In a continuation of Lupin Cottage Maxwell and Taylor return for Christmas break at Hogwarts and Jack's long lost mother comes looking for him only to find she's not quite welcome.

Hannah was now in the kitchen just a room away but she still hear him speak to her 'were at home, Jack." as far as you know anyway. She took the toast out of the toaster and slapped some butter on it, as she finished cooking up the omlette just as she remembered jack liking it. Some pumpkin juice and wa-la perfect. she set it out on the table "you coming jack?"

Jack walked out into the kitchen feeling a little drowsy, he plopped down on a chair, putting his elbows on the table and resting his head in his hands. His head hurt. "How come i don't remember living here?...or being with you?" He asked coming to the conclusion they must be together since...well, yeah. "And why does my bloody head hurt?"

"oh dear, you really drank a lot of that did you." she said ptting two asprin in front of him.. meh the muggle stuff worked better then magic for headaches and she was no healer.. she didnt have potions laying around."you dont remember the .... order you were on?" yeah.. that'll work

Jack itched the back of his head, his hair being longer than he remembered. "I guess i did..." That made sense, he did have a drinking problem..He took the asprin without a drink. Shaking his head "No...refresh my memory?" He asked, thinking about getting his hair cut, if he was on a job it shouldn't be this long.

"Alll I know is that you were on some sort of... Order of some kind and something went wrong and you were giving a sleeping potion and it knocked you out cold for a day or so i assume before i found you.. then you slept a hole day and some here. And thank god i went looking for you or merlin knows where you'd be. yupp his work waas secret.. he didnt tell anyone of his work but he knew hannah was smart enough to be able to track him.. jack always left small clues in case something ever went wrong

Jack rubbed his forehead. "I guess that makes sense...Any idea who i'm working for? Maybe they'll know what's wrong with me?" He asked, looking at her. She was truly beautiful, but how come he didn't remember this? "Why don't i remember...us though?" He asked.

"You dont remember us?" she frowned "nothing?" she looked as if she were going to cry she seemed so upset.. and she was believeable.. very believable. she sat down next across from him and took his hand from across the table.. "none of it?"

Jack frowned, shaking his head. "No...I don't, i'm sorry...last thing i remember you and i went our separate ways..I was with Joan and you went..well wherever..I want to remember though.." He gave her hand a light squeeze and smiled sweetly.

"Joan!? oh that didnt last long dear"she shook her head and smiled as he squeezed her hand a bit "that was years ago jack." que next frown "maybe they gave you a memory eraser potion as well." she tilted her head to the side "i'll check for that in your system later." cause she knew how to do that.. a little dark magic never hurt anyone

Jack nodded. "No, i remember that...her running off on me..i was just saying that was the last time i remember seeing you.." He said with a sigh, feeling like he was letting her down. "Maybe it'll come back to me....yeah, okay...you can check for that later.." He said thought for a moment. "How long have we been together?" He asked.

"about a year now." she smiled "we bumped into each other on a mission and well... haven't left each others side since.. unless it be for missions of course" smirk. cause they were that evil kind of dare devilish kind of team yupp

"A year?..." He said looking into her blue eyes. "Where? Where were we?" He asked he was confused, how could he not remember any of this? An entire year lost? How old was he now? Were they married? No kids to speak of...

"where were we when we met one another again? we were in China.we both had diffrent missions that crossed paths and well.. the rest was history really. we stayed clse to one another untill we decided to come back home to london"

Jack nodded. "I remember China...in fact that was the last thing i remember...But why did we come back to London? I hate London...i never wanted to come back." He said knowing that if thy were together for the past two years she would know he hated the idea.

Jack sat there shocked. He had a son? As in a child? Of the human species? That was descended from him? But...what...how.. "I have a bloody son? Where is he, how old is he? Who's his mother!?" He asked, all decent questions..

Jack gripped his head, what? "Joan?....Poor boy...He's...fourteen..but she ran off...fourteen years ago....I need to go lay down.." He said walking back to their bed, his head was killing him and all this weird news was just too much.

Jack stood still letting her rub his back...it felt good, she was comforting, he didn't remember this part of Hannah. "But what would she run off because she was pregnant? Wouldn't she want out child to know who his father is?..." And then she said something silly. "Yeah it's a lot to take in...I have a son and i can't remember the last year, the only upside to all this is you..."

I never asked joan was always a touchy subject for you we didnt talk of her often." which she always was a touchy subject for him.. i mean manners.. she smiled up at him when he said she was an upside... well of course she was an upside.. she was Hannah! she kissed his cheek. "do you want to eat? or sit down for a bit more?"

Jack sighed. "Okay...i trust you...I'll deal with it later....What's he like? My son? Have you met him?" He asked and turned around and after she kissed his cheek he kissed her gently on the lips. "I'd just like to lay down for a bit, we could always eat breakfast in here...unless you're too much of a neat freak.." He said smirking at her.

"we can eat in here if you like that's fine with me." she smirked back and poked his nose. heh adorable. though she did have to meet with Anton later that day.."met your son?I had briefly. he was a nice kid.. attitude and spirit just as bold as yours." she said as she walked out to grab his breakfast.

Jack liked the way her lips felt against his...soft, gentle but assertive...like her. "Okay sounds good...maybe i'll get to do that a little more.." He said smirking, if this was his life he was going to learn to love it. "Of course...he's my son....tell me he's a Gryffindor!?" He asked watching her walk away...hehe.

After you eat." smirrkkk. cause he hadn't eaten in at least a day and some odd hours he had to be starving upon arriving back with all his food she looked at him as she set it all down on the side table "Slytherin Actually." SNORT she kids she kids but he had to freak out on that one
