As the person in front of him turned around, obviously by his yelling he was prepared for a glare or even a yell back but he was blinking in confusion too when he saw a very familiar girl standing in front of him.

And she even knew his name! O___o the girl looked familiar though...really familiar but where had he seen her before?! "Kim..." he began but then stopped. He was so bad at remembering names! "It's..Kim right?" he blushed as he looked unsure at the girl.

Oh good, subject change. "My summer was okay" he smiled before groaning again and rubbed his temple. Pffft like it was NOT okay. He had to say goodbye to his best friend because he graduated AND he couldn't bring Mr.Duckles his plushed duck to school. But for everything else it was okay. "This headache is killing me, i can't wait to be in my dormitory bed at school" he muttered. And now he remembered that Kim..something had been a fellow chaser in the quidditch team last year. "YOU WERE ON THE QUIDDITCH TEAM TOO!" He shouted and pointed at her. "Yay finally i'm meeting a fellow team mate~ " and he groaned in pain again.

Kimalia nodded when he asked if Kim was correct. "Yep, short for Kimalia."

Aww, he had a headache. She knew a good doze of chocolate frogs would help that. "Oo, that's rough."

Kimalia nodded excitedly when he brought up Quidditch. "Yep, yep." Kimalia agreed, it felt good to be remembered. "I remember our end game, when we all scored at least once." And knocking a few people out of the way. "You're trying out again, right?"

Daichi then groaned again, aww he was dying over here. "Hang on." Kimalia turned back to the trolley to pick out a chocolate frog before paying for it. Afterward she gave it to Daichi. "Here you are, chocolate's good for the soul." She giggled after saying that, she didn't know why she was laughing. She suddenly felt all happy after giving advice that she felt was right. Must be sugar high. She then picked out some licorice wands and Berti Bott's beans for herself.

Daichi smiled gleefully as Kimalia as her name was... mentioned the quidditch match last year. "It was epic! Not only winning the Quidditch cup but also the gobstones cup AND the house cup!" That day had been the happiest day in a long time for Daichi . And the fact that he had been involved in it was even more epic.

He nodded his head in excitment but then groaned in pain again. The second year grabbed his forehead and took a breath. "I'm going to try out again , what about you?"

Daichi looked in confusion as Kimalia turned around and bought a chocolate for him. He eyed the chocolate in the girl's hand as his stomach started to growl. What? he was hungry too! He was about to grab his money from his pocket when the girl shoved it in his hands. "I...i can't take this..." He muttered and looked for his money in his pockets while his cheeks fired up.

He didn't want people paying for him just because he had a headache... Now that he thought about it. People were giving him ALOT of things back at diagon alley. First the bartender who gave him free apple juice, then the lovely lady at the quidditch shop who gave him a discount for his magazine and now Kim was BUYING a chocolate frog for him! " T-thanks anyway.." he said with a shy smile. "So..how has your summer been?" he asked while taking a bite from the chocolate frog which strangely did seem to help lift up his spirits a bit.

That was a weird statement. At least, Lu had never heard it before. Who enjoyed being short? Patterson had never paid much attention to her height but she was sure that she couldn't say she liked it, more like she didn't mind it. Being taller now had it's advantages as well as its disadvantages. The girl glared down at her knees. Her legs were getting all sorts of unwanted attention over the summer. There were only so many times you could tell a boy to drop dead before you had to resort to physical persuasion.

"Lipgloss?" asked the girl in confusion. It sounded unpleasant. Gloss that went on the lips? That much Lu could assume. She shook her head as her mouth twisted slightly in disgust. "Why would I do that to myself? Sounds like something a friend of mine would do."

Lu rolled her eyes. That Greer probably would enjoy having her lips look like she had just smeared a chicken drumstick over them.

"I don't get to do anything I couldn't do last year, really," explained the girl further. "Growing up is overrated if you ask me."

Kimalia agreed. "Seriously, it was epic last term." When she told her dad this, she couldn't even look him in the eye for once to see his burst of excitement. "And yeah, I'm totally going for Quidditch again." She then remembered that Aaron graduated last term. "I wonder who's the captain this term?" Maybe Rose? She did take lead for him that one time Aaron was too sick for a match.

After offering him the chocolate frog she saw him look at it in deep thought. Oh, he's modest. She thought that was adorable, and without letting him speak shoved it in his hand. She already bought it, so that's that! "You're welcome." Kimalia was grateful for having manners. Hmm, her summer.

"It was alright, despite some cancelled plans I made do with caring for my mom till she got better." Kimalia smiled again, since she was about to see her one last time healthy before starting this term. "Hopefully next summer I'll be with my brother." She pocketed the remaining treats she bought before continuing. "You have any siblings?"

Boon's vision had little spots in it, she was so tired. She stepped up to the trolley, "Hello, I don't suppose you would have any coffee, would you? Tea? Marvelous magical stimulant beans? Oh, I don't know... What would you suggest to keep these eyes open for long enough to practice some small talk here on the train? Ooh, I bet they'd like candy. What's the sweetest stuff you've got? Thanks."

