Hermione gasped as Ron found her. When he kissed her, she pushed him away. Taking out her wand, she tapped the beak, which changed back into its original state. "There, now you can do it properly," she said, grinning at him.

Cathy stared at her two friends. She had totally forgotten about Harry's hair and the fact that she was supposed to be hiding. "I don't even know what to say," she said quietly to Harry.

Draco shrugged. "He's just dancing around the subject of why he hates you so much, and why you hate him," he said, shaking his head. "After you left, he was saying that he would tell me when I need to know," he said, making a face.

Harry nodded in response to Cathy's comment, but he too was at a loss for words.

Ron just laughed at Hermione and kissed her again, this time with a proper mouth.

Jacey shifted in her seat uncomfortably, "Well, do you really want to know?" she asked, unsure of what would happen between them if he knew. (i cant go any farther w/o your answer to my pm)

Hermione pulled away from Ron. "Now, that's quite enough for you, you scoundrel," she said, but was still grinning. She walked back over to Cathy and stood beside her. "Harry's turn," she teased.

Cathy shook her head. "Oh no, not for me, thank you," she said, moving away from Harry rather quicker than she thought she could move.

Ooc: I know... I just haven't thought of anything yet...I want it to be good...

Draco looked at her. "I would like to know...but it seems that you and TJ are both uncomfortable about it, so maybe I shouldn't inquire further," he said quietly, totally forgetting about all the food in front of them.

Ron laughed as his face went red, glad for the change of subject, he raised an eyebrow at Harry. "what about it mate?"

Harry laughed "No way." he said with a discreet wink to Cathy, "I'm not snogging her."

Jacey took his hand slowly, "You have a right to know, so if you want me to tell you, I will."

Cathy grinned, catching the wink, and thought that she would play around with Harry a bit. "He just wishes that he could...and its not like he could catch me anyway," she teased, making a face at him. "And besides, I heard that he was a bad kisser," she said, glad that it was only the four of them in the Common Room.

Hermione shook her head, knowing that something was going to happen. "Cathy careful what you say..." she warned, grinning.

Draco looked down and selected a drink that one of the house elves handed to him. "Well, only if you feel that I should know it...I would hate it if my best friend and girl friend couldn't get together in any way," he said quietly.

Ooc: What if Jacey had spread a rumour too?? Then TJ would be geting back at her if you know what I mean!

Ron said nothing, but watched the scene, yawning.

Harry knew that Hermione expected him to kiss Cathy, so he did the first thing he could think of. "Well, I'm off to bed." he said loudly, looking at Ron, "You coming?" he asked, before running up the stairs, far away from temptation.

Ron nodded and looked at the girls, a smile tugging at his lips as he said good night to Hermione, and then Cathy.

Jacey shrugged, "Well then I will tell you." she said, "You know that our fued has been going on since first year. Well, I kind of did something to make him angry." she started.

Cathy shook her head as she sat down on the couch. "Its a shame...I'm the only one that can remove that spell," she said with a grin to Hermione. "Well, it looks like its just you and me waiting," she said with a sigh as she saw the boys disappear.

Hermione sat down next to Cathy. "You casted...oh you're horrible! You used that charm that only lest the caster remove it!" she said, shaking her head. "Wait...what do you mean waiting?" she asked, frowning. "For who?" she asked.

Cathy raised her eyebrow. "For Jacey...oh come on, she was dying to leave, so I just gave her the excuse. She's probably with Draco now," she said so quietly only Hermione could have heard her.

Draco listened carefully, wondering what she had done to make TJ so upset.

Harry sighed when he realized that his hair was still cursed, he turned to Ron and mumbled an "I'll be right back" before walking into the common room, "Hey Catch, can I talk to you for a sec...alone?" he asked her

Ron nodded and started to change into his pajamas

Jacey bit her lip and continued, "Well, we were sitting in the common room, playing truth or dare, when all of the sudden Harry says, "Hey Jace, I heard that TJ likes you." and I said "Ew that is disgusting your turn." she said with a laugh, "So he dared me to snog tj. we all went down to the great hall and i saw him walking out with you, i held back until you were gone and called tj over, then I snogged him senseless, some of my better work i must say." she said, stopping her narrative to look up and gauge Draco's reaction

Cathy grinned at Hermione as she heard Harry. "Be right back," she said, winking at her friend. "Yes, Harry?" she asked innocently.

Hermione shook her head as Cathy left. Cathy was so mischievous, Fred and George had been proud of her when they had been at Hogwarts.

Draco was shaking his head. "Wow...and that was back in first year...I remember him saying something about liking a girl but he never said who," he muttered. "Is there any more to the story?" he asked her, looking up. "And should I be worried about you two?" he asked again.

Harry cleared his throat as he lead her over to a secluded area of the common room, where Hermione couldn't see them. "Am I really a bad kisser?" he asked, leaning in and kissing her.

Jacey laughed, "Well, imagine my surprise when I found out Tj decided that we were dating." she said, shaking her head, "Well, I want sure how I felt about him after that, so I went to talk to him about it, to see if maybe we could work something out, but when I found him, he was in a dark corner flirting with Pansy and I was so upset so I decided that I had to put a stop to that rumor and my feelings right away, so I uh, made up a rumor that he was dating Pansy. Apparently, she freaked and blamed him for the rumor, and then he came looking for me. We had this huge blow out argument and he looked as if he wanted to slap me. Luckily enough, Fred and George had been walking past on their way out of detention and intervened." she said

Cathy grinned at him and separated from him. "Of course not...but they can't know that i know that," she said. "But, I really can't take you seriously with that hair!" she said, laughing. "Although, I don't know whether I want to change it yet or not..." she said, appearing to be thinking.

