The class looks the same with two little-but-effective changes: instead of stools, there are proper chairs with soft cushions to sit and lean back on. The Professor cares about his students' posture, apparently, because they are charmed to take the most comfortable shape and height once a student is seated.
The second change is the walls: they are now a soft, calming blue. He is desperate to avoid blasting cauldrons, and muggles claim this colour calms people down.
He opens the door 15 minutes before the class time and sits at his desk to wait for the students to arrive, with a neutral expression on his face.
OOC: Come in, take your seats! The class will resume approximately 7 hours later. You may chat among yourselves, but please don't go overboard with it. Thanks!
The lesson is in progress now, so do not post your late arrival and just RP as if you have been there all along!
Potion progress
• 3 goose feathers (chopped WELL that they look like powder)
• 5 square centimetres of parasites (mycosis fungus)
• Roughly 2 square centimetres fire-crab shell (prepared)
• One fire slug
• 8 drops of salamander blood
• Some flobberworm mucus (depends on how much rigidity one wants)
1. Fill your cauldron 1/3 with water.
2. Add powdered goose feather. Stir clockwise until it looks homogenous and then turn the heater to high.
3. Get your pestle and mortar, crush the parasites for thirty seconds or so, fill the mortar with water, shake it for them to mix better and add it slowly to the potion.
4. Stir counter clock-wise for 7 times and turn off the heater. Let it cool until no vapour is seen. This should take about 5 minutes.
5. Take the fire crab shell but do not add it! Hold it with a metal spoon, lower it nicely into the potion just inside the surface—make sure it doesn’t splash water AT ALL—then start stirring 1 time clockwise, 1 time counter clockwise for 12 times in total. Each stir should take about ten seconds for it to spread thoroughly. Once done with stirring, get it out and put it away on a tissue.
6. Wait for another minute and cut the slug vertically into two in the meantime, add the pieces and stay away from the cauldron as far as you can. If you’ve done everything correctly, the surface should explode harmlessly and start burning. Put it out with your breath ONLY, so you’d better hurry before the fire spreads to the whole surface.
7. Add 8 drops of salamander blood. Alternate between two stirs counter-clock wise, two stirs clock-wise. Repeat for four times. (So you should stir 16 times in total.)
8. Add flobberworm’s mucus to keep it in your mouth better (no more than a tablespoon, not a must).
9. Enjoy.
Bart, the funny kid from the train, was a big ol' weirdo. He had guts, though, Sophie had to give that to him. She was less than impressed by his passing of gas, but he had been... charming, in his own way. Somehow. It had been a very strange situation. She was going to try to put it out of her mind forever and forget he had ever unknowingly made her laugh the way she just had.
The Gryffindor Captain was especially brave, though. The face of cool. Sophie wanted to be her friend for sure.
Pursing her lips, the brunette worked on cleaning her entire station, including the vial she was going to store the potion in. Did... she have to try it now? What if the taste was putrid and she vommed all over someone? Ew. Embarrassing. Looking around, it didn't seem to faze very many people - it seemed that the burning sensation took care of any concerns over the potion's taste. Meh. Tearing her gaze away from everyone else, Sophie stayed safely at her own work station, storing half of her potion nicely in a vial and... going back and cleaning everything in her area all over again to keep herself busy so the professor guy wouldn't single her out and realize she was stalling till he dismissed them. Meeeeh. She was allowed to be a party pooper every once in awhile, wasn't she?

Bwahaa!!
That was A LOT more fun than she thought it was going to be. Watching the way Romulus got so scared about her tipping his chair back that he kicked his cauldron right off the desk had her laughing so hard, little balls of dragon!fire were beginning to shoot from out of her mouth. She had to let the chair go, and not paying any attention to what the Hufflepuff was doing, because she had to save the rest of the potion that she had to do it to him again, she covered her mouth with her hands and moved away from him.
She was still laughing, only now it was because her hands were all tingly and tickly from her holding them over her mouth, and..
What was Romulus doing!?
Sure, she had used the potion on him, but that was actually funny. What wasn't funny was the fact that he was advancing on her and.. he had a mouth full of potion. Rhodes pulled her hand away from her mouth, and holding it up to him, to get him to STOP, she kind of.. drooled out the rest of the stuff she had in her mouth. Erm.. No one saw that. "If you come any closer to me.." Well.. she had no idea what she was going to do. Scold him like a crup! "No. Bad Hufflepuff!" She would've waggled her fingers at him, too, but they were busy trying to clean off her face.