Harlow frowned, it seemed this one didn't know anything about being a girl. Well that was a draw back. Because every time she asked her mom about the finer points of womanhood she burst into tears and cried about "her baby."It was most distressful and totally unhelpful.

She looked around to make sure no one was paying them any attention. She was about to do something dangerous and she didn't want any witnesses. She reached into the tiny little purse attached to her skirt and pulled out a thin tube of Root Beer flavored lipgloss. "This is lipgloss. You put it on your lips to make them glossy and shiny. Its what women wear" she announced proudly showing the tube to Patterson. "My cousin gave it to me. My mommy doesn't know I have it." she whispered.

Well that just burst her bubble all over the place. Growing up was overrated. The dimples on Harlow's face disappeared. "You don't like being older?" she asked softly.

"I don't know who the new captain is" Daichi said as he frowned. "I guess we'll find out when we sign in" he smiled at her and his mind went through the possibilities of who had the captain's badge now. His mind was set on either Rose or Lola. The latter was strange , like seriously strange but had done fantasic in the team. Actually everyone had been awesome! "I really can't wait to fly again" he said in a dreamy voice before his attention was snapped back to earth.

His face fell when kimalia told about her mother. "i-is she okay?" the second year asked, expression genuine worried. He thought about his own mother who had passed away in a fire a few years ago and he had to blink rapidly , not wanting tears to fall. Hopefully Kimalia didn't see it. "Oh! I have an older brother" Daichi said and was happy for distraction. "His name is Aedan and he works at the Ministry. He's currently undercov--" Daichi stopped talking and cleared his throat. "I mean, he's currently at the magical games and sports department." he grinned stupidly.

"Yeah," Kimalia agreed. She believed Rose would be Captain, unless she became Head Girl then she wouldn't have a clue on who else would do it.. Maybe.. hmm.. She'd have to wait and see on this.

Hmm, her mother's health. How to put it. "She's fine right now." Kimalia explained. "I think it may be allergies or something, she gets really sick during the change of seasons then when it's gone she appears to look like she never gets sick, it's weird." She felt a little guilty seeing his expression turn to sorrow. In her family, everyone lived a good healthy long life, so getting sick is little odd in her family. "We kind of dote on each other even whenever one gets the slight case of sniffles."

"Thanks for caring though." She thought she saw a hint of shine in his eyes before he continued on about his older brother who worked in the ministry. "Oh cool, my brother was talking about going into the Ministry whenever he retires." Kimalia happily continued. "He plays for the Moose Jaw Meteorites right now as a Keeper."

Despite the fact that Joao had completely healed his arm, Louisa couldn't help but walking in front of him to clear the way in case anybody bumped into him. Healing by magic was never so believable for her, she hadn't encountered any injury that was cured by a wave of a wand. Her unconscious cat died because of a wand not healed, and that might've added to her distrust to magic when it came to healing.

However, they couldn't avoid the crowd near the food trolley-- not when he insisted on coming along, and Louisa didn't want him to feel annoyed or mad at her. Not that soon. "Careful, there," she said pushing past someone and looking at Joao's healed arm. "You really could've waited for me at the compartment." Her eyes moved to look into his, worried.

Fee had decided to get heself something from the food trolley.Despite the long way and how exhausted she was the blonde couldnt stay away from some good cauldron cake and chocolate.The train ride would be long and she needed something to eat.Her compartment wasnt that far away but after the fourth year had pulled her trunks behind her for what seemed like eternity she was kinda tired.But some sweets would surely lighten her mood.After all sweets were real drugs.Hehe.

Approaching the lady with the trolley the Slytherin got in the queue and sighed a little bit.Now they all would be going to Hogwarts and the girl couldnt wait.Being home was always nice but coming back was way better.Hogwarts was more than a school it was like a second home and leaving your family behind was probably the only bad aspect about it.

João was at the point of rolling his eyes at her when she kept stealing a peek at his arm or tried to move people out of his route. He was much more amused than annoyed; if she was like this when they were only friends, then he could only imagine the treatment he would get when they were lovers. Yeah, there was no doubt they would be soon.

"I can't leave a pretty girl like you wandering around like that..." No, it just wouldn't do. He wasn't a gentleman then, no? "Are you that worried? I'm flattered, but really, it's alright." If she wanted to see it by herself, she could touch it. He wouldn't mind that.

She giggled at his words, he always knew how to tickle her feminine side and add to her confidence. "Why, thank you. I've never been escorted somewhere because I'm a 'pretty girl'." She made quotation marks with her fingers and kept her grin on.

She raised her eyebrows in surprise. Was she that worried? What? Did her very secretive glances were that obvious to him? Louisa smiled awkwardly, trying hard not to nod her admission, she blurted, "I just don't know how well the spell worked." The soon her words escaped her mouth, her eyes widened in horror of her mistake and added quickly, "Not that you're not good or anything. But I don't know whether you need to get some rest after this or not!" Pheew! That should save her life, right?

Glancing over some students' shoulders, she spotted the trolley, "I'm going to get something for both of us. Wait for me here." As stubborn as she was, Joao was never to let wrestle through the crowd with her brand new arm. Uh uh. Not when she was around to help.

