Adam looked at the pixies in front of him and couldn't help but smile slightly. They were kind of cute, just not when they were being pesky and all. Since they were supposed to be practicing Adam pulled out his wand, and looked around the room.

Which one to hit first....

Adam spotted a pixie that had conveniently picked up someone's book, and was seriously threatening to rip out some of its pages. Pointing his wand at it Adam said, "Stupefy!" A shot of red came out of his wand, nailing the pixie square in the face before sending the little creature slamming against the nearby wall.

One down....

Hugo turned around. Another girl needing help? No fear. Hugo-man is here. "Immobulus!" he yelled. It was too dangerous stunning the pixie, he might hit her from such a distance. The pixie froze. "Try stupefy," he yelled at the girl.

Justin got up from his stool and followed the profeesor along with the rest of the class. Wow, The smell of peppermint filled his nose.'Those are the oddest toadstools I've ever seen!' Justin thought to himself.

Taking her wand out again, she held it close, not wanting any of those pesky pixies taking it. No, this was HER wand. She would get all snake!HISS on them if they even thought of touching it. She was pretty fine with standing where she was away from all of...that...but destiny had other plans. And she didn't mean her friend Destiny either.

Seeing the raised hand, she half expected the Slytherin to miss and hit her face instead. What?

...

"WAIT! WAIT waitwaitwait...!!" Flailing her hands and wand in front of her, she ducked and covered, practically on the floor. DON'T HIT US!

Jonathan was up for his 3rd and final cap to harvest for the day and then that's it. He's done. Quite frankly, he's having a hard time as well. These pixies wouldn't stop and it's irritating and annoying. Can't they all just stop this second?

Okay, his last harvest. Oh yeah, pixies. "Stupefy!" that's one and another one "Stupefy" that's two. Phew. Jonathan rolled his eyes. He is enjoying herbology but not the pixies. They're just too much.

Now that the pixies we're stunned. He can now continue with his work. He firmly help the cap, twisted it like he did with the first two and now, he has his third harvest. Yippeeee...

Jonathan put the last one into the box. At least now he is done.


Jonathan looked at the corner of his eyes and saw a younger Slytherin girl that was quite down. She's the same girl that was given a deduction due to the fact that she used the binding curse instead of a freezing ans stunning curse right? Jonathan doesn't like losing points but this one looked like she needed some help.

"Hey" he walked up to her "What's wrong?" he is willing to offer some help if she needed them. After all they are in the same house.

One more cap and she was finished. She went to 'hunt' one more toadstool and when she was spotted one, it was guarded by a lot of pixies. Gulp! She looked around to find another toadstool with less pixies but it seems that another students already have their eyes on it.

Oh well better get on with it.

She slowly approached the toadstool but apparently the pixies already aware of her presence and they flied towards her and attacked her hair. "Argh! Not my hair!" she pointed her wand "Immobulus!" the creature dodge her spell easily. What the?! And they pulling her hair with more force. "Ouch!" That's it. "Stupefy!" the spell hit one of the pixie but that made the other pixies mad. "Argh! Immobulus!" and the pixies went freeze. That what you get when you mess with my hair! The fourth year went back towards the toadstool, grabbed its top and twisted it. Now she officially have three caps and no more pixies.

Indiana was feeling pretty good right now. She had managed to stun a pixie. She was excited, because she liked being able to do magic. It was a very good feeling. Indy decided against doing that happy clappy dance, because it wasn't very good really. People would think that she was silly, and that wasn't good at all. She did also have to harvest two more caps, so that she would pass the activity. Indiana watched the toadstools, deciding which one she was going to do. Ahh. That one. That one would do. Hopefully not that many pixies would come attack her. She wasn't looking forward to that. At least they were going at her hands, and not something like her face.

Stepping forward, she grabbed another toadstool, but not before two pixies came and started grabbing at it. "Oh no you don't" She frowned, grabbing her wand and pointing it at the Pixies. "Stupefy!" She yelled, with the same force she had used last time. Luckily her spell worked straight away, and the pixies were stunned. Perfect. She was glad she could do this now. It was very good. Now she just needed to harvest the cap from the toadstool. Grabbing the gap gently, she pulled at it, and it came off. One more to go.