Draco watched her as she told this story. "Wow...I can't believe that I didn't hear about any of this...so, is that why you both hate each other so much?" he asked her.

Harry pouted, "Please change it back. I think it is draining me of all my manlyness."

Jacey nodded, "Yup. And I don't know, I sure as heck wasnt going to say anything to you and I guess the same goes for Tj."

Cathy smiled. "Well, not all of your manliness..." she said, kissing him again. She pulled away, laughing once more. "Alright, I'll change it...I still can't take you seriously!" she said, laughing still. "But first..." she took her wand and tapped his head, creating a picture of what he looked like. "I like that," she said, grinning. Before Harry could say anything, she tapped his head again to remove the spell, and then ran back into the Common Room, laughing, so she could hide.

Hermione saw Cathy run back in and hide. She wondered whether she had changed Harry back or had just done something even more cruel to him. She waited to see if Harry would appear, but pretended she was still reading Hogwarts a History.

Draco nodded. "Yes, I could understand why neither of you would want to talk about it," he said with a sigh. He looked at Jacey and saw that she looked tired. "Why don't I walk you back up to your Common Room so that it doesn't get too late," he said with a small smile. "And then, I will see you for breakfast," he added.

Harry laughed as he walked back into the common room, he wasn't going ot bother to look for Cathy, she was too crazy for him at the moment, and he was tired. "Night Hermione." he said before quickly ascending into the saftey of the boys dorms.

Jacey nodded, "All right." she said, standing up, she took his hand, "You're not mad that I didn't tell you, are you?" she asked him.

Cathy watched as he went up the stairs, still laughing silently. As he disappeared, she walked back over to the couch to sit by Hermione.

"What did you do?" Hermione asked her, putting away the book. As Cathy showed her the picture, she laughed. "You are too cruel...I wish I had gotten one of Ron," she said with a grin.

"Speaking of Ron..." Cathy began looking at Hermione.

"What? It was him who kissed me!" she said, flushing.

"Yeah, although you seemed to be eager to kiss him after he was back to normal," she said with a teasing grin.

Draco took her hand in his. "I'm not mad...I'm just glad I know now," he said with a smile. "Just as long as I don't have to worry about you and TJ getting together, I'm alright with it," he said with a grin.

Harry found Ron already asleep when he got up the stairs, so he threw himself onto his bed and closed his eyes.

"All right deal." Jacey said with a soft smile, giving his hand a squeeze." she thanked the house elves and led Draco back intomthe hallway, upon making sure that they were alone she rested her head on his shoulder.

"Night." Jacey said to him before walking into the common rom, she had an uneasy feeling in the pit of her stomach, for some reason, she thought maybe Draco was more upset than he had let on.

Tj sighed as he threw his book aside, standing up from the chair he said good night to Pansy and walked up to the boys dorms, changing out of his robes.

Draco made his way down to the Slytherin Common Room, deep in thought. After speaking the password, he walked straight into his Dorm. "So, you liked Jacey," he said, leaning against the door frame so that TJ had no way of getting out.

Cathy looked up form her conversation with Hermione as Jacey walked in. "Alright, you, couch, now," she said, pointing to a spot they saved. "Hermione has been mainly caught up..." she said, looking over at their friend.

Hermione nodded. "Yes, I'm still in shock because of it!" she said with a sheepish grin.

Tj looked up at the sound of Draco's voice and smirked, "Oh there you are, Inwas starting to worry aboout you. Sorry." he started sifting through his trunk, "I have no clue what you are talking about."

Jacey laughed as she sat on the couch between hermione and cathy and smiled , "So. lovely night.." she said.

Cathy looked at Jacey. "Yeah...I guess it is," she said, still looking at Jacey. "So, do we have to ask questions, or will you spill?" she asked, raising an eyebrow.

Hermione grinned. "Now Cathy be nice," she said, shaking her head. "Oh, and make sure you show Jacey the picture," she said with a grin.

Draco raised an eyebrow. "I think you know exactly what I'm talking about, and I want to hear your side of the story...otherwise I will have to believe that you were trying to snog Pansy," he said with a sigh.

Jacey nodded her head, "Ask away," she said with a grin.

She raised her eyebrow, "What picture?"

Tj sat up and fixed Draco with a stare, "She was trying to snog me." He corrected him, "And how do you know about this anyway?"

Hermione laughed. "Wait till you see this..." she said, poking Cathy.

Cathy rolled her eyes, but she was grinning. "Wait till you see Harry..." she said, pulling out the picture of Harry and his colorful hair and braids. "Alright, I'm guessing you went to meet Draco, right?" she asked.

"Well, a little birdie flew up and told me," he said, shaking his head. "Who do you think told me?" he said, raising an eyebrow. "Now, I'd like to hear your side of the story," he said, sitting down on his bed.

Jacey snorted a laugh as she looked at the picture of Harry, "Nice." she commented, "Very classy."

She nodded her head to Cathy's assumption, "You are right there."

TJ sighed and rolled his eyes, "All right, what did Davidson say? I want to hear her side first." he replied.

Draco told TJ what Jacey had told him, watching his friend's expression as he told the tale. (ooc: I don't think you need it repeated)

Cathy grinned. "I know, it was pure genious on my part!" she said with a grin.

Hermione laughed. "That's not vain at all!" she said, shaking her head. "So, do you really like Malfoy?" she asked her, looking at Jacey.
