flung.
He looked at Ivan at his question and shrugged.
"Snagged some space to myself and took advantage." He admitted, straight up. "There were people I didn't want to see."
.... Jim raised one eyebrow and shot a speculative look between the giggly Gryff and Ivan.
Was this the ONE?
It had to be right? Hah.
Jim smirked and then inhaled some more food.
Ivan turned away from Dora to look at James with a frown. "I do not fear the monkey." He just didn't particularly like monkey hair on his jackets and what not. The Lexi joined in and he rolled his eyes. "Hey now I dealt with that stupid pink puff thing of yours didn't I so let me keep my dislike for furry things." Though Dora had a few and his eyes went back over to her.
"All our parties are epic," he said glancing at Lexi and seeing the tears. Glancing at the Slytherin table he grabbed another fork and started spinning it relentlessly. He glanced at James who seemed to be ignoring Finn and sighed. Him and Lexi were good now and yet Finn and James were fighting. Go figure.
Smiling she couldn't help but hug Ivy back after she had hugged her first. Friends were nice like that. "Good, good! Maybe we can see a feast without pointloss for once?" the lioness commented. It was so loud that my ears started ringing. You must've heard it over here too?"
Giving a little wince, Ivory looked over at the rowdier students crossing her fingers. "Lets hope talking about it doesn't jinx it. It'd be great for everyone to get through this positive."
Aw a stomach ache and homesickness. She remembered her first time in the Great Hall vividly. If she recalled her stomach ache was because of her homesickness. Why, to be completely honest she had a bit of one now but that was most likely attributed to having not eaten today. When was the feast going to appear, anyways?
An amused look on her face, Ivory turned slightly to see if she could spot her fellow prefect from here. "A roar, really?" Thinking back now, her eyes widened in realization. "Wait, that was him?" Giggling, she leaned forward crossing her ankles under the table. "I thought someone had brought one of the "GO Gryffindor" lion hats." With a rueful shake of her head, she grinned. "I'm not going to lie that roar was quite impressive."
Giving a laugh at a sudden thought, she continued. "It's a shame eagles don't have any distinctive call. I'm sure if I suddenly squawked or gave a bird call everyone would give at me "crazy girl" looks."

Melina's eyes scanned the Ravenclaw table- her Ravenclaw table, she thought with a swell of pride. Did she recognize anyone? Ari and Adelyn were both in Gryffindor. She felt very small in such a grand place, surrounded by hundreds of students.
Suddenly she spotted a girl who looked familiar. Where do I know her from? Was it that day at Florean's? Yes- it was!
She moved herself closer to the girl, and hoped she didn't mind that she was kind-of interrupting her conversation with another student. But Melina wanted to get to know them, too.
"Um, excuse me?" she said with a small smile. "I think we met in Diagon Alley at Florean's the other day. I'm Melina, and your name...completely escapes me!" she laughed, embarrassed. "Would you mind if I joined the conversation?"

Melina heard Preston introduce himself and took an instant liking to him. He had this quirky grin that lit up his face, and he seemed really friendly. She noticed that he stuttered a bit when he talked, and wondered if it was a normal pattern of speech for him or if he was just reeeeeaaaaaalllly nervous. She understood the nervous part!
Preston reminded her of her friend Colson back in Muggle elementary school. In the 2nd grade, a boy decided to make fun of Colson's stuttering. Big mistake- she beat the tar out of him. Nobody messed with Melina's friends. Her mother was furious, but her father (the ex-Auror) gave her a silent thumbs-up. Later he told her that he was proud that she stuck up for a friend. He really was a true Gryffie.
"Hi Preston!" she said brightly, "I'm Melina Morninglory, and I'm a first-year. You look like you might be...hmmm...a 3rd year or something?"
''Oh hello Melina Luna's my name sure you can join this is my other friend Rachel and this is Olivia and this is Melina'' said Luna to Rachel and Olivia ''Cool you're in ravenclaw too'' said Luna she was very happy Melina joined her and her other friends
