Kairi gave Lizzie a small greatful smile, "Your brother must be something," she said, "Do you know anything about...bending?" This was a random, and extremely odd question. She didn't know why she asked it, it just felt like the right thing to say.

Lizzie looked puzzled. "I don't have a clue. What is it?" she asked curiously.

ooc: Sorry it took so long, I went downstairs to have dinner.. :)

"It's well..." Kairi wanted to tell Lizzie, she really did, but she didn't know how to.

Lizzie was confused. "Is it hard to explain?" sha asked. "Or are you unsure weather you chould tell me or if you're not allowed?" she totally understood if that was the thing. But she was curious now. "Does it have anything to do with magic?"

Kairi looked at Lizzie, "I guess it is a sort of magic, although I wouldn't call it that. Take this rock for instance," she said, pulling a rock about the size of her fist from out of her bag, "Let's say I could control it," She threw rock in the air, clenched her fist, and the rock broke in two, "Bending is being able to control one of the four elements: Water, Earth, Fire or Air. The moves you use to control it are based on martial arts, Water is based on the martial art Tai Chi, Earth is based on the martial art Hung Gar, Fire is based on the martial art Northern Shaolin and Air is based on the martail art Ba Gua Zhang,"

Lizzie stared as Kairi made the rock break in two. "Wow" was all she could say. "And I thought magic itself was something special.. How did you do that?"

Kairi grinned, "Ever since I can remember I've been able to earth-bend. It's a mystery to me how I do it, though. Maybe it runs in the family?" Now she thought about it, it didn't seem very likely. None of her relatives could earth-bend, on the other-hand, maybe the people who she thought were her relatives, weren't actually her relatives. She didn't look like any of them, she was the only one with red hair, Georgina dyed hers red (she was natuarally blonde) and her parents' hair was blonde too. Maybe she didn't actually belong to the family she thought she belonged too, maybe she had been living a lie...

Lizzie was amazed. That was so cool. Though, she was happy with just discovering she was a witch. It was enough for this year.
She smiled at Kairi. "So you can make earth and stones and everything do exactly what you want it to?"

Kairi nodded, "Yup,"

"Awsome.. have you always done it?" lizzie asked, as she thought about all the things you could do if you could make rocks move with your mind...

Kairi nodded again, "For as long as I can remember," She picked up another rock from inside her bag, "I have my own personal supply of rocks," she said with a grin. "Check this out," She threw the rock up into the air, then leapt onto the wall, flipped off it, and the rock, at the peak of its height, split in two and turned into two lions. Kairi caught them both as they fell back into her hands, "Here," she said pressing one of the lions into Lizzie's hand.

Lizzie truly thought her eyes were gonna pop out of her head. "I don't understand you Kairi" she said, impressed. "But you're the strangest and most unique person I've ever met." She smiled as Kairi handed her the stone shaped as a lion. "A true gryffindor you are as well." She stared at the lion. "Did you say you can do anything with the stones?" she asked, getting an idea. "Like, could you make them simply disuppear to thin air?" It wasn't really an idea, more of a joke she'd like to try on someone.

Kairi grinned and clenched her fist tightly around the other lion. When she opened up her hand again the lion was gone.

Lizzie had been studying her own lion, when she suddenly realised Kairi's was gone. "What did you...?" then she understood, and her mouth formed an O. "Did you? Oh my god! How come you've never told me before? That's amazing, truly fantastic." Lizzie didn't find a word strong enough to express how impressed she was. "You could easily joke with someone, like make the stone they sit on disuppear all of a sudden." she said and laughed quietly. She didn't want to be mean to someone, but some people deserved it. Like that nurse who had treated Erica so badly for example. Nurse Trelawney.. She got back to watching Kairi.

"So what are you planning on doing at the christmasholiday?" she asked, still ashonised and amazed.

"Just our luck that I picked the two dogs with like...the best smelling powers in the word." Alexis said happily, she wasn't complaining about it though. She loved TK and she was sure that Fred loved Ariel (even though he would NEVER admit it)

Lex looked at him and wondered weather or not she should tell him more about the experiments. She really didn't want to. But that wouldn't be fair. Nope. Sticking him in a room with someone else, and they both hated each other. "You sure? Because...Savannah is going to be helping too." Because you two hate each other. She thought bitterly. Bad Frederic. Bad Savannah.

