Vianna found Fluffy asleep on one of Ferris's pillows and took the small creature into her hands. The tiny squirrel was barely aware of his being taken away, though, as his mind was still somewhere far in dreams of marshmallows and green grass. Vianna bit at her bottom lip to keep herself from giggling at the sight of Ferris snuggling a pillow as she walked out of his bedroom. Seeing him like this made it extremely difficult for her to leave, wanting nothing more but to head back to the couch and join him. But she knew this was no longer possible with her brothers around and moved on to the door, very slowly and quietly opening it. She walked into the following room and gently closed the door before sneaking her way through Vince's living room and then finally heading back into her room, then her bedroom. She let Fluffy down on one of the pillows before pulling the bedsheets over herself and closing her eyes. ooc: Byeeee, Rutherssss! :bye::glomp: |
Ferris awoke the next morning around five, having just slept a good seven hours straight fairly peacefully. But he was awoken by a flicker of a nightmare, something that wasn't completely clear and precisely about the kidnappers, but it was one of those dreams in which the person could feel that something was wrong. He woke up after a few minutes of this uncomfortable dream that made him nervous for some reason. He let out a sigh as he sat up on the couch, releasing the pillow he had kept into his chest and it fell to the floor. He looked around for a moment, trying to remember why he had fallen asleep on the couch when he remembered Vianna's presence the night before. He let out another sigh, this one mainly because he wanted to wake up next to her and give her a kiss on the cheek. |
The siblings weren't up that early, though. Victor woke up about an hour later, at six. He showered and got ready, letting his siblings get at least another hour of sleep before waking them at seven. Vince whined and complained but eventually woke up reluctantly, though he didn't feel that tired since he had gone to sleep rather early the night before. Vianna, too, wasn't too pleased to be awakened so early, but didn't put up a fight. Obediently, she opened her eyes and sat up on the bed, taking a moment to scan the room with a half-asleep mind and squinted eyes before finally getting up and heading to the bathroom where she proceeded to take a warm, long shower. |
Ferris showered and got dressed rather quickly in his spare time, packing up any last minute things before walking out of his bedroom. He took a half moment to look around before walking through Vince's room and into Vianna's hotel room, walking over to her bedroom. He knocked, and after a moment of silence, he opened the door to the sound of a shower running and the sight of an empty bed. Realizing his girlfriend must've been in the shower, he closed the door and headed over to the couch of her living room, taking a seat and gazing out the window. |
A drowsy Vince watched Ferris make his way through the living room but said nothing, too out of it to really even understand the things taking place around him. A few moments later, Vianna emerged from the bathroom with her wet hair held up before changing into a fresh pair of clothes. Fluffy sat on his pillow watching her expectantly, waiting for his breakfast to be served. Recognizing that look on her beloved pet's face, Vianna chuckled softly to herself and took the squirrel into her hands. She pet his little head gently as she walked out of the room only to find Ferris was sitting on a couch in the living room. "Professor!" beamed the girl, pleasantly surprised by his presence. |
Ferris looked up from his trance as Vianna appeared in her doorway, obviously surprised to see him there. A smile fell onto his face and he stood up, walking over to the girl, "Good morning Vi," he responded to her, his brown eyes scanning over her features, from her wet hair to her blue eyes. "You almost ready to go?" he asked of her. OOC: I'm off for now! I'm sooooo tired! |
ooc: Awwww, poor Ruthers! I'll see you later, then! :glomp: (If you don't fall asleep 'til tomorrow, that is :lmao: ) "Almost," Vianna replied with a smile, nodding her head. "I just have to get Fluffy something to eat," she added, giving the boy one last smile before leaving his side to head over to the kitchen. She pulled out a small plate and filled it with random bits of food for her squirrel who immediately devoured everything, leaving the plate completely empty. "Did you sleep well, Professor?" asked the girl as she walked back out of the kitchen and turned to Ferris with curious eyes, wondering how his night had gone. |
