If you know the password, you can make your way through a portal in the stone wall of the dungeon and walk into the Slytherin common room:

The ceiling is low and the walls are made of stone, and even though they seem dank and cold, the room is a very comfortable temperature. There are greenish lamps by black leather couches and chairs, with skulls all around. Some of the chairs had been transfigured into Chaise Lounges by previous seventh years, and never turned back. There are no windows as the common room is located under the lake and a fire burning green in the fireplace, before the rug covered floor. The Slytherin emblem is everywhere, as pride is one of this house's qualities.

This is where Slytherin students are allowed to unwind, study and chat with one another. There is a straircase straight ahead that leads to a room students may use as a quiet place to study, and ask prefects and high scoring students questions. To the left, a staircase that goes down to the Boys Dorm, and to the right a staircase that leads to the Girls Dorms. Beside each staircase is self inking quill and parchment with the words Attendo Thea Vipera on it.

On the side of the fireplace is a Notice Board for class and homework announcements, as well as general announcements and signup sheet with the words 20 minutes max on it, for those wanting to sit on the couch and stare at the fire all emo like. On one of the coffee tables you see a copy of the Slytherin Scroll, a newsletter only for Slytherin Students.

A box is on an end table, where you may sign up for or to be a Serpent Sidekick, and a podium with a copy of Hogwarts a History, which is where you will learn that even though the whole dungeon had once been flooded, nothing was waterlogged or permanently damaged.

Her boggart takes form of Slytherin losing in anything which is why she's nearly driven mad now. She has been out for a long time. It's better if she takes a shower and relax...

Then off the Quidditch pitch. She'll definitely won't get a fever again this time! She glimpses at the girl walking away from her. Perhaps a lot of firsties are afraid of her.

Victoria started eating her candy that the girl that offered her. They weren't bad at all! It's always impossible for Victoria to find a type of sweets that she doesn't like. Maybe except for Toostie Rolls, now they are disgusting. Yuck.

Daichi seemed to glow with amusement as the two people he was talking to suddenly fell down. First he saw how the young girl fell off the couch and not a second later the older boy stumbled backwards only to fall ON the couch. If Eris hadn't fallen off first then Kennedy would have fallen on top of her. Daichi's laughter stopped when Eris mentioned going to the lake together. He didn't like the look on her face for he had to feeling something would happen there. It was like he felt these kind of things. And not to mention that ...he..can't...swim.

Still, the second year doesn't want to get crossed over as a scardy cat who can't swim. So without realising it at first he shouted "Yeah fun!" only to slap himself mentally on the head when he realised what he had said. This was not good, he had to come up with something that he can't go in to the water.

Having the perfect idea in mind, Daichi grinned for a mere second which was hard to notice. Unless someone was staring right in to his face. "Alright let's go to the lake." Target sighted and mission in mind. Now he only needed NOT to fall in himself.

Kennedy glared at Daichi for a second, but burst out laughing. It was kind of funny how him and Eris jumped back. Thank goodness he didn't fall on the kid, that could've been REALLY bad. He stood up and straightened his shirt. "You," he said, giving Daichi a playful glare. "Are going to give me a heart attack and I am much too young for that." Yep, he was just fourteen years young.

He looked over at Eris when the kid suggested them to go to the lake. He could sense she was up to something. Maybe it was the way she said it or that wink. There was always something hidden underneath those winks. "Sure," he shrugged. Kennedy felt as if he needed to keep and eye on Mr. Scary and Ms. Kid over here.

Aurora watched and waited for the girl to realise the Jelly Babies scream when you bite them... and spurted out bright red strawberry syrup. She wondered if it would creep her out, a lot of other people didn't like them...

Orchid walked into the Slytherin Common Room for the second time since she had arrived at Hogwarts, but only now really seeing it. There was green curtains and leather couches as well as a blazing fire in the middle of the room. She sat on the one couch and smiled as she brought her notebook out of her backpack and started to read the notes she had taken in Charms class that day.

I had no accent. She did. I proceeded to inform her of this fact. "Yes well...I really don't have an accent, you see. Rather, you do." This must of seemed awful funny to her, a foreigner telling her she had an accent, but it had to be done, so I did.

Eris face became confused for a moment before she gave a small laugh, "Mmm, I guess it could be looked at that way as well." she answered in a I-see-what-you-did-there type of fashion with a small playful laugh.

"Yeah...don't speak a sentence of it though." the little witch admitted. Sure she could pick up conversation topics and what not, but she never cared to learn that half of the family's speech. Born and raised London, she was going to speak English.

"Where are you from then?" she attempting to turn her previous question into a more concrete one, conversations about herself always felt boring when there was a room of people from all over.

Chelsea walked into the Slytherin common room and sat on one of the huge leather couches. She was upset. So she pulled out her Charms book and began to read it clearly she was bored. She never studied unless she had to. Hmm... next year should I stay here or listen to my aunt and go to Beauxbatons she thought to herself. She was beginning to wonder if she was invisible to everyone...

Chelsea smiled Guess I'll have to get used to this teasing she thought. "Ok thanks I'm actually going to leave also I told him I'd see him at the Lake this morning so maybe he's there" she said and walked out of the common room.

"Exactly." Tori hopped up from her spot on the floor and planted her hands on her hips. "WE are still awesome," she stated, gesturing between herself and Taryn, "it's just the rest of the House that has a problem."

She half-turned and eyed Simba for a moment, then looked back to Taryn. "Will you watch him for a sec? I've gotta go get something out of my dorm." She smiled and then skipped off toward the girl's dormitories to retrieve her bag of candy.
