Yep she totally missed him checking her out. Probably because Mia never expected a younger guy to show any interest in an older woman. The smile however caught her attention. He had a nice smile. Actually he was pretty cute all round. And she supposed if she wasn't already taken and was four years younger then she would find him to be quite the catch.

Oh for the love of Merlin! Why did almost everyone at Hogwarts have names that were hard to pronounce. She couldn't call him Sal because there was already a Sal that she knew even if she wasn't really talking to him.

And she was standing there away with the pixies while holding onto this young guy's hand. "So are you new to Hogwarts...Salariel?"

Jackie stood in the queue, waiting for her turn. There seemed to be many kids waiting. Oh well, that was obvious. Apparently whatever was in the food trolley was abolutely amazing. She would have to find out what was best.

Boy, would the queue never end? She was hungry. In her excitement for starting school, she'd forgotten completely about breakfast. She waited, humming softly and tapping her feet impatiently.

Sal didn't chalk up her not noticing his roaming eyes to the fact that she hadn't noticed. He was sure that she was checked out all the time. Hotties were used to that right? He'd get used to it when the girls of Hogwarts started looking his way...

He'd already decided that this girl was "one of Salariel's many girlfriends" material. Her name was committed to memory. Oh yes it was.

He slowly withdrew his hand from hers (she had nice soft skin, he'd noted) and glanced down when Gemelli squirmed again. He was talking too much or something, because the bat wasn't digging the vibrations of his voice. Oh well. Gemelli would have to deal with it, because it wasn't every day a guy met a hottieface.

"Yup. Third year," he said, his voice even and aloof, as if his hear wasn't as important to him as air. His being a third year was a point of pride, but it wasn't cool to let girls hear that, was it. "And you? I guess you've been at Hogwarts for a few years, right?"

What was she, a fifth or sixth year? Girls that were two or three years older than him were so, sooooo attractive. Evidence, standing right in front of him.

Food was always Ryans favourite,He was eager to find the food trolley.When he eventually found it he bought as much as he could.then he gobbled up the whole food packets in 10 minutes.

Kurumi stood very still. That was what you did when there was a predator around, right? With bears you played dead, like an opossum. Kurumi wasn't sure if lying down on the ground right now and doing the same would prove to be an effective strategy at the moment. It would probably earn her more glares than anything.

Kurumi found her breath again when Cookie Hater excused herself.

See you later? That, surprised her a bit. It implied that Cookie Hater intended on seeing her again, right?

"S-S-See you..."

Kurumi looked down at her licorice wands. She probably should get going herself.

Mia followed his gaze and her eyebrows raised when she noticed that he had a bulge in his chest and it appeared to be moving. She was about to ask him about it but he was speaking again. She would come back to the later.

Third year. How cute. She didn't know what it was like to be a third year at Hogwarts seeing how she hadn't started until her fourth. "You would be right. I'm about to enter my last year at Hogwarts." And if it had of been up to her, last term would have been her last year at Hogwarts. But she wasn't about to revisit that argument again. She had lost. Now she had to deal with it.

Now back to the shirt. "May I ask what you have tucked down your shirt?" That wasn't too personal a question, was it?

She was looking at his chest. His manly chest with the Gemelli bat bulge.

...she was probably looking at Gemelli, but that did not matter at all.

A seventh year?! Salariel Caine had hit the jackpot. He was sure that Hogwarts was so looking forward to welcoming him that it had sent him this hottie seventh year to make friends and possibly snoggings with. This school was going to be great.

"Awesome. I thought you were like, a fifth year or something." He looked down at the Gemelli lump in his shirt and smiled innocently. "It's a bat. You got anything tucked down yours?"

Should she be flattered that he thought she was younger than she actually was? Maybe when she was like forty or something perhaps, but she had waited so long to turn seventeen, she didn't want people thinking she was only fifteen.

Apparently though he seemed to like the fact that she was older. "It's a shame that we'll only have this year together though." After that she would be goooooone.

