It was kinda weird walking into the Charms class knowing there would be no Professor Knox. Granted, the woman was a bit rough around the edges but Lex felt that they'd really bonded while she was here. If only those dementors hadn't shown up, she'd probably still be here...

No need to dwell on that though. Nope. New term, no dementors, it'd be good despite the horrible stuff.

She stopped by the door and blinked at the extra comfy Professor. "Hello Professor!! Are we allowed to sit like that as well? I focus better when I'm relaxed." Not really, she just kinda wanted to sleep but SHHHH. She picked a seat closer to the middle than the front then plopped down in it, ready to see where this class would go. The other new Professor was a nutcase, was he one too?

Only time would tell.

So. Here was the first Charms lesson of the year. Hopefully it would be good yeah? With this professor. He looked like a cool, relaxed guy. An, as Tag stepped into the classroom it seemed like the dude was chill. His feet were propped on his desk.

Let's just see how well he could teach.

Making his way through the rows of desks Tag went to sit somewhere in the middle desks, nodding his head at the teacher Tag'd tried to get on his good side the night of the feast. "Hullo, Professor!" Tag said brightly, giving him a smile.

Cat could not have arrived fast enough. She had almost run from her common room all the way to the Charms classroom, but she stopped to gather herself half way down the corridor. Had to be cool and collected for Professor Fuller Facial Hair's first class, right?

"Good morning, Professor." Cat smiled brightly at the man and managed not to eye his apple, food. She liked food. After she took her seat, she glanced around to see if there was an Alice present yet. Maybe they should not sit together, they would surely spend the whole lesson nudging each other and giggling over facial hair.

Whoops.

Here it was, the first Charms class of his last year. Wade casually walked in. He did briefly wonder about Professor Knox, though was sure after last year, her leaving wasn't much surprise. Hmm.. Well, everything looked about normal as he entered in.

"Hello, Professor." Wade greeted smiling as Professor Fuller was enjoying the apple, before taking his seat near the middle. The man seemed alright to him.

Ascanius had been looking forward to this class since school had started up again, yeah? Seemed that all of the Professors had decided to schedule a ton of male Professors to teach first. S'boring and he had nothing to look at in those classes. 'Sides the male faculty was droll and put him on edge.

With a spring in his step, Ascanius slid into the classroom to await to see...not a really hot female Professor. What was this? What did this mean?

....not another male....ugh, jeez. Yeah, another GUY for a Professor. Great, just great. Now he was in a mood.

Wearing it like a chip on his shoulder, he ignored the Professor and sat down with a plop.

Ew, Charms.

Olly's face CLEARLY reflected exactly what she thought of this subject. If she could have she would have dropped it altogether but as it were... Sigh. She was just not very good with her wand and no, that was nothing to be ashamed of but now that there would be a CLASS with other people where they were expected to be exactly that, good with their wands, well, that just sucked. Big time.

"Hi." Olly said as she passed the professor's desk, not even sparing him a glance. Instead she walked towards one of the seats in the back of the classroom - there it was less likely she'd be picked to like demonstrate something, yeah? - and dropped down in it. Placing her wand on her desk she started tapping her hand with her quill absently, while looking around the room in search of somebody who could perform the spells FOR her.

Would that work? Would the professor notice?

Alright, Caleb knew that he was going like this dude just from the way he was sitting. As he walked in, he took note of the professor's laid back attitude as the class wandered in. Awesome. And he didn't seem CRAZY either, like that French professor dude, so that was another thing working in his favor. He grinned as he took a seat near the front.

"Hello Professor! I'm Caleb Newell, first year. I'm looking forward to what you're going to be teaching us this year," he said with a grin. He was SUPER excited. Charms, Defense and Transfiguration - all the wand type classes - were the ones he was looking forward to most.

Jake was admittedly not excited for this class. But here he was anyway, because it was important. It wasn't fair that the classes he didn't want to go to were the ones needed for NEWTs. At least Jake would learn patience this year, right?

He nodded to the new Professor when he entered the room. "Hello, Professor Fac-... Fuller. Professor Fuller." ...Moving on. The Gryffindor quickly took a seat. No need to continue talking to Professor Facial Hair.

Taylor danced into the charms classroom and beamed at the professor. "Gooooooooooood day, Professor." Tay twirled in delight and handed the professor a daisy that she had gotten today. She was happy and she was crushing on someone so she was all giggles and smiles. Tay beamed, "How was your summer?" She bounced a little, hyper and excited for the class.

