Lucy nodded. Noble reasons, she - a woman that was intimidated by teenagers (maybe it is just Jake's niece. And her friends.) - thought. She felt extremely old around teeangers and she didn't think she would ever like children, so what was Lucy doing in Magical Education? Extremely good question.

Lucy chuckled.
"So now you're working here. Well, welcome, then." she told Izzy. She didn't know the girl very well but seemed like now they wouldve be working side by side every day. Gee, I'm older than everyone else in this room, she thought. Yeah, there were only three people there, but still... It sdeemed like Lucy was older than everyone else working in that area.
"Let me know if you need anything." she said. Gosh, she seemed the host of the department. That was kind of nice though.... but the twenty seven year old woman wouldn't admit it.

"Now, right after the summer holidays, we don't have much to do. But in the end of the school year... You're going to wish every days were like this." she said. She walked over to getsome coffe and accio her cup to have a sip of her ho drink. "Probably." she said vaguely.
Lucy's trust was something very hard to get. Mostly due to her past, the woman placed walls between her and others, which didn't help to her realationships with other people.
