Gigi walked up to Samantha's office and knocked 3 times before entering. "Hi. One of my co-workers suggested that I come tell you I'm here. I was sick up untill 3 days ago. Ok so I will be returning to work now...Bye." she said then turned around and walked back to her office.

Samantha was about to invite the young woman into her office when she left suddenly, startling her. She hoped she wasn't intimidated by her! She would go and seek the young woman out later and let her know that there was nothing to fear, that she was someone she could work with and come to with any problems or questions. Still, some people were naturally intimidated by their employer and she understood that.

Samantha smiled as she picked up the note from her other employee, Reese. She seemed to have a firm grip on the problem, and had suggested a logical alternative that was worth checking into. She would have to let Reese and the other employees know that she had done an excellent job and she was pleased.

Samantha thought back to the conversation she had had just before with J.J. Oh yes, she would have to find a way to follow up on this matter, there might be something worth checking, after all. She had heard - rumors. She made a mental note to herself to find out exactly what was happening as soon as possible. Samantha did have her connections.

Blair knocked on the door that opened into Samantha's office and opened the door slowly, hoping that no one would be standing behind it. Once the door was open she walked inside, happy to see Samantha sitting at her desk. "Hello Samantha. I hope this isn't a bad time. I just wanted to let you know that we decided that I would deliver the invitation to the Headmistress and I was wondering if I could get that and any instructions you have on delivering it." Blair spoke in a tone that she hoped wasn't rushed but she was very excited to visit Hogwarts again.

Samantha smiled. "That's excellent, Blair, I'm very happy that you will be delivering the invitation to Headmistress Rae, and I'm certain you will do an excellent job of it." Samantha could see how excited and happy Blair was to be handling this task, and this made her glad. She reached down into her desk and handed the invitation to Blair. "Here it is, they wanted it delivered personally, not by owl, since it is such an important event and the Minister didn't want any delays on his sister receiving the invitation. So those are the only instructions, that it be delivered personallly to her. You are simply to go to Hogwarts and deliver the invitation personally to Headmistress Rae. You are free to enjoy yourself on your trip, let me know if you hear of anything interesting that the Department might need to know about." Samantha smiled again, reassuringly this time. "That's probably not going to happen, don't worry."

Still, the rumors about students at Hogwarts turning into animals had been rather - disconcerting. Samantha thought better of mentioning those rumors to Blair, at least for the time being. She hoped they were simply rumors, or the Ministry was about to become a very busy place indeed.

Softly Samantha said, "Thank you again, Blair, for delivering the invitation. We will see you again soon."

Blair took the invitation from Samantha and smiled. "Thank you. I'll make sure she gets it." Blair gave a slight bow of her head and exited Samantha's office intent on getting the invitation their in a quick and orderly manner.

A tall blond woman with blond hair and multi-colored streaks in her hair knocked on the door. Some frightening things have been going on at Hogwarts.

Samantha answered the door. She had been thinking about some of the things she had heard lately, trying to figure out a way to present the situation to the Minister in a way that would make sense, now someone else was here. She saw a woman she didn't recognize and beckoned her inside. "Hello, do come in and have a seat. I'm Samantha Rose, Head of the Department of Magical Education. I don't believe we've met?" She waited to find out what the woman wanted, hoping she might have more information for her concerning the rumors she had been hearing recently.

Cloe Black walked in. Cloe Black seemed so...fragile. "Hello my name is Cloe Black. I am from the fifth floor. I have some frightening news from hogwarts"

"Hello Cloe," Samantha said. "Tell me your news." She was prepared for anything that Cloe might tell her, at least she hoped she was. "I need to know everything, because that way I can do something about it."

Blair had gotten back from Hogwarts, and she already missed it already. Blair knocked briefly on Samantha's door and opened it slightly poking her head but she could see that she was with another person. "Um, I just wanted to let you know, I'm back from Hogwarts." Blair pulled her head back out of Samantha's office and closed the door behind her.

Samantha smiled. "Thank you very much, Blair," she said, but Blair had already closed the door. She had known she would want to visit Hogwarts, and was glad she had sent her. She made a note to visit with Blair and her fellow workers later.

"Cloe, please go ahead," Samantha said, turning her attention back to the blonde young woman.

Eve walked up to the door of Samanthas office,she knocked.She was very interested in the new assignment and was very keen on trying to help to get these missing children back.She knew it was her job to help,but she felt somehow emotionatly drawn to this case

"There is this young girl named rosalina. Her family has a clean history, no enemies. But they have been killed off one by one. Not long ago her parents were killed and a note was left with them. It was in a envelope which seemed to be sealed with her parents blood. It was for Rosalina. When she read it she began to weep. She mailed it to me as soon as possible.", Cloe said taking out the letter. It was still in the evelope but the seal was broken. Inside the not said, "ive killd ur parnts...UR NXT!"