Having heard the teacher's instructions Justin reluctantly walked up to where the peppermint toadstools were and thought of the spell to stun/freeze the pixies that were starting to get irratated with having so many students among their keep. ' Oh yeah, stupify.That's the right spell' Justin thought to himself. And with that he took out his wand and pointed it at a pixie in front of him and said " Stupify! " Darn he missed. boy, those little buggers are fast! " Stupify! Ha! Got it!" Justin took the toadstool's cap and pulled it off quickly before the other pixie's saw what he was doing.

Wait... what? She didn't even know the stun or freeze spell. Were pixies dangerous? Sarah glanced over at the toadstools. *Sigh* she'd just have to suck it up and harvest the 'stools without magic. Oh, man.

She took a step closer to the toadstool and watched the two pixies surrounding it wearily. The pixies glared up at her, resentment clear on their tiny faces. Urp.

"Um, yeah, I just need to..." kill this toadstool. "Um, borrow... this toadstool."

Yeah, right. That's what she was going to do.

She reached for the toadstool, still cautiously watching the pixies. She grabbed the cap just as one flew up and tugged at her hair. The pain she felt in her scalp caused her to violently twist the cap off. She resisted the urge to swat the minute annoyance away. She supposed it wasn't allowed to harm the irritating little buggers.

She dropped the cap in the jar and attempted to disentangle the pixie from her hair. Bloody little--!

She turns her head around from where the spell had came from. Merlin! He could've hit her! Thank goodness it wasn't a knockback jinx or something. Anyways... "Thank you," she says to the older Ravenclaw with a faint smile.

One of the pixies froze and the others were looking shocked. The pixies are off guard. Now it's her chance! Pointing her wand at another pixie, she cast the spell half-shouting. "Stupefy!" With her agility, Aiden slips through another group of pixies and quickly twist off the last cap of the toadstool.

Finally, she puts all the three caps in the box before returning back to her place. In case if anyone needs anymore help...

The next greenhouse they walked into was damp and dark and cold, it smelled amayzing! The pepperment toadstools were so cool. "Aren't they used for healing people who have been burnt by dragons, and a flavour of wizerding chewing gum?" Maddy answered. There were so many plants in the greenhouses and she was amayzed at how the school had so many rare magical itoms.

What in the good name of Merlin was Evelyn doing?

Destiny glanced at her raised gloved hand, then down to her friend, then back to her hand again. What was wrong? It wasn't like she was going to hit her! Oh Merlin, no! She had done that before and it did not turn out good at all. And back then, it was an accident. She didn't want to know what would happen if she slapped her on purpose.

"I was.." She was suddenly cut off by a Pixie who decided to make her fingers their dinner. Or was it lunch time.. maybe breakfast? Destiny had no concept of time, but she did have concept of pain, and even though the pixie was biting her gloved fingers, it still HURT! "OUCH!" she yelped, shaking her hand like it had just been caught on fire.

And as the pixie flew off her fingers and onto Evelyn's back, Destiny quickly stretched her now injured hand out and grabbed a peppermint toadstool cap.

Maybe she should stun that pixie for Evelyn? She raised her wand.. "There's a pixie on your back!"

Ever so helpful, Destiny Shepard was.

After Raven and the other boy had helped her with the first pixie that attacked her, Lana decided to try for the cap again.

She headed for one and looked around. Okay, no pixies aiming for me and she smiled. She grasped the cap and started to twist. From the corner of her eye, she saw a pixie b-lining towards her face. She remember what Raven said and proceeded to do so. She waved her wand and yelled ""IMMOBULUS!" She immediately pulled her arms up to cover her face. She peeked through and there it was frozen.

She smiled and resumed twisting the cap off. She placed in the jar with a big grin and started to frown again. She realized it was sheer luck that that charm had work. She didn't even know what wand movement she used.

She looked around for her friend, the boy, or anyone that would know. "What wand movement are we supposed to be using?"

Pixies. Hmph!

First the Biting Toadstools and now the Pixies. This just gets better and better doesn't it? Kita bit her lip and looked down at the caps. They were going to bite her weren't they? And scratch. And merlin knows what else! She was tall... did this mean that she was more likely to get hit/bitten/scratched? Oh merlin!

Kita took a deep breath before approaching the toadstools again. It was now or never right? But before she knew it-

PIXIE!!!!!!

