Erik smirked as Allie started laughing and laughed himself, "Yeah. Amusin' ain't it. Nothin' like siblin' rivalry." he smirked and took another sip of his drink as he watched her. "So how do ye know those two?" He asked curiously. "A right laugh those two are. Good guys though taken separately."

As she spoke Erik raised an eyebrow with another smirk then started chuckling. It seemed so hard for her to say that yet he hadn't had any other intentions anyway seeing as he was still flirting with a few of the other girls he knew. "Allie..it's a movie not a ring." He gave her a wink and stuck the tickets back in his jacket pocket. "You're a wonderful girl but I'm not really the...relationship type of guy...if we're being honest. Kenzie always said maybe one day when I grow up but...I enjoy datin' around, so I guess that's not yet. So if it's alright with ye I'd rather keep this simple too. At least for right now until I have that epiphany and woe to the lucky girl who gets stuck with me," he said the last with a smirk and started chuckling. It was rather different, he didn't take many girls who in fact wanted the same thing he did but this worked fantastically.

Dacs laughed."I know. It's crazy. A hard ball auror like me gone soft over one guy. Unheard of."she remarked, laughing."I hope you're right. I hpe he doesn't disappoint me."

She took her coffee and sipped it. Before continuing saying, "How do you date somebody in the event that it happens? I'm not good at this. It would be easier facing a half crazed, evil wizard for me than being all girlie. This is new to me.But it looks like I'm doing ok so far."Pinching the top of her nose between her forefinger and her thumb, she thought about Ben.

Davina laughed. Of all the things that could have caused Dacs to go soft she would never have guessed a guy. Oh well, one of them had to give in sooner or later. Dacs could caught in the dating web first it seemed. Good for her.

"Oh you'll be fine don't worry. Just be yourself and he'll fall head over heels for you..but err..be yourself self not your icy self." She winked and sipped her wine.

"I can be that if I want. I mean Ben is no kitten. I can't go mush over some guy. He has to earn that first."she said looking at Davina over the rim of her coffee cup before taking a sip. "I can't, I just can't. I need to be focused for work and he's in the same office." Dacs refused to allow herself to float away with this....new thing of fancying someone.

"Enough about me. What's up with you?"she asked, dodging any further questions or mushy stuff.

Asher nodded his head and pulled the note back towards him. "I'll write her when we get home." He told her as he folded the note up and stuck in his shirt pocket to not forget when they got home later that day.

"Chloe." He said with a sigh. "I wonder what would happen to me if I hadn't been a loony talking to myself that day in the pub." He told her ending with a little chuckle thinking back to the day they had met.

As Asher folded up the note and put it away, Chloe gave him a nod and reached for a menu. She was feeling a bit hungry. Running a department used a lot of energy. As the silence passed, she began skanning the menu, but looked up when she heard him say her name. "Hmm?" she said in response to her name. As he continued on, her face broke into one of her truest smiles at the look on his face. Reaching across the table with her left hand, she grabbed his right hand and stroked the back of it gently. "Then I wouldn't be the luckiest woman in the world," she replied quietly, smiling at him with one of her best Asher!smiles.

Walking into the restaurant, Kenzie finds a cozy booth off in a corner. Not really paying attention to anyone in particular in the restaurant. Her mind a million miles away it seemed.

That man...Aiden was it? lost in thought, with a dreamy look in her eyes. Erik didn't seem to want anything to do with her, and she didn't feel like it was her right to butt in on his business...

That morning she had seen a man off in the distance, she remembered he was one of the people helping them a few days before with the accident when everyone was sick... Someone had mentioned his name...Aiden. She wondered who he was, was he from her department?

Ugh. Allie loathed awkward moments---and this was definitely an awkward moment. She wasn't sure why she'd suddenly decided to spring this kind of talk on Erik, but with the third date possibly approached, she'd sort of panicked and felt the need to be open and honest. Maybe someday she'd end up in a relationship with Erik, but maybe someday she'd end up with someone else, too. That wasn't really something she wanted to find out right now, though.

