" I am talking about interviewing which teachers for their Owls and Newts Miss Rose. J. J, Starr told her.

Forrester sat down face to Miss. Samantha.
"I want to talk to you about the OWL and NEWTS" Forrester started wanting to go to the main subject directly.

"Ah, the OWLs and NEWTs, I see." Samantha relaxed her stance. Samantha had presumed Mr. Hufflepuff was here to investigate some crime, these things always made her tense. She had visited the Law Enforcement Department many times on behalf of students who had experienced crimes and somehow it always made her nervous. She supposed it was because she hated to have to deal with pain and suffering of that sort.

"Yes, it is a huge job, one which we are only now beginning to undertake. The only thing which we have accomplished so far is determining that they will be broken down into 13 sections, one for each of the subjects taught at Hogwarts, and that we should have both practical and written exercises. The practical exercises, of course, would be performed in front of Ministry employees in order to prove efficiency and understanding of the task."

Samantha stopped a moment. "The OWLs and NEWTs are to be implemented at the school next term, so there is about two months left in order to get them finished. Are you interested in helping with the project or have you any suggestions, Mr. Forrester? Anything you say on this would be greatly appreciated."

"Exactly why Im here... I want to help you with the examinations... Especially defense against the dark arts... It's too easy... If you would let me... I will be glad to help in the examination and I would also be happy to examine an exam myself" Forrester replied as he looked at Samantha.

"Why, I think that would be excellent!", Samantha said. "We would be more than happy to have help with that part of the examination, it would be most appreciated. You are more than welcome to contribute anything you would like to any part of either or both examination, it seems we can use all the help we can get with this project!" Samantha smiled. "Thank you. This makes it so much easier, I can take some parts of the exam now and the rest can be assigned to my other workers. DADA was the one part that was giving me the most trouble, to tell you the truth."

"Very well I guess I will help you with that just tell me what you want me to do and I will do it..." Forrester replied.

"Well, just submit anything you feel would be useful for the OWLs or NEWTs, for that part of the exam. I would think we are looking mainly for practical applications for DADA, wouldn't you? That doesn't seem to be a subject that you can just answer a question on to show proficiency, but rather should be demonstrated through an actual exercise. I'm sure you intend to use those type of exercises, I don't think I have to tell you that!" Samantha laughed. "We really are breaking ground here with these exams, they are going to be used by the students from now on, so it's an honor to be working on this project. I'm really excited that you want to help!"

"It's my job!!" Forrester replied. "In the end I didn't end up a division head because I was good at thinking I had a lot of defense against the dark arts to do" Forrester added. "But I guess we should include a theory test for the DADA exam... Well I will start thinking about stuff and I will owl them to you what do you say?"

"Sounds like a plan to me!", Samantha smiled. "Thank you so much, Mr. Hufflepuff, your assistance is greatly appreciated. I am going to set up an office right now where people may come to work on the thread if they like, I realize we need to get moving on this. Together with the help of you and other kind people, I know the project will be done in time."

"Very well then I'm eager to start working" Forrester replied.

"Great! Thank you once again, I'm sure you will do a fine job." Samantha was very grateful for the offer of help, especially with DADA. That wasn't her strong suit!

"I'm happy that we are finally starting to work together." Forrester replied as he got up. "I hope I didn't take to much of your time?"

J. J. Starr walks in to Samantha Rose's office. " I just got a disturbing owl from Jason Potter Weasley about HogWarts, especailly one teacher." J. J. Starr told Samantha. "The owl said " Lord Bor made us sit in bowl of water to look like we are wetting ourselves like a baby. He caled us babies who wet.
Most stundents are in complete shock. He told us if we did not do it, that house would not do it, they would lose 50 points.
Joe Jon Montcenaggio is outraged. " Miss Rose, do something about this or I will make sure HogWarts is closed forever" J. J. Starr told her. J. J. Starr shot- It was Lord Bor and if he is not fired, the British papers, tabloids, the American papers and all the rest will here about it"

"No, you didn't take much of my time at all," Samantha smiled. "It was a pleasure."