Luckily it was only one... for now. She could fend off one pixie right? It was what? Two feet tall? She was five foot seven for merlin's sake! And she was a WITCH! She could fend off a pixie!

... Or maybe not.

"Arrrggghhhhhh!" she screamed as the pixie flew at her, "Wand... wand... where's my wand?!" She groped around the pockets of her robes, trying to find that familiar stick that might just help her out of this situation.

Aha! Kita's hands wrapped around her wand and she whipped it out. She pointed it at the pixie flying around her and cried, "Stupefy!" No such luck. Not only had the pixie dodged the spell, but it was now flying at her!

"Stupefy!" she cried again. Dodging the spell again, the pixie came closer and closer towards her. It was going to hit her... it was going to hit her... it was going to-

"STUPEFY!" she screamed. And... it stopped! YES! A huge grin spread across her face as the pixie dropped onto the floor. Kita picked up the frozen pixie and dropped it onto the table. She wasn't going to be responsible for someone's accident. No way! She turned her attention to the toadstool and quickly unscrewed the cap.

One down, two to go.

Destiny gave no indication whether or not she had gotten the pixie, and quite frankly, Evelyn didn't even KNOW there was a pixie next to her face until her friend mentioned it. WAS IT GONE OR NOT!?

Lifting her head up a little to see what was going on, she noticed just in time that Destiny had grabbed one of those peppermint toadstools. Well now, she just felt ridiculous bent down like this if there was no pixie after her anymore. Yeesh, thanks for telling us Destiny!

Just about to stand up, something light touched her back...and then there was a wand pointed at her. Destiny's wand-

SMACK!

Evelyn was now flat on the ground. Not moving. Just...she didn't want to move for fear that Destiny's aim would be off. "GETITOFF!!" she yelled...to the ground. Yes, TO the ground. That's where her face was pointing at least.

The girl doesn't even know the wand movement, and it actually worked? talk about lucky! Heh! "Just point your wand to them," answered Aiden casually as she has decided to stay at the side of the greenhouse.

Of course, she still has her wand tightly hold in her hand. In case if anymore pixies start to attack her.

Jesifur was shaken by that last pixie. She felt determined to finish the task. She calmed herself yet again and marched onward once more to the toadstools. Wand at the ready, eager to finish the task she aimed at the first pixie and quite firmly said, "stupefy." Taking aim at a second one using the same method again she said, "Stupefy." Feeling quite proud of herself she let her guard down for just a moment. A particularly nasty pixie caught hold of her sleeve as she reached for the nearest toadstool. Jesifur let go of the toadstool and readied her wand once again, "Stupefy" she said just as the pixie was about to bite her.

She quickly grabbed the toadstool she had just dropped twisted the cap as she ran towards the cardboard box. Pixies, much freakier than butterflies. Butterflies can't really bite you can they? She yet again ran to the furthest point from them and looked back. They do look so pretty from far away though, just like the butterfly. She must definitely preferred both that way, far far from her.

Alright, two caps in the box, only one more! Faven looked down at her arms and hands, with their battle wounds from the first cap harvested. Please oh please don't let me be attacked this time as well!!! She knew that it wasn't likely that the darn pixies wouldn't bother her though. All around her her classmates were still battling the little buggers. Once again she plunged herself back in amoung the toadstools, this time more prepared to handle the pixies.

With her wand in her front pocket, Faven used her hands to clutch a smaller looking toadstool. In one swift motion she had popped her third cap off. Like clockwork, the pixies descended upon her. Faven took out her wand, and began shouting "Stupefy" and "Immobulus" at the pixies. One by one the pixies seized up and fell, and Faven reahed out for them and set them nicely down, all while shooting of the spells. Faven must look like a spectacle to the rest of the students. Running toward the box while shouting off spells will diving to save the pixies she took down. When she reached the box she dropped in her final cap. ALL DONE!! But the pixies didn't see it that way. They continued to bombard her, highly aggitated. Only a first year, Faven's spells weren't stong enough with just her to ward off all the pixies. "Help, help!" She called out. She couldn't handle them alone.

Oh sweet Merlin!

