louise wrote down what the teacher had said she went over to the left side of the room, |
Jezzabelle had managed to survive this class so far and as far as she could tell this was a really strict Professor and she was terrified. She didn't answer the question in fear of giving a stupid answer and managed to miss out on proving she wasn't completely dumb. Before she knew it they were standing and moving. First to third on the right. Well she was a second year so she went to stand with the people on the right side of the room in the back. What were they doing exactly? |
What 'Charms' was was one of the most rudimentary questions. One Ellie's heard the answer of again and again. And again and agian. And again and again. Six times, basically. Since she was an ickle firstie herself. Which was why she let the ickle firsties struggle through the answer. Or hit it right on the head as that Slytherin boy seemed to. She was impressed. And....were they going to see what was behind the curtain now? Quietly, Ellie followed the Professor to the back, standing on the left. Mhm. |

Brooke got out her fingers, trying to work out which side was her left and which was her right. She didnt knowww. Instead she walked to the right side of the room, well she hoped it was the right side. It was were the younger looking people stood so she presumed it was the side she was supposed to be on, being only a second year and all. She stood as still as possibly looking at all the people around her. Not wanting to stick out from the crowd or be called weird or anything. She just wanted to be normal. Lets hope she was stood on the right side of the classroom. |

Right right, they were all gathering nicely. She gave them a little time to all file from their desk and gather where she had asked them to. Of course she was keeping a keen eye out for those who might find it 'cool' to shove or anything like that. She was glad no one did as yet. "Okay so I know some of you may be curious about what is behind this curtain. I can assure you it's not what either of you think." She flicked her wand and the curtain parted. The area behind the curtain looked like a very untidy bedroom. The bed was not made, there were clothes strewn all over the ground and the chest of drawers drawers were all open with clothes hanging out. Yep it was a real mess. Their was also a clothes basket in the corner that had numerous shirts, blouses, shorts and skirts that were not folded. She turned to the students after throwing a reproachful look at the make shift room. "Can anyone guess what we'll be doing today?" |

...This was a spell Brooke had always dreamed of. Well, okay she hoped it was. The blonde jumped up, waving her hand a little too enthusiastically. "Professor, Professor, are we gonna learn a spell to tidy our rooms ?" ...once she was of age, she'd never have to tidy her room again. OMG. This was gonna be so much fun. She couldnt wait, she'd never been so excited about school ever. |

Oooh, what was it......? Oh... a messy bedroom? Hold the front page of the Daily Prophet. -_- Theodore stared, unexcited, and mumbled, "Tidying?" Oh but wait, this was a CHARMS class. Tapping his wand lightly on his leg in excitement, he added, "CLEANING CHARMS?" They did exist, right? YES. Theodore puffed out his chest, getting ready for his gold star. Smug, smug, SMUG. |
*Yawn* This class was quiet boring for the blonde guy. He just listened to the people's answer until the lady gave the right explanation. Should he write down it to his notebook? He didn't think so. Then he followed the Professor and stood up on the left. What will they do next? Quote:
"Professor." the blonde guy raised his hand, tried to guess what would they do today. "So, today we will learn how to cast the spell to tidy up the bedroom?" he asked. |
It wasn't what they thought? Honestly, Ellie didn't have any expectations. She's seen things behind the curtain that ranged from lake/pool things to tanks of water to....were the ovens her first term behind a curtain, too? Yeah, the seventh year was WAY too experienced to even THINK about thinking about what might be behind the curtain. ......Though, the Professors never ceased to surprise her. A bedroom? And a dirty one at that.... She raised an eyebrow, "Cleaining?" She ain't cleaning. She didn't do that. That was what house elves were for. Where was Kurumi? |
Daichi had been wondering what was behind the curtain , probably like anyone else was. He expected something cool to lay behind there but when the Professor flicked her wand and the curtain parted he stared. A bedroom. A very untidy bedroom... "This looks like my room" he giggled as he looked at the messed up bed , clothes on the floor. Moving his eyes away from the bedroom to the woman he thought for a few seconds before holding his hand in the air. "Are we going to learn how to fold with the use of magic?" he asked and pouted his lips a little. If he was right then he wasn't sure if he would like it. The Slytherin prefered a messy room cause he could find everything better than a tidy room. Atleast that was the case with his own bedroom. Not that his father agreed to that. |
"....Cleaning?" Isidora responded rather unenthusiastically, hand going up slowly as she surveyed the room. It was such a mess, she hated cleaning messes, mostly the ones that weren't hers since she didn't get THIS messy. Suddenly she brightened at an afterthought and add, "With CHARMS!" |

