Ron blushed a deep shade of red and mumbled "Fine" under his breath. He looked up at Hermione and smirked, "Truth or dare." brb.. |
Hermione looked up at Ron. "Truth," she told him confidently. She met his eyes, wondering what he was thinking. |
"Uh, well, if I asked you to go to Hogsmeade with me, would you agree?" he asked. Jacey stifled an "Aw!" and hit Draco's leg repeatedly with her fist. |
Draco winced as Jacey kept hitting him. "Calm down...she hasn't answered yet," he said, taking her hand as she tried to hit him again. Hermione looked at Ron. Then, looking down to hide her slight blush, she smiled. "Yes, I would," she said with a small smile. Cathy hid a smile as she took Hermione's hand and gave it a small squeeze. |
Ron nodded, "Oh well, uh, good to, uh, good to know. Turn yours it is? I mean, it- its your turn." he said, blushing fiercly. Jacey thumped hers and Draco's hands on his leg "She said yes!" she whispered to him excitedly. |
Hermione smiled. "Alright then..." she said, her face still slightly pink. "Harry...Truth of Dare?" she asked him. Draco nodded. "Yes, I heard...Ow!" he said, finally taking Jacey's hands with both of his. "Calm down...otherwise, you're not going to hear Potter," he said quietly, looking at her. |
Harry looked up at Hermione and smirked slightly, "Truth." he said. Jacey smiled at Draco, "Oh sorry." she said, still holding onto his hands. |
Draco grinned. "Well, I think I prefer getting beaten by you to anyone else," he said, grinning and winking at her. Hermione thought for a second, then looked at Harry. "Will you and Jacey ever be able to be friends again?" she asked him quietly. |
Jacey had been smiling at Draco, but when she heard Hermione's question, she frowned and blushed severly. "Um, well. I don't know if she is up for it." Harry started, looking right at Jacey, "but I say yes." he said. |
Hermione looked over at Jacey quickly. The question had been bugging her for the past two days, since the dare had begun, and she was glad she finally had an answer from at least one of them. Cathy looked back and forth between Harry and Jacey. Seeing that the silence began to stretch, she decided to say something. "Harry, its your turn," she said, looking at him. "You alright?" she asked Jacey. |
Jacey inhaled sharply as if she had forgotten to breathe, as her grip on Draco's hand tightened severly. "I dont know." she said, while looking at Draco out of the corner of her eye. Harry nodded, "Who hasn't gone yet?" he asked, looking around the group, "Um, Cathy, who was your best snog?" he asked with a smirk. |
Cathy raised an eyebrow at Harry. "You didn't even ask Truth or Dare," she told him quietly. "Hmm...my best snog," she said, closing her eyes as she thought. She knew that she couldn't say Harry...and she wasn't sure if he was the best either. "Well, there was this boy in fifth year...Will," she said, blushing slightly. "He was really good," she said with a sigh. Draco looked at Jacey, feeling her grip tighten. "Are you alright? Do you want to leave?" he asked her quietly. |
Jacey shook her head, "No, I am okay." she said to him, but mostly to herself. Harry smirked, "Perhaps there is a method to my madness. At any rate, I believe you are next." he said. |
Cathy raised an eyebrow. "I should hope so..." she said, looking at him. "Alright...who is my next victim?" she asked, looking around at her friends. "Ron, truth or dare?" she asked, grinning. Draco looked at her. "Alright," he said quietly, watching JAcey. |
Ron went red again, he hated this game. "Truth." he said, not even considering a dare. |
Cathy smiled at Ron, deciding to be at least a little nice to him. "What is the most disgusting food you've ever eaten?" she asked him, grinning. |
Ron cringed, "Snails, ate them on a dare once, from Jace of course." he said, tuning to smirk at Jacey. "Truth or dare?" he asked needlessly. "Dare!" Jacey said, her eyes widening as her grip on Draco's hand increased. "all right then, I dare you to lick the inside of the boy's toilet." he said with a smirk. |
Cathy gagged. "Ew Ron!" she said, cringing at the thought. She looked at Cathy. "You're still going to do it, aren't you?" she asked her. |
Jacey nodded firmly, "A dare is a dare." she said to Cathy. Glaring at Ron she smirked, "You'd better watch yourself my friend, I will get you back for this." she said to him. Ron shrugged, "Do what you must, but for now, you have a toilet to lick." Jacey stood up and held out her arm, "Lead the way." |
Cathy stood up, grinning. "Oh, the things we get into," she said, smiling as she fell into step next to Jacey. "Where are we off to Ron?" she asked him. Draco stood and followed along, closer to the back. He was wondering what else this group had done, especially Jacey. |
"The nearest toilet, lucky for Jacey it is just around the corner." he sia with a smirk, leading them out of the room. Jacey smiled and laughed at Cathy's comment, before turning back and taking Draco's hand, "Come on, this will be fun." she said to him with a smirk. |
Cathy made a face. "What were you thinking of when you decided on this dare?" she asked Ron, going up to walk next to him. Draco walked next to Jacey. "Well, I guess I understand, but I'm sorry J...I won't be kissing you after this," he said with a grin. |
Ron smirked, "I was trying to find a dare that Jacey wouldnt agree to." Jacey pouted, "Not even if i brush my teeth?" she asked him. |
Cathy raised her eyebrows. "Good luck wih finding one," she said with a smile. "People have been trying since first year...how do you think she got her reputation?" she asked him, laughing. Draco grinned. "Well, maybe...but just in case..." he pulled her aside as everyone else entered the bathroom. He kissed her quickly, then grinned at her. |
Ron shrugged, "It was worth a shot, I really thought I had her this time." Jacey pulled Draco back by his collar and kissed him again, "One for luck." she said with a smirk. |
