The brunette hadn't ever considered doing anything professionally...let alone sketching and art. The future seemed like an abstract thing that you looked at but never considered honestly. Nell had to admit though that sketching and painting for a living sounded amazing. She could even do some whittling on the side. She smiled at the gorgeous comment.

Hm. After a moment of pure concentration, he turned the putter aroud and finally held it correctly. "Oh, it's this way!" He looked up at her with a proud grin, glad to have got it right by working it out himself.

"Hi," she said, before pulling a little box, inside which was their egg. Couldn't just carry around an egg without any protection, right? It'd get cracked if it wasn't inside something. "Here's Eggbert. I forgot to give him to you on the train." For obvious reasons.

Nell smiled as she placed her purple ball, which looked a lot like a snitch except for the color and the indentations, on the starting place. Straightening up her eyes went to Edmund to check his progress. Furrowing her brows she watched Ed figure out which side of the putter goes where. She wasn't going to mention the one side of the metal object has grips which indicates where your hands are supposed to go.
When he finally did figure it out she smiled at him and shook her head. "So, you want to go first or should I?"

"I was wondering what he was up to," Jake said with a light laugh as he took the box from Penelope. He checked inside, smiling proudly when he saw the white chicken egg wrapped up safely. He closed the box and tucked it safely in his bag. He'd set it on his bed when he got back to his dormitory.
"Crazy train ride," he commented, looking back at Penelope. Sure, he'd talked to her after the train, but not very much. The feast had been sort of chaotic for him. "Glad to see you're alright, though. And Eggbert." It would have been all too easy for the poor egg to get smashed in all the commotion.
