Piper nodded, "Yes it is." she said softly, as she watched him clap his hand over his mouth. She suddenly wondered if she was going to get messy, and she hastily, pulled a bag out of her pocket, "Here." She offered him.

She grew a bit more worried as she watched the greenish color fade from his face. "Well, its for.. Professor Dumont." She said without thinking as she watched him. "Are you sure you are alright?" She asked him worriedly.

Where on Earth Piper had gotten a bag from, Cale didn't know, nor did he care much as his stomach felt worse and worse. He grabbed the bag and lighting speed, but he didn't feel like emptying his stomach at the moment, thank Merlin. Just...better be safe than sorry.

"Oh, he's cool," he said with a nodd. Dumont had helped him track down those robots last term, and put the trouble maker in detention as well. Mwahaha! As she asked him if he was feeling alright, he shook his head. "No, I don't feel well at all. I think...I'm gonna go lie down," he said, tucking the bag under his arm for safe keeping. "See you around!" he called as he headed to his dorm, before cupping his hand over his mouth again and bolting up the stairs.

Piper sighed as she watched Cale head up the stairs quicker than she had ever thought a person could go. She sighed and leaned back in the chair and closed her eyes, I wish I could find someone, that wasn't a professor. She thought to herself as she lay limp on the chair, not really wanting to move or breathe at all.

Anna entered the Common Room and immediately began looking for a place to sit down and relax. Herbology and Arithmancy were both killing her, and she'd just now realized that she really, really needed to make time to do her Herbology homework tonight. Ugh.

She finally found an empty spot on one of the couches and sat down next to a girl she'd heard was named Piper. Hmm...may as well introduce herself. "Hey there," Anna greeted. "Piper, right? I don't think we've been properly introduced. I'm Anna Greingoth. So, how are you today?" Anna asked.

Cale had forgotten the potion bottle downstairs, and was slightly hoping that maybe a drop or two was still left in there. Although it wouldn't make much difference he was looking for any relief at the moment. He belched and rubbed his stomach. GAH he felt so gross!

He stopped immediately upon seeing Anna there. Oops. He stopped abruptly and stared at her before finding his words. "Oh, er, hi Anna," he said weakly. He was pretty sure he looked like he had just seen a ghost, he felt sooooooooo sick. Meh.

Anna turned slightly when she heard the sound of someone approaching. When she got a good look at who this person was, she saw that it was none other than Cale Newell, her ex-boyfriend and co-prefect. The last conversation they'd had wasn't too pleasant...at all. In fact, Anna had just announced to him that she was packing everything up and leaving for America in just one short week. To say that he didn't take it so well would be an understatement.

"Cale," she said, sitting up straight and noticing the condition he appeared to be in. "Are you...okay??" He'd probably hex her for asking that question. Of course he wasn't okay. Were either of them really okay? Probably not.

He shook his head in reply. "Nooooooo," Cale said, rubbing his stomach as he picked the potion bottle off the nearby couch where he had left it. "I went to Trelawney cause I broke my finger or popped a joint or something, and then I accidentally took a potion that I was supposed to eat with food and now...yeah," he muttered as he belched again. Geez, what kind of potion had she given him?!

"Oh, that reminds me...Trel wants to talk to you," he told her, smirking a bit to himself. Those words put together in that sentence where never fun. Meh hehe.

Alexis blinked as she gave Fred a strange look. As if one telling him that he was crazy. "Nuhhh! Then the candy would go flying! How am I suppose to eat flying candy!?!" Fred was clearly insane, to even suggest something like that. That would be wasting GOOD candy. She could sooo not waste perfectly good candy. That would be one of the worse things to do.

Lexi nodded. Made sense. TK was a dog so he did have super dog smelling senses. "Yeah...but I don't feed him my candy! He steals it! So if he's trying to get some fro you don't give him it okay?" TK needed discipline. Or many just punishment for always eating her candy. Lex frowned for about a second. "How come you never talk about home and stuff?"

