About this role-play:
In this Role play Leelee Blaze and her brother Edward Blaze have just taken custody of their cousin Minerva Wheatborn after her family was killed in a plane crash while she was Hogwarts this past term. This thread will have family events as well as gatherings of Minerva's friends and Edward and Leelee's friends. They will grow as a family and become stronger together. Leelee is hoping to get a job at the ministry this year, Edward is a traveler, and Minerva is headed into her third year at Hogwarts.

First Scene:
It's been a few weeks since Minerva has moved in and the new family of three is trying to get adjusted to each other as well as to their new lives. Leelee decides to have a cookout and invite friends of Minerva's as well as Edward's and her own over.

Leelee's mouth dropped and anger rose in her face.. Did he forget all the rules in the interviews. She never gave her first name to any of her clients, but then she realized she did the same thing to him earlier. She decided to let this one slide. "Well Mrs. Black, I think that is all you will be needed from us. So please make sure you make the final payment with in the next week." She would not want to know what happened if she would not pay her bill on time. Leelee was very nasty to people that didn't pay. "There should really be no contact from hear unless there is something more we can do for you. Thank you for your business." Now get out Leelee thought to herself.

Lucretia decided to omit the anger on Lady's face. Well, I see no reason to further discuss. I shall make the final payment within next week. And thank you for the tea." she added to Edward. She got up and let herself out.

Leelee glared at him and flicked her wand undoing the charms she had placed before the woman came in. "You seriously need to remember some of the routines that go along with interview my dear brother, you could have gotten us killed if she would have been a set up or something." She took the file upstairs to the office and threw it on the desk. Sitting at her desk chair she pulled out a parchment and began to write notes to add to the file. "Edward come up here."She yelled down to him.

"Leelee glared at him from her desk. She threw a file at him and didn't say another word for a few moments. "What should we do with this? I know she is going to want to see it, but I just don't know if I can give it to her." She crossed her arms and leaned back in her chair. and just so you know you dont' have a clue what goes on here with the interview. I do them myself and I know the ways to protect myself and you broke many of those rules this evening."

" Leelee, it's a breach of the confidentiality agreement in the second clause of the contract. You can't show the girl that bloody file!" Edward said as he sat down absolutely exasperated with her this evening. " Oh! Get a grip on yourself, Woman! It's fine... The woman wouldn't want to mess withh this tracker if ya get me right." he sniped as he pulled out a cigar , clipped the end, and lit it up.

Leelee pulled her wand flicking it the cigar flew from his mouth. "THERE IS NO SMOKING IN THIS OFFICE." She was furious with him at the moment. "Get a grip, if I would have gotten a grip I would have been killed two years ago when that muggle set me up and where were you off in the woods somewhere. If I would have gotten a grip that Brassard tracking would have blown this house up. I do these things for a reason and I would like to not have someone telling me other wise. As for the file, if she is going to be part of the team she needs to see it."

Edward smuggly pulled out another cigar and went through the whole bit all over again and this time lit the damnn thing with the tip of his wand then pointed it at his sister. " Take my bleedin' smake again and you'll pay for it dearly, My Beloved Sister!" Edward sat up straighter. " I thought you didn't want her in the business?! Make up you foggy mind, Woman.... I mean really!"

""You do not smoke in my office, put that thing out or get out of here." she glared pulling her wand, she wasn't afraid to blow him through the wall. "I don't want her in the business, but since you so keen about it and she is interesting I thought I might scare her off by showing her own file." Yes, of course she had a plan it wasn't just for fun to show her all the planning and watching that went into finding her.

Minerva had Maxwell's hand as they walked up the steps to her well living area. She never saw it as home, but she didn't mind staying there. She took out her key and opened the door holding her breath that the enchantments weren't on, she remembered the last time the house forgot who she was, it was horrible. Stepping over the doorway she breathed a bit easier. "Leelee, Edward we're here." She took off her Coat and hung it on the coat hook at the wall. She looked around, "I don't think anyone is here."

Maxwell followed Minnie inside. He knew almost nothing about her cousins and was a little scared, what if they hated him like Taylor's family? "They knew we were coming right?" He wasn't sure them not being there was a good thing in his mind or a bad thing... He took off his coat and hug it next to hers.

Minerva took his hand again and walked through the house. It was empty, where could they be. They knew she was coming. Vinnie should have been moved in by now, so where was Justin. This was odd. Once they were back in the living room she turned and faced him. "Well they knew we were coming, so I'm not sure what is going on. Unless they had a last minute case or something." She sat down and patted the spot next to him. "I guess we are alone for a bit." Which was a nice change since they hadn't had a spot alone in a few weeks.

