Staring at the guy as he told him what he'd do, the mysterious, unnamed man shook his head stubbornly "I'm not a kid. I know what will happen." he looked away "Don't like the sound of spending time with Dementors though.." he spoke quietly, looking down at his feet. Looking back at the guy who seemed to be trying to make him confess, he shook his head stubbornly again. "Great wizards stand up for themselves." He refused to say it was him who'd sent the howler.

Well..well..well.

The mysterious man was stubborn. Expected one. Brian didnt get frustrated, but dealing the guy with natural brilliance. "Well, if you confess, your punishments can be reduced," he fiddled his wand inbetween his fingers, "so...? Dementors or mild punishments? You choose!" he let the guy think about it.

Reduced? That sounded good. Narrowing his eyes at the man curiously, he frowned. "I didn't do it." He wasn't going to admit to this. No way. Never. It just wasn't going to happen. "...What would the punishment be? And what did the howler say?" He was just curious, of course.

Wyatt looked over at Brian and the mysterious man as they talked. Wyatt grabbed his wand just to be safe and he stood up and made sure he was ready to make a stand in case something happened. Wyatt would make sure nothing happened to Brian at all.

As he fetl some movement on his side, Brian took a glance onto his side and grinned at Wyatt who was in ready position with his wand in hand. Protective!

Admiring his safety measures inwardly, Brian turned his focus on the mysterious man again. "Well..You know what was in it. So stop pretending.." he took a step closer to him now, eyes still probing into the man's eyes "dont waste our time man. Come on.." he urged him now, voice was still soft and determined.

As another man his hand to his wand, he stared over at him unimpressedly "Put it away, child. If I was going to draw my wand, I would have done before now." He looked back to the guy who was questioning him and stepped backwards as the man stepped forward. "I don't know! I'm not -"

He sighed. There was no point in denying it any longer. This guy obviously knew it was him, and he wasn't going to give up. Moving to sit down in a chair, he put his chin on his palm and looked away from them both stubbornly. "I sent the howler."

There. He admitted. Finally.

Brian stared at him. So, was it a hoax, or the man was really planned to blow up the atrium?! Brian couldnt decide from what the suspect had said so far. "Why? What was the plan?" he added two more question to his short but valuable enquiry. He took few more steps to stand beside the man, eyeing him half-relievedly as expecting more details from him.

"The plan was to get rid of that pathetic place you call the atrium!" he stared down at the table now, not wanting to look at the guy in charge. "Because I wanted to." He wasn't going to explain himself. They wouldn't understand.

Was he insane? No, actually a threat. Brian believed that there might be a gang behind him. He couldn't do such things alone.

His brows knotted up in the middle of his forehead "Get rid off the Atrium? But why? Why this vengence?" he asked, now standing just in front of him, eyes went hard.

"Because I know equality doesn't exist." he kept staring at the table "It seems like the only way to make people realise that is by destroying something that symbolises that. Mudbloods, squibs and blood traitors have no business in this world." he leant back in his chair, staring up at the man, his eyes remorseless.

Jamie had been standing outside the employment office for ages. With nothing happened - unless you counted the guy who looked and sounded shifty. Maybe it was nothing, she shrugged. But it certainly was time to come back and tell Brian what was going on - nothing. Sigh.

She made her way slowly down the hallway to the office, her shoes clicking on the floor loudly in the quite place. Too quite if she said so herself. She peeked around herself before she took hold of the handle of the door, pushing it open. She stepped in.

And stopped. And stared.

There her was again! The man, the shifty man. What was he doing here? Something was up, Brian was stood over him, and another person. His wand drawn. What was up. Jamie took another few steps into the room, looking at Brian.

"Uh, Sir.." She gulped, What should she say? Instead she didn't finish, instead turning towards the third, shifty man.

"I know you" She said simply pointing.

Ugh. This's not fun.

Brian felt his own pulse rate was increasing. What he heard from this man was absolutely nonsense and irritating. "So, who are you? God or something to take decision on peoples' lives and properties? Rubbish!" he shook his head and decided what to do next quickly. Summoned the mysterious man's wand first, he looked at him. "We'll show you what's right, who has real business in this world mister" he nodded. "So Who else with you?" he threw the next question at him, wanted to know all the details.

Turned his head to the door, he acknowledged Jamie with a small nod. "How did you know him?" his curious eyes darted between her and the mysterious man.

Oh, great. Now there was someone else! Wait! He knew her! His gaze paused on her and then flicked back to the man in charge. "I like to think so." he yawned boredly, putting his feet up on the table relaxedly. When his wand was taken from him, he rolled his eyes and yawned theatrically. "No one else is with me." he replied coldly. Did this guy think he couldn't do this on his own? "I told you before. She interfered outside the employment office!" he spoke exasperatedly.

"I was doing my job" Jamie told the third man with no name stiffly. She glared at him before turning towards Brian, time to explain and hope she wasn't in the wrong. "I met him outside the employment office.." She started glancing at no-name before carrying on.

"He looked shifty to me so i engaged in a conversation. Well i asked questions and he answered" She said next. Jamie turned towards the man and continued, "When asked he told me he was looking for a job. But left soon after saying he'd come back again the day after" She concluded before turning back to Brian.

Brian listened Jamie first. As a new recruitment she did a neat job. Nodding his head slightly, he looked up, "Good. So was there any other person like him?" he asked him as taking a stern look at the man.

There was no room for talks anymore with this mysterious guy. Everything was cleared. He confessed everything infront of his staffs. Brian took a deep breath. He gave him a head-ache. Now time for trial and punishments. That's all.

