Alyssa just sat quietly in the class with her fellow housemates while she watched the other students from the other Houses complete their cleaning assignment. They had been the first to finish a long while back, but it was still interesting to see how the other students continued to cheer on their team mates. 'It's okay for them to think that they won. To be honest, everyone is a winner, because everyone here worked as a team to help get the job done.' Alyssa thought to herself. |
I was busy with finals ><"" Quote:

SPOILER!!: Older Puff Alyssa turned in her seat when she saw an older Hufflepuff speak to her. "Actually no we're fine. We managed to finish the assignment ages ago. We're all just waiting for the rest of the houses to be done with theirs but thanks for the offer." |
Professor Bellaire looked at the clock that was ticking quietly on the wall in the front of the class. Merlin's Beard! She had most certainly lost track of the time. Time to take over her class again "Alright alright." She looked at the Gryffindor students who were not quite finished just yet. She did say she would be timing them didn't she? "Finite" She looked around at all the excited faces and smiled. "Well down teams well done. Unfortunately we have run out of time but I think you have all done really well in grasping the basics of these fundamental charms." She cleared her throat. "Slytherin team is the winner today, they were exemplary in working together getting a team ready and executing as instructed...Yes well done Slytherin. In second place is the RavenClaw team, HufflePuff in third and last...Gryffindor. You all tried your best and so points will be awarded to all house. The winner gets forty points, second place thirty, twenty for third and ten for the house that finished forth. Because we're out of time, I'd like you all to back up and file out in a line. I'll see you all next class where we'll recap today's lesson." She looked at all the faces. " I expect you all to practice..oh and do check the notice board for the names of those who managed to get stars today. They'll be a special prize for the student who has the most stars at the end of the term. You're dismissed." |

He shuffled over and put his hand up straaaaaight in the air, waving it hopefully. "Professor? Ummm... errr...." West peeked left and right and then whispered, "I couldn't do it, and I only got to try it once, and I don't know what I did wrong, because awesome stuff happened when I got my wand. Do you think it broke between now and the wand shop?" |
Minerva stood up taking her bag. She felt like she did pretty good today. She wish she had heard more house mates cheering them on, but it was still a good day. 'Great job Alyssa, we made a good team I think." she then turned towards the professor. "Thank you for a wonderful lesson. I love seeing the brooms go alone, since I was raised in the muggle world. Do you need any help cleaning up? I would be happy to stay and help." |
SPOILER!!: Professor Bellaire Alyssa was surprised, and yet not surprised that Slytherin had been awarded first place. ' So Alyssa sighed before grabbing her bag, and followed the other students out the door. "Thank you for the lesson, Professor." she said to the Professor as she passed her on the way out. |
'In second place is the Ravenclaw team'. You know, Ellie really hated hearing that. Mostly because she associated it with Quidditch. Where they came in second last term. And second was the worst thing ever. It meant that you were just not good enough. That someone was just a tad bit better. She'd rather be last than second. To know she was horrible than to just miss winning. Not that she could really talk. She hadn't exactly helped her team out. Quidditch was also to blame for it, though. Sorry, but she wasn't going to willingly practice that spell again. Poor broom. But then....class was over. Over. And...Bellaire expected them to practice but...but...what about homework, eh? They were getting that, right? It was a strange thing for Ellie to want, but she was actually looking forward to getting homework this term. It seemed like a perfect distraction. And there was no homework she'd rather have than Charms homework so... Not that she'd say anything, for the sake of those who don't need a distraction and didn't want homework. She was considerate that way. She wouldn't remind Bellaire about something every other student would dread. Ellie'd just practice charms. On her own. Her own charms, too, not this stuff. Maybe she'd write Little Professor for ideas of new spells she could teach herself. Mhm. Lost in thought, the seventh year quietly exited the classroom. |
Aw, Hufflepuff got third...Oh well, they still had done an awesome job. Alyssa and Minnie had worked hard and that was enough in Ella's eyes. Each girl received a smile and nod from the second year before she grabbed her things and got into line. On the way out the door, Ella smiled at the professor. "Thanks for a fun class, Professor. See you next time!" |
Text Cut: Davvy_Wavvy Wait...whaa?! They won? THEY WON. Well, of course they won. They were Slytherins, weren't they? Sierra grinned that type of grin only a winner would give when they'd just outsmarted the others. "Well done, team," she said, turning around to face her housemates. "I told you we expected nothing else but a first place finish, and...well, I'm glad to see you followed through with that."Of course she was proud of them, and this was her way of saying just that. Then she turned to Kennedy. "Good job in getting things organized," she said. Then she playfully nudged him in the side. "I'll see ya around." She smiled at him then turned and grabbed her bag. A moment later, she was heading out the door. |

