Miley walked down the halls towards Samantha's Office.That plane ride here took forever,but it felt good going to muggle way to gewt back to London from Irelandmeven though it took a few hours.She brushed her blond hair out of her eyes and looked down at her outfit.She wore a blue dress with black knee-high boots.

Now you ask why she was coming to visit Samantha?Well,she was her old boss and she needed to come by and say hello.She missed working here at the Minstry,but moving away from London was the coolest thing that has happened in her life.Miley walked up to the office door and knocked.

Samantha heard the knock on her door and answered it, happy to find her ex-employee Miley there. She couldn't believe one of her former employees had come back to visit! "Hi, Miley, nice to see you again!", Samantha said with a smile. "Come on in, I have some tea on and a plate of crumpets with jam, let me know what's been going on with you." She opened the door for Miley to enter, gesturing towards one of the chairs.

Miley looked up at Samantha when she opened the door and she smiled."It's nice to see you,again,too,"she said."Tea?That sunds good."She walked into the office.Nothing has changed much in here."So,anything new at the Ministry since I left?"

"Not a whole lot," Samantha told Miley as she poured a cup of tea for her. "We are still working on the OWLs and NEWTs just as we were when you left, but we are almost finished with that project now, I'm happy to report. It's really nice to see you again," she said sincerely. "So, what's new with you?"

"Nothing much.I finally got all my stuff moved to my new house in Ireland and I wanted to come back and say hello to all my old friends,"Miley said."Trust me,moving is such a pain in the butt.Don't ever try it."She smiled.

"Yeah, that's what I've heard," Samantha nodded sympathetically. "I have so much stuff I've accumulated over the years that I don't think I could ever possibly find a way to relocate it to some place else. That gives me a headache just thinking about it." She stopped a second. "Have you gone and said hello to all your co-workers yet?", she asked. "I'm sure they would love to see you again before you leave, too. If you like we can all even have a little tea together, just a tiny celebration of your coming here to visit us."

"No,I haven't gotten to go see my co-workers,yet,"Miley said."But a little celebration sounds like a really good idea.I would love to catch up on all my buddies,again."She smiled.

"Excellent," Samantha said, preparing to set out tea service on the table along with a basket filled with crumpets and a small silver jelly jar filled with strawberry jam for the crumpets. "That should do nicely, let the party begin!"

"Yes,let the party begin,"Miley said with a smile.She sat down in on of the chairs and crossed her legs.

"I'm going to tell everyone to come in and join the party," Samantha said, hurrying out of the room. She would let as many people know as possible to come and join the festivities.

"Okay,"Miley said with a smile.She watched Samantha leave and looked back at her desk.She wiped some hair out of her face and waited.

"Hi Miley, do you remember me?" J. J. Starr asked her. " I am somewhat new to the dept" Joe Jon MontCenaggio told Miley. " I have beenworking three months after I transferred from Magical Games and Sports" J. J. Starr explained to Miley.

Miley turned her head and nodded at J.J. Starr."I do remember you,"she said with a smile."How are you?"

"Fine, I miss you Miley" J. J. Starr told her.

Samantha said, "What is that muggle band that's all the rage nowadays, the Jonas Brothers, is it?" She turned and put some music on, listening with an expression of interest on her face. "Well, this is interesting, I must say," she commented. "I can see why they're so popular," she said, gazing at a photo of Joe Jonas as she spoke.

" Cool music Miss Rose" J. J. Starr told her.

Miley sat back as Samantha put in some muggle music."Er,what's this band,again?"She wasn't a muggle or half-blood,so she didn't know any muggle music what-so-ever.

Cambell knocked on her Department's office door a couple times and walked in. "Hello Mrs. Rose. May I speak with you, its very ergent." She said, looking around the room at the other two workers. She was wondering what they were all doing here, hanging out listening to music when something so important was happening at the Minisrty! Oh, wait, it was her job to inform them of this important event! "Im Cambell Robinson, Liaison to the Minister for this Department." She introduced herself. "We've met before if you remember." She said smiling weakly, starting to let the stress of everything come on her.
"Im here to inform you that the Ministry is going to hold the International Wizarding Conference shortly and there are many things we need to get finished. Mrs. Rose, I need you to get a statis report for me on all the complaints and compliments we've received on the new divided school system. We need to know the popular oppinion on the new system because we will likely be promoting it at the meeting as other countries may want to make similar changes in their schools. I also need a report on all the flaws and benifits of the system in order to convince other nations to adopt our model of education. Also, make sure this Department does thurough research on the schools of Bulgaria, France, and especially the United States." Cambell said taking a deep breath. She had much more to discuss, but thought she would give Mrs. Rose a chance to speak and ask questions if she needed to.

