Maxwell nodded. "I know you do..." They'd talked about both a few times. "I can't imagine what you're going through...i know it must be harder for you having Mom and Dad married but i have to say you've been really great about it...Dad feels welcomed into the family..and so do i." He said with a smile at her to try and cheer her up.

"You both are very welcomed into the family..." She looked at him and tried to smile, "Really you are... Ja... Dad has really been nice to all of us and so have you."

Maxwell smiled. "Neither of us have ever really had normally families...so it means a lot, you know if you're still up to it i'd love to go see Peter Pan this summer...it can be like a brother/sister thing.." He said hoping that wouldn't be weird..

Tay smiled and looked at him, "That sounds nice. We havent really hanged out that much lately and it is because of me... but it would be nice to hang with you again... that is if you still also wanna still be friends with me..."

Harvey looked at Ella as she had a look on her face what that look was Harvey couldnt figure out, was it confusion or was it something else. It could have been that she was thinking about someone else, most probably Logan.. Harvey probably said something to remind her of him.. good going Harvs. He just looked at her wondering what to say.. great they were now in an awkward situation again, why was that awkward thing keep coming in between them? he had no idea. He then saw her nod to his question, well that was good at least she was glad. But her look was still confusing him but he let it slide, if she wanted to talk he would be there to listen.

He couldn't help but smile just as she did to his response, well at least she was smiling now.. awkward moment had passed.. yeah? good. He smiled some more as she thanked him "No worries Ella" he said as he listened to her talk about his choice in movie. He nodded "Yeah that was sad I just skip that part and watch the rest of the movie" he smiled not to mention that he as a young boy had tried to roar like them and for obvious reasons didn't manage Mufasa's roar but managed to do Simba's baby roar before he got a sore throat for trying it so much. Of course he wouldn't say that to her, she would probably think he was nuts.

He watched as she thought about an answer to his question, he waited as she thought of an answer and when he heard it he chuckled "I should have known it would have been that! Green Elephant.. you can have one when you are older.. just change the color with a spell or something" he chuckled as he said this knowing there was probably something like that hair color changing spell. What did he like in his favourite color? mm good question back at him, now he knew why the question had her stumped.. he was stumped now too "Umm.. well this is impossible obviously.. but there are these Monster Trucks.. I would like one of those in blue! That would be soo cool!" he said a little excitedly as he thought of having one those! He had loved Monster Trucks as a kid and had always dreamed of owning one. A question for Ella now.. mmm "Do you have a favourite music band/group that you like more than any other band/group? " he asked going back to the music side of questioning. He hadn't asked her then so he was asking her now.

Maxwell smiled kindly. "Of course i wanna be friends with you Taylor, why else would i try and work things out? We might have a different kind of love for each other but i still love you as my sister and my friend.."

Tay smiled, "Sibs and friends." She laughed and hugged him.

Maxwell hugged her back. "Sibs and Friends...but if we're going to be both you need to trust me, I'll try not to read you like a book but when i can't help it you have to be honest....I won't do anything to harm you, Taylor." He said trying to convince her of this.

Taylor looked at him and sighed. "I know... it is just hard though... I have been betrayed too many times to count..." She looked away.

Maxwell looked into her eyes and with his most honest look said. "I am your brother..I have nothing to gain from hurting you, trust me...I am a Gryffindor after all." He said with a smirk.

Tay nodded, "Okay." She kissed his cheek and buried her head in his chest, in a sisterly way, of course. "I am going to try..."

Maxwell held her in a comforting, brotherly type of way. "Okay and i'll do my best not to read you..." He said with a kind smile, one his father often sported.

Tay smiled at him, "Thanks." She curled her legs under her. "Maybe being siblings wont be too bad." Taylor looked up at her, "And I am glad you are a bit older." Tay smirked a little.

Maxwell smiled. "I don't think it'll be bad..and yes, I've never had an older sibling..." He said thinking it would be weird.