Ahem. "Good job, guys," she grinned at the two who won sooo many points for their House. She was proud of them all. Hehe. Since they were all dismissed, Nora walked back to where she'd left her bag, hung it over her shoulder and smiled at the professor. "Goodbye," she said, making her way towards the door, where everyone was supposed to get out in a line. Because the professor said so. |
Text Cut: Davvy_Wavvy Kennedy couldn't contain the smile/smirk that stretched his lips. He knew they were going to win. They began in an orderly fashion, assembled as a team, and most of all encouraged each other. Now that was a real team. "Great job, Slytherin," he said, sending a proud smile to all. All. As in everyone in the room. What? He was allowed to show his pride for his housemates to everyone. Text Cut: Anna Banana It felt really nice to win and he wanted to do it again and again and again. He turned his attention to his co-prefect and nodded. "Thanks." He chuckled when she nudged him and rubbed the spot. It didn't hurt, it was just a reflex of sorts. Kennedy grinned and shook his head. He slung his bag over is shoulder and turned back to the professor. "Have a nice day, Professor Bellaire," and with that he exited the classroom. |
Staring. That was the only thing Daichi could do. Staring as the Professor announced them as the winners. But, they had finished second right? How come had they won? As their victory finally sank in the fourth year started to grin. He had NEVER been able to get so many housepoints for his house before! Well, he had one time with DADA last year but those had not been that many points. There was a bubbly happy feeling inside of him that just wanted to scream out but he held himself. What if he did and the Professor would take points for being loud? Giving the high-five to Theo who had his hand out, Daichi's eyes twinkled as he smiled at him. "Good job Theo~!" Still with a big smile on his face, Daichi walked confidently to his bag after class was announced over. He hoisted it over his shoulder, Mr.Duckles his plushy sticking out of the opening but before he left he walked over to the Professor first. "Professor Bellaire?" he asked and pushed his glasses up. "Thank you for an AWESOME lesson! i've never been able to get my house so many points!" oh yeah, he was basically beaming with excitment. The woman might be strict but maybe having a strict person wasn't so bad after all if Slytherin won hehe. |
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOH. SLYTHERIN HAD WON. Theodore did a little victory bounce and he beamed at his fellow Snakes. "YAAAAY. Thanks very much." He said to the prefects. Should he bow? Forty points, that was an achievement and a half. He turned to the other Snake who he had competed with, "Thanks, you were great, too!" Woop. "Oh, Professor?" He said quickly before he was gonna leave. "Can I have that golden star?" Yes. The boy was very serious. |

GRIN. This.Was. AWESOME. Anything else that Professor Bellaire had said was just some sort of muted buzzing in her ear. All that she could process at the moment was that they had 40 points, and that this was totally awesome. "Thanks for the awesome lesson Professor." Cass said with a grin and a polite nod as she fell in line to leave the room "I'm sure I'll be using it often." The Girls' Dorms always looked liked a pigstye anyway. Nice to know that they would have an easier way to clean it now. |

He looked at the professor to say his good bye and finally found her. "Hey, professor, this lesson was fun. Thank you. See you in the next lesson" he said smiling and headed for the door. |
Nigel heard the Ravenclaws came in second. Well he was a little sad that the claws did not win but winning is not everything, so he accepted that they came in second and got house points. Now that this fun lesson was over, Nigel had time to think about what he wanted for lunch and the homework that he will have to do when classes are finally over. "Thanks for the lesson professor it was really fun, so you at the next lesson" Nigel walked out think about sending an owl to his family about his first week at Hogwarts. |
Louisa beeeamed at the results. She turned to her housemates who were there huddling together and grinned at them, "Second place is cool, guys, right?" Considering this was her first mission as a Prefect and all. She gotta tell Treyen about this later, he'd like it. And he was RIGHT about her being up to the position. Rolling down her sleeves, she started fixing her attire before heading back to where her bag was passing the professor on her way, "Have a nice day, professor." And off she went to tell everyone about this first success. |

"Okay professor. I'll go there." West answered. Maybe he could find a big kid to help him? He grinned at the professor and then shuffled off to join the queue for the door, exiting when it was his turn and then, when he was in the corridor and out of sight form the professor, he took off zoooooming and pleased to be freeee. |
Minerva smiled at the professor sensing that something bothered her. "Well I hope you have a wonderful day professor and thank you again for the lesson." she headed out of class kind of excited to go do some of her laundry for once. |