Alexis held up two fingers and for some reason mouthed the word two. "Twins. We don't know their genders yet. They should arrive like... I dunno probably February. " What else did she know? Nothing really. "Well....Legend wants to sell them. He really doesn't want younger siblings. I was kinda annoyed about it too. But, I've gotten over it." Alexis shrugged. "Babies are kind of cool and as long as they don't mess up my room or steal my candy I'm fine with it. But he told me to ask every one I can sooo, would you want to buy any babies?" Of course she was kidding around. The sad thing was though that Legend hadn't been.

Kairi grinned, "i hadn't thought of that, i'll have to try it sometime," she thought mischeiviously. "the christmas holidays? i'll probably be staying at home by myself. i think the rest of the family are going skiing in italy. what about you?"

Lizzie smiled and said "Well, I think I'm just going home, like celebrate christmas with my family, and maybe my cousins." A bit worried she watched Kairi. "Are you sure you're gonna be home all by your self? Isn't that very sad at christmas?" She thought for a second, and smiled. "If you want to, you can come celebrate with me and my family! I'd love to intruduce you to mum, and to John.. Well, if you want of course.." she said, glancing at her stone lion. It was cool. She'd put it in her room when she got home for christmas.

Chris came down from the boys dorms for he had to change cause he got all wet from walking out by the lake and it started to rain and he saw KAiri talking to a girl "Hey kairi and umm.. I dont know you. Im Chris Potter."

Fred pinched is lips as if he was holding himself from laughing. How was it that he was like near her but as soon as she was away things were different. This was trully madning him and he had in mind to find out more about his past and present behavior. His thought went back to his dog which was the most precious creature he ever had (which wasn't hard since she was the only one he ever had.) but never he would say that out loud. "They are un-beatable when he comes down to smell and find things and I don't think dogs as alive as them exist anywhere else either." If a tornado could be bottle in something that small the result would probably be either Ariel or TK.

No reaction appear in Fred face as he find out that the Lexis best friend was also part of the little experimentation. Steam was filling every part of his body and if he wasn't in control of himself he would have burst in anger and probably throw something on the wall but nothing. He just stand there and took a minute before moving. "Sure. No problem with that." Still remembering his little conversation with the enemy, he didn't want to hurt Lexis feeling by acting like he did at the end of the feast so he was going to be a good boy and act civilized, or he will try.

His expression was still the same as she mentioned about the twins that were going to be in her family. Trying to find out mentally how for it was from February. It was far away but this meant nothing for him. If she thought it was fun then it was fun. He shook his head when she ask him if he wanted to buy the babies. The possibility of him saying yes were as true as to say that Miss Mae and him were best friend which was impossible. "Nah! I'll pass on the offer."

Chalice walked into the common room. She quickly spotted Kairi, Lizzie, and Chris. Chalice walked over and said "Hey you three. How are you?"

Lizzie looked up at the boy approaching them. "Oh, I'm Lizzie" she said in a polite voice and held out her hand. So this was Chris? She glanced at Kairi. She felt so happy for her friend. She turned back to Chris. "Very nice to meet you, indeed... Are you a first year or..?" she asked with a smile.

"Hi Chalice" Lizzie said with a smile, and asked friendly "Where have you been?"

"Hospital Wing, I broke my ankle earlier and couldn't remember the healing spell so Kairi and Livvie and some other girl helped me up to the hospital wing for some simple mending. I'm sorry about your friend. She can't know anythign about us can she." Chalice said. In a wisper she added, "There is something I shouldn't tell anyone here, so I know how hard it is to keep the secret."

Lizzie looked at Chalice's ancle. "I hope you're okey now.." she said.

As Chalice started talking about Louise, Lizzie's smile faded. "Oh, no she can't. My mum made me promise. And my uncle. So now I have to lie to her evertime I write a letter, and I can't call her since phones don't seem to work in the castle. Curious she looked at Chalice. "You've got a secret, huh?" she said, smiling. "Well if you wanna share it, feel free to. But otherwise, it's okey.." She sat back in her armchair, closing her eyes. She was getting tired.

"Yeah I'm fine. I really feel sorry that you have to lie to your friends, and the phones won't work because the castle has a charm that disactivates muggle inventions." Chalice said. "My secret..." she wispered, "is that I'm a metamorphagus. Please don't tell. I mean I love it, but it is something I try to control so lost of people don't know."