Lana watched everyone around her and took some notes along the way. Glancing at her own potion, she hesitated for a moment. Half of it was meant to be consumed now, but she didn't want to do it. Yes, the colour of it was nice and all; but by no means did that mean that she wanted to actually taste it.
Pouring her potion into two phials, she corked on tightly and get it aside for her homework and set the other to the side as she finished up cleaning her entire workstation. Maybe if she took as much time as possible, she could perhaps get out of actually tasting the potion.
Seeing everyone around her testing out their potions was enough for her, even though there was still a small part of her that wondered how it felt to breath fire like so.

Mmmmf. Alice took his hand and straightening a little uneasily, trying to rub all the ticklish effects off of her sides with her free hand. Merlin. Fire was not meant to do that to her, real or artificial. "I... I'm.... fine. Yeah." If he counted mortified that he'd done that in front of a whole classroom of people who now knew a weakness as 'fine'.
Plus that smile on Alexa Cambridge's face could not mean good things.
"Think I'm finished." Yeah. She flopped back into her seat and slipped all of her vials into her bag, performing an "Evanesco" on her cauldron, followed by another scouring spell. And then more cleaning spells were performed on each of her utensils and the table itself, as well as her gloves, which she peeled off. All done here.

THIS WAS IT. THIS WAS IT. Astrid was excited for this part of the class, because they were finally allowed to take the potion and become the dragons they were destined to be. But before that, she had to spare half of her "Hey, I'm a dragon!" potion for her homework. She took a vial from her bag and filled it with half of the potion she brewed. This one was for the homework. The other half would be for use now. Yep. Alright, no turning back. She had to use all of that so that she could breathe dragon!fire for seven to ten minutes, as Professor Culloden said.
Too excited, she took the potion straight away. And then... OH. MERLIN. Astrid tried not to BURP or anything humiliating, like the volunteers from earlier. You know? That'd be so weird, especially if you let out stinky gas in a room filled with people. Steam was coming out of her nostrils. WHAT. OMG. SO WEIRD YET SO COOL.
Hmm. Random target. Look over there! A Ravenclaw. Hehe. She didn't know the girl but, well, the fire wouldn't hurt right? I mean, Professor Culloden wouldn't let them use the potion if it brought harm to the students. So Astrid blew fire towards the Ravenclaw girl. HEHE.
"I'm sorry!" Astrid apologised immediately. "Did it hurt?" There was still steam coming out of her nostrils. Gah. She'd have to wait for a few more minutes until this was gone!

*With an evil grin he went over to her and shook his head. Now it was her turn to feel the tickles! It was only fair of course and he was dying to test this potion out. Puffing out his chest he then blew a load of fire that quickly washed all over the girl. No! No! Nonononono!
Where was a copy of the Daily Prophet when you needed one? This would have been the perfect time to have one, because scolding him like a crup wasn't working, but perhaps raising a rolled up newspaper would. And if just raising the paper didn't work either, there was nothing wrong with a little smack on the nose with it. Maybe it would've made the potion in Romulus' mouth go down his throat, that way he wouldn't have been able to do what he just did.
And although she wasn't happy with being engulfed in fake dragon!flames, she couldn't lie and say that it didn't tickle, and once again she was covering her mouth to stop from laughing. At least she was all out of potion, so she wasn't getting extra tickled. "Okay, okay, I give up!" Her voice was muffled because of her hands, but she was sure the fact that she was doubled over would get him to stop.
It did! Or he just ran out of potion. Either way, the fire was gone and she could finally stop laughing.
Rhodes wrapped her arms around herself, because her sides were hurting, and standing up straight, she tried her best to send him a glaaaare. Nope. Still felt ticklish. "A badger should be more aware.." she couldn't even finish that sentence. Not after hearing that noise that just came from his mouth. "That was gross. And your ears are turning red." Did he know?