"I'm told they are known as the Jonas Brothers. I believe that song has something to do with going to the year 3000, or something to that effect," Samantha answered. "Interesting, isn't it? This was sent to me the other day by the Muggle Studies professor at Coopers School, even though he is a pureblood himself. I found this music a bit of a curiousity and thought this might be an interesting occasion to share it. Tell me what you young ladies think, as I have promised I would try and critique this and compare it with our wizarding music for him. I can't really tell." She wrinkled her nose. "They are indeed a handsome lot, though."

"Oh, yes, Ms. Robinson," Samantha nodded, inviting the young woman into the room, thinking how indeed ironic it was that the liaison should show up at the one moment when a party was being held in her office. "I had been expecting a visit from your office, in fact. I do apologize, we were just having a little celebration here, for one of my employees who has come back to visit us." She smiled.

"I've been compiling lots of notes on this topic and will be prepared to present my full findings to you, let me just get my notes," she stated, walking to her desk to retrieve her parchment.

J. J, Starr reminds Miss Rose " Remember about all the main familes like Jason Potter Weasley's family and others who oppose the school tactics at HogWarts." Remember the students who wrote you letters protesting Miss Rose" Joe Jon MontCenaggio told her. " I have heard about a Revolution among boys and girls against the school and a sit- in at your office Miss Rose" Jason told her. "Tell the International Wizarding Coference this too" Mr .Starr informed Miss Rose.

Cambell watched as Mrs. Rose got her notes and was very pleased that she had been on top of things. That wasnt what she was used to, the last Department she dealt with for the wedding was... well lets just say they didnt listen well. "Thank you Mrs. Rose!" Cambell said with a now warm smile. She looked around at the room with Ministry employee's. "And dont worry, its none of my business what things go on in your office. And by the way, Im a halfblood, and my neice loves the Jonas Brothers if that helps any!" She said simling at the music. "But Im afraid I do have a few more short things to tell you lest you havent heard of them. Have you started developing the OWLs and NEWTs? Im to tell you to try to incorporate more advanced magic in each of the schools curriculums. Look into implementing lessons such as Animagus and Legilimency/Occlumency classes as well, and any other advanced magic you think might be of benifit." Cambell said looking over her notes, saying almost the exact words of her boss Mrs. Taylor. "Also," Cambell said, having almost forgot. "please put one or two of these around your office. Im just about to set a few more around the Department if thats alright. It is to inform everyone of the coming conference." (Click Here) Cambell handed her a few of the posters and then looked around once more. She listened as a recently added employee went on about certian families. "Sir, everything will be taken into acount, but do remember that we do not want our Ministry to look foolish or rash." She said calmly, expecting something like this at some point. "Im sorry if Ive bothered your party." She said, turning her attention back to Mrs. Rose. "If you've got all that, I will leave you." Cambell said, feeling bad for having barged in so quickly and rudely.

"It's no problem at all," Samantha smiled at Ms. Robinson. "You are welcome to stay for some tea and crumpets if you would like, otherwise have a good day and I will set about distributing these posters immediately. Thank you so much, I'm glad the Liaison office is so on top of everything, I really needed that reminder to start pulling all my information together." It was true. Things had become a bit relaxed around her office lately, and Samantha was happy for the chance to work hard again. She also wanted to show off what an excellent job her employees had done in putting together the OWLs and NEWTs along with herself.

Samantha turned to J.J. for a moment. "I'm sure that your concerns are going to be addressed quite soon," she told him. I will make a note of what you said and factor these opinions into my report on how people feel about the way the school is now set up."

Cambell smiled. "No thanks, I have to get back to work, but thanks for making this more simple by being prepared." She said truthfully.
"Goodbye, and thanks again. I will be seeing you again soon I hope under more casual conditions." She said walking towards the office door.
Cambell opened the door, gave a last smile to the room and walked out, happy that her Department was so on top of things.

"Well,I better be of to see my twin,"Miley said.She stood up from her chair and took her last sip of tea and sat the cup down."Thanks for everything Samantha."