"Broke your...how on Earth did you do that, Cale?" she asked, looking at him with wide-eyes and shaking her head all at the same time. Poor Cale. He was always getting himself into some kind of dramatic situation which usually ended with him getting hurt. Even though she was really mad at him at the moment, she still didn't want him to get hurt. Was she going to actually let him know that, though? Erm, no.

"TREL needs to talk to me?!?!?" Anna exclaimed. What was it with staff members always calling her into their office? First Professor Hawkins, now Trelawney? What gives? Do they all think she's that much of a basketcase right now?

"Do you think she would mind if I went tomorrow or something?" Anna asked. "Dad owled and asked that I pack my trunk tonight. He's supposedly coming a little early to pick up the first half of my things and bring them home."

Cale rolled his eyes. "It's nothing...I just punched a wall. And yes, she needs to talk to you. I dunno what it's about but it's TREL, so I think you'd be better off just going soon," he said, glaring at her and crossing his arms as she mentioned moving again. Was she TRYING to hurt him? She was already stomping all over his heart, why did she have to rub it in?

"Nothing?" she asked, still shaking her head. "And why did you...oh, nevermind." She suddenly blushed when she figured out the the realization of just why he'd punched the wall. It was all her fault. She gave him an apologetic look and then cleared her throat, ready to change the topic.

"So, erm, I guess I better go then," she said. "I hope I'm not in trouble. Trel as a staff member makes me really nervous for some reason. I always think she's out to get me, even though she's probably not. So, erm...I...I don't suppose you'd go with me, would you?" Of course he'd say no. It just wasn't appropriate for them right now. Maybe it would never be appropriate again. Who knew. It was just natural instinct for Anna to want him around when she was scared or nervous.

Cale shook his head. "Sorry, I can't. I'm kind of annoyed with her and besides, I feel like I'm about to be sick at any moment," he muttered. He pushed his hair out of his eyes and sighed as he started back up the stairs. "It's ok, you'll be fine...you need the practice anyways. Since you're going to be alone quite a lot from now on," he added bitterly.

And with that, he had vanished up the stairs.

Anna's face fell a little when Cale confirmed that he couldn't walk with her to the hospital wing. She was expecting that response, but a small part of her still wanted him to say yes. They had grown so far apart. If they were still together, he would have accompanied her without question. On the other hand, if they were still together, he probably wouldn't have punched a wall in the first place.

"Erm, yeah...whatever," Anna mumbled, a little annoyed at the comment he'd made. "Emma's going to there, Cale. I'll be just fine. Anyway, I'm gone to see what Trel needs. See you around, I guess." She watched him walk off and then turned to leave. How dare him act so bitter and annoyed with her decision to leave. Had he not ran off and started a relationship with Evolette McKenna only mere days after their separation, she wouldn't even need to move. Ugh. Boys.

"Like I said, you are the candy queen. What would I possibly know..." He knew that at this point he had done a huge mistake. Maybe it wasn't such a good idea to teaser about this. Maybe he should stay quiet and let her lead the conversation like always. She was so much better than him for that. Leaning against the wall, he crosses his arms in front of him.

Nodding at her statement about her dog, he didn't doubt what she said. It was certain that TK had caught is habit from someone. Maybe by watching his owner eating candies all the time was where he got the idea. "He didn't ate anything and now that I know that his not going to get anything either... Not that I even plan this." Pushing himself more comfortable against the wall, he was disappointed that she kept bringing the subject about him. "Because their is nothing to say. What about you. Done anything fun during the summer ?"

Piper sighed as she watched both Anne and Cale leave, it was obvious they cared for each other, but neither of them wanted to admit it. She sunk lower into her chair, and closed her eyes. Why couldn't life be easy? And why a dueling dummy? I mean.. she could fly around effortlessly in the air, but got severely stunned by a dueling dummy??

"Ugghhhh." She groaned..

