Hi, I'm Stephanie or Steph. This is my first ff. I hope you guys like it. Enjoy!

Chapter 1:The Dream

It's Harry's first day back at Hogwarts and he's tired from the trip. After Harry gets settled in, he quickly falls asleep. Soon after falling asleep Harry awakens from a dream very confused. In his dream he and Hermione had gone out on a date and were very into one another. At the end of the date, they kissed. I'm not talkin just a regular kiss, I'm talkin' knocked outta the ball park type kiss. There was pure magic. Electricity even.

"Whoa, what was that about?" Harry whispered over Ron's snores. People say that we dream about our deepest desires and secrets. Can Harry be secretly in love with Hermione and not know it?

The next day...
"Hey Ron, you ever had a really weird dream that freaked you out?" Asked Harry trying to be casual.

"Um, no. Not really. Why are you asking Harry?" replied Ron curiously.

"Oh no reason. Just curious I guess," said Harry nervously.

"Hey guys," said Hermione.

"Hey Hermione," Harry and Ron said together.

"Harry, you're blushing. Are you ok?" asked Hermione.

"Ah yeah. Just a little hot I guess," said Harry continuing to blush.

"Ok. I'll see you guys later. I have to meet someone." said Hermione excitedly.

"Who?" Ron demanded.

"It's none of you're concern. Bye." Hermione rushed out to meet whoever she was meeting.

"I wonder who she's meeting," Ron said curiously.

"Me too," replied Harry.

Later that evening Hermione returned to the common room with a glow about her. Harry had never noticed how beautiful she was.

"You look different, what happened?" Harry asked.

"Oh, I was just hanging out with this guy I met." Hermione said smiling.

"For seven hours?" asked Harry with a puzzled expression on his face.

"Oh, was it that long? I guess it's true what they say, time flies when you're having fun. Well good night," Hermione said continuing to smile about her wonderful day.

"Good night."

While everyone had gone off to bed, Harry remained in the common room thinking.

In Harry's Mind
What could that dream have possibily meant? Why would I dream about Hermione? Who's this guy she saw today? Man, if Hermione kisses in real life like she kissed in my dream, I wouldn't mind dreaming about her more often. Whoa, what are you thinking? It's Hermione you idiot. Remember your friend, who happens to be really attractive. It's not that weird that I find Hermione attractive is it? She is, and smart, passionate. I love the way she studies. Snap out of it you fool. It's Hermione. I wonder if she finds me attractive. After Harry thought to himself for hours, he finally dozed off still in the common room.

OMG!! I had the best birthday ever! I went to see the Broadway Musical Beauty & The Beast (One of my favorite Disney movies of All time). So this is the problem. I have the chapter, but I have it on a computer I can't get on now b/c I don't know the stupid password. It's my brother's computer. I asked for the password but he's being a jerk and not giving it to me. I am very sorry for being such an idiot and putting the chapter on his computer. *kicks herself* Sry again. I will keep begging for the password.

