After Ginny finishes her final year at Hogwarts, she's stunned to learn that Harry, who's been out of school a year, is engaged. Not wanting to return to the Burrow, which will be full of wedding planning and activity, Ginny escapes to Diagon Alley for a bit of independent living. The twins kindly take Ginny in and offer her a job, and she drags Neville and Luna along as flatmates. Who knows what will happen now that they are living independently?

This is a VERY loose storyline so far, but we want to have the chance to explore these characters as rising adults. I have all of the main characters filled at this point. If you are interested, go ahead and post your character idea. To be honest, I'd prefer HP characters (but not necesarily HRH) rather than made-ups... although a quality made-up is always welcome. If I don't feel your character will add to the story, I probably won't say yes. Also, we're quite serious about RPing, so if you aren't on at night EST, CST, or you will only post very sporadically, don't bother. This is advanced RPing, so YES, your posts need to be longer and more detailed and we DO care about your spelling and grammar.

Ginny nodded. "They might be totally goofy, but they're good brothers. And Dobby does work for them, although he's their willing slave as far as I know. Doesn't take much pay and does whatever they ask. They might experiment on him occasionally, but they would never really cause him harm. Its probably a good relationship."

Molly relaxed as Harry and Hermione took over the dishes for her. Her own children, however much she loved them, were not always the best at volunteering for work, and she appreciated the breather. At the sound of the front door closing, she rose to her feet to meet her husband. The sight of him, thinning red hair and tired eyes, still caught her right in the throat. Whatever Harry's hang ups were, she hoped he had THIS. "Hello, love. Are you hungry?" She started collecting his dinner even before he responded.

Elizabeth turned to help Mrs Weasley get some dinner together for Mr Weasley and Ron.

" I expect my parents will be arriving a couple of weeks before the ceremony, umm, i'll know a definate arrival date once we have decided on a date for the wedding"

Saying this reminded her that she and Harry had to sit down and talk about the wedding date, time and place at least. Elizabeth wanted to know his thoughts, but she could tell he was in a foul mood. She decided to leave it until the morning. she moved to the stove to boil some water for a cup of tea.

"famished dear," Mr. Weasley answered Molly as she began gathering food, the office is all up in arms with this being the beginning of the summer holiday. All of the new apprentices getting lost in the wrong hallways, taking the wrong flue ending up in the wrong buildings. We've had to modify several muggle's memories who were somehow hooked up to the network by mistake. Imagine their surprise as a a young eighteen year old comes walking through their fireplace during a dinner party." He turned around towards Elizabeth's voice as he heard her mention her parents. 'Oh dear that's right, will they be expecting to stay here?" he asked looking at his wife for assistance.

Molly settled at the table next to Arthur as he ate, holding his free hand with her own. "You know your parents are always welcome here, Elizabeth dear. We have room, especially since Ginny and the twins won't be living here. And Bill will be here in a few days, and he's an old pro at adding bedrooms. You just let us know how much room you need."

Ron watched Hermione leave the room. He smiled uneasily and left the room too, picking up the bag full of medical supplies. He followed her, wanting to talk to her. He was few steps behind her and stretched his hands. However, he decided not to bother her. Not now. She was upset. Therefore, he proceeded towards the bathroom.

He closed the door behind him and put the new bandages and other medical stuff inside the medicine cabinet. Before that, he took off the bandage that was covering his scorched hand, he get a new long bandage and wrapped it again. He went back to the kitchen where he found his parents and Elizabeth talking.

“Hey mom. Dad. Elizabeth,” he beamed at them.

"Of course it's kind of brilliant. I thought it up didin't I? I haven't decided on a name yet..it's still in the makings anyways. My fabulous brother must put some of his genious in it first." Fred went over to the mirror and started making faces into the it. He was practicing his threatening look. He pushed his hair back out of his eyes, took a deep breath, and let it out slowly. "Alright. I'm ready to inflict some pain on our dear pal Harry. After you...' He said motioning for George to go first.

Harry finished with the dishes and gave a greeting to Mr. Weasley, then excusing himself and waling outside. He walked around Mrs. Weasley's beautiful garden and looked at all of the flowers. He thought about Elizabeth and hoe he couldn't just keep avoiding talking to her.

Hermione sat back in the living room, looking over some of the wedding magazines that were lying about. She picked up one that focused on how to know you know he is the right one for you. she looked over it and it seemed as if Sybill Trelawney herself had written it, so she tossed it aside and continued looking at other magazines.

Ron turned around and saw Hermione was sitting in the living room. He thought about going there. He sighed and left the kitchen. He crept behind her and touched her shoulders. “Hey, how’s your day?” he asked, going to a seat across Hermione's seat. He sat and looked at her sad-looking face.

