Johnanthan walked in the common room, half asleep. He had his school uniform, but decided to add some of his own touch. He wore and sticky name tag that read "Hi My Name Is: John"

He wasn't the best morning person, it irritated him waking up from even late afternoon naps! But he still did his work, his parents were amazed at how little work he does and how he's actually passing...eh that's John Walker for you.

Rue nodded. "I think I can relate," She said. "My uncle and aunt are muggles, and I see them a lot. It's kind of strange, but then again, really cool."
"So," she said. "What's up?"

She smiled. "That's cool," she said. She laughed as well. "What was the assignment?"

"Not a lot. What about You?" Maxwell said.

Ronnie walked into the common room, and walked up to a chair and sat down. She then took out her book bag, and found a extra piece of parchment and quill. Then, she began to write.......

Sorry I haven't been writing lately, I've been a bit...busy I guess. Anyway, I was going to go to the Quidditch match but decided not to, I just didn't feel like going. I heard about it though, and it turned out to be real crazy!

"My father starred in baseball, football, WWE wrestling and of course Quidditch" William explained to Rue." I plan to follow his footsteps" William told Rue. " The Arithromancy assignment is really hard" William said to Rue.

"Oh, nothing really. I plan to try out for the quittich team next year, and i'm really busy with homework." She replied.

" Thanks, but I am sure your family is pretty amazing, too" William said to Rue. "Actually, I am a bit confused about the assignment" Willaim told Rue. " I will have to re-read the notice" Willaim explained to Rue. So have you beeen ti the Waterfall?: Willaim asked Rue.

"What's You're favorite class here?" Maxwell replied.

Rubiey smiled and snuggled into his side, his body warming her up quite a bit. She was grateful to have a boyfriend in the winter, he was able to keep her warm. Heh. "Good excuse." She teased with a smile up at him. She perked up when he said he brought along the hot chocolate. YAY. "Ooooh yes, today is definitely the day for it." She nodded, taking the thermos gratefully and taking a sip. Mmmm.

Rubiey shrugged with a light frown. "Meh, not bad. Just had a whole lot of homework to deal with that I had been putting off for a while." She said. Charms, DADA and Potions namely. At least it was all done now though. "You?" She asked, taking another sip and smiling as the warm liquid slipped down her throat.

"Hmm.." She thought. "I would have to say defense against the dark arts. You?"

Lilly sat in a big chair with her libary book, 'The day I kissed a crumple-horned snorkack' and a letter from her neighbor, who turned out to be a witch too. It said:

It felt nice having Rubiey in his arms, and he shot her a bemused smile when she teased him about his excuse for not running. "I swear, I do try to keep up with exercising...especially because of those blasted pumpkin pasties that are so good!" Adam wasn't really sure where this sweet tooth of his had come from but he really needed to try and get it under control if he could. Although Adam knew Rubiey of all people would understand his obsession with the pastry since he knew she liked them just as much as he did, if not more. He smiled at her warmly as she took the thermos from him with a smile on her face. "This might be my new beverage of choice," Adam said with a little smile. Adam never really considered himself to be much of a chef, but this continued to turn out so well that Adam couldn't help but keep making it. "I'm glad that I have someone to share it with," he said, giving his a kiss on the forehead.

Adam nodded understandingly when Rubiey said she had just been working on homework. "Same here," Adam said with a little sigh. "I feel like when I'm not hanging out with you or my friends I'm studying for the O.W.L.s. I just have this terrible feeling that I am going to fail them," Adam said with a small shake of the head. "Not to mention I need to get working on trying to cast a patronus. I've heard that it is quite difficult to get a hang of." Not to mention a part of Adam was really curious as to what his patronus would be. As he sat there silently for a moment Adam realized that now Rubiey could meet JB since he was back.

"Oh! JB is here...I got him back from Louisa a couple of days ago." Adam cleared his throat slightly before whistling, not too loudly, but loud enough that Rubiey and the people surrounding him could hear it. The next thing you knew there was the sound of footsteps on the stairs, before JB came bounding around the corner, propelling himself onto Adam's lap just after Adam managed to successfully move his thermos out of harms way. With a little shake of the head at the puppy's energy, Adam looked at Rubiey. "This is JB. You'll have to forgive him if he's more energetic for his own good."

