numble walks in the conference room and turns the lights on and looks around and makes sure everything's OK there before the start of the meeting he makes sur eall the chairs are pushed in and the tables ok and he make sur ethe room clean and free of trash before he leave to tell Mr.Lee the rooms ok he looks around once more to double check everything and turns the lights back off and exits the room

OK.First things first.Coffee.
Olivia entered the conference room with a spring in her step.She had been instructed to meet and greet people before Brian arrived, and that is what she would do.And what did people like most when at work? Coffee.Only thing that keeps some awake, she giggled to herself.With a flick of her wand a large, warm, coffee pot appeared on the desk, another flick produced a selection of mugs for people to choose from.With her wand inside the pot,Olivia carefully made a circular motion filling it with the hot brown liquid. "There," she smiled when finished, "that should last for a while, and stay hot." With a satisfied nod, she lifted it gently and placed it in the middle of the glass table, on the special enchanted heat proof mat, arranging the mugs around it.

Clapping her hands together, she looked around for anything else that needed preparing before the meeting.
Paper and quills!
Always need them to jot things down in a brainstorming session.Seeing that the only thing in the room was the glass table,Olivia figured that there was none to speak of.Sighing, she once more got her wand ready... "Accio paper and quills!" she said louder than she needed to.Suddenly the door flung open and in shot a huge pile of officially headed paper and several spare quills.Well she thought they'd be spare, people might bring their own after all.Grabbing it all as it came towards her, Olivia tidied it neatly and placed 4 sheets and one quill in front of each seat at the table.She wasn't sure how many people would be attending, so thought it best to have too much rather than too little.

Giving everything one last look, she smiled and turned to face the now closed door,smoothing out her work robes at the same time.People would be arriving any minute and she needed to be presentable for an official meeting.

Three o' clock. Brian made his way to the conference hall sharply in his Black trouser and a white button down shirt with the first button undone. Becca's choice. A smile spreaded on his face immediately at the thought of her. He knew how much she liked this outfit on him. Ahem Now..some official work.

Brian stood there, placed the files on the table and looked around the clean place. Thanks to Numble and Olivia for their neat work. Brian walked over the window, looking outside with his hands in his pockets by default as he was waiting for his staffs to assemble.

Chris had seen the message about the gathering to talk about the world cup and was very glad about it being held in Britain. It was now 3'oclock and so it was time to start this meeting. Making sure he had on his best dress shirt and suit Chris walked into the conference room in a confident manner. Right then and there he saw his department head. "Good afternoon Mr. Lee i believe this is the first time we have ever met, it is a pleasure to be helping you with this world cup." Chris walked over to one of the side table chairs and sat down to wait for his other fellow employees. Chris hoped he would have much to say regarding his on ideas about the world cup. Chris was also rather thirsty but he had to fight it. A job had to be done.

Work Robes, check.
Nice shoes, check. But not needed.

But they DID look naice.

Sweeping her hair, which had taken a more browner take of its colour on that day, infront of her ears with a couple of flicks with her fingers, Callie opened the door of the room she felt, gut instinct -and because following people worked-, was the Conference room and smiled at the few sleect people in there.

Slightly uncomfortable at the fact, she knew no-body enough to talk to them, and then there was the fact she was from Australia, and the accent was missing. That made that a story, not too tell. Callie lingered around the table, looking at the things on there, her hand wanting to fly out and straighten one of the quills there, but she gave up on that almost immediatly.

Foot steps. Time to turn his gaze away from what he was seeing outside the window and thinking in his mind. He turned his head and nodded at the first greeting. "Good afternoon." he acknowleged him properly and warmly, "Nice to meet you...Mr...?" he paused since it was the first time he ever met this guy. He must have a name. Right.

Noticing Callie's kinda nervous face and the way she took a seat, Brian smiled slightly, "Nervous, Callie?" he asked casually, waiting for others to come.

Callie looked up instinctively at the sound of her name being spoken. As always, she 'had' been paying attention. But failed in the way of getting straight away what was said. She was failing already. "Huh?" THAT was rude. But it didnt come out that way. She just sounded dumb. Dumb ol' Callie.