Now he wanted Olivia and Jamie to accompany him to the trial. He looked at Jamie again, "Well..do me a favour Jamie. Bring Olivia here, I need you two as witnesses.." he told her, getting mentaly prepared for the next move.

"Of course you were." he replied boredly to the woman. Oh, great. Now he didn't believe that he was telling the truth about him being alone. "The answer to that is no." Haha! He asked for the girl, Jamie, to bring Olivia, the woman who'd stopped and questioned him at the fountain. "Her? Didn't you say for her to stay behind like the good little employee she is?" he smirked as he lounged on the chair relaxedly.

Jamie glared at the man with no-name at his rude attitude. How rude, beind mean about Olivia. Glare. She folded her arms turning round to look at Brian, answer his question. "There were no other people shifty like him" She said pointing at the man before them. She was glad she wasn't in trouble.

Smiling at her new instructions she nodded her head, turning around and heading towards the door. Time to sort this out once and for all. She told herself pulling the door open. "I'll be a few minutes" She declared walking out.

Wyatt listened as everyone talked everything out not letting his grip on his loosen one bit. At a sign of something going wrong Wyatt was ready to anything possible to make sure that this person would not leave the Ministry. As Jamie left Wyatt quickly exited the room after her. As Wyatt exited the room he nodded to Brian. He quickly flicked his wand and a note appeared in Brian's hand that only he can see. After Wyatt closed the door behind him he quickly flicked his wand and activated all of the security measures and swiftly walked off to notify the right people. As Wyatt was walking down the hall he changed into his cat form and quickly ran to where he was going.

They were walking as quickly as Jamie could. Olivia didn't want to get too far ahead of the poor girl, not after she had done this run twice in a row, and was still out of breath. "He surrendered?" She was puzzled about that. He had seemed so sure of himself when they were at the fountain. So determined that he wasn't lying.

Met him before? The words stuck in Olivia's head. So she wasn't the only one to think him suspicious. And now she came to think of it, he did mention something about being stopped before. "You had good instincts then, it seems," she praised, smiling at her employee as they walked some more.

Witness? Olivia raised her eyebrows at Jamie, questioningly, as they got to the door. Pushing it open, still with wand in hand, she entered and held it open for Jamie to follow her. Turning her head she spotted the man, and Brian, talking over by the table. "You sent for me, Mr Lee? Jamie said something about witnesses..." What on earth were they going to do?

Jamie was still out for breath while her and Olivia walked briskly back to the office. This sounded bad to her. What was it all about. What was the man with no-name hoping to get out of it? She was confused as to his intentions. She didn't voice this though. Instead she walked - fast. The faster they got to the office, the faster all this was sorted. She really could do with a break, a drink.

"Well with a fight." She guessed, she hadn't been there, but she knew he had, "I actually wasn't there, i was still at my post" She explained. That really was all she knew. She didn't say anymore on the matter, in case it made her sound stupid.

Jamie smiled broadly at being said to have good instints. Good results for her first week. She nodded her head, "Thank You" She said politely, walking fast, slighty behind Olivia. She was still out of breath, she concluded she really need to exercise.

After what felt like ages to her they made it to the office where Olivia pulled open the door and stepped through. Jamie nodded her head as a way of thank you when the door was held for her. She smiled, but stood well back from Mr. Lee and Olivia. She heard what was said between Mr. Lee and Olivia, and hoped she hadn't got any information wrong.

Ignoring the mysterious guy's talks, Brian looked up at Olivia, "Yes, Olivia. This man is reponsible for the howler. He admitted it." he nodded, now slipped into a serious mood. "We need to produce him for trial. You two are the witnesses." he added, informing them about his next move.

"Right now, I'm going to put him in a cell. There're some paperworks need to do to submit to the court." he looked both at Olivia and Jamie. Trial is not something an easy process, he knew that.

Lucy hadn't MEANT to easedrop.

It just sorta happened. She hadn't been able to pull herself away, and she ended up running to her cubicle, grabbing a quill and parchment then slipping into the meeting unnoticed and writing down the "questioning" for the trial. She stood up at the end, when Brian had made his descision. When everyone was gone she ran quickly up to Brian. She shyly passed him the questioning. "I know it's not much...but, never know it might come in handy." She shrugged then shot a glare full of hatred at the man. She waved her wand and a neon pink ribbon wrapped around his wrists tightly. She brought up have her mouth up into a smirk. "I'm the newist newby, Lucy Parrish." She smiled at Mr. Lee. She turned on her heel, shooting one more glare at the man and leaving, happy that she comtributited.

When he was about depart with the suspect, he noticed one of his staffs ran to him and handed over a parchment. Going through the content he gave her a warm smile, "Good, Thanks Miss Parrish." he acknowledged her simple but handy work and amused at her next move. A neon pink ribbon around the suspect's wrists? what does it mean? He shrugged. He would ask her about it later. "I'll meet you all later.." he added with a gentle nod before departed from the conference room towards the interoggation/cell chamber with the mysterious man.

Ahhh. So he was the man. And they were to be the witnesses at the trial?

Olivia nodded as Brian informed her of what was going on. "We'll be ready when that time comes, sir. Rest assured." She gave the man a steely glare. Did he think he would get away with it? Pffftttt, not with them out to stop him. HA.

And she did not spot the girl who got up to speak to Brian. A newbie, eh? Lovely. Giving the girl a smile, Olivia nodded at Brian as he left. Now she just had to prepare herself for the trial.