Cloe handed it to Samantha.

Miley apparated in front of Samatha's door and knocked.

Samantha took the note from Cloe and read it with great concern. "Have you been to the Magical Law Enforcement Office with this yet?", she asked the young woman. "If not, this is something that definitely should be brought to their attention, I should think. If you like I would be more than happy to make them aware of the situation." Just looking at Samantha's face, you could see that she was extremely worried about this situation. It wasn't enough with the students turning to animals, but now there was another very grave situation to worry about at Hogwarts. "How many people are aware of this, Cloe?"

Samantha heard two knocks on the door and asked Cloe, "Pardon me, would you excuse me for one moment?" She opened the door and went outside to speak with Eve and then Miley, closing the door to her office behind her. She was shocked to see Miley was back so soon. "Eve and Miley, have the two of you met one another yet?", she asked. "Eve works on the Magical Education Inspection Committee and Miley works on the Magical Education Examinations Authority. Miley has just come back from Hogwarts, and Eve is just preparing to go there. Unless," she paused and turned to Miley. "Were you able to find out anything of import while you were there at Hogwarts?" She spoke to Eve, "Don't worry, I still intend to send you to Hogwarts, as well. I think we need a constant presence at Hogwarts right now and besides, another - matter - has just recently come to my attention."

Things had been so peaceful and easy at the Department of Magical Education, all of that had certainly changed! Well, I said in the beginning I would have plenty for you ladies to do, Samantha thought to herself. That was surely proving to be true!

"Hello Eva,,"Miley said.She looked back at Samatha."Yes I did find out some things."She pulled out her notebook and began to read it."Some of the students just think it's just a joke,which surprised me."She flipped some of the pages."Umm...They have been missing for weeks."She closed the book.And looked at Samatha."And one student was very helpful.She said that one of the missing students was being stalked by a big dog.Then the student went missing."She pondered for a moment."And another student said the cats have been acting very strange lately."

"All of this is most interesting, particularly the part you mentioned that some of the students consider this a joke. I find this incomprehensible, as many of the students who have gone missing were apparently quite devoted to their classwork and would never want to leave Hogwarts for any reason." Samantha shook her head in astonishment. "And they've been missing for weeks, yes, that is exactly what I have heard and only confirms the things I have been hearing. One of the students is being stalked by a big dog? It makes me wonder if perhaps the "dog" is actually one of the students", she commented thoughtfully. "This other part about the cats behaving strangely is also very interesting, as I have heard that cats are very, very sensitive to the mood of the people around them. I wonder if they can somehow sense that something is wrong?" Samantha made mental note of all the things Miley told her, planning to write everything down in her investigative journal later.

"Thank you, Miley, you have done an excellent job and will be rewarded with a suitable wage increase for your efforts," Samantha said. "Unfortunately, I think we still have to dig deeper, and that's why I need to send you, Eve, into Hogwarts to investigate matters also. After all these things you've heard, all these crazy happenings, are you still interested?"

"If you need my help anymore,you know where to find me,"Miley said.She smiled and walked away.

Miley walked down to Samatha's office and knocked,again.She had to tell Samatha about that letter.

Samantha opened the door, surprised to see Miley again so soon. "Hello again, Miley, how may I help you?" She held the door open and allowed the young woman to enter. She obviously had something on her mind, something that Samantha needed to hear.

Miley walked in and gave Samatha the letter...

I got this letter just a while ago.

Samantha read the letter carefully. "Chocolate, hmmm?", she said finally. "How ironic can you get, the students eat chocolate and are turned into animals. Yes, it makes sense," she said, then turned back to Miley. "Would you like to go back to Hogwarts with Eve and investigate further, or we can try and follow up on this letter some other way. I think it might be best to actually go to Hogwarts and follow up on this, since the letter is anonymous."

Samantha was thinking that it might be best to have two of her people at Hogwarts investigating, anyway, as the situation was getting way out of hand. She wondered if Magical Law Enforcement had anyone there.

"Sure,"Miley said."Has Eve left yet."

"No, she's just about to leave, I believe," Samantha replied. "It would be excellent for the two of you to leave together, now more than ever we need to have a Ministry presence at Hogwarts." Samantha turned towards Eve, who she noticed was still there. "Eve, I think it would be a good idea if you and Miley leave together and do the investigation at Hogwarts. This way you will have company on the trip, though you will both be working separately once you get there, of course."

Samantha smiled. "Thank you again, Miley, for bringing this to my attention. If things don't get any better at Hogwarts I may have to end up going there myself." That should really get things going, she thought to herself. "And thank you, Eve. I will be awaiting both of your reports."

"Okay,"Miley said.She looked at Eve and said,"Ready to go?"