George and Fred apparated with a loud crack right into the front yard of the Burrow. They had learned long ago what happened if you tried to apparate INTO the Burrow. And, while it had been quite funny to land on Ron at the time, they really preferred a more sturdy landing. George turned to go into the house when Fred grabbed his sleeve and nodded towards the garden. Harry could be seen walking aimlessly. "Put on your angry face," George said in low voice, then shouted, "Oy! Harry!"

Hermione jumped a bit when Ron camp up behind her, but smiled when he sat down across form her. "It's been fine, how about yours?" She asked. She actually would like to talk to him about Harry. She thought that mayeb Harry would tell Ron things he wouldn't tell her.

Harry was just pondering what exactly to say to Elizabeth when he heard a familiar voice. He turned around and saw two red-heads who were unmistakably the Weasley twins. He said "Hey Fred, George," but was confused at the expression on their faces... they looked... angry.

Ron beamed at her best friend. “And you look sad?” he asked, raising his eyebrows. “I don’t think you have a fine day, am I right?” He rested his back on the seat, looking at her. “Is it about Ginny? Elizabeth? Harry? Or about you?”

"Well, all of them kind of..." She said, realizing it did not actually make much sense. "Well, Harry is being kind of cold towards Elizabeth and I know it is none of my business..." She wanted to tell Ron about the plan for Harry and Ginny, but felt it was her duty to keep quiet about it.

George was actually a fairly good actor. If he could keep the sparkle of mischief from his eyes, he might be able to convince Harry. In a smooth move, George put himself between Fred and Harry. "Harry, I'm sorry. He's my twin, so I had to tell him, but I didn't expect him to be so angry!"

Harry looked and was, very confused. What were the twins angry about? They couldn't have found out about him telling Ginny he loved her, could they? Ginny would not tell her older brothers about that, unless she was angry about it, and he hoped she was not. "Uh... what's going on?"

"Oh," Ron exclaime. "Cold you say?" He sighed and continued. "I think he's in pressure. You know with Ginny and Elizabeth. And of course, the wedding." He stood up and moved towards the cabinet behind his chair and get something.

"Anyways, I've got a job."

Hermione was marveled at his quick change of subject, but nonetheless, she was happy for him. It was good that he finally got a job, he had been out of school for a whole year. "Oh, really? That's wonderful, where?"

Fred took a long deep breath in and blew it out even slower. "Don't play dumb Potter. We ALL know what's really going on here." Fred stepped out from behind George and walked a complete circle around Harry, much like a carrion bird does. Fred stopped and peered at Harry eye to eye, trying to be as intimidating as he possibly could. "So? What do you have to say for yourself? I hear our little Gin's a bit upset...George? Do we allow for our beautiful little sister to be made upset? "

"Now, now, Fred," George warned, putting his hand loosely on his brother's arm. It looked like a restraint, but he was barely touching him. "I'm sure Harry's intention wasn't to HURT Ginny as much as he did. Don't go and do anything crazy. Remember how long it took Dean Thomas to heal? He STILL walks with a limp."

"I'm sure they would love to stay here, thanks ever so much for offering. It will be just my mum and dad, I don't have any siblings." Elizabeth said, directing it at both Weasley parents.
Turning to Mr Weasley in response to his question of what her father did, she said " He owns a bank in Paris, and my mother teaches Astronomy at Beauxbatons"

At that moment, the jug began to boil and Elizabeth took it of the heat and poured a little into her cup of tea. She sat across from Mr Weasley and began to sip.

Ron turned around, answeing Hermione's question. "From this new shop in Diagon Alley, Cal DiMe Shoppe is the name." He sat down on his seat again, holding a leather-bound book. He opened it in the middle section and started reading quietly.

"oh, that's right dear," Mr. Weasley said to Elizabeth after she returned with her tea, "I think I remember Harry telling us that." He fiddled with his fork a bit..... "So it sounds like Hermione's helping with the arrangements and all, how's that going?"

Harry was starting to get nervous and his heart pounded. Could he have told them? And what if she made it sound like Harry kissed her instead of the other way around. "What exactly is Ginny upset about?" He completely put out of mind that they may have been talking about him waiting so long to tell her.

"Oh, good, Ron," Hermione said. Ron was so strange, he would talk about something like getting a job, and then start reading a book... while in the company of a best friend. "What are you doing, Ron?"

"Its okay, old chap," George clapped a hand on Harry's shoulder, much harder than necessary. "We both know. You don't have to play dumb. You know what Ginny was on about." Harry seemed so... twitchy. It was far more nervous than he should have been and it made George wonder. He decided to keep things vague to draw Harry out.

Neville finished looking around the rooms and eager to get back and talk to Tom at the Leaky Cauldron, he asked the girls," I need to go soon, can I help you clean up the dishes?"