The pixie was wrestling Evelyn to the ground! The pixie, Destiny didn't know whether it was a boy or girl pixie, and really, she did not want to get close enough to check, it was holding her friend down! That was the only reason why Evelyn would actually be laying on the floor. In the whole seven years she had known her, she never sat or laid on the floor. And she was pretty sure if she could, she wouldn't even walk on the floor.

Hmm.. could it be possible to not walk on the floor? Gah! She was getting distracted. She needed to take care of the pixie!

Shaking her head free of her thoughts, Destiny positioned her wand so it was pointing towards the pixie.. who had just starting jumping up and down on Evelyn's back. "Immobulus!" she said clearly, squinting her right eye just to get a better focus on the thing. She wasn't sure if that helped, but the pixie was no longer moving.

"Evelyn, look! I froze it!" And get off the floor..

Aurora wanted to laugh. A lot. But she didn't want to annoy the head girl any more than she already had done. There was another pixie on Evelyn's shoulder... The Destiny girl hadn't noticed and the pixie was about to bite Evelyn. She aimed, muttering "Immobulus." under her breath. The pixie froze and fell back. Aurora stood up and acted as though nothing had happened... She didn't want the head girl to think she'd helped her.

Post 3:* Mickey was trying to get as far away from the chaos as possible, which meant going to a little bit of a darker place.* She still jumped everytime she heard twittering or the flapping of wings, but she didn't feel as anxious anymore, she knew how to stun that's better than nothing.* She kept wakling then the sickeningly sweet scent hit her nose again and she followed the scent only to get closer the flapping of wings. Moving aside a branch that was in the way she saw a group of pixies and before they could see her she pointed and uttered percisly "Imobulus." and they all froze. Picking them up and moving them all out of her way she picked the last one and went back.

For the love of Merlin, GET IT OFF!

Could Destiny not see it was jumping on her back? Why was it doing that anyway?! WHAT WAS THE POINT!?

With her eyes squeezed shut, she waited for either the signal to move or to be frozen, but apparently, it wasn't the latter. Craning her neck to look behind her, Evelyn flipped around and quickly crawled away from the pixie who was frozen in mid leap. Hastily standing up, the Slytherin looked over to the toadstools. The ones that had no pixie with them that is.

Holding the top of one, she twisted it off and scooted back over to Destiny hurriedly. "Thanks for that." she muttered, wiping the dirt off of her clothes. That never happened. Period.

Looking towards the box they had to place the toadstools in, her gaze landed on someone who really did need help but first...Evelyn took a mighty step to the side, dodging a spell.

OI!

Looking around for the person responsible, since obviously it was an off aim considering Destiny already took care of the pixie, she stared at a few particular people before shrugging it off. People needed to learn how to aim better.

...

"Stupefy." she said, pointing her wand at one of the pixies before giving a nonverbal 'immobulus' to their general area. The girl was near the box, and that's where Evelyn needed to be. Certainly the Slytherin girl didn't want to have THOSE pixies attacking her when she already had her own problems with one.

One was fine.

Harvesting one toadstool was fine too. With the pixies frozen, Evelyn smirked before dropping the toadstool into the box. She was seriously considering sitting out for the rest of the lesson.

Salima got her wand out of her pocket before she decided that she was going to deal with this pixie.
Remember the spell...don't choke She thought to herself.
Salima started to unscrew the cap, looking up every minute or so to watch out for a pixie. The fourth time Salima looked up there was a pixie comming right at her.
Salima quickly raised her wand and yelled "STUPEFY" with the pixie dodging her spell she tried again only now trying to Immobilise them.
"IMMOBULUS!" This time she got the pixie and continued to unscrew the cap.

"Thank you!!! Thank...you....so much!!!" Faven said to the older girl in between raspy breaths. "Was that your first toadstool? Do you need help getting the other two?" Faven asked, trying to be helpful.

"Thanks!" she yelled as she tried to get away from another pixie. "Immobulus!" An even bigger grin, if that was possible. She got down the charm and she couldn't be any more happier.

"I'm Melania.. erm.. Lana Warrington. Thanks for your help." she said as she looked at the girl.

She didn't exactly wait for a response because she didn't want to get attacked by another one. She needed to get that second cap. She ran over to on and quickly twisted it off.

Brilliant! she thought as she got it off and ran over to the box. But at the box, she didn't notice a pixie there. It went straight for her and started pulling her hair.
