Olivia eyed the woman in front of her curiously.She didn't seem to want to speak or move, but in the end she did both...slowly. "Oh Callie, lovely name.And nice to meet you" She shook her hand enthusiastically.It was always nice to have new workmates, and lately they seemed to have had an influx of them.Must be all the planning coming up, all hands on deck.
"Thank you for entrusting me with the job,Sir," she smiled in response to Brian's compliment.Nice to have your boss appreciate you, and feel he can give you the important things to do.She also liked the fact her boss was a nice man.When someone new took over the job a year previously it could so easily have been someone horrible.Luckily that wasn't something you could accuse Mr Lee of being.
As another person entered the room,Olivia noticed it was Numble, from the security section.She gave him a polite nod back as he said hello, and proceeded to talk with Brian.Deciding it might be a good idea to get to work handing out the refreshments,Olivia went over to the table, took out her wand and conjured a tray.Carefully she poured the coffee she had prepared earlier into the mugs and placed them on the tray.
Walking around the room, she held it up to everyone as she passed. "Coffee?" she asked politely,smile fixed on her face.
As she was walking round Numble joined her handing out cookies. "I'm ok thanks,Numble," she grinned at him. "How are you? Getting the checkpoints sorted were you?"