"Oh how cu - what?" His rather bold question took her completely off guard and she blinked rapidly before looking down at her chest. "Nope. That would be all me." she said juuuuuust as innocently.

Salariel nodded at her words. It was a shame they'd only have a year. He was sure she had at least two or three years of solid snogging to teach him. Oh, if only this hottie hot hottie were dumb, then she could flunk over and over and stay at Hogwarts. However, she didn't seem like an airhead.

How unfortunate.

He grinned. She looked a little thrown for a second, but she was quick with her response to his question, and his gaze followed hers for a moment before he looked down at Gemelli.

"You wanna see him? He's not really fond of the light, but his cave is in my trunk and I'm not putting him in there so he'll have to deal with it."

The bat wiggled, his fuzzy back rubbing against Salariel's skin and drawing a soft laugh from him. That was ticklish, Gemelli.

Finally working up the courage to venture outside the compartment doors, Michelle followed a group of older students heading for what seems like a trolley. Everybody clustering around the food cart made it impossible for the little first year to see whats there. So she just stood behind another student waiting for her turn.

Katrina's mom, Mrs. Hudson, kissed her daughter and looked at her daughter go in the train. Katrina knew her mom did give her snacks but gave her money so she went to the Food Trolley.
"Hello," Katrina said awkwardly. "How much are two licorice wands and a box of Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans?"
Katrina waited for the woman to answer.

Having Nikolai as her boyfriend had taught her a few things about to handle guys. And while Salariel may be young he was still a guy. Mia raised her eyebrow when she caught him looking. She'd had guys check her out before and she never really thought anything of it. She'd never had someone that young do it though. Well not that she knew about anyway. It was kinda cute.

He was going to be such a heartbreaker.

"Then maybe you should just open your shirt a little. There's no need to pull him all the way out. We don't want to scare him." If she had of known that there would be show and tell, she would have brought Arnold with her. Actually she couldn't remember where she had put her puffeskin.

Hehe...

Nikolai would kill her if she had left him at home.

Looking over to the students to the front of the line, Michelle noticed a girl getting some liquorice wands from the cart lady. "Mmm, maybe I'll get those, too", she thought as she contemplates her immediate sugar rush.

Uhoh. Caught. Salariel remained calm despite the expression on her face, feigning innocence. He had done nothing wrong, after all. He'd merely looked where she was looking, to see what she was looking at~. No crime there.

When she suggested he open his shirt, he might have felt some heat rush to his ears. She wanted to see him shirtless, so soon? My, how forward Mia Gibbons was!

But no... it seems more like she wanted to see Gemelli. Salariel pulled his shirt down ever so slightly, and almost as if on comical cue, Gemelli's furry little head popped out of his collar. Sal smiled and looked from the cuddly little bat to Mia.

"His name's Gemelli... he's named after a mountain in Switzerland." Necessary information, that.

Katrina heard a familiar voice. Was it her cousin who was in Sixth Year? No, it wasn't. She turned to her left and saw a girl.
"MICHELLE!" she said. Michelle was, of course, her friend. Not really a long time friend, they just met this year. "How are you?"
Katrina waited for her reply.

Oh gosh! This kid had a one track mind. She was going to have to watch what she said in front of him. The blush did not go unnoticed. Mia had enough tact though not to mention it.

Aww he was soooo cuuuute!!!! Mia had to lean down because she was taller than Salariel so that she could get a better look at..."Oh that's a cute name."

She reached out with her finger but before she could pet the little bat her eyes flicked upwards to Salariel. "Is it okay if I touch him?" You should always ask before touching someone's property. It was good manners.

Salariel couldn't help but grin when she complimented the little bat's name. He had, after all, named the creature himself. And in a way, he was named after Salariel.

"His name's from the same place as mine." Sal nodded. "I'm a mountain too."

Wink wink.

He aaaaaaalmost flinched when she reached out so suddenly. Almost. But he didn't, because Salariel Caine was a manly man and manly men didn't flinch when girls wanted to touch their chest bats. Instead he nodded, smiling softly when Gemelli wiggled against him.