Quickly racking the little bits she had heard, she pieced together what Mr. Lee had said and shrugged. "Does it show that bad?" She asked quickly. This look on her face, needed work. And now, her apartment mirror was going to be the sufferer of her practice.

"It's Hobgartner, Chris Hobgartner" Chris said to Mr. Lee. It was easy name to remember. Chris continued to sit in his chair for even more staff members to arrive. He also made sure sure he had plenty of writing materials to write up his ideas.

Olivia was slightly startled by the fact that the first person through the door was Brian himself.And he seemed on a mission...a smartly dressed mission at that.She quickly looked at her watch...yes it was 3pm already, wow time flies. "Good afternoon,Mr Lee (Brian)...I hope I've set up everything ok?" She watched as he set about putting his files down and walking to the window.Should she stay where she was or take a seat?

Just as she was about to make a decision, more people came into the room.Ones she didn't recognise.Walking over to them both Olivia smiled and introduced herself. "Hi,I'm Olivia Hawthorne,Maintenance department.I don't believe we've met."

Turning her head from Mr. Lee, Callie smiled at the new face. "Callie Fairweather." Stand up, shek her hand. DO SOMETHING CAL. But she didnt, still nervous. Britain was NOT a place, she was planning to enjoy after her years in Australia, BUT it could work. Weather outside, didnt work much. It was unfortunately too cold.

But in the end she did. Standing up, she shot her hand out and smile again. "Nice to meet you Olivia."

Hands still in his pockets, Brian started moving around the table. When he reached Callie's chair, he nodded his head, "Not bad but noticable" his voice was not teasing but honest. "Relax..Need a drink?" he asked her, only to ease her tension atleast a bit.

Chris. It was his name. "You've a nice name, Chris" he admired the obvious thing immediately and moved over to Olivia after taking a glance at the materials he had with him. Thougtful.

"Good afternoon, Olivia." Brian smiled at her, "Ofcourse, everything is ok. Now you might realize why I chose you for this job..." he complimented quickly and watched her introduced herself to Callie. Socializing is an art. Luckily his staffs were good at it. Brian moved towards the edge of the table and waited for one of his division head and more staffs. It was 3.15 already. He started pacing up inside the room, still cool and calm.

numble walks in from Brian's office witch is down the hall he noticed that Olivia was here numble say's hi and nods his head at her and sees Brian had gotten here a few moments ago he walks over and say's hello Mr.Lee im here do you need me to do anything before we start numble says to Mr.Lee

As Mr. Lee made his way towards her, Callie felt her head droop. Mostly in the fact he was nodding. This mirror work, was ot be homework. For work. And her school days were meant to be over. She was nervous. How could she not be? Different country, different job once more. And.. it seemed.. Callie Alexis Fairweather failed at covering that up.

A drink? "Naw, I'm okay. Need to focus on my facial expressions when I get home now." She chuckled softly, and looked up as she spoke. The table wasnt as interesting as people.

"Hi Numble! You're bit late. Seems you're addicted to my office room..eh?" he asked jovially since Numble was in his office room when he left his office an hour ago to celebrate his wife's promotion with her. "Yeah, If you dont mind, Help Olivia to serve some beverages and cookies" he said politely. He was his staff, he wanted to treat all his staffs respectful.

Brian chuckled at her response. FAcial expressions. Nice countering. "Good thing is you dont carry a mirror in your bag. Do you?" he asked and moved towards his chair and stood behind it.


He decided to start the meeting after the snacks and beverages served.

yes sir numble said got a little side tracked with the checkpoints he chuckled and OK will do numble said before walking over to Olivia to help her with the drinks and cookies he smiled at her and say how are u doing today Olivia? numble asks as the go around the room serving the drinks and cookies

Callie chuckled softly, and resumed her own seat, placing her bag on the floor between her feet. "I dont think so. Even if I did, I wouldn't look in it. Not professional, need to make a good impression me." AND she wasn't vain. But still, that wasnt going to be said, because she wanted to make a good impression. And the vain comment could offend someone.