"You know alot...like alot about Sugar Quills for example." Lexi joked and slowly picked up a pillow from the chair and moved closer to him. As soon as she was closer she hit him on the head with the pillow. "He'll probably trick you though." Hitting him with the pillow again Alexis threw it back on the couch it came from and walked toward a close chair. Sitting down she eyed Fred.

It was obvious that he didn't want to tell her. She was trustable and she was his friend. That's what she never understood about him. Whenever she tried to get to know him more he brushed it off. Bitting her lip the blonde sighed, this was bothering her. Alot. "No." She muttered quietly. For a spit second she thought that If he wouldn't talk to her than she wouldn't either. But that would make nothing better. "Well not really." She continued her voice a little louder.

"I hung out with Legend and Tyson...and my cousins. I went to America with Vannah and her family too. I didn't get to try out the new broom either. Too many muggles around. OH And I have some cool news." Alexis said getting excited.

"That is very true, my friend." Alexis said with a laugh. She did know a lot about every candy. If someone gave her a Berrie Bott's every flavor been and told her to guess the flavor by just looking at it she probably could have done it.It made her happy to think that she was probably the only person in Hogwarts that knew so much about candy. But it almost made her kind of sad because other than candy and Quidditch....she wasn't really good at anything else.

"Hiding stuff? From TK? Fred. That IS the impossible." That was the one thing that couldn't be done. It was like if training him was hard hiding something from him was %100 harder. And that was saying something. "So are you gonna help me this term? As a tester. This term for suuure I'm going to make some stuff."

"Wellll...I'm going to get some new additions to my family." Lex said with a smile. She wanted to see if he could understand what she was talking about without her telling him everything.

"This is my second term. What's the matter?" Chalice said to Lizzie.

"Grrr... I can't find Jake." she thought to herself. It's not that she liked him or anything, but she wnated someone to go to the Three Broomsticks with. She was going with Chris and Kairi, but she wanted someone else too.

Lizzie looked up. "Oh, It's nothing really. Just miss my best friend a lot. She'd a muggle, so I can't tell her about all this. And it feels horrible to always have to lie to her about my new school...Louise... " her voice faded out and she sat quietly for a moment, a thoughtful look on her face.
"Well, it's nice to meet you Chalice. Your second term, do you mean like you're a second year or the second term of the first year?" she said a bit confused.

Kairi gave a Lizzie a small, comforting smile, "Chin-up, chickie, you'll see your friend soon enough, besides, she's never really gone, she's here, in your heart. There are many places, but they all share the same sky, one sky, one destiny, remember that, and you'll do fine," she said, giving Lizzie a hug.

Lizzie hugged Kairi back, saying "Thanks Kairi, feels good to think about it that way.. " Kairi was always so deep, so dreamy, Lizzie thought. She would make a great poet. But it felt good to have friends around, and she smiled. Wanting to change the subject, she said; "Where do you live Kairi? Like on the holidays?" Curious she watched Kairi, waiting for an answer..

"London, with my parents...parent," Kairi took away the s almost immediately, but it still hurt. She shook her head to clear her thoughts and then turned to look back at Lizzie, "We live in a large house on the outskirts of London, its near a pub, so my dad spends most of his time down there, unfortuenately. My sister, Georgina who's in her sixth year, normally goes out with her tarty friends, so normally I'm normally home alone or down by the local lake water..." She stopped quickly, she hadn't meant to say that...

Lizzie could see how Kairi didn't really wanna say too much, and she was clever enough to not ask anything more about Kairi's family. Poor girl, that seemed very sad. If I had been blind, Lizzie thought, my parents would go crazy and be overprotective. But she didn't wanna say that incase it would hurt Kairi's feelings. She just nodded as Kairi told her about her home. Instead for words she friendly laid her hand on Kairi's arm, like saying "I understand, don't feel bad, I'm here for you if you wanna talk or just change the subject". She said "I have a brother who would be in his fourth year if he had been a wizard," to say something, and then let Kairi deside weather she wwanted to continue or change the topic.