Suddenly, her employee J.J. Starr was there telling her the most incredible, outrageous things she had ever heard. "He made the students do WHAT?", she asked. "This is crazy." She shook her head. "I have never heard of such a thing in all my life." Samantha wondered if the professor had lost his mind. She quickly suppressed a smirk. It was just too ridiculous. She had been hearing all kinds of strange things going on at the two schools, but this was by far the strangest.

"I don't think I can do anything about this," Samantha answered honestly. "However, if word were to leak to the papers somehow -"

Samantha smiled mysteriously. "Sometimes if you give people enough rope they do hang themselves. I would tell your friend to have faith, and wait."

J. J Starr says ok to Samantha Rose. " there is a little bit at the end of the owl- Jason will never go that class again.

"That's probably a wise decision on his part," Samantha nodded. "I don't think he is likely to earn many points from a class like that."

I am going to give that school another two weeks and then the papers will hear about it if the school does not change Miss Rose" J. J. Starr told her.

"That sounds like a wise decision," Samantha said. "And be sure and tell your friend to avoid any classes that he thinks might be a problem for him. That would be the best thing at this point in time, especially if he is a dedicated student who wants to learn." Samantha fumed to herself, it seemed obvious that certain Magical Education employees were apparently making a mockery out of the whole concept of teaching. Most of them if not all, she corrected.

Am owl ends up on Samantha's desk. The owl says " We are very upset with the Gryffindor Quidditch tryouts. Jason Potter Weasley, our son and grandson was not given a fair chance. The Gryffindor Quidditch captain , Alexis Chosen is prejudice because she never liked him. Jason told us that he tried to talk to the administration and they never answered him.
We aare asking for an injuction against the Gryffindor Quidditch team unless Jason is given a fair tryout. We will sue HogWarts. We are former students and alumni who give generous amounts of money to the school.

Samantha sighed and shoved the letter aside for the moment. There wasn't much she could do about this matter and she hoped it wasn't going to become a huge issue later on. Perhaps she would speak to J.J. about it later and find out more about this matter, he seemed to have a good rapport with the boy in question.

Did the problems at the schools ever end?

Harry Potter's owl came into Saamantha's room.
The owl letter said
Jason Pottr Weasly, my grand cousin has been treated unfaily by Alexis Chosen, the Gryffindor cpatain cheated him out of being on the team.
He was the longest tenured player on the team, she was turned into an animal last year, A cheetah or as we call her in our family- cheater.
What would she know about the Quiddtch team from Gryffindor. Jason should have been captain by all rights. She picked her friends over one of the better players. I too am suing HogWarts amd wamt an injunction against the Gryffindor team.
I do know how to use my wand really well.

Great, Samantha thought as she read the letter. It was silly, really, the quidditch captain is the one who is in charge and makes the decision as to who plays on the team with the ultimate deciding authority, did these people not realize that there was nothing she could do about this? Why didn't they just go and speak with the people responsible themselves and find out the reason or better yet, just let it all go! She gave a loud sigh, threw the letter on the floor and pushed it under the desk with her toe. She wasn't ready to deal with this!

Jay walked up to the office, "Mrs. Rose, I was just wondering what should I do if the teachers are not responding to owls about their subject?" the girl asked.

Samantha said, "That's a very good question. If the teachers don't respond to our inquiries we will have to go on information we find from other sources. I would give it a little while, but you can use material you find in places other than directly through the teachers themselves. If you need any help with that, just let me know and I would be more than happy to brainstorm with you, as well as any of the others who may be confused. But you have been doing an excellent job so far!"

"Thanks!" Jay replied. "I have tried to do some sort of research on the types that I don't know much about. I will give it some more time for the teachers to reply."