Minerva smiled as he got closer and she pulled her arm through his and propped her one leg over top his. She wasn't sure how much to tell him she remembered how much trouble she had gotten in when she told Damon, but no one was here, so why not. "The are trackers, they get people who are looking for others and they well find them. They are very skilled at it and have talents that make them one of the best trackers out there."

Maxwell put a hand on her leg. "Is that dangerous? do they have enemies?" He asked more concerned about her than anyone in the situation. He'd hate the thought of her being in danger because of them. He kissed her cheek, thinking of how beautiful she was ans being thankful they were alone for a moment.

Minerva felt her heart flutter when he touched her leg. "Yes it's very dangerous and they don't have many friends to be honest. They really can't, don't know who to trust." She looked at him not knowing how to explain them. "They get a case to find someone and they have to go out sometimes weeks and months away. This summer I was alone more then I wasn't in here. It was nice to be honest, but there is many things that go into it. They would not be happy at me telling you. Leelee flipped when she over heard Damon and I talking about it. You remember me saying about not dancing again, well I met Edward after I had been taken by some muggles. He was after their money for working the case. He had no clue it was me until he saw me." she knew she was going to have to explain more, because that did not make Edward sound very good at all.

"What do you mean you were taken by muggles? did he save you? or did he help them find you?" He asked unsure of how he felt about Minnie staying with these people...it wasn't really his place to say since they were his family but he didn't want her there, it didn't seem safe.

Anyway, Alberto was the one that talked my mother into the dance competition knowing with my little brother she couldn't travel to all of them. I broke my arm in Italy and after we left the hospital is when they took me." Tears began to fill her eyes. "I was locked in a room and they were mean. It wasn't until Edward came for their money that he saw me and I look just like my mom. He got me alone and asked me when I said yes, Leelee and him started working to get me out, but I didn't know they were trying to help me. Leelee let me out and I took off away from them. Spent most of my summer hiding from everyone. It took most the summer, but Justin and Harvey were the ones that found me in Diagon Alley." She stopped and wiped her eyes.

Maxwell looked broken hearted for her, a lump in his throat. He felt like crying for her, he knew what it was like to be locked in a room since it's how he spent most of his childhood, something he'd get to eventually with her but not now. "Sweetie, i'm so sorry." He said wrapping his arms around her and held her close. He felt angry, he wanted to find these people and pay them back, Muggles or not. "Are these people still alive?" He asked her in an obvious want for revenge.

Harvey and Justin knew everything I just told you. They are the only other people that do. " She looked at him feeling closer then ever to him. She hated sharing that story, but it needed to be said. "Don't hate Leelee and Edward to much, I hate their job and have blamed them for so much, but if they wouldn't have come to help me, who knows what would have happened."

Divinity lugged her trunk behind her as she came up the front walk to the Blaze home. Justin asked her to get away from Kyle for a while and really figure out what she wanted. And she was going to do just that. Justin was afterall her son and definately more important than some woman that had just about destroyed her lifwe as well as Justin's. Justin trailed along behind her with his trunk...

" Ya know, Mum..... I think you're gonna love staying at the Blaze's. You might hit it off with Minerva's cousin Leelee... But she's a bit of a moody woman sometimes... But she 's very sweet to Min and the rest of the gang." he smiled.

Maxwell knew he wanted to destroy these people who'd harmed her, but where would he find them? and would she think differently of him for this feeling? normally he wasn't one to feel this way, but no one could hurt her and get away with it. "I-I will never let anything like that ever happen to you again..." He said knowing he'd do anything to protect her. He knew this wasn't a small thing to share and he was grateful as ever for her being so open and real with him. He was thankful for Edward and Leelee for saving her, though he didn't approve of their work. Maxwell pulled her into a very close and intimate hug. "I love you, Minerva." He gave her a look showing that love in it's entirety, also a glint of his thirst for vengeance.

" Well , I just hope we're not putting them out, Justin..... You said that they offered for me to stay here for a while?" Asked Vinnie as she straightened herself before knocking on the door.

" Mum, I told you ... It was Minerva that offered to ask Leelee if you could stay here. It's fine... They're grateful to be able to return the favor for having kept Minerva safe." Justin said as he straightened himself before his mother knocked on the front door..

Vinnie then turned and knocked on the door then said to her son... " I still can't believe you told Minerva about what was going on..."