Chapter 40:Reunited-Part Two

Ginny wiped away her tears, but they continued to fall for she was so happy to see her parents again. She was beginning to think that would never happen again. “We’re happy to see you too Hermione.” Mr. Weasley said. “We love you Hermione. You’re like another daughter to us.” Mrs. Weasley said as she pulled Hermione in for a loving hug. Mr. Weasley joined in on the hug, then pretty soon so did Ron, Ginny, Draco, and Harry. “It’s like a real family.” Draco said. “It is a real family. And pretty soon we’re going to make it official.” Ginny whispered into Draco’s ear. Draco flashed a brilliant smile at the thought of being part of a real family and having Ginny as his lovely bride. “Not that I don’t want to spend as much time as possible with you guys, but I think we have some work to do, starting with getting back to the school and dealing with those two filths over there.” Harry said as he looked at Wormtail’s petrified body and Snape’s dead one. “He’s right, we best get moving.” Lupin said as he helped Dumbledore off of the ground. “You continue to help Albus, and I’ll handle Snape’s body.” Professor McGonagall said as she took out her wand and performed the spell necessary for floating Snape’s body in the air. “What should we do about this scum?” Harry asked as he looked in disgust at the man who betrayed his parents. “I trust you can handle this Ron.” Dumbledore said as he slowly walked along side of Lupin. Ron looked both shocked and bewildered. “Me…are you sure Sir?” Ron asked unsure. “Yes, you are very capable. Also I am certain Mr. Malfoy and Mr. Potter would like to care for the women they love.” Dumbledore said as he gave a little wink to Harry and Draco. Ron looked as though he was thinking why didn’t he get that. “Thanks Sir.” Harry said. Draco nodded in agreement. Nevertheless Ron was still happy to do a sort of mission. He too performed the levitating spell on Wormtail’s petrified body. It didn’t take as long as they thought it would to get to the castle (even though the castle wasn’t too far away), Dumbledore showed some remarkable strength as he made his way to the school. He never once complained about his bleeding or pain. Once those beautiful Oak front doors were opened, both Ginny and Hermione felt as they did the first day they stepped inside this historical building, at peace and very happy to be back where they belonged. Lupin took Dumbledore to the Hospital Wing and Professor McGonagall took care of Pettigrew. All who was left was the girls, boys, and Mr. and Mrs. Weasley. “I don’t want to leave you Gin, I just got you back.” Mrs. Weasley said as she broke into tears. “Oh mum.” Ginny said as she comforted her mother. “You can’t stay here. You and Dad have lives and jobs to get back to.” Ginny replied. “I know how much you love me. I love you too, but I’ll be alright.” Ginny said as she pulled back her mother to look into her continuing tearing eyes. “I know I can trust you to take care of my little girl.” Mr. Weasley told Draco as he had his hand out for Draco to shake. “Thank you Sir. I will take good care of her, and that’s a promise.” Draco said as he shook Mr. Weasley’s hand. “Well, we should get going then.” Mr. Weasley said. “Come here you two.” Mrs. Weasley told Ginny and Hermione. They hugged each other fiercely and Mrs. Weasley almost didn’t let go of her daughter. Ron had to pry her out of his sister’s grip. Mrs. Weasley blew a few kisses to each of them (even Draco!) before leaving with her husband. The guys knew that the girls must be starving, so they took them to the Elves quarters in the kitchen and they were treated to a feast. Even Hermione didn’t seem to mind the Elves weighing on her hand and foot (This time). After they were all stuffed, they went back up to their common room. Even though the girls were exhausted beyond belief, they still wanted to be with their loved ones. Ron took Harry’s nudge on the arm as a hint to leave and give them some time alone with their girlfriends. Ron gave his little sister a sweet hug and Hermione a great big hug. Then he left them all alone, and they enjoyed their alone time together. Harry didn’t even need to make out with Hermione right now, it was just really wonderful to hold hands and sit by the fire. Draco and Ginny were laying down on a very long sofa, just relaxing staring up at the red ceiling. Ginny had her arms wrapped around Draco’s nice body (*wink wink*) and Draco was stroking her firey red hair. After only a few minutes, Ginny fell asleep in Draco’s arms. Draco carefully picked her up and carried her off to bed. (Of course Hermione had to let him into the dorm because boys weren’t allowed entry). Ginny was in a very deep sleep and didn’t even stir while being put into bed. Draco put the blankets on her and looked at her gorgeous face for a moment. “How did I ever get so lucky to have you love me? I love you.” Draco whispered and then bent down to gently kiss Ginny on the forehead. Then he quietly left and went to sleep himself. “Do you have any idea how much I love you?” Harry asked Hermione. Hermione smiled and said “I have a good idea, I love you just as much.” Then she sweetly kissed him on his tender lips. “We both have had a crazy day. Let’s go and get a goodnights sleep so that I can be refreshed in the morning to see your beautiful face.” Harry said as he got up to his feet and held out his hand for Hermione to grab. She smiled and placed her hands into Harry’s warm, loving ones. She gave him a kiss goodnight and was so happy to be in his arms again. She sighed and said “Goodnight.” “I can’t wait to see you in the morning.” Harry replied after not being able to see her for several days. “Me either.” She said with an unforgettable smile on her face. Then they finally went to bed, and had sweet dreams about one another.

Sorry it took so long to get you guys this chapter. I do hope u like it. I begged my bro and he put the computer on for me. Yay! lol

It's been 16 days since I last posted. Sry about that. I think I will be ending this ff soon because 1) I have no computer 2)No time anymore 3)Hardly any fans 4)I've lost the drive for doing a ff. So there you go. Well laterz.