Tay smiled at him, "I love ya, bro." She was starting to feel safe for the first time this term.

"I love you too, Sis.." He said bumping her in a joking way. "Although I guess that makes Henry my older brother, doesn't it?" He asked with a chuckle of irony.

Ella could feel Harvey looking at her now. It was strange really, the way it made her feel. On the one hand, it made her extremely self conscious. She found herself worrying about whether or not she had something on her face, or if her hair was going all bushy the way it tended to do whenever it was windy. She tucked a few strands that had fallen in her face behind her ears, trying not to see too uncomfortable. Then there was the other feeling, the one where she felt all warm and her head felt all floaty. What was that about anyway, was she coming down with something? It had to be a cold, right? That was the only logical explanation. Not able to take it any more, Ella stopped walking and turned to face Harvey. "Is there...erm...something wrong?"

The second year totally understood why Harvey skipped that part of the movie. It was horribly sad and it made Ella wan't to cry just thinking about it. She imagined everyone felt that way about that particular scene, everyone who had a heart anyway. "That's a good idea, fast forwarding through it, I'll have to do that next time I watch." She said with a smile.

Ella eyed Harvey curiously when he began to laugh at her answer. Was she that predictable...probably. Especially because she loved elephants so much. She couldn't help it! They were simply the most awesomest animals out there. Mhm! And her eyes grew wide with excitement when Harvey suggested using a spell to change an elephant green. "Wow! Do you think that would actually work! I mean...that would be so cool!" The only downside to this whole thing would be that she had absolutely no where to keep a pet elephant though Logan always joked she could keep it in her room.....Yeah. She snapped out of her thoughts in time to watch Harvey think about his own answer, wondering what he might say. As she waited, she found her eyes traveling up to his hair, mentally comparing it to Mordred's so she could discuss the subject with Sophie later. It was quite nice, his hair. She kind of wondered what it felt like before realizing that was quite a strange thing to think. WHYWASSHETHINKINGTHESETHINGS?! Stop it Ella. Wait...he was talking now! Something about monster trucks? A blue one? "Ohh yeah, that sounds really cool. Erm I bet you could...find one of those...somewhere." Yup.

Ella concentrated on Harvey's next question, trying not to let the fact that she was having all kinds of crazy feelings distract her too much. Favorite band? "I um...well the Beatles I guess. I've been listening to them since I was a baby. My dad loves them." Did Harvey like that band too? Was that another thing they had in common? And oh...a question for Harvey. One immediately came to Ella's mind and before she could stop herself it was coming out of her mouth. "Do you think I'm pretty, Harvs?" O____O MEEP!
Ella cupped her hand over her mouth, not believing she'd just said that out loud. "I um...you-you shouldn't answer that, okay? I well I'm just gonna...gonna go now. I-I'm not feeling myself. I'm sorry." SORRYFORBEINGSOAWKWARD. And with that, the second year turned around and headed back down the opposite direction on the path, right to the castle, and into the common room looking for Sophie.

Tay laughed and smiled at him, "Yep." She nodded, "Guess so." Taylor looked at him.

Maxwell shrugged. "An odd thought..." He said knowing he never thought of them as brothers....

Taylor shrugged. "Yeah... I dont know why but he is now going after Damon." Tay frowned. "He is being harsh to him."

Maxwell laughed. "Taylor he's your big brother...he did the same thing to me...I feel sorry for Damon, I wonder if he's done hating me now?" He said curiously.

Tay shrugged, "I have no idea." She kissed his cheek, "Do you approve of my boyfriend?"

Maxwell nodded. "Yes, He loves you but if he ever hurts you he will vanish.." He said completely serious, knowing who he'd get to make him vanish.

Taylor smiled, "You are sweet, Maxwell." She hugged him, "You will be the first to know."

Maxwell hugged her back. "I'd say the same to any of my sisters...I miss them.." He said looking like he really did.