Cosgrach walked to the girl to hear her better as she asked her question, and he peeked at her cauldron to make sure she was doing it right.
...no. "You stirred seven times clockwise, instead of counter clockwise," he pointed out to her. He wasn't going to vanish her potion, but she could probably guess it was going to be slightly different than the others'. He didn't make any further comment on it, though, so that was her cue to keep going.
"Because we want it to tickle before anything else," he said. Anything else?
"Last two steps, everyone. Please add 8 drops of salamander blood. Alternate between two stirs counter-clock wise, two stirs clock-wise. Repeat that for four times, so in the end, you should have stirred for 16 times in total. Once done with stirring, the potion should be dark blue like a night sky. If it is so, you potion is ready." He grinned at them excitedly. They had made it!
"Those who don't want to volunteer may add flobberworm’s mucus to keep it in their mouths better--it will solidify the potion. It's up to you how much or if, really, but don't add more than a tablespoon of it, and it's not my responsibility if you don't add and swallow some while breathing." So he was warning them. The rest was their responsibility.

WHAT! Sarah tried to think back... she never recalled doing it wrong. Should she start again? She didn't know. The professor did not make a big deal of it. Maybe he wanted her to try it anyway. Does that mean it was not dangerous? The professor sort of endorsed it... so even cautious Sarah thought it was okay. She nodded silently and went back to her brew. Time to add the blood... one drop, 2,3,4,5,6,7,8... time to stir. This time Sarah made sure to concentrate when she did the stirring. It seemed alright and her potion had turned blue. Time to add the mucus...
She was done

Sarah divided her brew into two... now she was ready for the scary! part. Sarah took some of the potion.. Suddenly her mouth was on fire... There was a ticking feeling in her... oesophegus... EEK! She was on fire. "can I be used as a light source now?" she asked the professor, trying not to let her voice betray her fear.
Hawthorne squealed because she was terrifyingly close to the boy that the flames had been blown at. It wasn't what it was supposed to be... that's for sure! And the boy kept coughing and the flames cam out!
"Professor, I think we may have a situ-" Suddenly some flames went by her and her voice rose "-ATION HERE!"
Situation?
Situation?!?!
Cosgrach RAN to where a girl voice called him, and looked at Bart's coughing. A smirk appeared on his face.
"He looks perfect to me," he said to Hawthorne, "because that's what happens if you splash the shell." So, if she didn't want odd effects, she should brew it well.
Though she already knew this. He grinned at her, and walked to the other girl that needed his help.

Haha, hahaha. She was funny!
Cosgrach EYED the girl's glowing skin, and shrugged. "I need one like you in my room." And he meant it? He was living in the DUNGEONS, after all.
Ugh.