Chapter 41:A Promise

Hermione woke up in the middle of the night, unable to continue sleeping. She got out of bed as quietly as she could. It must have been 3 in the morning. She decided to sneak into the boys’ room. Being very careful not to trip over any of the boys stuff that was thrown on the floor, Hermione crawled into Harry’s bed. He stirred and awoke. He was surprised and thrilled to see Hermione there. “What are you doing here?” Harry whispered to her. “I just missed you and wanted to see you again.” Hermione replied. “That’s sweet. You know, I was just dreaming about you.” Harry said as he smiled remembering his sweet dreams. “Oh really. Were you dreaming about this?” Hermione asked as she planted a very heavy kiss on Harry’s lips. “No.” Harry admitted. “But I wish I was.” He replied. Hermione couldn’t help but laugh. “Shhh. Even that wonderful laugh can be heard over Ron’s snores.” Harry warned. Then they both burst into laughter, but luckily Ron had just made one of the biggest snoring noises ever heard in the world so no one in the dorm was awaken. “You know, a guy could get use to this.” Harry told her. “Get use to what?” Hermione asked skeptically. “Get use to finally being happy.” Harry answered. “We will be happy Harry, for the rest of our lives.” Hermione said reassuringly. “No. We won’t get to be fully happy until Voldemort is dead and gone.” Harry said as he squeezed his blanket pretending it was Voldemort’s neck. “I understand Harry. We must destroy Voldemort if we are to ever be truly free and happy.” Hermione agreed. “I’m sorry I had to ruin the moment and bring up Voldemort.” Harry said regretfully. “It’s alright. We know where we stand where Voldemorts’ concerned. Just know that I love you, and together we will get through anything Voldemort has to throw at us.” She said as she pulled Harry’s body closer to hers for comfort. “We will make it through this storm. When it’s all over, we’ll see nothing but bright, sunny skies ahead. I promise.” Harry replied as he gently kissed the top of Hermione’s head. They fell asleep in Harry’s bed, even with Ron’s horrible snoring in the background.

Chapter 42Details

The next morning all the boys in the dorm were surprised to see a girl in their room. Ron was the most surprised. He never could have imagined seeing Hermione Granger of all people in bed with Harry Potter. They all decided that it was best not to wake them because if anyone deserved a goods night’s sleep, it was them.

Brilliant sunlight was shining throughout the room. Harry opened his stunning green eyes and just smiled to himself because he had the most beautiful girl in the world in his arms. Harry laughed quietly to himself, because Hermione was doing of all things Snoring! After a few minutes Hermione awoke too. Harry continued to laugh to himself. “What’s so funny?” Hermione asked puzzled. “You were just snoring.” Harry replied. Hermione looked shocked. “No I wasn’t.” Hermione denied. “How would you know? You were sleeping. And yes, you were snoring.” Harry said. “I had no idea I did that.” Hermione said surprised at herself. “Don’t worry, it was cute.” Harry said adoringly. Hermione smiled in relief. “You know I have never had a better nights sleep?” Hermione said as she squeezed Harry. “I know. I feel so refreshed.” Harry replied. “Alright. Not that this isn’t wonderful, but now we have to get back to reality.” Hermione said as she got out of bed. Harry laid in bed and quickly stretched out. He began to laugh once again. “Now what’s so funny?” Hermione asked curiously. “I know you’re just dying to get back to class and make up all the work you missed.“ Harry answered. Hermione smiled broadly. “Of course. Do you have any idea how much I miss doing essays?” Hermione asked him. “I can imagine.” Harry said as he too got out of bed. He gave Hermione a nice good morning kiss and went to get ready for school. Hermione couldn’t get out of the room fast enough to get to class already. When she went to the girls dorm, Ginny was already waiting for her. “Where were you all night?” Ginny demanded. “I was with Harry.” Hermione bluntly replied. “Oh really. What were you two doing?“ Ginny asked as if she were trying to get the dirty details. Hermione blushed a deep shade of pink. “I knew it!” Ginny said excitedly. “Relax Gin. Nothing happened. We just slept together.” Hermione said still blushing slightly. “Oh my God! You did?!” Ginny asked as she jumped out from the bed. “No, no. What I meant is that we just fell asleep together. Harry was a perfect gentleman.” Hermione explained. “Awww. How sweet. You guys are too cute. But Draco and I are cuter.” Ginny replied. Then the two girls burst out in little school girl giggles.

I am truly sorry that I haven't posted in forever. But it's not like anyone has been requesting more to this story or has been asking about me. My family has been going through some bad times. Several family members were on deaths bed. So, that with school. Haven't been on a computer for a while. I will still try to post though. I want to finish this ff.

I really like your story too, and I am sorry that I don't post and say that more often! Hang in there, things will get better!!! I should know, I lost both my parents 7 weeks apart last year plus about eight more people that I knew and was fond of, but the toughest were my parents! It's just not the same without them here and I will always miss them terribly! But it is very true that life must go on, and day-by-day it gets easier. The hardest day recently for me my the first year anniversary of my mother's death in January. I still have to face my father's passing next month, and I know it will be tough too, but I will get through it. Writing gave me solice through the period of my worst grief - a kind of sanctuary, if you will! I hope things get easier for you soon!

I know it will be dreadful to have ur dad's anniversary coming up, but I know u will get through it. If u need to ever talk, my AIM is Righty777. That goes to anyone else too. I am hanging in there.