"He likes when pretty girls pet him."

While Alexia was staring in her window she got hungry and got out of her compartment. looking for the trolley,after 3 mins. she finally saw the trolley lady and bought each of everything, but she wasn't that satisfied, she wanted to share it with someone. Then Alexia saw a kind-looking slytherin girl, she quickly introduced herself "Hi! I'm Alexia, I'm in Slytherin too! whats your name?" and asked if she wants to eat with her.

"And such a handsome mountain you are." She should be shot for encouraging him. But there was just something endearing about this kid. Maybe it was because he reminded Mia of herself when she had been that age. Constantly flirting with boys and snogging. Oh yeah lots of snogging.

Mia couldn't help but grin as her finger came into contact with Gemelli's soft furry head and she gently petted the little bat. "A bit like his owner." she said straightening up and giving the lad a wink.

"So where are you from? I mean where did you go to school before?" Or did he even go to another school? Maybe he was like her and had been homeschooled.

Snapping out of her sugar delusions, Michelle's eyes immediately fell upon the face of her new friend. "KATRINA, oh my god! This is such a coincidence," she squealed as she made her way closer. "I'm fine, made my way into the train, didn't I?" she replied, hugging her friend and beaming.

Maybe candy could cure his headache. Because candies could cure everything in Daichi's mind.

The second year Slytherin had left his compartment and started to search for the trolley. It took him some time to find the thing for he first had walked the wrong way to the drivers place which was a dead end. So he had to walk back again and after a good 2 minutes of walking he found what he was looking for.

Buuuuut of course, other students had already found the trolley before him , mweh. So he needed to wait. Something he did not like at this moment. His stomach had started to growl and he blamed his father for not packing his lunch box at home. He now had to stuff his stomach with candy (which was much better than bread hehe). But the students waiting by the trolley were talking to each other and Daichi groaned at this.

"YAH! HURRY UP!" He snapped to the first person that stood in front of him. It even surprised himself when he had snapped because he was known as the cute polite kid. But his headache was increasing the longer he stood here and his stomach was growling again. He rubbed his forehead as he frowned, maybe he should just cut in the line?

Hmm.. what to have from the trolley.. Hayley had found a compartment she would like to sit in, and before going in, she though she might stock up on food! Because she was greedy like that. She looked around to see anyone that seemed nice. As a first year, she was a bit nervous, she was going to Hogwarts!

"Hi there", Callen greeted the younger girl. The girl seemed like she was looking for something, and Callen thought she should offer her some help.
"Are you searching for someone? do you need help finding them?"

Kimalia had a sweet tooth, no doubts about that. That is why in the morning she ate less to make room for some caaandy! She walked over humming a bit and looked at all the selections.. Oh, there were just as many to choose from as same as in that Ice cream shop. Now what to buy..

Kimalia shook in surprise to hear someone yell at her. No one ever yelled at Kimalia, she had always been the good girl who did everything right. She did not want to show her confusion on what to do in this new experience, so turning around with a smile her face changed when she saw Daichi.

"Daichi?" She had to blink. He was on the Quidditch team last term with her as chaser. She smiled noticing how she was now a little bit taller than him, but then saw he looked uncomfortable. Forgetting whatever plans she had to tell off someone who dared to yell at her "How was summer, and are you feeling okay?" Who knows, maybe he wasn't feeling well or wanted to act tough.

After a roar from his stomach, Hugo decided to go looking for the food trolley in order to fill his tummy with yummy. He needed like... Chocolate. Yeah, chocolate, he was craving that right now. Or muffins. He loved muffins. He strolled over to the trolley and pained himself with the very serious matter of what to buy.

Two cauldron cakes, three chocolate frogs and a pumpkin pasty was what he bought. Should be enough? Right? He filled his pockets, looked up and saw Kurumi who apparently had been right in front of him for a while. "Hiya, Kurumi," he said and smiled. "Nice summer? How was the Ministries thing?" he asked, a bit ashamed that he couldn't remember the name of what she had actually done.