Decision made, Toby ladled the potion into a vial, leaving at least half of it for the homework (which seemed like it would be fun, 'cause FIRE). That done, he slunk around the desk, thankful that it was at the side of the room and that he wouldn't accidentally walk into anyone's fire, and headed up to the front.
He was trying to be discreet, though he wasn't entirely sure why. The Potions master probably had his eye on everyone somehow. Still.
When he was close enough, Tobias poured some of the potion into his mouth and held it there for a minute, screwing his face up lightly at the unfamiliar taste. Then, without further ado, he BLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEW the flames at the professor.
No hellos.
No how are yous.
Just flames.
Okay so ADMITTEDLY he stood far back enough that the flames wouldn't properly reach (because even if they were painless, this still felt dangerously close to trying to set a professor on fire, which was probably among one of the things that would get you at least a detention). But he blew the flames fiercely enough to get the man's attention.
And then grinned at him stupidly.
Hi.
Cosgrach returned to his seat and was absent-mindedly watching Alice's group when...
HDALJASL SOMEONE WAS TICKLING HIM HSALDJAL only it wasn't exactly tickling but it was even WORSE because it was TEASING him and after a second or two, he couldn't hold it anymore: "HAHAhahahaHAHAHAHASTO--HAhaha!" he ROARED into laugher. He was especially sensitive to tickling, and this teasing was just worse--
STOPSTOPSTOP he couldn't even look who it was! He could just hold his neck in an attempt to stop the sensation, was tickled from his hands instead, and was ready to beg pity.
PLZ!
Cosgrach checked his watch. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Could he call this lesson a success? He hoped so.
Time to slowly get ready to go.
"Those who have finished their potions and cleaned their desks," he raised his voice slightly to be heard over commotion, "may leave. Have a nice evening."
OOC: There is still about 10 hours left to finish the activity. Those who have finished RPing their character trying the potion may RP their characters leaving.
Fern misinterpreted Bri's apologetic smile as pitying, and she frowned at the younger girl before shrugging and tossing her hair, which was in a ponytail so the affect wasn't as dramatic as she would have liked, "It didn't tickle THAT bad, I just, you know, felt like giggling. Sometimes I like to giggle."
"Anyway! Get ready!" She poured the contents of her vial into her mouth and...
just about nearly spat the whole thing out. YUCK! It was all warm and thick and also there was this incredibly strong metallic taste. "Bluhhh," Fern's face contorted with disgust and she stuck out her tongue, unintentionally showing Bri the dark blue mixture laying on her tongue and coloring her teeth.
But Fern remembered how tough that one teenager had been, and this was only holding the potion in her mouth - not swallowing it. And Fern was NO SISSY! The 12-year-old hiked up her shoulders, closed her mouth, took a breath, and blew out fire on the first year before her. The flame wasn't smooth like Bri's had been; it sputtered and sometimes Fern blew and nothing came out but air. This made her blow harder, her face growing red with effort and frustration, which made the fire that came out her mouth come out harder and faster, but still in bursts.
At last no more flame came out, and Fern could feel no more potion in her mouth, however the taste and sensation remained, and she was in desperate need of a glass of water. Maybe even some mouth wash.
Definitely some mouth wash.
Fern wasn't about to let Bri know that, though, so she asked, "How'd that feel?"
Bri frowned at the other girl's action. Had she offended the other girl again? Bri sighed softly, shaking her head softly, as Fern poured the potion in to her mouth.
Bri almost started to giggle at the other Hufflepuff's reaction to the potion, but she held it in..not wanting to get the other girl even more mad at her. Bri stand up straight waiting for the fire to heat her. When it did Bri started to laugh hard. She happen to be very ticklish, much to her brothers' delight back home. "Oh M-my g-g-goodness, that t-tickles." Bri stammered while laughing. Luckily for her though, Fern's fire was in bursts, so she had time to catch her breathe before the next blast of flames. Despite the breaks, by the time Fern was finished, Bri was short of breathe and had tears running down her face. It took a few minutes before she was able to reply to Fern's question. "That actually felt real good. It kind of reminded me of my brothers when they tickle me, though this was a stronger reaction." Bri replied softly. " I also feel very warm and relaxed.... interesting..." Bri mused almost to herself. She smiled at the girl, still trying to be friendly despite everything. "Thank you for being my partner." She said softly.

So, Astrid got the feel of being a dragon now. She had gotten used to the steam coming out of her nostrils and forcing herself not to burp or let out gas. After breathing fire towards the Ravenclaw over there (she still wasn't sure if she burnt her or something?), Astrid looked around for another target. Just for the fun of it, you know? She wasn't going to be a dragon for too long.
And watching out for the others who thought that breathing fire towards HER was a good idea. Just eyeing you, guys. EYEING you.

It had certainly surprised her, but the warmth of it didn't really seem to faze her too much. Looking over toward the voice, she shrugged and smiled. "No worries. Mind if I ask how that felt?" she asked as she pulled forth her own journal to write things down.
She did need to get down as much info as she could before the lesson was over.

