Gryffindor Common Room
The official home of the Lions, the Gryffindor common room, is found on the seventh floor of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Because the entrance to the common room is the portrait of the Fat Lady, Lions must know the password and speak it to the Fat Lady in order to get through. "Flibbertigibbet!"
Remember that word...and keep it a close secret, for it's the current password you'll need to speak in order for the Fat Lady to swing away from the hole and allow you entrance to Gryffindor Tower. Once you're lucky enough to crawl through, you'll find that the common room is a circular area full of squashy armchairs, tables, and a bulletin board. A window looks out onto the grounds of the school, and a large fireplace takes up one entire wall. It's the perfect place to relax and hang out after a long day of classes!
That is, unless you're in need of a nap or ready for a good night's rest. In that case, there are two doors leading off from the common room that open to spiral staircases. Boys dormitories are upstairs and to the right, while girls dormitories are upstairs and to the left.
For whatever reason you're here, make sure you take good care of your home away from home! There's bound to be a perfect, your Head of House, or maybe even a house elf lurking nearby! | |

Shaking his head with amusement, Sabel reached out first for the robes. Snapping them open with one hand, he held them at an arms length before scrougifying and drying them. It was rather different, not to feel the warmth of the fabric fresh out of the dryer, and so he put them over the back of the couch quickly.
Once that was done he turned his attention to Lexi and repeated the charms. A twice look over and he nodded his head with satisfaction. "There. All dry."

Heather entered the common room and sighed. Lately, she had been stressed and oh my gosh, not a minute she has seen edward, kurumi or adam-for the record most of her friends including Cass! But, she was darn tired now. She looked around the place, finding a spot she thought she could sit on and relax. On her neck dangled her camera and on her hand that was hidden beneath her robe sleeves, she held a book, that was sent to her this morning by her father. It feels rather nice to finally be writing to her father who had gone incognito for sometime now, without a reason.
Finally she found a good spot and sat on a couch-wherein she sunk and she groaned. She always drinks three glasses of milk a day and she never seems to gain more than half an inch a year-which makes her sometimes jealous of her female friends for being taller than her and looking more mature-she remained looking like a ten year old-probably as gullible as a ten-year old as well.
Brushing off this problem of hers away, she focused on how soft the couch was-reminding her of her bed up in the dorms, but she wasn't in the mood to take a nap. She took off her camera and put it on her lap and then opened her book to read. Oh yes, life is good.

Sebastian smiled a warm smile as Sophie poked him. It felt nice just relaxing here with his girlfriend. He bet that she felt the same as he heard about her stressful working with the prefect duties. He ran a hand through her hair once, then resting his arm around her shoulders.
Suddenly, he felt her hugging him and he looked down at her. "Nervous? Sophie, I barely go to classes, and I'm not even nervous." He chuckled. It was true, though. "For some reason, I have this feeling that you're only nervous because people are depending on you, am I right?" He asked, knowing that he probably was. Most people/prefects/etc. were depended on upon their OWL's, but he knew that she had nothing to worry about. "Being a prefect means that you were in this job because you showed everybody that you can be what it takes to be. So I know, I surely know, that you will pass all your OWL's with flying colors. And if you don't, which won't happen, I will allow you to throw chocolate into my mouth." He stated with a nod. Mhmm, he was very keen on this decision of his. Sebastian hoped he could be confident enough in himself and in Sophie to pass those OWL's because he did not want to have an allergic reaction in front of her. That would be bad!
The Gryffindor laughed and shook his head. "Nooo, don't keep an apple for me. Keep an apple for you, an apple a day, keeps the doctors away as the muggles say it!" He said with a smile, biting out another piece of the apple he had in his hand. Yum. He let Sophie's question rest in his head a bit and he shook his head, not thinking of anybody coming to mind. "Not really..." He trailed off, thinking some more, "oh wait, yes, actually. I met a couple girls, I think in their third year or so. They're quite nice, I guess. What about you?" He wondered if the topic of Evan would ever come up soon enough.
