Once she had taken a little sip out of the cup Jack put it on the nightstand and smiled at her. He kissed her nose. "I'm going to look after you, but that means you have to let me, okay? So when you need something please ask me." He didn't want her doing anything because then she'd never get better, he knew this would be VERY hard for her.

Jack nodded. "Thank you.." He saw the look in his wife's eyes and curled up next to her, cuddling her back. After a few moments he didn't care anymore, he turned her face gently and gave her a small kiss. Pressing his forehead to hers, he offered her a smile. "I love you, dear..." Elizabeth interlaced their fingers together and kissed him lightly. "I love you, my sweet lion." She kissed his nose.
Lucas was chasing his ball that came onto the road. The road was usually unbusy and he didnt look since he was focus on his ball.
Eliza turned and saw Lucas. She wouldnt have been worried if she didnt see a car coming. Elizabeth let go of Jack's hand. "Lucas!" Eliza ran to him, gently pushing him back to safety. Eliza started for safety herself but she wasnt fast enough. The car hit her and just kept going.

"Stay close to me, Son.." He said to Lucas..he shook his head. "No, she's not sleeping...don't worry.." Her eyes opened after what seemed like an eternity, she said his name. "We're going to get you fixed up, okay?" He seemed hysterical...but was doing his best to hold it together...for Lucas...he needed to get her out of the street...he could send a patronus or apperate in the open but he knew it was bad to move someone in an accident..But he did his best, carrying her into a nearby ally, Lucas following closely. "Grab my leg, Lu.." he needed to take the boy with them, they need to apperate and get help fast...but he knew Elizabeth would hate him forever for bringing her to a muggle hospital or even a healer.

Eliza gritted her teeth, trying to not scream as he picked her up but her blood curdling scream slipped out of her lips. She whimpered and tried to stay awake and not slip into a sleep. A faint whispered slipped out, "I am so tired..." Her eyes slowly started to close.
Lucas grabbed onto his leg then let go, covering his ears as he heard the scream. He started to cry and grab at his mother, trying to get to her to protect her.

Jack shook his head, tears in his eyes. He was failing at holding them back. "No, darling...you could have internal injuries...i need you to stay awake...at least for Lucas...he's afraid." Jack apperated back to their house and laid her gently on the nearest couch. "Lucas, stay with your mother.." He sent a patronus to Henry...and as much as he hated it Benjy, telling them both what had happened. He came back into the room and did a few basic healing spells to try and ease the pain, he was no healer, so he wasn't going to begin to try anything drastic.