Miiinding her own business, Sophie had cleaned everything but her cauldron, so she finally distributed the other half of the potion into another vial. With a look of distaste upon her face, she corked it, set it aside, and picked up her wand to clean the cauldron...
IRVXJOEGKGKV WHAT WAS THAT!
Sophie's eyes squeezed shut, her shoulders scrunched up high toward her ears, and she dropped the wand. No. NO. WHY WAS SHE LAUGHING. Instinctively, she threw up her hands in an attempt to defend herself from the bizarre sensations, but the pseudo fire still left her a giggling mess, despite her attempt to fight the feeling initially and be mad at her surprise attacker. Still not sure who it was, Sophie slid down in her cushioned chair and peeked through her fingers to see... Theo? The Slytherin prefect? "Nooo," she whined through miserable laughter, "Doooon't! I'm just a ki-i-i-iiiid!" If being extra pathetic and cute would make the tickling sensations go away, SO BE IT.

"Oh get up, it wasn't that bad, but wait until you start farting or burping it's eye watering." He was still laughing and not sure if the tears coming from his eyes were from the smell or laughing.
Ian was rolling around and heard the laughter. This made him a bit angry and that didn't help the pain in his belly any. If anything, it was getting worse. He felt what seemed like a fire growing in his belly, causing his insides to contract and they must have been twisting into a pretzel shape. Oh the agony! Ian felt rather than saw the feet of the Gryffie boy come close to him and the words he spoke made Ian feel as if he wanted to lash out and kick Bart right in the shins. He would have done it too, if it didn't feel like his insides were trying to go out his backside. He didn't even try to stop it as he felt the muscles of his backside relax and he let out a huge fart. PPPPPFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT His insides relaxed and the fire was much less intense, but oh man that smell was something awful. He opened his mouth and tried to breathe without his nose. He reached out and grabbed Bart's ankle and buried his face in the crook of his own elbow trying to block the odor.
Just as he turned to let wimpy book boy lay there and suffer he heard it and busted out laughing. "Told you it was coming." Now he wasn't the only one farting in class not that he cared if he was. Bart wasn't one to ever care about his gas being let loose.
Then the smell hit him and his face went from laughter to sick. "Oh dude yours are worse than mine." Waving his hand he tried to leave but the puffer grabbed his leg, "Hey let go.. get off me" He pushed his foot at the boys face hoping it would make him let go. "Come on let go." It wasn't that he didn't think it was still funny he was still cracking up holding his nose, but he didn't want to be standing this close to the puffer anymore while he puffed.
"Dude if you want to blow flames you best suck it up and get up to do it before your potion wears off." Not that he cared if the boy failed, but that might be away to get him to leave go.

Oh. Hehe. Did the Ravenclaw girl not mind and stuff? Astrid grinned at her. Well, at least the girl didn't get hurt while she was trying out her new dragon!breath. But then the girl only shrugged. So... uhm, Astrid would take that as a "no, it didn't hurt". How it felt? The Slytherin thought of it for a while. "How it felt to be able to breathe fire?" Hmmm. "Certainly cool. It's my first time, actually. But if you're taking about how it felt to take the potion, it was awful. My throat still feels like it's on fire." Because actually, it WAS on fire. Sorta.
And still more steam coming out of her nostrils. C'mon! The time will run out eventually though, right? There was only a few more minutes left of class, after all.

Sander could feel that his time was running out. The artificial flames he was blowing on her hair, was starting to get smaller. Sander inhaled as much air he could into his lungs and with one last exhale, he breathed as hard as he could before the flames extinguished and burning sensation inside his mouth ceased.
That was the last of his potion. Sander was just glad that he had been able to dry Tessa's hair before the effects wore off. He wiped his mouth before asking Tessa,"Are you okay? Thanks for trusting me with your hair." Sander thanked her.
"Okay it's your turn now. Give it your best shot." Sander grinned back at her.
Wow, what a feeling! When Sander's flame treatment was done, she reached up to touch her newly dried hair. Did her hair feel softer? She ran her fingers down to the end, bringing the bulk of it over her should to look at. It even looked more vibrant and healthy- cue that to the curing effects! Even the colors that had been put in her hair were more vibrant!
She beamed at Sander, ecstatic at the potion's effects. Okay, now, was he ready?
She indicated that he should turned and gently poked the area that had been hurting before. She wanted to do a second round of healing on it- just in case. And then, if things looked better, she would expand the flames to try a different effect. She peeked around him to make eye contact and then raised her eyebrows to ask if he was ready.
Then, taking a deep breath, she spouted flames on the area. After a few minutes, she stopped the stream of flame and walked around to the front of him once more. Shooting him a cheeky grin, she took a deeeeeeeeep breath and exhaled the flame all over him. The flame was large, and she was hoping that it was just as wonderful as when the breath had been used on her.