OOC: :rotfl: :rotfl: I love how you totally just predicted the future, up there ^^^! :xd: Welll....I didn't fall asleep for fifteen hours...I woke up at some point, but...I was too tired to get on SS. lol. Ferris watched with amused brown eyes as his girlfriend explained that she just had to get her pet squirrel some food, before walking over to the kitchen to get Fluffy something. He watched all of this, leaning against the doorway of her bedroom and his smile widened as he saw her head back over to him. Listening as she asked if he had slept well, he thought for a moment, "Yeah, I guess. Nothing too horrible, but...It wasn't exactly the greatest night of my life." He gave her a small smile, "What about you? Sweet dreams?" |
ooc: I'm psychic. :shifty: Vianna smiled as Ferris replied, telling her his night wasn't too bad, but it wasn't necessarily the greatest either. The girl then nodded her head as he asked about her. "It was alright. No dreams, as usual," she replied with a soft chuckle. She paused for a moment before adding, "I'm gonna go finish getting everything ready," before then heading back into her room and beginning to pick up. ooc: & Now I'm off for a few hours... see you, Ruthers! :glomp: |
OOC: I knew it! *points finger* Ferris listened as Vianna told him that her sleep was alright, that it contained no dreams as usual. He gave a small nod, knowing that Vianna hardly ever had nights where she couldn't sleep, and he watched as she went into her room under the pretense of getting everything ready. He turned in his spot, now leaning against the doorway but this time facing Vianna's bedroom so he could watch her and talk with her. "So how's Fluffy's scar looking? Is he healing alright?" he asked the girl, curious about how the small squirrel was doing. OOC: Awww! Ok, bye Deeee! :bye: :glomp: |
Vianna nodded her head as she folded her pajamas and put them away, momentarily forgetting that she was a witch and could do these things with a wave of her wand. "He's definitely back to normal, but the scar looks pretty much the same it did when I first got him yesterday," said the girl. Though she didn't really expect the squirrel's scar to look too different after it had only been a couple of days since the surgery. |
Ferris listened as Vianna explained that Fluffy seemed to be back to normal though his scar looked the same as it had the day before. He nodded slightly, not having expected the status to change very much in just one day. He proceeded to watch as his girlfriend packed her things the muggle way, and this brought a rather amused smile to his face. It was the way he packed his things as well, usually. He folded everything by hand, packed it away neatly, and then he would use magic to either shrink it or float it to the rest of his things. |
"All done!" Vianna announced with a smile as she put the last of her things away. The girl then picked up her broom with her free hand and headed back to the living room and then over to the kitchen. She took a very disappointed and upset Fluffy into her hands and placed him in his cage. "Did you take your medicine?" she asked Ferris as she walked back out to the living room and raised an eyebrow slightly at the boy. |
Ferris followed Vianna into the kitchen, a warm smile on his face, mainly out of amusement for his girlfriend. He grinned proudly as she asked if he had taken his medicine. "Actually, I have," he said, having had taken his back medicine earlier in the morning. "I packed it away and everything. And my back's not feeling too bad right now," he announced with a warm smile to Vianna. "Aren't you proud of me?" |
Vianna's eyebrows rose slightly as Ferris gave his response, telling her he had already taken his medicine and packed it away. "I am," she replied with a nod as he asked if she was proud of him. The girl chuckled softly in amusement before leaning over and placing a kiss on his cheek. "You're so cute," she told him before picking up all her things once again. "C'mon, let's see if the others are ready." |
Ferris seemed to beam as Vianna told him she was proud of him, leaning over to kiss his cheek and tell him he was cute. He let out a small sheepish chuckle, sometimes finding himself flustered when Vianna threw compliments like that at him. He gave a nod as she suggested they go see if the others were ready, slipping an arm around her waist and heading back into Vince's room. |
Victor was pacing in the living room, impatiently waiting for the only other Vincenzi sibling. He looked up as Fervi then entered the room in the company of Fluffy. "You lot ready?" he asked them. Vianna nodded her head with a faint smile on her face. "Go return the keys and have us checked out while the others finish getting ready, then," he asked of them. |