...and lucky for her, Erik understood. She smiled warmly at him and let out a breath she hadn't realized she'd been holding in. "I know, I know...a movie and not a ring. I'm just the type of person that likes to be honest from the get-go, so...there it is," she said, throwing up her hands a little. "Thank you, Erik, and I'd like to keep it simple, too." She laughed when he joked about the whole epiphany thing. Leave it to Erik to be able to get them out of the awkward moment by cracking a joke.

Asher beamed back at her, still wondering why she agreed to spend the rest of her life with him. But alas, he was more than willing to be with her for forever, thus he wouldn't have proposed to her...he was still head over heels for her as the day they had went Christmas shopping.

"And I wouldn't be the luckiest man in the world." He commented back as he reached for a menu. He stomach gave a large growl, in the midst of the serious talking he had completely forgotten his was starving.

Erik smiled as he saw her smile and then laugh. He always had had a knack of lightening the mood. "Well yer honesty is much appreciated." He smiled and took a sip of his drink. "So ye want to go to the cinema? Ye don't have to if yer busy." He'd take Kenzie or someone else if she didn't want to go. No biggie. As the waitress came back he smiled and gave her his order and then looked back at Allie. "So aside from the minister issue how has yer return to London been?"

Chloe just beamed back at him, still holding his hand, her beautiful engagement ring sparkling in the dimly lit restaurant. When his stomach let out a rumble, though, she giggled. She had certainly grown pretty accustomed to hearing that sound in the past year. Wow, she couldn't believe it had only been almost a year. It seemed like she had known Asher her entire life, but maybe that was just because she had been waiting on someone like him to come into her life for that long. Smiling, she looked back down at her menu and asked, "What sounds good to you, my love," and continued caressing the back of his hand with her ringed hand.

Desmond walked into the restaurant. He wanted some muggle food to eat before he went back to work. He walked towards an empty table towards the back of the restaurant and sat down.

Allie busied herself with sipping on her drink while she waited for the blushing to fade away. She absolutely hated to blush---it just made an awkward moment so much more...well, awkward. A few seconds later, she put down her drink and glanced across the table toward Erik. "Oh, yeah...the cinema. Sure, I'll go," she said with a smile. "It sounds like it'd be a lot of fun...and thank you for asking me."

After she'd placed her order, as well, Allie stopped to think about how things had been going for her back home in Great Britain. "It's actually going well for me. I miss my sister, though. This is the first time since we were born that we've lived apart," she explained. "I hear from her a lot, though. She teaches Charms at Hogwarts."

Asher turned back to his menu as his stomach gave a growl. "I think..." He trailed looking at all the food options, why couldn't he just order EVERYTHING? "I'm having the chicken stir-fry with a large iced tea." He told her still looking at everything making sure that's what he wanted.

He gave a definite nod of his head and folded the menu up and laid it on the side of the table. "Question." Asher said cocking his head to the side looking at Chloe. "Are we going to do an engagement party?" He asked her, usually people did those, right? Well, Asher wasn't sure, he wasn't a person to know stuff about weddings and everything.

Chloe perused the menu, and when Asher said chicken stir fry, her eyes automatically settled on it. Hmm... that sounded sort of good, but if she wanted some, she'd just still a bite of his. "I think I want..." she began, eyes roaming the menu before they landed on something that sounded interesting, "The pasta della casa," she said finally, closing her menu moments after he did. Ooh! Question time! "Yes, dear?" she asked in a semi-mocking tone as she fluttered her eyelashes at him dramatically.

Hm... engagement party. That could be fun. "Well, I imagine my parents would probably appreciate us doing the proper thing. They already think I'm some sort of immoral heathen for moving in with you quickly and then for agreeing to marry you after less than a year," she said with a bit of a teasing smile. "Mum swore I had to be pregnant for weeks, said that was the only reason a woman in her right mind would agree to marry a man so quickly," she said with a laugh. If only her mother knew...