Thank you again for your participation!
Tessa looked up as the Professor spoke and exchanged a grin with Sander. She wiped her mouth free of any remaining potion and looked at her partner. "Well, I need to clean up- shall we head to the Great Hall after? Grab something to eat?" she asked him with a grin. She was starving after all that fire breathing.

Theo coughed out the last puff of fire from his mouth, which thankfully hadn't lasted too long since he only allowed himself a small drop. Bahahaha... she was laughing, but he wasn't. His mouth felt like death and pain and murrrrrrrrrrrrder, but it was kind of worth it because he was basically a dragon now. Wait until he showed this to Casper.
"Sorry." He croaked, but still managed to sound as lazy and moody as ever. "I couldn't hold onto it." Just a kid. Really? That was the lamest excuse ever to not be targeted. Theo rolled his eyes a little, "You were laughing, did it tickle?" He had to make totally sure what it was like before he let anyone near him.
Meanwhile... was there any water around here? Anyone? Professor? WATER??

Ugh. Even after Theo's flame-blowing had ended, Sophie still felt tingles all over her face and tried to wipe the ticklish feeling away, the laughter slowly subsiding. She shivered, wrinkling her nose up at him. Yeah, he totally sounded sorry - and not at all amused, which made her frown at him. He seemed... genuinely serious and almost a little grumpy over the situation? Why had he even decided to take the potion in the first place, then? Hadn't he seen how all the other kids reacted to it? That was why she had been avoiding it. Maybe he was trying to keep some kind of tough guy image.
"Yeah. The fire feels warm and tingly and prickles at your skin and..." It actually hadn't been as bad as she thought it might be - it was a lot more fun, though she wouldn't admit that aloud. That would be a foolish invitation for people to target her again.
"...It's actually kind of cool." That was a safe way of putting it, and she offered him a small smile - then his seriousness over the whole situation made her realize how silly she was being. Everyone else had done it and people were laughing all around them, and no one had died, even the ones who had swallowed the potion, so... okay. RETALIATION. "It's an okay feeling," she reassured him smoothly and stood as she quickly popped the cork off one of her vials, poured a little bit into her mouth before she could think twice about what she was doing, and sweet Merlin it really did burn bleeeeeeeeewwwwwwww as hard and fast as she could toward Theo, already regretting her choice as flames spewed from her mouth in the direction of the prefect. Buuuuuuuuuurning. Ouch ouch ouch.
...But, despite the awful stinging feeling in her mouth combined with the horrid taste of the potion, it was... kind of cool. She was breathing FIRE. FOR A CLASS WITH PERMISSION AND SHE WASN'T HURTING ANYONE.
BEST CLASS EVER.
...Until she tried to take a breath, almost swallowed some of the potion, panicked, and coughed the small amount back out onto the tabletop. Cough, cough. Her mouth still felt like it was on fire and she was pretty sure she wasn't imagining the smoke emitting from it, but after a moment of gathering herself she scooped up her wand, croaked out a, "Scourgify," and gave Theo a sheepish grin. "So?" How'd that feel?

Lana hurried and jotted down everything that she said. Her observation sounded like what she had expected it to feel like. At the mention of how awful the potion tasted, she made a face. That was exactly how she had thought it would be like.
Eyeing her own potion, she debated on whether or not she would give it a try as well. It would really be an experience. Frowning to herself, she went for it. Taking a breath, she took her potion in and brought it to her lips.
"Let's hope this doesn't hurt too much," she voiced before taking the potion in her mouth.