The charms professor was quite handsome, did he know?

Ella had been scoping out his hair since the term started and she was impressed. His face too, she'd been scoping that as well. Shhhh. Don't tell Alec. It'd be sort of weird to greet the Professor by complimenting them on said things though, right? ...Right. Instead she smoothed her robes and wandered into the classroom, a small smile on her face. "Hello Professor." Mini!wave.

And then she took a seat near Tag, letting her bag fall gently to the floor. "Hi, Sir Sassy Pants." BEAM.

So Charms with Professor Facial Hair. He sort of missed Knox. Probably due to her hotness and all the cleaning spells he learned. But this school did have a weird ratio of female to male Professors. Interesting to think about.

Charms was always fun. So..yeah. Plus he seemed alright. Though on a serious note. It was Nigel's OWL year. So studying was more important than ever.

Nigel nodded to Professor Facial Hair and collapsed into a seat. He probably should not have. But whatever.

Claudette walked towards the Charms classroom with a hint of apprehension. Sure, she liked the subject enough, but after that Arithmancy class, she was a little afraid of what to expect at this school. So for now, she kept her guard up a bit as she entered the room.

"Good morning, Professor," she greeted the man as she passed, letting her gaze linger for a moment before looking for a seat. And it seemed that she was one of the early ones with nearly her choice of seats. The sixth year chose one near the front by the windows and set her tote bag down on the floor next to her as she took her seat.

Ah, Charms. The subject his mom excelled at and he hoped he would too. Adi walked into the classroom and grinned at the sight of the man with his feet propped up as he munched on the apple. The Professor seemed like a cool one. At least the first year hoped so.

"Good day, Professor!'' Adi said as he approached the desk. "I'm Aditya Rehman, first year Hufflepuff.'' He grinned, having nothing more to say. "So um. I'm gonna go find a seat.'' He looked around and headed towards a seat not too far from Wade.

Class. Sigh class.. ariana walked into the room her uniform on and her hair pulled up cause effort. Walking in she gave the room a look over once before picking a seat at random.."hello professor" whoever you are.. hello hello

The thought of class would normally have Petra finding all excuses as to not to go to class, but this was no ordinary class this was Petra's first wizarding class, and she was excited. She stepped into the classroom and spotted a man sitting behind his desk with his feet on top of his desk. " Hello professor.." Petra smiled and took her seat.

It was not the least bit hidden on her face that Sophie felt quite confident about the subject of charms as she entered the classroom. She'd read about 'em a bit and knew the basic ideas. She could handle it just fine, she figured, so her head was held high as she slipped into a seat, strategically placing herself halfway between both Cat and Ella. In case she wanted to talk to one of them during an activity or something.

But not because she might need help. Just to hang out and shoot the breeze if the opportunity presented itself.

Then she saw the professor as she settled into her seat. Sophie's eyebrows instinctively shot halfway up her forehead because WOWZA. Now he was something else. "Good morning, sir," Sophie greeted from her seat with a broad grin, halfway raising a lazy hand to draw attention to her greeting.

Calm and cool, Soph. Calm and cool.

Sophie stepped into the classroom and took a quick glance around. It looked like any other classroom you'd expect, which was good in so many ways. She stepped out of the doorway and eyed the professor. Was that even the professor, or was this his younger brother come to visit? He looked very laid back for a professor.

That could be good, though, right?! Maybe Sophie could just sprawl across her desk, too. She could learn the lesson in pretty much a sleeping position! Meh, better not try it. Somebody from another house could try it first, and then if they didn't lose points, she'd go for it, too. "Hello," she said, passing by his desk. She took a seat and just sat there waiting for things to get underway.

Anya may or may not have been looking forward to this class all day. Or week. Or since the start of term feast. Or her entire life.

Actually, who was she kidding. She was excited to look at an attractive Professor alll lesson. Yup. It was convenient. She liked attractive.

"Hellllo Professor." the lion greeted with a smile. "You look comfortable." and attractive.

Ahem. Right. Boyfriend. Anya quickly took a seat beside him. There. Now that her girlfriend duties were fulfilled... time to enjoy class.