"It could be fun. We could have a classy sort of engagement party," she said, her secret passion for event-planning suddenly sparking to life inside of her. "Not, like, suit jacket classy, but just maybe shirt and tie kind of classy? Have cocktails and dancing. Invite our friends and family?" she said, smiling across the table at him. Truthfully, she had been dying to show Asher off to her friends and co-workers.

Asher laughed as she talked about her parents...his parents wouldn't have minded, just the fact that Chloe didn't have an ounce of Greek in her, was what would have bothered them if they were here. "Yes. Shirt and tie." Asher said nodding his head, making sure he got his word in. He liked to dress up every once in a while, but he didn't really care for suits or anything...he much rather wear a nice shirt and a tie. "Sounds fantastic!" Asher told her giving her hand a gentle squeeze. "Maudi should have something already lined out for food. Or at least some ideas." He laughed, he could just picture Maudi spending hours at night planning the food out to every detail.

Chloe just beamed across the table at her fiance as he agreed with her about the attire. Swanky cocktail party could be fun, right? And they had a great house for those kind of things. When he squeezed her hand, she felt the familiar sensation of butterflies in her stomach, and it still amazed her that he could still make her feel like that. She nodded her head as he spoke about Maudi and the food. "Yes, I think I'll let her handle that. Just hour d'oeuvres and things of that nature, I think. Maybe something a little heavier incase people get hungry, but not much," she said, more to herself than to Asher. "And I can make up invitations. That should be easy. Oh! And can we have it over the holidays so that Lauren and Chelsea and Tim can come visit?" she asked excitedly. It had been ages since she'd been able to see them. "And if Ziva comes home for Christmas, she'd be able to come, too, then!" This was turning into a rather splendid plan, in her opinion.

Those hour d'oeuvre things, Asher wasn't quite sure what they were, having never eaten them before. But surely he'd have one of them before they had their engagement party. He nodded his head, feeling like that was one of the only things he could do at the moment, he was just so happy about everything. Well, truth be told, he was usually a happy man in general. Oh, and invitations. Boy, Chloe sure was getting into this whole party planning thing.

"That's a fantastic idea." Asher told her with his smile spreading across his face a little more. "I've been waiting to get to see them." Asher told her nodding his head. He'd have to make sure to write a DETAILED note to Ziva about what they were planning so she could make sure she could make it home over the holidays to visit.

Although Allie was having a nice time and hated to leave good company, she and Erik had been at the restaurant for quite a while. It was getting late, and if she wanted to make it to work in the morning without having to sleepwalk to her office, she needed to get home soon.

She cleared her throat then made a grab for her handbag. "Well, Erik," she said, pushing her chair away from the table. "It's been a fun night, and I've enjoyed hanging out with you again, but I need to get going. Work comes early---way too early." She paused for a few seconds while she stood up. "Thanks for the fun night out. I'll see you at work." With a smile and a wave, she turned and headed out the restaurant.

Nath sat in his muggle clothes, at one of the booths. He felt altogether very awkward. But he had heard that there was good food here....and it also felt good to visit with the normal population of London. Gave one a better perspective on things.

He ordered lunch and waited for something to happen.

Walking across the street, Nina decided to grab a bite to eat ,or at least just sit down and rest. She entered the restaurant and looked for a free seat. Sadly every seat she could see was occupied. Oh, well she didn't mind sitting with someone (yes, she didn't mind at all). She walked until she reached a table with only one occupant.
"Excuse me, is someone sitting with you?" she asked.

Only the ghosts of my crimes....

But Nathan couldn't tell this lady that so the reply was actually, "Sure, this table is wide open!" He gestured for her to sit across from him, then flagged down the waitress....

"Thanks.." Nina smiled as she sat down across the guy. She decided to introduce herself. 'It's always polite for introduction.' she thought.
"Anyhow, I'm Seraphina." she said as the waitress walked over to their table.

"It is a pleasure to meet you Seraphina! I am Nathan Corun, at your service!" He extended his hand and smiled as the waitress arrived. This would be a nice meeting.

Nina shook his hand and then told the waitress her order.
"So I bet you work in the Ministry too?" she lowered her voice as she said this.