Now free of his luggage, Dallin walked along the train until he found the food trolley. He had somehow neglected buying candy during the summer, so he'd have to stock up now.

He got in line, looking down at the ground and humming a song to himself as he played with the coins in his pockets, waiting for his turn at the trolley.

Emily stared at the food trolley, eyes wide open. She was used to smarties, m&ms, mars bars and the like. This was like some kind of fairy tale come to life. She pushed her way through the crowd, though much smaller than the rest, and ordered 3 chocolate frogs. She was so darn hungry.

She ignored the looks of other students, annoyed at her rudeness.

"Actually, I don't really about all these people," she said. They are both Muggles so she can't actually asked her everything about the Wizarding world. Just moments ago, she was bombarded by her friends at the compartment about all those wizards, ghosts, magic and Hogwarts.

Eventhough, she was really contented that someone here is simply just like her. She smiled. Aurora turned the book to a page with a boy and a girl waving at the picture, the girl holding a book and the guy, holding a sword. "Look at this. Don't they look good together. And what is that guy holding?" she asked as she read the words, "The sword of Gryffindor? Isn't that one of our houses?"

The fact that she was never properly complimented or flirted with made the whole thing even easier. As long as João could keep her interest and giggles, she would fall for her even sooner. "Well, you are now," he pointed out with a playful grin and a wink.

Raising eyebrows at her statement, he just chuckled at her ushered words afterwards. Being raised by Muggles did make someone sceptical of magic sometimes. Not that he had any worries; he was even eager to try more. But he understood her... a little. Maybe. He wasn't used to 'understanding' people.

"If you want, you can touch and see the effect." Just so she was at peace. They wouldn't want a worried Louisa now, would they?

...right, like he was ever going to let HER pay for something for both of them. Acting fast, he got forward with his wallet already in hand. "We'll wait in the line together," he said simply as he stood with her there. He didn't know what she wanted to buy; he didn't even know one single name of the sweets here. But he sure knew how to pay, and that was what he would do now. Along with carrying them, if she wanted to buy the whole trolley.

Now that she was on the train, her stuff was settled in a compartment, and the train was heading for Hogwarts, Vashti thought it was time to go get some candy from the trolley. She moved along down the train corridor and eventually arrived at the trolley...but there were quite a few students there already. Of course, that wasn't very surprising - everyone probably wanted to stock up for the trip. So she stepped into the line behind a blonde-haired girl, waiting patiently for her turn.

Hmm...

Somehow the girl looked familiar, or at least as familiar as the back of someone's head could look. Vashti stepped the side just a bit to catch a glimpse of the girl's profile...

"Hey, Fee!" she said with a smile, instantly recognizing the girl.

Later on in the journey, having run out of the candy she'd bought earlier, Vashti headed back to the trolley once more, intending to buy some more, mainly to keep in her trunk in her dorm to snack on during the night whenever she got hungry. The line wasn't too bad now, but she still had a bit of waiting to do, so she took her place in line once more and waited.

Ali was hungry and defiantly wanted some food, but there were soo many people around, how was he supposed to get the food?

Louisa blushed faintly at his wink. Yes, he did say words that supposed to make her blush but somehow his wink had the effect on her. "Umm.. yeah. Thanks," she mumbled before putting a strand of her hair behind her ear, absently. However, when he suggested to examine it, Louisa's curiosity took over her shyness. The girl stepped closer to him and held on to his arm with both hands, very gently, like doctors examine broken arms- she'd seen them on tv a lot- and rolled it slowly. Her eyes flew up to see if Joao had winced or flinched at her touch. It didn't seem so. She let go of his arm and smiled, suppressing her surprise inside as much as possible, "That's great. I'll be sure to get to you if I hurt myself." Not that she'd do that since Louisa usually stayed on the safe, risk-free side and her only reason to go 'risky' and 'adventurous' was gone.

Joao had literally jumped forward and stood next to her and got something out of his pocket. Louisa glanced at his hand trying to make out what was th- his wallet! B-b-but her parents would've scolded her had she accepted this. The girl stared at him for a second, trying to define the correct words for this, "Umm.. you don't have to pay for both of us." Going the act-like-a-dumb way. She knew he was acting like a gentleman but he didn't have to. If he wanted her affection, he'd gotten it.

Standing in line the girl twirled a strand of her blonde hair aroudn her finger.Well as much as she could with her short hair now.Hehe.It was seriously one of her annyoing habits.Whenever she waited somewhere she twirled a strand of hair aound her finger.Mhhh..what should she get anyways?Cauldon cake and chocolate of course,maybe even a pumpkin pie?!There was too much delicious food,gladly the Slytherin had brought enough money with her.

As someone called her name the fouth year came back from her thoughts and turned around to see who the person was.Looking into the face of a gil with auburn here Fee couldnt help but smile."Heeyy Vashti",she said,"craving some sweets too?"

Damon was extremely hungry but saw someone who wanted food more then he did... " Hey i have some extra snacks if you want them, they are very enticing to eat." Damon held out the 2 pounds worth of food.

someone was offering him food. "OH MAN, I think you just saved my life. I am starving." he said while waiting for the food. "Im AV, and thanks again" he said.