Ferris listened as Victor told them to go return the keys to the front desk while everyone else finished getting ready. He nodded before releasing Vianna's waist only to take her hand and the other keys before heading out the door with the girl at his side. "Where do you think we'll be going next?" he asked Vianna as they started down the hall. |
"I've got no idea," replied Vianna as she walked down the hall alongside Ferris. Her brows furrowed slightly as she thought about the possibilities, but couldn't come to an idea of what the next stop would be. She sighed, not at all pleased with the idea of spending the next few hours traveling from one place to the next once again, having to readjust to a foreign land. It was beginning to frustrate her and she wished they could just confront the kidnappers, hex their head offs, and move on with their young teenage lives. |
Ferris gave a weak smile as Vianna's brows furrowed, knowing she must have been thinking about moving from city to city once more. He squeezed her hand gently as they entered the elevator, giving her a supportive smile, "How about, first thing when we get there, you and I go out and find a lake? We'll bring the marshmallows, and Fluffy, and a book... And we'll go for a swim. Sound good?" he asked her hopefully, wanting this both for himself, but mainly because of Vianna and his want to make her happy once more. |
Vianna entered the elevator along with Ferris and looked up as the boy squeezed her hand gently before then beginning to list their plans for the day. She gave him a faint smile, appreciative of his efforts. "Sounds good," she agreed with a nod. She wasn't necessarily ecstatic about this, but she didn't want to make the trip any more difficult for the boy than it already was by whining and being miserable. So instead, she smiled and tried her best to look to the positive side as she usually did. |
Ferris was only half reassured by Vianna's response, as he had hoped for a more enthusiastic response from her. Buy he gave a small smile and a nod before exiting the elevator with her. He turned to the front desks, conversing for a moment in French before handing the keys over. He then spoke with the man for another moment, explaining that the group would be leaving in the next half hour or so before starting back towards the elevator with Vianna. |
Vianna stood at Ferris's side, listening quietly as the boy spoke in his flawless French that she had come to adore so much even though she never understood a word of it. Once in the elevator, the girl waited patiently until the doors opened and they were allowed back into the familiar hallway where their rooms awaited. Vianna came to a halt by the door of the room that had once been hers and stepped inside. Her brothers were standing near the kitchen and the girl was able to understand the Italian coming from Vince's lips - he was complaining about going on the trip on an empty stomach, suggesting that they ate before leaving. But Victor was having none of it and turned to the newcomers as they arrived. "All ready?" he asked, but he didn't wait for a response. "Good, let's get going," he continued, now pushing them out the door, ignoring Vianna's complaints. |
Ferris just barely had time to grab his bags as Victor was pushing them back through the doorway. With one hand holding his small bag and the other holding his broomstick, he started back down the hallway, this time accompanied by the rest of the group. His mind wandered back to where they were going next, and what they'd be doing. He had to agree with Vianna, this routine was getting a bit repetitive, and he liked it even less because it was upsetting her. |
"Victor," said Vianna in rather unfriendly tones after a moment's silence, her eyes turning to her oldest brother with furrowed brows. "Where exactly are we going? We're not just sheep you can carry around carelessly, y'know," she continued. Victor gave her a blank look, able to tell his little sister was clearly irritated and in the needs to argue with someone. But he wasn't about to add any more fuel to her fire, so he answered her question simply. "Luxembourg," said the boy. Vianna's eyes widened and her jaw dropped, but before she could complain, he continued, "English is very common, so we shouldn't have too many problems with the language. And if anything, French is also common so your little girlfriend there can help translate for us," he added, obviously referring to Ferris on the girlfriend comment, "It's not too far, either, so the trip won't be too long. We'll floo to the capital and then fly to a small town." Vince didn't seem to care about any of this, though, and started bombarding his brother with questions about the food and the girls in this foreign land. As the two engaged in a dull, pointless conversation, Vianna looked away with a sigh, her brows still furrowed. |
