"Well, I was under employment at the large prison Nurmengard, I assume you may have heard of it, I was an interrogator. And....well one of the interrogations went awry. And some people died as a result. I don't believe it was my fault. But here I am abandoned by my original country, or hunted by them. And forced to flee into the service of the British Ministry."

When the arrived back in Muggle London they walked to a restaurant across the street and it was nice and warm inside. She would soon be defrosted for sure. She nodded in reply to him. It really wasn't his fault but it seemed they both had some to blame. She took his had and led him back to a cozy booth. Once they sat she leaned her head on his shoulder. "I've done a lot of thinking Lucas and I've come to the conclusion that I really do like you and I'm willing to move on. You just made it ten times clearer back in the Leaky Cauldron."

Briony chuckled slightly as he seemed slightly confused. Ahh men. This was the typical Lucas Sawyer now wasn't it. But she did want to make her point very clear to him so she quieted down once more. "From Chris," she told him lightly. After talking with that guy who worked with Chris she decided that she did want to think of him as a memory. Though the woman did want to speak with him again. "You care a lot about me. More than I was able to realize. You don't come across many men like that."

Her previous ones had ended in epic fails and she was just trying to get it right for once.

She laughed at his reaction of shock. It was quite shocking considering she was older than him and actually agreeing to this. But then again he wasn't that immature just a little daft at times which she didn't mind. "No you're not dreaming. This is all real," she assured him, looking up at him with a smile. Briony was happy and relieved at the same time. She wasn't going to be alone anymore. Now where this relationship could lead was the big question here wasn't it?

She smiled once more at him and wondered where they went from here. Now came all the thoughts of dates and meeting up with each other. It's not like it was going to be that hard considering they worked in the same Division. Buuuut they were going to wait and see she supposed. "Hmm...so now that we're officially together what do you say should happen first?" she questioned. This could sort of be like their first date. They were in a restaurant.