" Yes, I like the waterfall" Willaim told Rue. " Sorry about the touchy subject about your family" William said to Rue very apoligetically. " Well maybe you can meet my family when you have a chance" William explained to Rue.

"Transfiguration, it's interesting. since I'd like to be an Animagus."

Rue laughed. "Yeah, that must make it more interesting. I just like transfiguration because it's easy for me." She grinned. "So, I overheard you and Josie in the Courtyard. I happened to be talking with my friend Alex when it was happening." She thought for a moment. Why did she just say that? This could either be a good thing, or a touchy subject. Either way, she'd just have to find out.

" Yes, there is always something you can't change about family members" William agreed with Rue. " If you get lucky to change anyone, it is an ongoing process and very tiring" William explained to Rue. " I have a lot of family to meeet, trust me" William told Rue. " I just like looking at the waterfall and then you can swim in the pond there, too" William said to Rue.

Ali couldn't help but smile when Kurumi said she would stay with him all night. "Oh, thanks Kurumi. thats really nice for you to offer" he said while dipping his head to try to hide his blushed face.

"oh Hogwarts is more then I ever dreamed of, its soo good to be around other people my age that are learned in the magical arts. Like I have been around my brother so long I couldn't really tell.... erm..... if I was better then him. I like the food, some of the classes and majority of the people." but since he only met a few people he couldn't really give her a full answer. "Quidditch is just awesome, the whole team is great, really took me in... yeah know" he said while just blabbling away to her.

"For the most I just like being around other people like me" he confessed again. "What about you?" for he wanted to know more about her.

"Yeah, we're 'together' now." Maxwell said doing air quotes. "She's my best friend, and I probably shouldn't be thinking of girls this early into my school career but I don't care." Maxwell said smiling.

"Yeah, you're right. I wish I could change all of them!" She explained. "My mom left my dad after I was born, my dad never wants to have contact with me, and my brother left for america last year and I haven't heard from him since." She sighed. Just letting all of that out- felt good. "That's cool! I never knew that. I've never even been to the waterfall."

Rue laughed. "I think that's cute!" She said. "You must really like her."

"Yeah, you're right. I wish I could change all of them!" She explained. "I do!" Maxwell said with much excitement. "She's-well, she's perfect. I love the way her eyes change with her emotions and how sweet she is, and that I can talk to her about anything and it's always fun." Maxwell said in a daydream like state "I'm rambling aren't I?" He said snapping out of it.

Rue inwardly sighed. Ah, love. Was it really that time of year again? "No, I think it's cute." She said. "You too are perfect for each other."

"Thank You. Would You like to know something I've never told anyone?" Maxwell said.

Oooh, a secret! Rue had heard alot of these in her days. "Sure, why not?" She said.

"I figure that if you had to stay up all by yourself you would be asleep quicker than Carter could say Quidditch," she giggled. That would defeat the entire purpose of making sure that he was safe and healthy. And...did he just bow his in gratitude. A small smile tickled the edges of her lips.

Her smile only widened when Ali began to talk about Hogwarts and what it had become for him. She was glad that he had found it to be better than he had expected. She hadn't really had any expectations prior to coming. The only image she had of school was one of bullying and torture. "The team is great," Kurumi nodded. She decided to leave out that she might be leaving it her fifth year to focus on her OWLs.

"M-M-Me?" she stammered. He meant about Hogwarts, right? "Hogwarts is the best home I've ever had." That pretty much summed things up, right? "Growing up knowing nothing about magic, I didn't know what to think...and...while people here are not exactly like me, I am glad that there are people who can perform magic like I can. Please I can talk about it. People I don't have to hide around...for the most part." Yes, Kurumi Hollingberry was dancing around the issue at hand, namely what she could do that most everyone else couldn't. "I guess you could say that Hogwarts is better than I expected as well."