Gideon watched with the rest of the class as the curtain was moved aside, thankful that it was something mundane and not a repeat of one of Professor Carlton's classes. He thought for a moment on the response to Professor Bellaire's questions, others supplying cleaning for the most part. "Will we be working on any of a number of charms that can be used to do household chores?" he questioned wording it differently then his classmates that had already spoken. Maybe not necessarly cleaning charms but he could be wrong. And while his parents tended to show them not to rely on magic to do everything, Gideon was aware that there were plenty of charms to do a plethera of things. |
Jade watched as the Professor opened up the curtain and her eyes widened at the view in front of her. An untidy bedroom unfolded upon her eyes and her face turned into disgust. Did the Professor really believe she was going to clean this? No way. Jade wanted to run out of the classroom right about now. "We're going to clean with charms, right?" She asked, looking from the bedroom back to the Professor. Please say no, please say no, please say no. |
Tag followed many of the younger students to his own right,as the instructor had told them to. And then she flicked her wand and appeared a very messy room with clothes all over the floor, a unmade bed and unfolded clothes. That reminded him of what his room back home looked like at the moment-the mess he had left his mother. "Someone has made a mess upon this room. I'm assuming we'll be learning a sort of charm that can either help in cleaning up the room all together or certain sections. House tidying." |
Mika stood there with the rest of the First through third years and felt she was at a loss of words. For some reason the charms teacher scared her off from speaking in general. The woman looked - well, tough? And she had high expectations about cleanliness. Mika couldn't promise she wouldn't have a spot of dirt in her hair when she showed up - luckily for her she could make it look clean and wash it out later. No she didn't plan on cheating her way through life but keeping scary Professor from giving her detention because her tie was off kilter felt like a good idea. It did. A brilliant idea. "Are w-we doing cl-cleansing ch-charms?" She stammered out quietly her words barely a whisper. When she saw the reveal of the room she almost snorted. Almost. It looked like hers at home the week before she left for school. Everything in piles - everything haphazard. Quote:

Kennedy's eyebrows shot up into his forehead. Boy, was THAT a mess. He couldn't ever imagine having his room that untidy because his mom would be after him nagging until he got it cleaned. He wrinkled his nose and then raised his hand. "We are going to learn charms that will assist us in cleaning," he said. He didn't feel like it though. |
Kimalia's first thoughts, Laundry? She found it cruel how she had to do it the muggle way back home. She rose her hand, "Will we be performing some cleaning charms on the.. mess?" |
It wasn't what they thought? Evelyn didn't really give that much thought..but she'd hoped it would be something exciting? The professor opened the curtain and....WAIT. It was a really untidy bedroom. Are you serious!? NO WAY. She wasn't going to do any cleaning. NO WAY. Even if it was with charms. C'mon, that was just way too silly. With a rather bored expression on her face, she waited for the Professor to tell him what they'd be doing exactly. |
Ronnie watched as the professor showed them the messy room. Now THAT room was MEEEEEESSY! Ronnie listened as the professor asked what they thought they'd be learning about today. Ronnie thought....and thought.....aaand thought... .....and then she had it! Maybe they would learn a spell to...help clean everything up? That could be it. Yeah, that sounded like a very good answer! Ahh, Ronnie is so brilliant. Ronnie's hand shot up. "Will we be learning a spell to help us clean?" she asked. |
your class hates my timezone *wibbles* SPOILER!!: everything before most recent question Quote:
Kurumi slowly raised her hand. "Professor, it is along the lines of cleaning...but more specifically are we going to learn spells that will assist us in folding clothing?" Since that was the bulk of the mess. Clothes. Everywhere. |