Kace stepped back a few paces. "Woooaaahhh nice fire you get there.." he said. "I shall be more cautious around you now." He smirked and then took his potion. He observed that she did cough a lot. So that must meant her throat might have been itchy. He noted that.
Now it was his turn to breathe some more. He got a little bit more on his potion and then swallowed it again. He felt the warmth feel spread inside him again. He felt the huge tickle in his throat and then he needed to cough it out.
"Heyy Bev...." he began but as he coughed more fire came out. Ugghh now he smelt something horrible. It might have been his breath. Eeekers....

Ben nodded out of politeness. "Nice to meet you too." Although perhaps it would have been better with a little less fire. The other boy brushed off his idea, settling for a few final burps before calming down. Alright, if he said he was okay. You couldn't blame the second year for being just a little concerned. Now for trying each other's potions...Ben wasn't exactly sure he wasn't to try Kace's example. Not if it caused the reaction it did on anyone that happened to try it out.
However it looked as if the Gryffindor didn't really need to make a choice as the professor spoke up and started closing down the class. AFTER letting out a decent amount of laughter after getting tried on himself. Ben braced himself for seeing the consequences but the man seemed not to be too harsh about it. Wow.
"Guess neither..." he said turning back to his work station. Best if he simply cleaned up and didn't linger. Enough playing with fire for now. Careful to pack away his sample for homework within his belongings, Ben proceeded to clean up everything he needed to, leaving just what he had to behind. Including the fire seed shell. He then moved to leave, pausing at the front of the room where the older man was.
"Thank you for class, Professor," he said before finally heading out of the classroom with the rest of his classmates.

Oh. OH. Taking notes? Why didn't Astrid think of that? She should've gotten notes as well because it might be useful soon in tests or maybe even NEWTs? Whatever those exams were. Nah, that's okay. She would write down her notes later after class. No time to lose, you know!
And then the Ravenclaw girl was drinking her potion. Wow. Astrid tilted her head and observed the girl. "I hope so too." Not that it would be really painful, but still. It sounded better than to just stand there and stare, because that was rude.
So... she was still watching. There should be steam coming out the girl's nostrils now.

Adi laughed, thoroughly amused as Sander bowed. Really, he wasn't bad seeing that he came from Durmstrang. He was quite different from those that had stayed at Hogwarts last year. ''I'm all out but I wonder if anyone wants to go all dragon on me.''Hmmm...
"I'd love to!'' Adi said to Tess. "But I haven't got anymore to use for now.'' Which was too bad because it was such a cool potion and all. "You could breathe on me though,'' he suggested. He preferred the tickling feeling anyway.
....................
Adi was in another fit of the laughs because this time, Benny seemed to have actually turned into a dragon, minus the tail, scaly skin and height of course. Some smoke had actually escaped his nose. "Benny, the dragon!'' Hehe. Oops! He called the boy Benny. Well, Benny was what stuck with him so his fellow second year would just have to get used to it. As they high fived, the Professor announced they could leave after they have cleaned up. "Did you get someone to breathe on you?'' Because they could leave together if he was done. Adi moved over to clean his desk, using Scourgify and packing away the stuff he had used.

He STILL had no water, but the potion soon started to wear off so he wasn't so stroppy about it anymore. All he really wanted to know was how it was. 'Cool and okay', apparently. Theo stroked his imaginary beard. "Bet I looked well cool." He beamed all proud-like. Theo watched as the younger girl took the potion and he took this time to brace himself. He tensed his muscles, took a few breaths and eyed her WIDELY. Woah, woah, woah, he wasn't sure if he could do it...
OH, SHE WAS DOING IT ANYWAY.
"WAIT!"
"I'M NOT REA-" Too late, the fire was coming at him so his eyes squeezed shut. She was right, though, it really wasn't as bad as he was expecting. He grinned and wiggled his nose 'cause it tickled. If he scratched it, would his hand burn? Heeeeeeeeeehehehehe.... HAHAHAHA. "Okay, stop!" Because Theo wasn't an actual fan of being tickled since he liked being in control of himself. Once she had stopped breathing on him, he did the appropriate scratching of his face which made him feel all tingly. "Phew! That WAS pretty cool." So cool, in fact, that he would let the matter pass that she did it when he wasn't ready. To be fair, it kind of made them even.
A tiny giggle escaped him AGAIN. "Tingled." Is that all he had to say?
