And we..." he looked down at Becca, gave her a satisfied smile as meeting her lovely gaze, he continued, "..We're fantastic, blessed with everything." His eyes struggling to move away from hers as she leant her head against his shoulder and playing with his fingers.
"And..Congratulations Erik! It's nice to see a new face in the department heads lounge." he said in his honest voice before turned his attention back to his wife. "Mummy, dwink pwease.." he giggled and nuzzled her neck by his nose, teasing, "How about you mummy?" he asked through mild giggles as he squeezed her waist gently. He was not hungry, mostly due to happiness.

Then it got weird....raising an eyebrow only slightly his eyes caught Kenzie's and he could tell she was trying not to laugh. Well at least he wasn't the only one. He cleared his throat before saying, "I think I'll have steak," he said more as a declaration but smirked at Kenzie. "Oh! Kenzie here got a job, the Daily Prophet...fascinating eh?"

In fact he was dressed rather casually compared to what he wore in the Ministry. He had donned a pair of jeans, a button down shirt, a waist coat and a pair of Gucci loafers. In his right hand he carried the bouquet of roses and the box of Godiva chocolates tucked under his arm as he waited for Her Supreme Awesomeness to arrive. | |