They were handing drinks and stuff out.. AWH, she would of helped, but feelinmg awquard and walking together, that didnt go.

Chris noticed his fellow coworker handing out beverages and refreshments and took some for himself. "Thank you very much Numble and i should say that to Olivia as well" said Chris. Chris did not wish to have his coworkers think he was wierd so he very carefully ate and drank what he was given.

Olivia eyed the woman in front of her curiously.She didn't seem to want to speak or move, but in the end she did both...slowly. "Oh Callie, lovely name.And nice to meet you" She shook her hand enthusiastically.It was always nice to have new workmates, and lately they seemed to have had an influx of them.Must be all the planning coming up, all hands on deck.

"Thank you for entrusting me with the job,Sir," she smiled in response to Brian's compliment.Nice to have your boss appreciate you, and feel he can give you the important things to do.She also liked the fact her boss was a nice man.When someone new took over the job a year previously it could so easily have been someone horrible.Luckily that wasn't something you could accuse Mr Lee of being.

As another person entered the room,Olivia noticed it was Numble, from the security section.She gave him a polite nod back as he said hello, and proceeded to talk with Brian.Deciding it might be a good idea to get to work handing out the refreshments,Olivia went over to the table, took out her wand and conjured a tray.Carefully she poured the coffee she had prepared earlier into the mugs and placed them on the tray.

Walking around the room, she held it up to everyone as she passed. "Coffee?" she asked politely,smile fixed on her face.
As she was walking round Numble joined her handing out cookies. "I'm ok thanks,Numble," she grinned at him. "How are you? Getting the checkpoints sorted were you?"

Sawyer walked a little too speedily into the conference room, seeing the small group of people chatting and serving cookies and such. Was he late? He didn't even bother glancing at his watch. Of course he was. Punctuality usually wasn't much of a problem for him, but today his whole morning seemed to be overcast with clouds of bad luck. Spilling his water right on his pants, having to change into a dry pair of slacks, waking up with a headache the size of all Europe, and finally, making it into the conference room not-so-fashionably late.

With an attempt to forget the morning so far, Sawyer released a rather large breath of air and offered a polite smile to the others at the table as he claimed a seat for himself. Realizing his collar was popped up on one side, he quickly folded the collar back down and returned his hands to the armrests of the swivel-chair.

numble walked by and head him tea and cookies and said your welcome Chrisnumble said politely.


numble walks with Olivia as they hand out the coffee and cookies im good thanks numble said yes i am were expecting a full house and there gonna be a major need for security checkpoints and details around the whole stadium quite confusing to figure were to place them all numble said to Olivia

Smilingly watching Numble and Olivia served snacks to their fellow staffs, Brian felt happy about their responsible staffs.

"Thank you Olivia, Numble and everyone for coming!" he thanked properly and pressed his palms on the table gently as he started to speak.

"Well..As you all know this's about QWC, the Ministry has alloted jobs to every department. So obvisouly we're in an important place to maintain the momentum to go on without any disturbances untill the game finished" he said, looked at everyone, smiled.

"So before I put my views and ideas here, I wanted to hear from you all. Feel free to ask questions and share your ideas" the cool head opened up the subject finally.

as numble and Olivia got done Mr.Lee started talking about the QWC and Numble went to go sit down and listen to everyone talk about the ideas and thought

Max Ran towards the confrenece room door. Stoped suddenley, staightened himself up and walked quietly through the doorway. 'How late was he' then saw that Brian had just started he walked to an open seat as quietly as posissble, then sat and listened, doing his best not to disrupt Brian.

Noticing Max's late entry silently, Brian turned to look at everyone. Everyone was in silence. Enjoying their snacks?! Haha.

"What? No primary questions and doubts?" he paused, gently tapped his fingers on the table, "Is there any salary pendings?" his voice was cool and jovial as usual.

"Okay. Let me start with Security." he continued as pulled out the wand from his trouser pocket and waved it on the screen behind him on the wall, "We need to take care of..