So the girls weren't the only ones who made eyes at the professor, West did too but only because he happened to approve of the man's style. That jacket was awesome, West had one just like it. And West approved of the accessories. And the hair. West approved of the hair. Kinda like his own and all that y'know?

So that was promising right? He found a seat and waited quietly for class to begin.

Do you know what was not good for the year she had to take her NEWTs? Attractive professors.

Melanie had debated in her head for a while what time to arrive in class. Did she get there early? Did she get there late? Or maybe she'd get there right when the class started. Obviously, getting there late wasn't really a choice for Melanie but she had to figure out when she wanted to be there. Early... or right as the class started. By the time she had reached outside the classroom, she realized she was not going to be there right when the class started.

Smoothing her hair out quickly, though she wasn't sure why, the Gryffindor entered the classroom with a smile. "Hello professor." Hello very attractive professor.

Then she walked as quickly as possible to the back of the classroom. Though it wasn't an ideal place to get all the notes, it was probably going to be easier to focus in the back. Because she did have to learn and stuff for the NEWTs and she was not here to observe how attractive the professor was. Though on a scale of shaped chocolates to teddy bears, the professor was probably "Puss in Boots pulling the adorable face from Shrek" cute. But her boyfriend was teddy bear cute so all was good.

All she had to do was focus in class, get her notes, complete the classwork... then... scram. Also, it was probably best to not ask the professor what he used to make his hair look nice.

Charms!

... With no Knox. Alec didn't really know how to feel about this. Because she did manage to teach them a lot of things, even though she was scary. Like leader of the scary girls who glared at you for casting spells at them. He wasn't planning on forgetting about that anytime soon! No way!

But no Knox. Instead, this one seemed to be really comfortable in his seat, something the seventeen year old noticed when he finally made it into the classroom. "Erm... hello professor!" he said, readjusting his grip on the strap of his bag and grinning at the older man. Was there a need to say anything else? No? And there didn't seem to be anything on the board, either. Okay. He'd just head over and find a--

OH! HEY! Look at his two favourite tiny blondes sitting next to each other! Were they bonding? He hoped so! The Hufflepuff grinned at the two of them before moving over to sit on an empty seat near the middle of the classroom. He let his bag fall to the floor and kicked it under his table. There.

This new Professor wasn't going to be too weird, right?

Alright. Let's have at it.

Tobias had been doing as much reading as possible on this class. He'd been sort of averagely good at it last year so now it was all about improving. He strolled happily into the class and headed for a seat as close to the front as he could get, but in the column of desks closest to the windows.

And THEN he looked up at the professor and REMEMBERED.

It was the neighbour dude! The one he kept kind of almost-but-not-quite running over on his skateboard back in Brighton. "Hi Professor!" Tobias said brightly as he beamed at the man, and sat down. This must be the first time Tobias had greeted the man with a 'hello' and not a '*mows down with skateboard*'. See? Improvement.

The Hufflepuff got parchment, ink and a quill from his bag ready to take the awesomest notes in the world ever.

Or maybe just some normal notes.

No, seriously, she was completely out of this. Like, finally there was a Professor, who was not a Professor, but still acted like a Professor, and was a very sneaky woman, that Lottie actually liked (aka. Ivy Knox) and now she was gone (who could blame her, right? At least L-Squared kept the gems), and now she was stuck with this.

Whatever THAT in the desk was, it better be good at the subject.

So, Lotus walked in and smiled, half heartedly, at the man sitting where Ivy Knox would be, and then went to sit with Lex. Why? Because Lex understood how much Lottie liked saying 'Ivy Knox'. No, really, we have no reason.

If she forgot her greeting, then we're not really sorry, we didn't sleep well last night. And who cares? "Morning, Lex," well, her best friend ALWAYS gets a greeting, no matter what.

She should've sat with Ascanius. That would've been amusing.

She liked charms and she probably was going to keep it till seventh year meaning she had to make effort. Extra effort, since this year was important, exams and all. *GULP* How could she be already nervous! Stupid exams.

Cassia entered the classroom clutching her bag and paused at the door. Wrong room, there was someone too good looking to be a professor here. Where did she enter? She looked around her and found her classmates. Definitely a lesson. Hesitantly, she approached the professor. "....Good day, sir," She said then immediately turned around and went to take a seat. They were allowed to talk to him, right? He wasn't a celebrity or anything? he looked like one

Psht, and she was looking for distractions after certain stuff. Why, hello, charms.
